This study aims to determine the application of the entrepreneurship-based Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model to improve students' critical thinking and collaboration skills in Biology lessons at MAN 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur. This study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, implemented in two cycles: Cycle I and Cycle II. Each cycle consisted of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques included observation, assessment, evaluation, reflection, and observation sheets for students' critical thinking and collaboration skills. The results showed that the implementation of the entrepreneurship-based PjBL model improved student learning outcomes, critical thinking skills, and collaboration. Assessment scores increased from 62 in Cycle I to 83 in Cycle II, representing a 33.87% increase. Evaluation scores increased from 73 to 93, representing a 27.40% increase, while reflection scores increased from 76 to 91, representing a 19.74% increase. Students' critical thinking skills also improved in the focus, reason, inference, situation, clarity, and overview indicators, which were dominated by categories 3 and 4 in Cycle II. Furthermore, students' collaborative skills improved across indicators of shared understanding, taking appropriate action, and team regulation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the entrepreneurship-based Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model is effective in improving students' critical thinking and collaboration skills in Biology.

Strawberries are horticultural commodities that are highly susceptible to postharvest deterioration due to their high respiration rate, microbial activity, and oxidative degradation, resulting in a relatively short shelf life. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of edible coatings in extending strawberry shelf life through a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. Literature was collected from several scientific databases using keywords related to edible coating, shelf life, and strawberry, covering publications from 2019–2026. From an initial 109 articles, a selection process based on inclusion and exclusion criteria resulted in 35 articles specifically discussing the application of edible coatings on strawberries. The synthesis results showed that all studies reported an extension of shelf life after edible coating application, although the effectiveness was influenced by the type of material, formulation, and storage conditions. Chitosan was the most widely used coating material due to its natural antimicrobial activity and excellent film-forming ability. The incorporation of bioactive compounds such as essential oils, plant extracts, and phenolic compounds was proven to enhance antifungal and antioxidant activities. In addition, nanotechnology-based systems demonstrated better preservation performance compared to conventional systems. However, methodological standardization and industrial-scale validation are still required to support commercial implementation.

ABSTRACT There must be a fair and balanced application of the legal rights and responsibilities that arise from the employment relationship between employers and employees. Employers' continued activities of withholding diplomas from workers, even after the employment relationship has ended, may have negative consequences for workers and limit their ability to find new career possibilities. The purpose of this research is to examine the employment agreement's provisions on the parties' respective roles and responsibilities in the workplace, and to determine whether or not employees have any recourse if their employers choose to retain their diplomas even after the job relationship has ended. Normative legal research using conceptual, factual, and regulatory approaches is the study technique used. Holding workers' diplomas is illegal, violates their human rights, and goes against labor laws and regulations, according to the report. Legislation protects employees both preemptively, via government oversight and normative regulation, and punitively, via processes for resolving disputes in industrial relations and the imposition of administrative, civil, and criminal penalties. Companies cannot legitimately withhold diplomas; thus, this practice must end in order to provide legal clarity and respect for workers' dignity. Keywords : Legal Protection, Workers, Diploma.

Objective: Autoimmune diseases are complex disorders that arise when the immune system loses tolerance to self-antigens, leading to chronic inflammation and tissue damage. To understand disease pathogenesis and to evaluate therapeutic efficacy, animal models are widely used in autoimmune research. This review aims to analyze various types of animal models employed in studies of autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM), and multiple sclerosis (MS), with a particular focus on reproducibility and clinical applicability. Methods: This study was conducted through the selection and analysis of scientific literature published over the last ten years (2015–2025), using specific keywords including “clinical application,” “autoimmunity,” “animal models,” “humanized mice,” “lupus,” “rheumatoid arthritis,” “reproducibility,” and “translational research.” Literature searches were performed in major databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Scopus. Results: Spontaneous models, such as NOD and MRL/lpr mice, exhibit close resemblance to human disease pathogenesis but are influenced by strain variability and environmental factors. Induced models, including collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) and experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE), allow greater control over disease onset but do not fully capture the clinical complexity observed in humans. Humanized models demonstrate high translational relevance; however, their use is constrained by high costs and technical limitations. Conclusion: No single animal model is universally ideal for studying autoimmune diseases. Model selection should be based on biological relevance, reproducibility of outcomes, and the potential for clinical translation in autoimmune disease research.

CV KIA is a shop engaged in the field of computer sales and services, coming directly to make transactions and provide computer service information services. So there are obstacles that are quite time consuming and transportation costs for customers to find out information on goods, stock of goods, and the process of purchasing goods because customers have to come directly to the store. Product information on CV Kia cannot be updated in real time so that there is a delay in calculating stock of goods. The method used in this study is the prototype development method and is designed using UML. This system uses two programming languages, namely PHP. Implementation using the Xampp application, and MySQL. The results of this study are the design and creation of a web-based sales information system. The system that is built will also later facilitate the sales transaction process which can later reduce the level of competition with the outside market. This system displays information about product sales, and can carry out the sales transaction process so that customers do not need to come to the store to get information and make product purchases. The results of testing that has been carried out involving 10 Respondents that the conclusion of the quality of the feasibility of the software produced has a percentage of success with an average total of 100%.  Keywords: Sales, Prototype, PHP, Information Systems, Sublime Text

The paradigm of Islamic education requires the integration of Western learning theories with an Islamic perspective to create a holistic approach to education. With the rapid development of psychological theories in education, such as behaviorism, cognition, humanism, and constructivism, it is essential to examine their relevance within the context of Islamic education. This article aims to analyze the integration of these theories in Islamic learning, with a focus on their connection to key Islamic concepts such as reward-punishment (pahala-dosa), reflection (tafakkur), self-actualization, mutual assistance (ta'awun), and consultation (syura). This study uses a literature review method with a qualitative approach. Articles were gathered through Google Scholar and Publish or Perish with keywords "Behaviorism in Islamic Education" AND "Cognitive Learning in Islam" AND "Humanistic Approach in Islamic Education" AND "Constructivism in Islamic Education." Of the initial 40 articles obtained, a screening process resulted in 5 articles that met the publication criteria (2020–2025), relevance to the topic, and open access. The review results show that integrating these theories into Islamic education can enrich the learning process by linking moral, social, and spiritual elements that are essential in Islamic teachings. This literature synthesis reveals the importance of integrating psychological theories with the principles of Islamic education to create a more comprehensive and holistic educational system. Further research should develop empirical methodologies and more detailed and practical application models in Islamic education practice.

Digital payment systems have become one of the main innovations in financial transformation. Over the past few years, these systems have gained significant traction and are now at the forefront of reshaping financial landscapes globally. Currently, digital payment systems have changed global transactions by slowly replacing the transaction patterns of societies that were previously dominated by conventional transactions, offering more efficiency, security, and accessibility. This transformation is closely related to the development of fintech, which has given rise to instruments in the form of electronic money and blockchain technology. These advancements have not only changed the way payments are made but also enabled the inclusion of previously underserved populations in the financial ecosystem. This study uses a bibliometric approach to analyze scientific publications, with the main sources coming from Scopus using the keywords “digital payment systems,” “electronic money,” and “fintech.” By utilizing Biblioshiny in the VOSviewer application, this study aims to examine publication trends, contributions from various countries, institutions involved, and thematic connections between topics. In conclusion, this study contributes to expanding the understanding of the development of digital payment systems, while also presenting a global research map that can be used as a reference for academics, researchers, and policymakers involved in financial innovation.

Quality management and Total Quality Management (TQM) have become critical issues in both education and industry because they are directly related to service quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The rise of global competition demands organizations to implement a quality system that not only focuses on technical standards, but also integrates a comprehensive quality culture. This article aims to answer the research question regarding how the application of quality standards and TQM affects the quality of organizational management and the benefits produced for both academics and practitioners. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature review (LR) model. Data were obtained from 20 scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025 through Google Scholar and Publish or Perish (PoP) using the keywords “quality management, standard, benefits, TQM.” After the screening process, five articles were selected for in-depth analysis. The results of the analysis reveal three main findings: (1) quality standards serve as a fundamental basis for maintaining quality consistency, (2) the implementation of TQM is proven to be flexible and applicable across various sectors, and (3) the benefits of TQM include improved service quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this synthesis highlights that the application of TQM is not merely a technical strategy, but also shapes a sustainable organizational culture. Future studies should further explore the integration of TQM within the context of digitalization and educational innovation.

Improving the quality of education is a strategic issue that is the main focus in the development of educational institutions in Indonesia. In the era of globalisation and digital transformation, educational institutions are faced with the demand to produce graduates who are not only academically excellent, but also adaptive to changes and community needs. One approach that has been widely studied to address these challenges is the application of educational quality management. This study aims to systematically review various studies that discuss the concept, implementation, and results of the application of educational quality management, with the main question being how the application of quality management contributes to improving the quality of educational institutions. This study uses a literature review method by searching for scientific articles from 2019 to 2025 accessed through Google Scholar and the Publish or Perish (PoP) application. The search was conducted using the keywords ‘educational quality management’, ‘quality implementation’, and ‘improvement of educational institution quality’. From the search results of 15 articles, five main articles were obtained and analysed in depth based on their relevance to the topic and contribution to the research focus. The results of the study revealed three main themes: first, quality management is implemented as a continuous improvement strategy that emphasises planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up on quality; second, transformational and collaborative leadership are determining factors in the successful implementation of quality management; third, the implementation of quality management has been proven to improve student academic achievement and the effectiveness of educational institutions. This study concludes that educational quality management plays a significant role in building a culture of quality, accountability, and professionalism among educators. Further research is recommended to explore models of digital and participatory quality management implementation in the context of 21st-century education.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi aplikasi Smart Village dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan literasi digital di Desa Mlese, yang dikenal sebagai Desa Pelopor Pancasila. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam, serta studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi tersebut memberikan dampak positif berupa kemudahan administrasi desa, transparansi informasi, serta penguatan nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui kolaborasi antarwarga. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan seperti rendahnya literasi digital pada kelompok lanjut usia, keterbatasan akses internet, dan preferensi layanan tatap muka. Pemerintah desa berupaya mengatasi kendala ini melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan, meskipun perbaikan infrastruktur dan sosialisasi lebih intensif masih diperlukan. Kesimpulannya, Smart Village memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung transformasi digital dan pemberdayaan masyarakat sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila Kata Kunci : Smart Village, Literasi Digital, Desa Pelopor Pancasila.   ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Smart Village application in enhancing community empowerment and digital literacy in Mlese Village, known as a Pancasila Pioneer Village. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through field observations, in-depth interviews, and literature studies. The findings indicate that the application positively impacts village administration by simplifying processes, increasing information transparency, and strengthening Pancasila values through community collaboration. However, challenges remain, such as low digital literacy among the elderly, limited internet access, and a preference for face-to-face services. The village government is addressing these issues through training and assistance, although more intensive infrastructure improvements and outreach are still needed. In conclusion, Smart Village holds significant potential to support digital transformation and community empowerment in alignment with Pancasila values. Research on digital payment systems has grown rapidly over the past decades; however, comprehensive and in‑depth studies that synthesize existing empirical findings remain limited. This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis on digital payment research based on empirical publications indexed in Scopus. Using the keyword “Digital Payment” in the article title, abstract, and keywords, a total of 485 documents published between 1989 and 2025 were identified. The evaluation was conducted on November 30, 2025, and the collected data were analyzed using bibliometric techniques with VOSviewer software. The findings reveal a significant surge in digital payment research beginning in 2016, with its peak occurring during 2023–2025, in line with the accelerating digital economic transformation worldwide. Knowledge production has shifted toward emerging economies—particularly India, Indonesia, and Malaysia—supported by dense inter‑institutional and inter‑author collaboration networks. Research themes have expanded beyond technical payment system aspects to interdisciplinary issues involving technology, finance, financial inclusion, human behavior, public policy, and the application of machine learning for security and system optimization. Journal sources, affiliations, authors, and keyword analyses confirm that digital payments have become essential infrastructure for the modern economy and a rich empirical domain for advanced studies on financial stability, consumer protection, regulation, and digital financial innovation.

Improving the quality of education has become a crucial issue in the era of globalization, marked by increasing competition between institutions and public expectations for superior educational services. Integrated Quality Management (TQM) emerges as a strategic approach to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction of various educational stakeholders. This study aims to review the development of studies related to TQM implementation in education through a qualitative literature review. Data were collected from scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025 using Google Scholar and Publish or Perish with the keywords "TQM implementation in education." From the initial 30 articles, five of the most relevant main articles were selected. The analysis revealed three main themes: (a) the application of TQM to strengthen institutional resilience, (b) the integration of Islamic values ​​in quality management, and (c) the challenges and opportunities of TQM in vocational education. This study concluded that the stakeholder satisfaction dimension remains underexplored and requires further empirical research.

Educational quality management has become a strategic topic in the era of globalization because it plays a crucial role in improving institutional effectiveness and learning quality. The application of quality management principles, such as Total Quality Management (TQM) and the process approach, has been implemented in various educational institutions, although the results and approaches are still varied. This study aims to systematically examine the principles and benefits of quality management in education and to answer two main questions: (1) what are the most dominant quality management principles used in education, and (2) what is the impact of implementing these principles on improving educational quality. The research method used is a Literature Review with a qualitative approach. Data were collected from Google Scholar and Publish or Perish (PoP) databases using the keywords "principles and benefits of quality management in education." Of the 50 articles published between 2020 and 2025, 5 were selected for further analysis. The analysis yielded three main themes: the application of TQM principles, challenges in quality implementation, and the role of leadership in maintaining the sustainability of educational quality. In general, the implementation of quality management has been shown to improve organizational effectiveness, educator professionalism, and the overall quality of learning outcomes. This study also recommends further studies focusing on the integration of quality management principles with digital transformation in education.

The purpose of this research is to analyze how strategies for collecting and managing Third Party Funds (DPK) affect the profitability level of Bank Jatim. As the bank’s main funding source, the effectiveness of DPK management significantly determines its ability to distribute credit, maintain liquidity, and improve financial performance. This research applies a qualitative descriptive methodology within a case study framework at Bank Jatim, with data collected through comprehensive field observations. conducted during the MBKM internship program in the Accounting and Financial Management Division, complemented by the analysis of Bank Jatim’s financial statements for the 2024–2025 period. The findings reveal that the 15% growth in DPK in 2024 positively contributed to the increase in productive assets, net interest margin (NIM), and return on assets (ROA). Bank Jatim’s main strategies include increasing the proportion of low-cost funds (CASA), digitalizing services through the JConnect application, collaborating with local governments, and providing exclusive services for priority customers. These approaches not only promote the growth of low-cost funds but also strengthen customer loyalty and the bank’s competitiveness amid the evolving banking landscape. The study concludes that innovative, efficient, and digitally based DPK management enhances Bank Jatim’s profitability and reinforces its role as a regional development bank. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi penghimpunan dan pengelolaan Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) berpengaruh terhadap tingkat profitabilitas Bank Jatim. Sebagai sumber pendanaan utama, efektivitas pengelolaan DPK memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga kemampuan bank untuk menyalurkan kredit, mempertahankan likuiditas, serta meningkatkan kinerja keuangan secara keseluruhan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus pada Bank Jatim. Data dikumpulkan melalui kegiatan observasi langsung di lapangan. program magang di Divisi Akuntansi dan Manajemen Keuangan, serta melalui analisis laporan keuangan Bank Jatim periode 2024–2025.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan DPK sebesar 15% pada tahun 2024 memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan aset produktif, Net Interest Margin (NIM), dan Return on Assets (ROA). Strategi utama yang diterapkan Bank Jatim mencakup peningkatan proporsi dana murah (CASA), digitalisasi layanan melalui aplikasi JConnect, kolaborasi dengan pemerintah daerah, serta penyediaan layanan eksklusif bagi nasabah prioritas. Strategi tersebut tidak hanya berhasil mendorong peningkatan dana murah, tetapi juga memperkuat loyalitas nasabah dan daya saing Bank Jatim di tengah ketatnya persaingan industri perbankan.Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan DPK yang inovatif, efisien, dan berbasis digital berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan profitabilitas Bank Jatim sekaligus memperkuat perannya sebagai bank pembangunan daerah. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of a Mindfulness -based psychotherapy intervention in reducing academic stress levels experienced by college students. The study used a pretest–posttest design without a control group, involving 10 active college students purposively selected based on moderate to high levels of academic stress. The intervention was implemented over two days and included reflective exercises and guided experiences focused on the application of the seven Mindfulness  principles according to Kabat-Zinn (2015): non-judgment using personal standards, patience, a beginner's mind, trust, effortlessness, acceptance, and letting go. Data were collected using an academic stress scale that measures four aspects: coursework pressure, demands for satisfactory grades, time management for studying, and social support. Data were analyzed quantitatively using a paired-samples t-test. The results showed a significant decrease in academic stress levels from an average score of 73.1 to 58.5, indicating that this intervention was effective in helping students manage academic stress more consciously, calmly, and adaptively. This condition suggests that psychotherapy intervention through Mindfulness  training can be a strategy to support students' psychological well-being in academic environments. The implementation of Biology learning in senior high schools still faces various challenges, particularly the limitations of laboratory facilities and the low level of students’ science process skills(KPS). KPS  is an essential ability that supports conceptual understanding and critical thinking development through practical activities. This community service program aimed to improve students’ basic laboratory skills and KPS through hands-on training. The program was conducted at the Biology Education Laboratory of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Kuningan University, involving students from SMAN 1 Ciwaru. The methods included socialization, laboratory equipment training, preparation of practical materials, animal dissection training, application of virtual laboratory technology, and mentoring and evaluation sessions. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ abilities to use laboratory tools, prepare materials, and perform experiments according to scientific procedures. Before the training, only 32% of students were able to use laboratory equipment correctly, while after the training, this increased to 84%. The average scores for observation, measurement, data interpretation, and scientific communication also improved significantly. Furthermore, a satisfaction survey revealed an average score of 4.6 out of 5, with 92% of participants stating that the activity was very beneficial. This program proved effective in enhancing students’ basic laboratory and science process skills, providing meaningful, applicable, and sustainable science learning experiences. The integration of Western psychology and Islamic perspectives has become an important issue in the development of contemporary science and education. The rapid advancement of modern psychology calls for a synthesis with the epistemological framework of Islam to be more contextual in addressing academic and practical needs, particularly in the fields of education, counseling, and character development. This article aims to answer the research question: How is the trend of integration between Western psychology and Islamic perspectives in the current literature, and what are the implications for Islamic education theory and practice? This study uses a literature review method with a qualitative approach. Articles were collected via Google Scholar and the Publish or Perish application using the keywords "integration of psychology" AND "Islamic education." From the initial 40 articles, the screening process resulted in 5 (five) articles that met the publication year criteria (2021–2025), topic relevance, and open access. The review results show three main themes: (1) epistemological integration emphasizing the Islamization of knowledge; (2) the application of Islamic psychology in education, counseling, and curriculum; and (3) conceptual and practical challenges in connecting Western psychology with the Islamic paradigm. This literature synthesis highlights the importance of an integrative framework to strengthen the relevance of Islamic psychology in both academic and social domains. Future studies need to expand empirical methodologies and deepen the development of cross-disciplinary applicative models.

Quality control is a crucial aspect in various fields, such as education, the food industry, and manufacturing, as it functions to maintain the consistency of service or product quality. Inaccuracy in managing quality can cause financial losses, damage an institution's reputation, and reduce stakeholder trust. Based on this urgency, this study reviews recent literature to answer the main question of how quality control strategies can be effectively applied in diverse organizations. The review was conducted through a qualitative literature review approach by exploring scientific publications via Google Scholar and the Publish or Perish (PoP) application. Article selection was based on the relevance of keywords related to quality control and was limited to publications from 2020–2025. Out of 24 articles found, filtering was done until 5 of the most relevant articles remained for in-depth analysis. The analysis reveals three main findings. In higher education, a strong internal quality system and a sustainable quality culture are needed. The food industry emphasizes the standardization of raw materials and optimization of production processes. Meanwhile, the manufacturing sector makes extensive use of statistical techniques and tiered inspections. Overall, the effectiveness of quality control requires a combination of technical, managerial, and organizational culture aspects. Future research is recommended to explore the integration of digital technology and sustainability principles in quality control practices.

The development of digital technology has changed the paradigm of church ministry from a conventional model to a more participatory digital and metaverse-based ministry. This study aims to analyze how Christian values are integrated into the digital ministry management of the KGPM Sidang Syalom Tetey Church, North Minahasa. Using a qualitative approach with a contextual case study method, this study explores the application of faith principles such as love, responsibility, honesty, loyalty, and servant leadership in the management of the church's digital ministry. The results show that digital ministry management in this church successfully combines technological innovation with Christian spirituality through the use of digital media, multimedia team coordination, and accountable online reporting. The integration of Christian values enables the church to carry out technologically relevant ministries without losing their ethical and spiritual dimensions. In the context of the metaverse era, churches face ethical, relational, and spiritual challenges, but also gain new mission opportunities to expand their ministry across geographical boundaries. The theological implications of this study emphasize the importance of theological discernment and spiritual accountability in directing the use of technology as a means of mission, not as an end in itself. Thus, the church is called to be an ethical and prophetic agent in the midst of digital transformation, making technology a tool to glorify Christ and strengthen the faith life of the congregation.

Abstract. The advancement of broadcasting technology has driven the demand for reliable and efficient automation systems, particularly in managing the transition from broadcast content to advertisement segments. In this context, the present study proposes the application of the Single Tone Trigger (STT) method as an automatic triggering mechanism to systematically regulate content switching. This method utilizes a single-frequency audio signal embedded within the primary broadcast, which can be detected by the receiving system. The detection of this signal initiates an automatic content transition without requiring intervention from playout operators. A key advantage of this approach lies in its ease of integration with conventional broadcasting systems and its ability to reduce manual involvement that has traditionally been essential in broadcast content management. Through a series of tests, the system demonstrated high signal detection accuracy, low latency, and optimal operational reliability. These findings indicate that the Single Tone Trigger method can significantly enhance workflow efficiency within the broadcasting industry. Overall, this approach presents substantial potential for broad implementation as an automation solution that is not only stable and cost-effective, but also adaptive to the operational demands of modern broadcasting.   Keywords: Automatic Transition, Broadcast Automation, Single Tone Trigger (STT).
