Telkom Akses is a company that plays a role in providing fiber optic-based telecommunications infrastructure in Indonesia. With increasing competition in the telecommunications industry, information system-based strategies are the key to creating competitive advantage (Damayanti et al., 2020). This study uses the Porter's Five Forces and Value Chain approaches to analyze Telkom Akses's competitive position (Mardiana, 2023) and identify the application of information systems in each of its business activities. The results of the study show that the use of technologies such as Big Data, AI, IoT, Blockchain, and SDN (Software-Defined Networking) can improve operational efficiency, strengthen customer service, and support service innovation (Aminah, 2022).

Sustainable business transformation has become a cornerstone of modern corporate strategy in addressing environmental, social, and economic challenges. The Sustainability-Led Innovation (SLI) approach provides an innovation framework that embeds sustainability principles into business models, fostering organizational adaptability and long-term value creation. This study aims to (1) identify the mechanisms for integrating SLI into sustainable business models, (2) evaluate SLI’s contribution to competitive advantage, and (3) analyze the development of dynamic capabilities to support sustainability initiatives. By combining the Sustainability-Driven Business Model Innovation (SBMI), Dynamic Capability Theory (DCT), and Triple Bottom Line (TBL) frameworks, this qualitative research utilizes in-depth interviews and document analysis of culinary SMEs in Malang. Findings reveal that organizations adopting SLI achieve higher operational efficiency, respond more agilely to regulatory changes, and attract stronger consumer loyalty. These insights underscore the necessity of embedding sustainable innovation strategies into long-term business planning to secure resilient competitive advantage.

With increasing global competition and rapid technological advancements, sharia businesses face the challenge of achieving sustainability while maintaining a competitive advantage in accordance with Islamic principles. This study aims to examine how the application of strategic management in sharia businesses can support sustainability and market differentiation based on ethical values. The research method used in this study is a literature review, analyzing various academic sources related to business strategy, sustainability, and Islamic economic principles. The findings indicate that effective strategic management, when properly implemented through the processes of formulation, execution, and evaluation, can help business practitioners adapt to changes in both the internal and external environments. In sharia businesses, strategies should be rooted in values such as honesty, trustworthiness, and social responsibility. These values not only serve as moral guidelines but can also enhance customer loyalty and provide a competitive edge. Furthermore, the adoption of digital technology and promotional strategies aligned with Islamic values has been shown to broaden market reach and improve operational efficiency. SWOT analysis is also employed as a tool to inform relevant and strategic decision-making. Therefore, the application of strategic management in accordance with Islamic values can effectively create businesses that are not only competitive but also sustainable and beneficial to society.

This study examines the effect of ESG disclosure on firm value and the moderating role of competitive advantage in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020–2023. Using a quantitative approach with purposive sampling and multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that ESG disclosure has a positive and significant effect on firm value. However, when competitive advantage is introduced as a moderating variable, the direct effect of ESG becomes insignificant, while the interaction between ESG disclosure and competitive advantage shows a positive and significant impact on firm value. These findings imply that ESG practices alone may not be sufficient to enhance firm value unless accompanied by a strong competitive position. The study highlights the importance of integrating ESG strategies with the company’s core competencies to maximize value creation, particularly in highly competitive industries like energy.

Green Management has become an important strategy for companies to face environmental challenges while increasing competitiveness in the global market. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Green Management as a strategic approach in increasing the company's competitive advantage. The research method used is a literature review of various relevant previous studies, including the concept of Green Management, its impact on operational efficiency, product innovation, and corporate image. The results of the analysis show that the adoption of Green Management contributes significantly to reducing operational costs through energy efficiency and waste management. In addition, companies that implement sustainable practices succeed in creating added value for consumers, increasing customer loyalty, and strengthening market positions. This study also identifies several challenges, including initial implementation costs and organizational resistance, which can be overcome through government policy support and increasing environmental awareness among stakeholders. Thus, Green Management not only supports environmental sustainability goals but also provides strategic advantages for companies in the long term.

In the midst of increasingly complex globalization, organizations must continue to innovate and maximize the potential of existing resources to achieve competitive advantage. Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a strategic role in managing employees as important organizational assets. This research uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to review various literatures that discuss the relationship between HRM strategies and achieving competitive advantage. The results of the literature analysis show that effective HRM strategies, including competency-based recruitment, employee development through training and education, fair reward systems, and the use of technology such as Human Resource Information System (HRIS), can improve organizational performance and competitiveness. In addition, transparent performance management and good internal communication are also important supporting factors. Nonetheless, challenges in implementing HRM strategies remain, such as changes in organizational culture and budget constraints, which require an adaptive approach. This research provides insights into how the right HRM strategy can contribute to the achievement of competitive advantage in the face of fast-changing global market dynamics.

This research discusses the importance of talent management as a key element in improving employee performance and maintaining an organization's competitive advantage. Using a literature review approach, this research examines theory and empirical results that are relevant to understanding the impact of talent management on company productivity and competitiveness. The analysis results show that talent management makes a positive contribution to improving the quality of recruitment, employee retention and work productivity through training, career development and mentoring programs. Research also finds a significant relationship between talent management and the creation of unique organizational capabilities that are difficult for competitors to imitate.

Management Information System (MIS) is an important tool for companies to manage information and support business processes. However, there are still many companies that have not utilized SIM optimally to improve customer service. This research uses a qualitative case study method to collect data. This research examines the role of Management Information Systems (MIS) in improving customer service quality, building customer loyalty, and achieving competitive advantage in the digital era. The findings show that SIM plays an important role in improving the five dimensions of customer service quality, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and form. SIM is also proven to help build customer loyalty through increased satisfaction, trust, and commitment. In addition, SIM can help companies achieve a competitive advantage by increasing customer retention, attracting new customers, and improving the company's image.

Jabarlink as an ISP (Internet Service Provider) company is known to be active in marketing JIMS (Jabarlink Internet Managed Service) products in the Pangandaran area, but still requires an ideal strategy to be able to market JIMS products which currently have positive potential for hotels that want to increase their competitive advantage and guest preferences. This research aims to design a marketing strategy for JIMS services in Pangandaran hotels to increase competitive advantage and guest preferences. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach has been used where data collection was carried out through interviews with 15 informants / hotel managers, and involving 100 hotel customers in the interview process using an online user questionnaire. This research found that ISP companies such as Jabarlink need to carry out three activities in their marketing process, namely: Product innovation to avoid the threat of substitute products, effective and creative communication, and market segmentation and offering the right price

The utilization of Information Systems and Technology (IT) serves as a foundational element for business innovation. This article explores how organizations can implement business innovation through the utilization of IT to achieve a competitive advantage. It delves into the central issues of IT in the business context, discussing the role of IT in supporting business operations and strategies. The study aims to understand the pivotal role of business innovation in organizational success and examines real-world cases where organizations successfully implemented innovation through IT. The challenges and obstacles faced, including data security and implementation costs, are addressed, and effective strategies to overcome these challenges are proposed. This research aims to find out how HRM strategies can improve Competitive Advantage in the case study of Esy Tourism in Wundulako District, Kolaka Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. The informants in this research consisted of the owner and all employees. Esy Tourism. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses an interactive model, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, the conclusion that can be drawn is that the HRM strategy in increasing the competitive advantage of Esy tourism MSMEs still does not fully use the HRM strategy, where employee recruitment still uses a family basis and is not competent according to the HRM strategy, but other strategies already use the strategy. HRM.

Saat ini, dengan munculnya e-commerce di Indonesia, orang hanya tinggal di rumah, membeli barang secara online dan mengirimkannya langsung ke rumah. Semua dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa klik atau ketukan. Dengan mempertimbangkan kemudahan ini, minat belanja online semakin meningkat. E-commerce di Indonesia tumbuh signifikan sejak beberapa tahun terakhir. Dalam survei terbaru yang dilakukan oleh Barometer Konsumen Google bersama toko online Elevenia, Jumlah transaksi online di Indonesia meningkat, 78% responden berbelanja online melalui gadget seluler. di Indonesia mencatat 41% penjualannya berasal dari Jakarta, namun enam bulan kemudian angka ini turun menjadi 22%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak hanya konsumen di Jakarta yang rutin berbelanja online, konsumen di luar Jakarta juga memberikan kontribusinya terhadap pasar e-commerce di Indonesia, termasuk masyarakat di kota Semarang. Dengan semakin merabahnya perkembangan industri e-commerce Transmart berinovasi dengan meluncurkan Transmart Home Dilevery (THD) diharap mampu membantu memenuhi kebutuhan harian masyarakat terutama produk fresh food namun tetap meminimalisir penyebaran virus corona (Covid-19). Dengan semakin maraknya perkembangan perbelanjaan online Transmart hadir dengan memberikan pelayanan yang aman, praktis dan juga nyaman bagi pelanggan. Riset yang dilakukan oleh Association of E-commerce Indonesia (IDEA), Google Indonesia, dan TNS (Taylor Nelson Sofres) menemukan bahwa produk fesyen mendominasi pasar e-commerce sebagai produk yang paling sering dibeli, diikuti oleh gadget seluler, elektronik konsumen, buku dan majalah, dan bahan makanan. Dengan berkembangnya e-commerce, persaingan antar toko online menjadi semakin ketat. Banyak perusahaan perlu menyesuaikan diri dengan kebutuhan pasar yang berubah-ubah. Untuk mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif, perusahaan harus memahami pentingnya kepuasan pelanggan. Pelanggan yang puas akan membeli produk lagi, membicarakan produk dengan baik kepada orang lain. Terutama di pasar e-commerce jika orang menemukan produk serupa dengan harga lebih rendah dan kualitas lebih tinggi, mereka dapat dengan mudah pindah dan membeli dari pesaing yang lebih gesit. Masalah belanja online lainnya adalah layanan pengiriman yang buruk yang mengakibatkan kedatangan produk terlalu lama atau bahkan rusak. Layanan pengiriman sangat penting dalam e-commerce, karena merupakan tahap terakhir dari proses pemenuhan pesanan dan dari sudut pandang konsumen, yang paling kritis. Pengiriman tepat waktu dan andal harus menjadi prioritas nomor satu dan sangat penting untuk keberhasilan setiap toko online. Penelitian ini mengambil obyek di Transmart Setiabudi Kota Semarang, karena masa pandemi COVID-19 ini meluncurkan layanan pesan antar Transmart Home Dailivery (THD) yang dapat diakses melalui website thd.transretail.co.id ataupun dengan cara scan QR code yang terdapat pada seluruh sosial media Transmart Carrefour. Peluncuran layanan pesan antar ini diharap mampu membantu memenuhi kebutuhan harian masyarakat terutama produk fresh food, namun tetap meminimalisir penyebaran virus corona (Covid-19). Permasalahan yang diangkat penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah dampak online fresh product delivery service dan pakaging produk dalam upaya meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini sesuai renstra Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 dalam topik tata kelola bisnis perusahaan.

The webinar highlighted the importance of adapting to market changes, operational efficiency, innovation, networking, and teamwork in achieving competitive advantage. The discussion results indicate that companies need to invest in technology and innovation, understand market trends, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to maintain competitiveness in the global market. Additionally, the role of angel investors and wise investment strategies are also crucial factors in supporting business growth, especially for startups. This webinar provides valuable insights into the importance of flexible and adaptive strategies in achieving sustainable business growth.

Ini membagi pasar berdasarkan tingkat pertumbuhan relatif dan pangsa pasarnya dan menghasilkan empat komponen kuadran Cash cow, Stars, Question marks dan Dogs. Produk dapat dikategorikan dalam salah satu kuadran dan strategi untuk produk ini diputuskan dengan tepat. Strategi adalah sebuah keunggulan kompetitif yang memiliki tujuan untuk merencanakan suatu hal dengan cara yang strategis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi Ibu Asuh dalam mendidik Anak di Panti Asuhan agar bisa menjadi anak yang berakhlak mulia dan bisa menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dari usia muda hingga usia tiba masanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif Deskriptif. Instrumen yang dapat digunakan adalah dengan metode Observasi, Wawancara dan interview langsung ke Panti Asuhan Aisyiyah Putri bukittinggi. Dari hasil observasi peneliti menemukan bahwasanya Ibu Asuh meeberikan berbagai Strategi berupa Aturan yang harus dilaksanakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari untuk dapat di jadikan kebiasaan yang baik. Anak Panti tidak merasa keberatan dengan aturan yang telah di buat dengan Ibu Asuh dan Pimpinan Panti. Karena tujuannya adalah untuk mendidik Anak agar bisa berakhlakul Karimah. Jika dilihat dari hasil Wawancara Peneliti memberikan gambaran bahwasanaya Ibu Pimpinan dan Ibu Asuh sudah beusaha memberikan yang terbaik kepada semua anak di panti tanpa membeda-bedakannya. Begitu juga dengan tanggapan Anak di Panti bahwanya aturan yang telah di terapkan dapat membuat anak merasa tidak sendrian karena selalu di liputi dengan berbagai aktivitas yang membuat anak panti sibuk dengan kegiatannya masing-masing. Dalam aturan yang telah di buat ternyata masih ada juga anak panti yang melanggar aturan tersebut. Dikarenakan kekurang terbukaanya mengenai apa yang diingnkan dan apa yang di butuhkan anak. Sehingga kadang anak panti mencari perhatian lebih di luar Panti Asuhan. Hal ini yang menjadi tindak lnjut lagi oleh ibu Asuh dalam memberikan contoh perilaku yang baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengemukakan perencanaan sumberdaya manusia (SDM) yang efektif untuk meraih keunggulan kompetitif melalui analisis kajian literatur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang mengacu pada studi kajian literatur, yang dimana penulis melakukan penelitian dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur yang membahas topik yang sama, mulai dari artikel jurnal ilmiah, buku, skripsi dan berbagai literatur lainnya yang relevan untuk dijadikan acuan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perencanaan sumberdaya manusia memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan SDM sebagai pelaku organisasi yang berkualitas, melalui perencanaan SDM yang optimal dan efektif maka secara tidak langsung akan mempengaruhi terbentuknya budaya kompetitif perusahaan secara menyeluruh. Sehingga perencanaan SDM dijadikan sebagai tombak dalam mencapai keberhasilan dalam sebuah organisasi.

Kegiatan penyuluhan ini dilakukan bagi muda mudi Karang Taruna Desa Jati Kecamatan Masaran Kabupaten Sragen.. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada 7 April 2018 jam 19.00 WIB, bertempat di Balai Desa Jati, Kecamatan Masaran, Kabupaten Sragen. Dengan judul: ”Penyuluhan tentang Menumbuhkan Jiwa Kewirausahaan pada muda mudi Karang Taruna Desa Jati Kecamatan Masaran Kabupaten Sragen. Luaran dari kegiatan dari ini diharapkan dapat: 1. Meningkatkan pengetahuan muda mudi Karang Taruna Desa Jati Kecamatan Masaran Kabupaten Sragen.tentang konsep-konsep kewirausahaan agar mereka memiliki pengetahuan yang benar tentang kewirausahaan, sehingga tidak ada kesalahan persepsi tentang kewirausahaan. 2. Membekali muda mudi Karang Taruna Desa Jati Kecamatan Masaran Kabupaten Sragen.wawasan tentang bagaimana mengelola usaha untung mebcapai keunggulan kompetitif. Kegiatan yang akan dilakukan meliputi: 1. Pemilihan peserta pengabdian pada masyarakat, yaitu, Muda mudi Karang Taruna Desa Jati Kecamatan Masaran Kabupaten Sragen. 2. Penyampaian materi penyuluhan, 3. Pelaksanaan evaluasi. Evaluasi yang akan dilakukan dengan cara: sebelum penyuluhan dilakukan tanya jawab untuk mengetahui pengetahuan awal dari peserta tentang wirausaha dan cara mengelola usaha kecil, setelah penyuluhan selesai, dilakukan tanya jawab lagi tentang materi yang sama. Dengan membandingkan hasil jawaban yang telah dilakukan, maka akan diketahui apakah ada peningkatan pengetahuan tentang wirausaha.Kata Kunci: Kewirausahaan dan keunggulan kompetitf.PENDAHULUANJati merupakan sebuah dusun di desa Pilang, kecamatan Masaran, kabupaten Sragen, provinsi Jawa Tengah, negara Indonesia.
