Administrasi keuangan adalah dasar utama dalam mengelola lembaga pendidikan, yang memastikan pembagian sumber daya dilakukan secara transparan dan efisien guna mendukung proses belajar- mengajar. Di era digital saat ini, teknologi seperti spreadsheet Excel telah muncul sebagai jawaban utama untuk mengatasi hambatan administrasi manual, termasuk kesalahan hitung dan pemborosan waktu di bidang pendidikan. Alat digital semacam ini bisa meningkatkan produktivitas hingga 50% di lingkungan kecil, dengan keuntungan seperti penghematan waktu. Namun, di sekolah-sekolah pedesaan seperti SMP di Indonesia, penerapan digital seringkali terkendala oleh kurangnya infrastruktur dan kemampuan sumber daya manusia, sehingga butuh penelitian khusus untuk memahami dampaknya. Administrasi keuangan sekolah meliputi pencatatan pemasukan, pengeluaran, dan laporan bulanan yang tepat. Masalah umum seperti proses manual dengan buku besar sering kali menimbulkan kesalahan matematika, penundaan laporan, dan efisiensi operasional yang rendah, khususnya di lembaga kecil seperti SMP. Penelitian Rusmiati (2025) menyoroti keefektifan alat digital untuk skala kecil dalam transformasi manajemen keuangan sekolah, tapi belum sepenuhnya fokus pada konteks pendidikan pedesaan di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi penerapan keuangan berbasis Excel sebagai solusi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi di SMP Negeri 2 Laut Tador. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan pendekatan triangulasi untuk memahami fenomena secara mendalam. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam semi terstruktur, observasi partisipan, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Excel meningkatkan efisiensi melalui penghematan waktu hingga 50%, kemudahan penggunaan, dan pengurangan kesalahan, meskipun ada hambatan infrastruktur awal.

This study aims to analyze the educational service marketing strategies implemented by Pesantren Islam Internasional Al Andalus, Bogor, within the framework of Marketing 6.0. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed to explore the institution’s marketing practices. Data were collected through in depth interviews, observations, and document reviews, and analyzed using thematic analysis to identify emerging strategic patterns. The findings reveal five key themes: strengthening value based Islamic and international branding, utilizing digital marketing strategies to expand promotional reach, applying personalized approaches in interactions with prospective students and parents, the critical role of human resources and alumni in shaping institutional reputation, and internal, external challenges affecting marketing effectiveness. These findings highlight that adopting Marketing 6.0 in Islamic boarding schools requires not only the use of digital tools but also the integration of spiritual values, humanized service, and consistent narrative communication. The study contributes to the literature on Islamic education marketing by offering new insights into a marketing model that aligns with value driven educational institutions in the digital era.

This study aims to analyze how digitalization of governance, particularly through the implementation of e-financial reporting, digital audit trails, and cloud-based data security and reliability systems, contributes to increased transparency, accountability, and data protection in educational institutions. Using a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and thematic analysis, this study reveals that digitalization can create a more objective, standardized, and difficult-to-manipulate control mechanism. The e-financial reporting system strengthens transparency through open processes and reduces opportunities for irregularities. Digital audit trails provide authentic evidence that facilitates the process of verification, monitoring, and tracking every administrative activity in real time. Meanwhile, data security supported by layered encryption, automatic backups, and emergency recovery access increases internal and external trust in the integrity of information systems. These findings indicate that digitalization not only provides technical tools but also forms a more disciplined, adaptive, and public accountability-oriented governance structure. This study broadens understanding of the relationship between digital technology and organizational culture and provides a theoretical foundation for developing a more reliable and sustainable information system-based educational governance model.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan penerapan evaluasi pembelajaran terhadap peserta didik di Lembaga Pendidikan MA Miftahul Qulub Polagan Pamekasan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung di lapangan dan wawancara langsung dengan informan kunci, termasuk kepala sekolah, guru mata pelajaran, dan wali kelas. Observasi dilakukan untuk melihat secara faktual proses evaluasi hasil pembelajaran secara sistematis untuk mengukur pencapaian tujuan pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan. Sedangkan wawancara diarahkan untuk menggali persepsi, pengalaman, serta tantangan yang dihadapi oleh para pelaku pendidik terkait pelaksanaan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan evaluasi pembelajaran di MA Miftahul Qulub Polagan Pamekasan telah dilaksanakan melalui berbagai instrumen dan teknik evaluasi seperti penilaian tugas dan pencapaian yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik peserta didik serta tujuan pembelajaran. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat tantangan dalam konsistensi pemberian umpan balik dan pemanfaatan hasil evaluasi untuk perbaikan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi evaluasi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan peserta didik.

This research focuses on examining the innovation of licensing and accreditation services for educational institutions within the Department of Education and Culture of Sidoarjo Regency, as a strategy to ensure effective, transparent, and accountable education governance in the digital age. This research is based on bureaucratic intricacies, poor integration of information systems, and inadequate digital skills among civil servants in overseeing public education services. This research utilized a qualitative descriptive method, gathering data via in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving department personnel, school leaders, and representatives from educational institutions benefiting from the services. The results indicate that service innovation via the deployment of digital systems like the Sidoarjo Education Online System and e-Accreditation has effectively expedited licensing procedures, enhanced administrative efficiency, and bolstered transparency and public information release. Nonetheless, the primary obstacles persist in coordination between departments, opposition to changes in organizational culture, and insufficient human resource skills in managing digital systems. This research highlights that the effectiveness of public service innovation in education relies not just on adopting technology but also on improving collaborative governance and increasing bureaucratic capabilities. The research suggests creating a cooperative, data-informed, and participatory innovation framework to guarantee the sustainability and inclusivity of educational service innovation in Sidoarjo Regency.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana karakter pendidikan yang mengedepankan penghargaan terhadap keberagaman, pemanfaatan media digital, dan penerapan Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta Kasih dapat saling menguatkan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Dengan menerapkan metode tinjauan pustaka, penelitian ini mengumpulkan berbagai sumber akademik yang membahas tentang nilai toleransi, pendidikan multikultural, inovasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran, serta pendekatan pedagogi berbasis kasih sayang dan empati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter yang menitikberatkan pada keberagaman dapat membangun rasa saling menghormati antar siswa. Di sisi lain, media digital berperan penting dalam memberikan proses pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, interaktif, dan sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini. Lebih lanjut, Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta memperkaya pendidikan dengan memperkuat aspek spiritual, emosional, dan moral, sehingga pembelajaran tidak hanya sebatas hasil akademik saja. Penggabungan ketiga pendekatan tersebut dinilai efektif untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif, bersahabat, dan sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan siswa. Pada akhirnya, madrasah mempunyai peluang untuk melahirkan generasi yang religius, toleran, dan berkarakter kuat dalam menghadapi perubahan sosial budaya saat ini.

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) plays a fundamental role in shaping children's character, moral values, and intellectual potential from an early age. However, many PAUD institutions in Indonesia still face serious challenges in management, where attention is focused more on operational sustainability than on improving educational quality. This study aims to describe the actual condition of PAUD institutions, analyze the causes of weak management, and identify the impact of operational orientation on educational quality. The method used is a literature study through analysis of various sources such as books, scientific journals, research reports, and government policies related to PAUD implementation. The results of the study indicate that weak management is caused by limited human resources, low managerial competence, minimal funding, weak planning, and a lack of supervision and community support. The impact is seen in the decline in educational quality and low public trust in PAUD institutions. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen quality-based management that emphasizes improving educator competence, community involvement, effective management of infrastructure, utilization of educational technology, and implementation of continuous evaluation. Professional and adaptive PAUD management is key to realizing superior, high-quality institutions that are relevant to the developmental needs of early childhood in the modern era.

Improving the quality of education has become a crucial issue in the era of globalization, marked by increasing competition between institutions and public expectations for superior educational services. Integrated Quality Management (TQM) emerges as a strategic approach to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction of various educational stakeholders. This study aims to review the development of studies related to TQM implementation in education through a qualitative literature review. Data were collected from scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025 using Google Scholar and Publish or Perish with the keywords "TQM implementation in education." From the initial 30 articles, five of the most relevant main articles were selected. The analysis revealed three main themes: (a) the application of TQM to strengthen institutional resilience, (b) the integration of Islamic values ​​in quality management, and (c) the challenges and opportunities of TQM in vocational education. This study concluded that the stakeholder satisfaction dimension remains underexplored and requires further empirical research.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi sekolah dalam mencegah dekadensi moral siswa di SMK Al–Azami Cianjur. Fenomena kemerosotan moral di kalangan pelajar menjadi tantangan serius di era modern, sehingga lembaga pendidikan Islam dituntut untuk berperan aktif dalam pembinaan karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di SMK Al–Azami Cianjur selama Oktober–November 2025. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, guru, serta peserta didik, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencegahan dekadensi moral dilakukan melalui lima strategi utama: (1) pembiasaan religius melalui kegiatan shalat berjamaah, shalat dhuha, puasa sunnah, dan budaya 5S (senyum, salam, sapa, sopan, santun); (2) penguatan pendidikan moral dan etika di setiap mata pelajaran dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler; (3) pendampingan psikologis melalui layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) serta kerja sama dengan lembaga STIFIn untuk mengenali potensi siswa; (4) kolaborasi aktif antara sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat; serta (5) penerapan disiplin yang tegas namun mendidik. Strategi tersebut membentuk ekosistem pendidikan yang harmonis dan berakar pada nilai-nilai Islam. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan karakter berbasis pembiasaan dan keteladanan efektif dalam membentuk generasi berakhlak mulia, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab di tengah tantangan moral abad ke-21.

This research stems from the urgency of the role of public relations in Islamic educational institutions, particularly madrasas, which is increasingly complex and strategic in the current digital and information era. Public relations is not only tasked with disseminating information but also with building an image, maintaining public trust, and managing effective communication between the madrasa and various stakeholders such as students, parents, teachers, and the wider community. This study aims to identify and analyze the application of ethics and professionalism in public relations at SMP Plus Darus Sholah in Jember and its impact on the institution's image and public trust. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that the application of Islamic ethical values—such as shiddiq (honesty), amanah (trustworthiness), and tabligh (transparency)—in public relations practices significantly enhances the madrasa's credibility and public trust. Additionally, the professionalism of public relations officers, characterized by structured communication planning and interpersonal ethics, plays a crucial role in building a positive institutional image. However, challenges such as a lack of formal training and understanding of ethical standards remain. The implications of this study highlight the need for policy recommendations to enhance the capacity and integrity of public relations personnel in Islamic educational institutions to support their role as the forefront of institutional communication.

The rapid advancement of digital technology, the increasing demand for educational quality, and the adoption of sustainability principles have significantly reshaped institutional management in modern education systems. Within this context, benchmarking and digital innovation emerge as crucial strategies to enhance governance effectiveness, strengthen institutional competitiveness, and foster sustainable educational transformation. This study systematically reviews recent research published between 2023 and 2025 to identify emerging trends in educational innovation, institutional governance, and sustainability strategies. Using a systematic literature review approach, relevant articles were retrieved from Google Scholar and Publish or Perish with keywords such Educational Benchmarking, Quality Management, Institutional Innovation, Adaptive Learning, Digital Transformation. Out of 35 articles identified, seven were selected for in-depth analysis based on thematic relevance and validity. The findings highlight five dominant themes: fundamental concepts of benchmarking in education, benchmarking as a strategy for quality improvement, benchmarking and institutional competitiveness, implementation challenges, and practical implications with future research directions. The synthesis suggests that the effectiveness of benchmarking depends on the synergy between leadership transformation, knowledge management, and digital benchmarking systems. This study concludes by recommending further exploration of benchmarking integration with green education and data-driven governance as a strategic pathway to advance sustainable education in the future.

This study aims to analyze toxic and narcissistic leadership in Christian educational institutions. The research method employed is a literature review with a content analysis approach. Data were collected through documentation studies of various academic books and relevant scholarly journals, then systematically analyzed to identify themes, patterns, and strategic insights. This literature review seeks to provide an in-depth understanding of toxic and narcissistic leadership phenomena, focusing on the influencing factors, their implications for organizations, and potential conflict resolution strategies. The findings reveal that toxic and narcissistic leadership has a negative impact on organizational health, particularly within Christian education, which should uphold the values of love, sacrifice, and service. Conversely, the implementation of conflict resolution based on Christian values can restore relationships, strengthen leadership integrity, and foster a healthy organizational culture. This study emphasizes the importance of transforming toxic and narcissistic leadership into leadership grounded in the values of Christ so that Christian educational institutions can remain consistent with their mission to educate, guide, and serve with love.

The development of digital technology has transformed how institutions communicate with the public, including the Maritime and Logistics Education Corporation of Indonesia (PT PMLI). This study is motivated by the strategic role of Cyber Public Relations in building institutional image in the digital era. The research focuses on how PT PMLI implements Cyber PR strategies to establish its institutional image. The objective is to identify the strategies applied and how the image is built in digital spaces. This study employs Ronald D. Smith’s Cyber PR Strategy Theory and Veljkovic’s Institutional Image Theory, using a qualitative descriptive method through in-depth interviews with five internal and external informants. The findings show that PT PMLI conducts situation analysis and audits using a SWOT approach, with strengths in digital integration and proactive approaches, and weaknesses in limited human resources and state-owned enterprise regulations. Opportunities come from digital innovation and external collaboration, while threats include the spread of hoaxes and sensitive data exposure. The strategic objectives focus on increasing audience engagement through interactive and educational content, as well as maintaining online reputation through consistent and responsive communication. PT PMLI utilizes its website and social media platforms Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube and develops trend-based content evaluated through media plans and engagement indicators.

Jurnal Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Bergerak bersama Masyarakat 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Kesehatan Indonesia

This community service activity aims to improve the competence of parents and managers of children with special needs resources in providing education effectively and sustainably. This training was motivated by the still low understanding of institutional managers regarding school resource management, especially in the aspects of planning, utilization, and evaluation of human resources and infrastructure. The activity was carried out on Sunday, October 19, 2025, through the stages of opening, delivery of materials, interactive discussion sessions, filling out questionnaires, and closing. The implementation method involved a participatory approach so that participants could play an active role in the learning process. The implementation of the community service took place in a special room of the Lazama institution. It was attended by approximately 20 participants consisting of special needs school management and parents. The results of the activity showed that participants experienced significant improvements in their understanding of concepts and practical skills in school resource management. Ninety-two percent of participants stated that the training material was highly relevant, 88% stated that their understanding improved, and 85% stated that they were ready to implement the strategies they had learned. The training also encouraged the formation of an internal resource management team at the KAZAMA Institute as a follow-up to the program. This activity not only increased the individual capacity of participants but also strengthened sustainable institutional governance. This community service activity successfully raised new awareness about the importance of collaborative, adaptive, and sustainability-oriented educational resource management, particularly in schools serving children with special needs.

Integrated Quality Management (IQM) or Total Quality Management (TQM) has become a strategic issue in the field of education because it is directly related to improving the quality of learning, school management, and the achievement of sustainable competency standards. In the context of Islamic education and integrated schools, the implementation of IQM is not only oriented toward managerial efficiency but also toward the integration of religious values and the development of students’ character. Therefore, this literature review is essential to understand the development, trends, and challenges of IQM implementation in education. The purpose of this literature review is to examine how IQM is applied in various educational institutions and to identify its theoretical and practical contributions. The research questions proposed are: (1) How are the concepts and principles of IQM developed in education? (2) What are the main impacts and challenges of its implementation? The study employed a literature search through repositories, e-journals, and online publications using the keywords “integrated quality management,” “TQM,” and “education.” Out of 20 initial articles, only 5 met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed in depth. The analysis results revealed three main themes: strengthening the fundamental concepts of IQM, the role of key figures and TQM principles in education, and the implementation impacts on academic and non-academic quality. In conclusion, IQM has proven to be relevant as a strategy for improving educational quality, although challenges such as limited resources and internal resistance still need to be addressed. Future research should explore adaptive IQM strategies tailored to the local school context.

Improving the quality of education has become a strategic issue in efforts to strengthen the competitiveness and credibility of educational institutions in the era of globalization. One crucial approach to achieving this goal is developing a quality culture as a system of values, attitudes, and habits oriented towards continuous improvement. This article aims to systematically review how the concept of quality culture is applied in the educational context and answer the question: how do strategies for strengthening quality culture contribute to improving the performance of educational institutions? This research uses a qualitative approach using the Literature Review (LR) method. The data sources were scientific articles from 2020–2025 accessed through Google Scholar and Publish or Perish (PoP) with the keyword "quality culture." Of the 30 articles found, 5 were selected for thematic analysis. The review results revealed three main trends: (1) the importance of academic leadership and supervision in fostering a quality culture, (2) the role of internal quality assurance systems in consistent quality implementation, and (3) the impact of quality culture on improving institutional performance. In conclusion, quality culture is a key element in the success of sustainable education. Further research is recommended to examine digital-based and collaborative quality culture models.

Pondok pesantren memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan santri. Di tengah arus globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi, kemampuan menulis ilmiah menjadi keterampilan penting untuk melanjutkan studi maupun memasuki dunia kerja profesional. Namun, mahasantri di Ma’had ‘Aly Kharisma Haromain masih menghadapi keterbatasan karena belum tersedianya modul terpadu yang mencakup metodologi penelitian, teknik penulisan, dan etika publikasi Islami. Kondisi ini membatasi potensi mereka dalam menghasilkan opini, artikel, maupun karya ilmiah yang berkualitas, padahal kontribusi pesantren sangat dibutuhkan untuk memperkaya khazanah keilmuan dan mendukung pembangunan masyarakat. Program pendampingan literasi dan penulisan ilmiah yang dilaksanakan melalui workshop, pelatihan komprehensif, serta monitoring dan evaluasi terbukti mampu meningkatkan keterampilan menulis, membangun budaya riset, dan mendorong kolaborasi akademik. Dengan dukungan keberlanjutan program, perbaikan sarana, dan pengembangan modul adaptif, inisiatif ini diharapkan memberikan manfaat yang lebih luas, baik bagi lembaga pesantren maupun masyarakat sekitar secara berkelanjutan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Relationship Management, Promosi, dan Lokasi terhadap keputusan orang tua dalam memilih Bimbingan Belajar Roudhoh Andromeda di Jakarta Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan analitis. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari orang tua murid yang terdaftar di lembaga tersebut, dan sampel sebanyak 125 orang tua dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur variabel Relationship Management, Promosi, Lokasi, dan Keputusan Pilihan Orang Tua. Data dianalisis menggunakan perangkat SEM-PLS untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan simultan antara variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Relationship Management, Promosi, dan Lokasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan orang tua dalam memilih lembaga tersebut. Secara khusus, Relationship Management memberikan pengaruh paling dominan, diikuti oleh Promosi dan Lokasi. Kesimpulannya, Bimbingan Belajar Roudhoh Andromeda disarankan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hubungan dengan orang tua dan siswa, memperkuat promosi, serta memperhatikan faktor lokasi agar lebih mudah diakses. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi lembaga pendidikan dalam merancang strategi pemasaran dan hubungan yang lebih efektif.

Penelitian ini membahas penempatan Guru Pendidikan Agama Katolik di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, khususnya terkait distribusi yang belum merata antara wilayah perkotaan dan daerah. Fakta menunjukkan bahwa sejumlah kabupaten mengalami kekurangan guru, sementara di daerah lain justru terjadi kelebihan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi keengganan guru ditempatkan di daerah, serta alternatif solusi pemenuhan kebutuhan tenaga pendidik. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian campuran (mixed methods) dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 348 responden guru Katolik dan wawancara mendalam dengan beberapa guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama keengganan guru ditempatkan di daerah adalah: kesejahteraan guru, keterikatan dengan keluarga dan lingkungan sosial (71,8%), keterbatasan aksesibilitas dan infrastruktur (10,6%), minimnya jaringan komunikasi (9,7%), serta tantangan sosial dan budaya (7,7%). Selain itu, kurangnya pemerataan pembangunan fasilitas pendidikan, rendahnya layanan pendidikan, serta terbatasnya distribusi guru berkualitas turut memperparah situasi pendidikan. Sebagai solusi, pemenuhan kebutuhan guru dapat dilakukan melalui kerja sama dengan Lembaga Keagamaan Katolik (keuskupan, kevikepan, dekenat, paroki, wilayah, dan stasi) sebagaimana diatur dalam ketentuan teknis Kementerian Agama. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya kebijakan afirmatif untuk pemerataan distribusi guru Agama Katolik dengan memperhatikan kesejahteraan, aksesibilitas, serta dukungan kelembagaan agar pendidikan agama Katolik dapat terselenggara secara merata di seluruh wilayah Kalimantan Tengah.

Equal access to education is a crucial issue in Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. Ensuring that all students, without exception, have equal access to quality education is vital for the advancement of education in the country. In this context, Management Information Systems (MIS) play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency of educational services. The implementation of MIS can streamline administrative processes, improve decision-making, and facilitate more equitable access to educational resources. This research employs a literature study approach, relying on books and journal articles as primary sources. The findings indicate that the application of MIS provides significant benefits in terms of planning, management, and evaluation. By providing real-time data, MIS enables educational institutions to make better decisions, monitor student progress, and allocate resources more effectively. Additionally, MIS enhances the transparency of educational services, ensuring that all stakeholders—students, parents, and educators—have access to important information related to educational processes and outcomes. However, challenges in the implementation of MIS remain, such as technical barriers related to inadequate infrastructure and limited access to technology, as well as human resource issues like insufficient training. To address these challenges, the research recommends providing comprehensive training programs for educators and administrators, investing in technological infrastructure, and promoting data integration across educational institutions. Overall, while MIS offers many advantages in promoting equal educational access, addressing technical and human resource challenges is crucial to fully realizing its potential in Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia.
