By looking at the existing generations, it is very important to describe the great figures who were diligent in preparing generations, namely Moses educating Joshua in preparing the command of the line to go on a long journey, the same thing was done by Elijah by diligently educating professional cadres, namely Elisha, even the Lord Jesus too. He was active in educating his students and Paul was educating Timothy. This reminds us again that the Church should never neglect its obligations to young people because the risk is too dangerous, because the church will lose its strength, and even lose its young people. The study of science may give rise to doubt in the hearts of young people who are developing, because it seems like it is not in line with God's Word. True science will not conflict with the Bible, because scientific laws are from God and He is the one who inspired what is written in the Bible.  The theories put forward by scholars may conflict with each other, or may provide incorrect interpretations of the Bible. According to the educational dictionary, methods mean ways and procedures for carrying out an activity to achieve goals effectively.  And research aims to reveal phenomena in the field or in society so that they are clearly known and can be used as a basis for developing all kinds of needs for human life. rstabel Spearman with α = 5% and n = 9, then rstabel = 0.683 and from rstabel and rstabel it can be seen that rstabel ˂ rstabel is 0.658˂ 0.683 so it can be known for certain that Hi is rejected and Ho is accepted. This means there is no significant relationship between variable X (Counselor) and variable Y (student learning achievement). The regression coefficient is 0.482, meaning that each addition (because of the + sign) of one Counselor score will give an increase in score of 0.482. So, counselors can influence student learning achievement by 36.3%. The main foundation of the teachings disseminated to students by Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers is the Bible, which is contained in II Timothy 3:16, so that teaching in the form of theory and practice must not deviate from this path. As a Christian Religious Education teacher, you must maintain that your teaching comes from God. With the aim of spreading the truth of God's Word (Matthew 28:19-20).

Learning innovation is something that is important and must be owned by teachers. The teacher's willingness to try, discover, explore and search for various learning approaches, methods and strategies is one of the supports for the emergence of various new innovations. Social studies as a subject at elementary school level is essentially a complete integration of social science disciplines and other relevant scientific disciplines to realize educational goals at school level. From the results of teacher observations, several problems were found in social studies learning, including: (1) in the teaching process teachers only use lecture and question and answer methods so that students tend to get bored because they find learning less interesting; (2) the learning that takes place is always teacher-centered so that student involvement is less active; (3) students' understanding and memory are still minimal. To overcome problems in learning in class VI, learning is implemented at SD Negeri Temon using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method regarding Economic Activities in ASEAN Countries. The choice of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method in the learning process is adjusted to the basic competencies in social studies learning. The teacher gives a number of trigger problems, then students continuously develop their knowledge in groups and individually.

Education plays a central role in community development and the enhancement of human resources. In the rapidly evolving digital era, information and communication technology has significantly transformed the education landscape. Technology has become an integral part of the teaching and learning process in schools, bringing both challenges and significant opportunities. Particularly at the Junior High School (SMP) level, subjects like Mathematics, Natural Sciences (IPA), Physics, and Chemistry play a central role in shaping students' foundational knowledge. However, students often have varying levels of understanding and different learning styles. This poses a challenge for teachers trying to meet the diverse learning needs of their students. The use of the same linear teaching methods for all students is often ineffective in such a context. In this research, we employed a literature review methodology. This approach helps summarize and synthesize existing knowledge on the role of technology in enhancing student motivation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. By analyzing trends, findings, and patterns emerging from related literature, we can establish a strong knowledge base for this research. The adaptive learning approach, leveraging technology, has emerged as an intriguing solution. This approach allows for real-time analysis of student learning data and the adjustment of content, material, or teaching methods to suit individual needs. The research highlights the primary benefits of adaptive learning, such as personalized content adjustment, enhanced student motivation, more efficient monitoring and evaluation, and time savings in achieving better understanding. However, the research also acknowledges several challenges, including uneven technology infrastructure, the need for teacher training, and student data protection. Nevertheless, this research emphasizes the importance of adaptive learning in the context of STEM education at the SMP level in the digital era, while recognizing the need for further research to explore the potential of technology in enhancing the quality of education at this level.

Education is very important for the development of children's knowledge, so it needs to be supported by effective learning media. Learning media are familiar to a teacher such as textbooks, teaching aids and other media. However, after observations were made at one of the Class V Manumuti SDKs, in the Timor Leste Border area, it was found that teachers predominantly taught using textbooks and no other learning media. The existing conditions result in students learning monotonously, students being less active, teachers not being creative and students not understanding science lessons well. So in this research, learning media will be created that are fun and not monotonous in order to arouse students' motivation to study science. In this case, the media used is Audio-Visual Technology Learning Media. This media will be elaborated in the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model, where students will be formed into several groups, then given a science knowledge game, and students compete with their opposing groups. That way, a sense of responsibility, healthy competition, imagination, and student activity in class dominate and students will be motivated to learn science because the end of this learning model is an award or reward for students who become winners. To measure the attainment of science knowledge, observation, discussion, tests, scores and audio-visual media are used. It is hoped that the results of the research will ensure that students in the Timor Leste border areas do not miss out on technological knowledge, teachers will be more creative and students will be able to play an active role and increase their motivation to learn science.
