The discipline of children, which is not yet well implemented in the school environment, is very important in shaping a good character in children. The purpose of this study is to determine the importance of the teacher's role in developing the character of discipline in children through habituation in the school environment consistently. There are 36 children that we observed at Damhil Kindergarten, who show a focus on discipline. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method, where data is collected based on what happens in the field, specifically through observation. The results of this study indicate that there are children who have not fully met several indicators of discipline. This can be addressed by the teacher creating a positive environment without discriminating against any children at school.

The focus of research are : 1. What are the Perceptions of Intensive Program Students towards Study Discipline at IDIA 2. What are the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors for Learning Discipline at IDIA in the Intensive Program. In this research, researcher used a qualitative approach. The data collection method in this research uses interviews and documentation. And the informants in this research came from Mudir Ma'had Lil-Banat, Naibah Mudir Ma'had Lil-Banat, academic section teacher, Student Executive Council Boarding Ma’had (BEMA), and IDIA intensive program students. The perception of intensive program students towards the learning discipline at IDIA is very positive. This can be seen from the different opinions and expressions in expressing perceptions about learning discipline at IDIA in the intensive program. Supporting factors for learning discipline in the intensive program at IDIA are the existence of clear regulations, the professionalism of internship teachers, and the existence of good and strong cooperation between internship teachers and BEMA. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the different characters or dispositions of intensive program students, teachers/instructors who cannot be present while teaching, and limited learning environment.

A Description of Sosial Skills and Discipline in Early Childhood at TK Sayang Ibu Kindergarten, Girisa Village, Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency. Early Childhood Teacer Education, Faculty od Education, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Principal Supervisor: Sri Wahyuningsi Laiya S.Pd., M.Pd and Co-Supervisor: Sulastya Ningsih S.Pd., M.Pd. This study aims to describe children’s social skills, specifially their ability to interact effectively with others and their discipline, which can be observed through habitual behaviors and competencies in physical abilities, self-confidence, responsibility, discipline, social interaction, and emotional regulation. The rescarch employed a descriptive qualitative approach. The study involved 17 children, with the research subjects comprising the principal, educators, and parents. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that the social skills related to discipline among 5-6 year-old children at Tk Sayang Ibu Kinderganten in girisa village had developed well. The chilren’s disciplinary attitudes demonstrated through daily routines, such as arriving on time and adhering to school schedules, indicated consistent and positive develoment.

ABSTRAK Pendidikan memainkan peran penting dalam pembentukan karakter siswa, termasuk menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila sebagai dasar negara. Namun, implementasi Pancasila di sekolah menghadapi banyak tantangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara pemahaman nilai-nilai Pancasila dan karakter disiplin siswa di MAN 1 Surakarta pada tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana pemahaman siswa tentang nilai-nilai Pancasila mempengaruhi pembentukan karakter disiplin mereka serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan implementasi pendidikan Pancasila dalam kurikulum. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode korelasi dilakukan di kelas XI F-5 MAN 1 Surakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes pemahaman nilai-nilai Pancasila dan kuesioner karakter disiplin, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan korelasi sederhana dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa, dengan nilai thitung lebih rendah dari ttabel, koefisien korelasi produk moment adalah -0,109, menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pemahaman nilai-nilai Pancasila terhadap karakter disiplin siswa tidak signifikan. Kesimpulannya, meskipun pemahaman nilai-nilai Pancasila siswa cukup baik, tidak ada hubungan signifikan yang terdeteksi dengan pembentukan karakter disiplin. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya pengembangan strategi pendidikan karakter yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa.

Student discipline is very important for students, the definition of student discipline is an orderly and regular state possessed by students at school, without any violations that are detrimental either directly or indirectly to the students themselves and to the school as a whole. Disciplinary violations that occur at school are the responsibility of the principal, homeroom teacher, other teachers and also the BK teacher who is the place to help and guide students to solve any problems that exist in the individual. The purpose of the study was to obtain a profile of the discipline of Class XI students of SMA Mathla'ul Anwar Menes in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This type of research is quantitative using a descriptive observational research design. The population in this study were all class XI students of SMA Mathla'ul Anwar Menes in the 2023/2024 Academic Year totaling 153. The Slovin sample formula, the sample in this study amounted to 60 students. The results of this study found that 21.7% of respondents had a very high level of discipline. As many as 20% of respondents have a high level of self-acceptance and 56.7% of respondents have a moderate level of discipline. From the total score obtained of 6811 and divided by 60 students, the result is 113.5 and the value of 113.5 is included in the interval 108-126 or can be categorized as an average of student discipline included in the high category.

Student discipline refers to the attitude of obedience shown by students in a school towards the applicable rules, norms, and regulations. This level of discipline can be measured through students' obedience in following the rules related to study hours and their obedience in participating in other school activities. Each student has a different level of error, which is caused by the characteristics of each individual. Therefore, the role of guidance and counseling teachers is very important in improving student discipline in the school environment. In this study, the author asks the question: How does Islamic guidance and counseling contribute to improving student discipline at MTs Negeri 1 Wonosobo? The purpose of this study is to understand the role of Islamic guidance and counseling in improving student discipline at the institution. The author uses a qualitative field research approach, with primary data sources consisting of guidance and counseling teachers and students. Data collection was carried out through interview, observation, and documentation methods.The results of the study indicate that Islamic guidance and counseling plays an important role in improving student discipline at MTs Negeri 1 Wonosobo by helping students solve problems, providing advice and reprimands to those who are less disciplined, providing direction so that students can make the right decisions, and providing advice and reprimands. In addition, efforts made by guidance and counseling teachers to prevent indiscipline include through group guidance, individual guidance, and involving parents.

Safety Leadership merupakan proses interaksi antara pemimpin dan pekerja untuk mencapai tujuan  keselamatan  yang  sangat penting dalam keberlangsungan proyek. Safety  Leadership Penerapan Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja Dan Lingkungan Dalam Proyek Konstruksi (Studi Kasus  Pembangunan  Gedung  Teater  Kabupaten  Karanganyar),  penelitian  untuk  mencari pengaruh safety leadership PT. Bettindo Bintang Perkasa terhadap perilaku keselamatan pekerja, mengetahui kepatuhan dan kedisiplinan pekerja dalam memakai Alat Pelindung Diri, khususnya pekerja pada ketinggian. Metodologi penelitian membahas rancangan, variabel penelitian & definisi operasional, serta teknik pengumpulan & analisis data. Langkah penelitian dengan menggunakan cross sectional, data diperoleh dari lembar checklist observasi dan wawancara. Hasil  dan  Analisa  penelitian  menyajikan kajian evaluasi penerapan prosedur kerja Kesehatan dan  Keselamatan  Kerja,  evaluasi  kesesuaian  teknik  aman  bekerja  di  ketinggian,  penerapan penggunaan alat pelindung diri &  perangkat  penahan jatuh  serta tenaga  kerja  bekerja  pada ketinggian.

Religious education plays a very important role in shaping the discipline and moral character of students, especially at the primary level. This community service aims to assist students of class VI A at MI Darul Ulum Palangka Raya in tadarus Juz Amma, reciting Asmaul Husna, and reciting the obligatory prayers, as an effort to improve the discipline of worship. This activity uses the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) method, which utilises school assets and the potential of students and teachers. MBKM Teaching Assistance programme students play an active role in collaboration with the VI A class teacher to accompany students during the activity. The results of this assistance show significant improvement in students, especially in the ability to read the Qur'an with tartil and correct tajweed, memorise Asmaul Husna, and recite prayer readings correctly. This activity, which is routinely carried out every morning, not only improves the understanding of worship techniques, but also familiarises students to carry out worship consistently. This assistance fosters students' sense of responsibility and discipline in carrying out worship obligations.

Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit is a vital component in airport operations, playing an important role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of flight services. This study aims to determine what obstacles are encountered during inspection activities and how does the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit overcome these obstacles. This study uses a qualitative approach with field observations and then conducting analysis. The subjects of this study were Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit officers at Supadio Airport, Pontianak. The research period was 1 month. The results of the study can be concluded that the main obstacles of the AMC unit at Supadio Airport, Pontianak include communication difficulties due to noise, limited visual supervision, and coordination between units. The proposed solutions include improving communication systems, expanding surveillance camera coverage, optimizing personnel, regular training, using new technologies such as drones, and evaluating and improving operational procedures. The implementation of these solutions is expected to improve the effectiveness of the AMC inspection function, support the discipline of apron officers, and improve the safety and smoothness of airport operations..

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence between PAK Teacher Pedagogical Competence on Student Discipline of Class V SD Negeri 1 Pardomuan 1 Pangururan, Pangururan District, Samosir Regency in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used is a quantitative research method, with a population of 45 students, the sample of this study was 45 students so it is called population research. The instrument used in this study used a closed questionnaire of 42 statement items, where 27 questionnaire items were for variable X and 15 items for variable Y which had been tested on 30 students. The results of the study showed a positive and significant influence between PAK Teacher Pedagogical Competence on Student Discipline of Class V SD Negeri 1 Pardomuan 1 Pangururan, Pangururan District, Samosir Regency in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. 1) Test of the relationship rcount> rtable, namely 0.632> 0.294; 2) Significant test tcount>ttable which is 5.348>2.021; 3) Determination test is 39.94%, 4) Regression equation is obtained from Y ̂ = "15.56" + 0.41X; 5) Hypothesis test using F test obtained Fcount>Ftable = (α = 0.05, dk numerator k = 19, dk denominator = n-2 = 45-2 = 43) which is 28.45> 1.51. Thus Ha, namely there is a positive and significant influence between Pedagogical Competence of PAK Teachers on the Discipline of Class V Students of SD Negeri 1 Pardomuan 1 Pangururan, Pangururan District, Samosir Regency in the 2023/2024 Academic Year is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi PP No. 30 Tahun 2019 tentang Penilaian Prestasi Kerja pada Bagian Perencanaan dan Keuangan Sekretariat Daerah Kota Prabumulih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketidakmampuan sebagian pegawai dalam beradaptasi dengan sistem yang ada, hal ini tentu saja membuat beberapa indikator pengukuran kinerja tidak dapat berjalan dengan baik. Dan permasalahan selanjutnya adalah karakter pegawai yang tidak dapat diatur dan sering melakukan pelanggaran terhadap sistem, maka dari permasalahan tersebut dapat dipahami bahwa komunikasi dan pemahaman terhadap kebijakan pegawai masih belum optimal dalam hal implementasi. Kualitas sumber daya manusia di Sekretariat Kota Prabumulih sudah cukup berkualitas, namun juga dinilai dari sikap dan kedisiplinan pegawai yang baik. Hal tersebut juga akan menentukan kinerja pegawai, bukan hanya banyaknya pekerjaan yang dapat diselesaikan. Besaran dan penilaiannya pun saling bergantung, mengingat sangat penting dilakukan pengukuran kinerja agar pegawai dapat mengembangkan karir, penghargaan, promosi jabatan hingga mulai menduduki jabatan strategis, dan sejauh mana pemahaman pegawai terhadap kebijakan tersebut sudah cukup baik hanya pada sisi implementasinya saja. Apabila dimaksimalkan dapat dipahami bahwa karyawan mendukung kebijakan tersebut. Variabel karyawan menunjukkan bahwa karyawan telah bekerja sesuai dengan tugas pokoknya dan bekerja sesuai SOP. Setiap karyawan yang bekerja tentunya akan bekerja sesuai dengan SOP-nya. karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya.

Employee performance can be seen from the quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. This research aims to analyze leadership, motivation, and discipline and employee performance in the Medan Perjuangan Village Head. The sample in this study was 32 employees at the Medan Perjuangan Village Head. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which has been tested and has met the validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS 19.0 for Windows software tools. The results of the partial research show that partial testing for the leadership variable shows a p-value of 0.303, meaning that partial leadership does not have a significant effect on employee performance in the Medan Perjuangan Village Head. The partial test results for the motivation variable show a p-value of 0.009, meaning that motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Medan Perjuangan Village Head. The partial test results for the work discipline variable show a p-value of 0.000, meaning that discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Medan Perjuangan Village Head. The results of the simultaneous testing of the calculated F value are 512.757 which is greater than 3.33 and the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that leadership, motivation and discipline have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Medan Perjuangan Village Head.

The research that has been conducted is entitled "manajemen peserta didik dalam peningkatan kedisiplinan siswa SMP Islam Al-Ulum Terpadu Medan", which is the background that the lack of student discipline during school hours starts from entering the school bell to the school bell to the school bell to go home from school. The lack of student discipline has the potential to have a negative impact, both academically and in daily life. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, indepth interviews with principals and analysis of documents related to disciplinary polices and procedures in schools. The results pf the study show that effective student management, including the establishment of clear rules, giving awards to student discipline ada teachers is an example for student. The conclusion of this study is that the application of structured student management can be an effective solution in overcoming discipline problems in schools.

The research carried out was entitled "Policy of the Madrasah Principal in Improving the Disciplinary Character of Student Learning at MTsN 4 Padang Lawas", which was motivated by the lack of implementation of the disciplinary character of students in this madrasah. This proves that the Madrasah Principal's policy is needed as a leader in this madrasah to manage and implement the rules that have been implemented in the madrasah so that the disciplined character of student learning can run well. The research method uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. As a data source for this research, the researcher took several sources of information from the head of the madrasa, the deputy head of the madrasa for student affairs, one of the homeroom teachers, and one of the students at MTsN 4 Padang Lawas. The results of the research reveal that, 1) The Madrasah Head's policy in improving the disciplinary character of student learning at MTsN 4 Padang Lawas is implemented through four things, namely, a) Enforcement of rules and discipline, b) Creating a reward and punishment system, c) Supervision and monitoring, d) collaboration to create student interest in learning; 2) The level of student learning discipline in complying with the policy of the head of the medrasa at MTsN 4 Padang Lawas is implemented through two things, namely, a) student attendance in class, b) student compliance with madrasa rules; 3) Student learning motivation in learning discipline at MTs N 4 Padang Lawas covers two things, a) the level of student interest, b) the appreciation felt by students for the learning process; 4) Factors that influence improving the character of student learning discipline at MTsN 4 Padang Lawas include two things, namely, a) internal factors and b) external factors. Based on the results of the research above, the Policy of the Head of MTsN 4 Padang Lawas is very important in improving the disciplinary character of student learning at this madrasah. This is because the policy of the head of MTsN 4 Padang Lawas is something that can improve the quality of the madrasah.

Air transportation is the primary choice due to its speed, safety, and comfort. Airports are places where aircraft land and take off and conduct various activities related to passengers and cargo, categorized into domestic and international. The Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit at PT Angkasa Pura I oversees movements in the apron area and provides services to airport users. Strict supervision is required to maintain safety and discipline on the apron. However, observations at the AMC at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar show a lack of discipline among staff, such as oil spills on the apron, which pose a safety hazard. This research aims to understand the role of AMC in enforcing employee discipline and the challenges faced at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar. This research employs a qualitative approach to understand the phenomena in the Apron Movement Control unit at PT Angkasa Pura I, Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar, from June 1 to July 31, 2024. Primary data were collected through interviews and direct observations, while secondary data were obtained from company documents and literature studies. Data analysis involves reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with data validity tested through source, technique, and time triangulation. Research steps include interviews, observations, data analysis, and conclusion drawing.The results show that the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar plays a crucial role in maintaining security, order, and discipline on the apron. They control the movements of aircraft, vehicles, and personnel and ensure operations follow safety procedures. AMC also acts as disciplinarian and educator through regular training. However, they face challenges such as a lack of employee understanding of procedures, limited communication equipment, communication challenges due to noise, and high operational pressure. To overcome these challenges, AMC needs to strengthen training, improve communication and coordination, enhance facilities, and increase employee welfare. These measures are expected to improve AMC's performance and instill a strong work discipline culture, making them the front line in maintaining airport security and operational efficiency.

Efforts of classroom teachers in instilling self-discipline and social discipline in grade II students at SDN 139 Palembang? The purpose of this study is to find out the efforts of classroom teachers in instilling self-discipline and social discipline in grade II students at SDN 139 Palembang. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, with a descriptive research form. The data collection techniques in the study used questionnaire, interview, and documentation techniques. The Data Validity Techniques used in this study are Source Triangulation, Source Triangulation, Time Triangulation. The data analysis techniques used are Data Reduction, Data Presentation, Data Presentation. Based on research in the field, it can be known that the impact of teachers' efforts in instilling discipline that has been implemented at SD N 139 Palembang has a good effect on student discipline such as wearing complete uniform attributes, departing on time and orderly following the bender ceremony It would be good for the principal and teachers to set an example and give sanctions to students who violate school rules to train the discipline of SD N 139 Palembang students.

Bima Regency public awareness regarding driving discipline is still low, this is due to the high number of accidents caused by several factors including underage children driving, drivers not wearing helmets, reckless driving, and running red lights, of course this requires a role. important for the Transportation Service, especially the special division for traffic. This research aims to determine the role of the Transportation Department in improving driving discipline in Bima Regency and the factors that influence driving discipline in Bima Regency.The research is a qualitative descriptive study using primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained from interviews conducted in the traffic sector and direct observation at the Bima Regency Transportation Service, while secondary data in this research were laws, articles, journals, previous research and so on, which became supporting data for the research after primary data.The results of the research show that in carrying out the duties of the transportation service in improving driving discipline in Bima district, efforts have been made and implementing policies to increase driving awareness, including carrying out patrols, raids, road security, outreach to the community and schools. The main factor that influences driving discipline in Bima Regency is knowledge of traffic rules and coupled with very hot weather conditions which make drivers less focused and aware of the road and traffic rules.

Pancasila stands as Indonesia's bedrock, encapsulating essential principles guiding national identity. The nation's trajectory hinges upon cultivating a disciplined, patriotically committed youth. Paskibra extracurricular activities emerge as pivotal in fostering both nationalism and the values intrinsic to Pancasila. This research analyzes the inculcation of Pancasila values as an effort to enhance the discipline of Paskibra members at SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali. The findings reveal that the inculcation of Pancasila values through extracurricular Paskibra has proven effective in improving the discipline of Paskibra members in various aspects. Notable enhancements in punctuality, etiquette, and accountability have been observed among participants. The commendable efforts of SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali in Pancasila education serve as a beacon for other educational institutions. By instilling Pancasila values early on, we can shape forthcoming generations into individuals characterized by discipline, responsibility, and unwavering integrity. This research can be concluded as follows. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study was 39 permanent employee respondents. This research uses the census method and uses a questionnaire for data collection. The results of validity and reliability tests using the Person product moment correlation method and Cronbach's alpha, it is known that the items created are valid and calculations show that work discipline partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance, while partial competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of calculating the value of the influence of work discipline and competence simultaneously by looking for the coefficient of determination show how much influence there is between the two variables which can be studied from the R value and is 0.742. The size of the R square (R2) is 0.551, so the coefficient of determination (KD) is 0.551 x 100% = 55.1%, this means that it shows the influence of work discipline and competence on employee performance by 55.1% while the remaining 44.9% is influenced by other variables.

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of the principal's supervision of teacher discipline in madrasas. Teacher discipline is an important factor in improving the quality of education, and principal supervision has a key role in ensuring standards of discipline. The research method used is descriptive, bibliographic in nature by collecting data in the form of literature. The research results show that effective supervision by school principals contributes significantly to increasing teacher discipline. In addition, it was found that the frequency and quality of supervision, as well as the approach used by school principals, greatly influenced the level of teacher compliance with applicable regulations and procedures. These findings emphasize the importance of the active role of school principals in carrying out structured and consistent supervision to create a disciplined and high-quality educational environment.
