The purpose of this research is to provide suggestions to help students become more disciplined. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Teachers and students at SMA N 1 Tanjung Mutiara were used as research subjects. We used interview and observation techniques to collect data. Research findings include the strategy for developing discipline at SMA N 1 Tanjung Mutiara as follows: making a mission statement, vision statement and educational goals. regardless of the rules that apply at school. Because developing superior discipline requires applying that discipline both in the classroom and outside the classroom. The discipline of the children of SMA N Tanjung Mutiara is proof of the successful implementation and results of the program. grows in terms of self-control in behavior and friendships and study habits. There are more people who apply discipline well at school than those who don't, but there are still many people who do not apply discipline according to the school's wishes.

This research method uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data collection, reduction, display and verification. Meanwhile, data validity testing uses triangulation of sources, techniques and time. The research results show that 1) The concept of spiritual leadership of the madrasa head in realizing student discipline is a household concept. In a household, trust, commitment, responsibility, and full affection and sincerity are needed; 2) the implementation of the madrasah head's spiritual leadership in realizing student discipline is by articulating a vision, learning programs, non-academic programs, programs in the field of spiritual development activities.

The background of the research is the fact that there is a lot of moral decline that occurs in the younger generation of the Indonesian nation. This is evident in the world of national education that there are still many students who violate school regulations, ranging from not carrying out assignments, arriving late, missing school and student disobedience to their teachers. These various attitudes occur due to the depletion of the attitude of discipline and responsibility of students. The solution to this problem is the need for educational institutions that are able to overcome and build the character of learning discipline in students.The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of character education in shaping student learning discipline at SD IT Al-Izzah Sibuhuan School. The research method uses a type of Qualitative research by taking location at SD IT Al-Izzah Sibuhuan. Interviews, observation and documentation are the data sources used in this research process. Qualitative descriptive analysis is the data analysis technique used. The results showed that the implementation of character education in shaping learning discipline at SD IT Al-Izzah Sibuhuan includes two aspects, namely implementation and school efforts. The implementation of character education implementation in shaping learning discipline through fun learning activities for students, habituation, discipline, infrastructure and fun learning. The school's efforts in implementing character education in shaping student learning discipline at SD IT Al-Izzah Sibuhuan are to create teaching and learning activities that are conducive, effective and fun. From the school, they also provide examples of student discipline to students so that they apply it to their daily activities to become better people.

Every organization generally expects achievements from its representatives because the organization is given the authority to make presentations. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze whether career development and discipline moderated by rewards have an effect on the performance of Informa Queen City Semarang employees. The method used is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques used were literature and questionnaires. The results of this research are that career development has no effect on the performance of Informa Queen City Semarang employees, discipline has a positive effect on the performance of Informa Queen City Semarang employees, career development and discipline simultaneously influence employee performance through rewards.

This research aims to determine the role of civics teachers in improving the discipline of class X students at SMA St. Maria Rubit and to find out the teacher's efforts as well as the form or model of teacher example regarding student discipline. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The informants in this research were the Principal, Citizenship Education Teacher, and Class Teacher at St. Mary's High School. Maria Rubit. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of the research show that: The role of civics teachers is very important in improving student discipline at St. Maria Rubit, In accordance with existing school regulations, the aim is to apply discipline so that students can be time disciplined, be on time for school, be disciplined in dressing, be disciplined in attitude and be disciplined in completing assignments. In improving student discipline at school, I give constructive sanctions to students, all school members must comply with school regulations and work together with all school members to improve student discipline. Student discipline at St. Maria Rubit still lacks discipline, because there are still students who do not follow the rules set by the school, for example; time discipline, discipline in dressing and discipline in speaking. Exemplary efforts/forms made by teachers in upholding student discipline are by providing guidance and socializing the importance of discipline. The efforts made by teachers are by providing good examples for students.

Airports have a very important role in the smooth process of passengers who will make flights, the workforce at the airport in carrying out their duties needs to be done quickly and precisely as well as the duties and responsibilities of Aviation Security (AVSEC). This includes the duties of AVSEC in ensuring flight security and safety, As an International Airport that has a large number of passengers, Supadio Pontianak International Airport needs to maintain passenger comfort in terms of security and service. This study aims to determine the effect of workload on the discipline of Aviation Security officers at Supadio Pontianak International Airport and to determine how much influence workload has on the discipline of Aviation Security officers at Supadio Pontianak International Airport. This research was conducted on Aviation Security officers at Supadio Pontianak International Airport, while the research time was for 30 days from October 1 - October 31, this study used a quantitative approach method, with Aviation Security officers as Research Subjects, the population in this study amounted to 81 and used a sample of 81 respondents, the data used in this study were primary data in the form of questionnaires through google form, before the research was carried out, the instrument was first tested with a validity test and reliability test involving 81 avsec personnel at supadio pontianak international airport. The results of this study indicate a positive influence on workload (X) on discipline (Y) on Avsec personnel at the international airport supadio pontianak, Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the R square value is 0, 180 or equal to 18%, meaning that the workload variable (X) affects the discipline variable (Y) by 18%, while the remaining 100% - 18% = 82% is influenced by other variables outside the regression equation or variables that are not studied.   Keywords: The Effect of Workload on the Discipline of Aviation Security Officers.

This research aims to find out about the implementation of human resource management in improving student discipline at Annur Depok Vocational School. The method used in this research is observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and data triangulation to check the validity of the data. The results of the research show that Human Resource Management Implementation Planning is Improving student discipline at Annur Vocational School. In implementing Human Resources Management, the steps taken by Annur Vocational School begin with planning everything that will be done to improve the quality of education, such as recruitment and selection of teaching and education staff, then the planning is organized according to the school's needs. The next steps are the implementation of the plan that has been determined and direction, then supervision and evaluation are the final steps in implementing Human Resources Management related to the development of teacher professionalism and discipline in order to improve the quality of education. Implementation of Human Resources Management in an effort to improve discipline at Annur Vocational School.

The research was motivated by several problems, namely: (1) students violated time discipline, namely: late coming to school, truant and late submitting assignments; and (2) students commit disciplinary violations, namely: not participating in ceremonies, wearing incomplete attributes, sleeping in class, quarreling at school, playing cellphones during class, falsifying picket attendance data, and violating the use of attributes. The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of group guidance on problem solving techniques on student learning discipline. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design model. The research population of all class XI MIPA students at Sultan Agung Islamic High School 1 Semarang amounted to 72 students. The research sample was 35 students of grade XI MIPA 2 at Sultan Agung 1 Islamic High School Semarang. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. Psychological scale data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics. Test the hypothesis of simple linear regression. The results of the study showed the influence of group guidance with problem solving techniques on student learning discipline. The influence provided by group guidance services with problem solving techniques on the learning discipline of grade XI MIPA students at Sultan Agung Islamic High School 1 Semarang obtained an R-Square value of 0.38, group guidance services with problem solving techniques had an influence of 38%. There is an influence of group guidance with problem solving techniques on the learning discipline of grade XI MIPA students at Sultan Agung Islamic High School 1 Semarang.

The research is motivated by several problems of undisciplined behavior in learning, namely: (1) some students are still late for coming to school; (2) some students still cheat, often skip classes, are noisy in class, and are late in collecting assignments from the teacher; and (3) some students did not do homework from the teacher. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of group guidance using self-management techniques on the learning discipline of class XII IPS students at SMA Negeri 1 Keuntungan Brebes. The study used a quantitative approach with Pre-Experimental Designs of the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design type. The population of this study were all students of class XII IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Keuntungan Brebes totaling 72 students, consisting of class XII IPS 1 totaling 36 students and class XII IPS 3 totaling 36 students. The research sample was students of class XII IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Keuntungan Brebes, totaling 36 students. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique is a non-test with a psychological scale. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics. Test the hypothesis using paired samples t-test. The results showed that there was an effect of group guidance using self-management techniques on the learning discipline of class XII IPS 1 students at SMA Negeri 1 Keuntungan Brebes. The magnitude of the effect is indicated by the difference in the mean pre-test and post-test, that is, the mean pre-test is 80.53 to the mean post-test is 84.89, so an average increase is obtained. mean of 4.361 or 4%. It can be concluded that there is an influence of group guidance with self-management techniques on the learning discipline of class XII IPS students at SMA Negeri 1 Keuntungan Brebes.

Discipline is something related to someone's control of various forms of regulation. The purpose of this research is to direct students so that they learn about good things as a preparation for the future, when they are very dependent on self-discipline. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. With a large number of samples ± there are 51 UHAMKA students in the teaching and education faculties of the 2019/2020 academic year. The research instrument used a questionnaire or questionnaire and library literature in the form of journals and books. And this validity approach is tested using construct validity and for this reliability approach using internal consistent reliability testing. The procedure for taking this sample was carried out by systematic random sampling. And the data collection was used by distributing questionnaires which were distributed via Google Formular to students analyzing data for variable and reliable testing using IBM SPSS 26. And using a one-sample t-test statistic. The results showed that: there were 33 students (78%) who had a very high level of discipline. There are 16 students (56-77%) who have a moderate level of discipline. There are 2 students (55%) who have a low level of discipline. Based on the explanation above, it can be said that the level of student discipline is included in the high category. This result is the possibility that students choose good answers or indeed good discipline. Based on the data above, the high level of student discipline shows that students at FKIP Uhamka have good obedience, obedience, and order. This is in line with Susanto's statement (2018) that discipline is influenced by factors including: students following and obeying applicable regulations, self-awareness, educational tools, punishment, exemplary attitude, disciplinary environment, and disciplinary training. However, there are still students who adhere to a low level of discipline (55%). This can be spread by the background of the students themselves who are less disciplined about the rules applied by the university and because there is no awareness about the importance discipline.

Discipline is a very important thing to instill in a person, especially in a student. Students must be careful to be disciplined in managing time, disciplined in carrying out tasks and obligations, and disciplined in interacting with the kholiq and with fellow creatures. Religious values ​​need to be instilled in children, because religious values ​​themselves involve the concept of divinity, worship, and morals. All of that can be given early on so that these religious values ​​are able to shape the child's personality and can measure strongly and have an influence throughout his life. The approach used in this study is qualitative, in collecting data the authors use the method of observation, interviews, documentation. This research was conducted at MTs Al-Ihsan Tanah Grogot. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: 1) to find out the reality of discipline at MTs Al-Ihsan Tanah Grogot, : 2) to find out the efforts to improve student discipline through the provision of religious values ​​at MTs Al-Ihsan Tanah Grogot. The results of this study are that the discipline in MTs Al-Ihsan is good, this is evident from the results of data presentation and interviews. Whereas in an effort to increase student discipline through deepening religious values, the school has programs or activities that are directed at the subject matter above, namely the habituation of Duha prayer and recitation of the Qur'an which is carried out before the lesson activities begin.

Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel yaitu variabel X (Disiplin) dan variabel Y (Kinerja Pegawai). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kedisiplinan pegawai LPP RRI Sorong, kinerja pegawai LPP RRI Sorong, dan pengaruh disiplin pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP RRI Sorong. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, pembagian kuesioner, dan wawancara. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP RRI Sorong. Untuk mengukur pengaruh variabel-variabel tersebut digunakan regresi linier sederhana dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program aplikasi komputer IBM SPSS 23. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan metode statistik yaitu regresi linier sederhana, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisien regresi linier sederhana sebesar 0,649 , selain itu nilai value = 0.000 < alpha 0.05, hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2 ) diperoleh nilai R Square 0.717 yang demikian bahwa variabel remunerasi menjelaskan variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 71,7 % , Dari hasil uji T diperoleh nilai sig 0.000 < 0.05 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja (X) mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai (Y). Hasil penelitian ini  menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Radio Republik Indonesia ( Sorong ).

  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perlunya peningkatan nilai karakter disiplin dan strategi guru dalam upaya meningkatkan nilai karakter disiplin melalui tata tertib sekolah pada siswa kelas 7 SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Karena peneliti ingin mendeskripsikan keadaan yang diamati di lapangan dengan lebih spesifik, transparan, dan mendalam. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, bapak/ibu guru kelas 7, dan siswa kelas 7 SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Adapun untuk menguji validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi, baik itu triangulasi sumber maupun triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif  dengan model interaktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui tata tertib sekolah dapat meningkatkan nilai karakter kedisiplinan siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan bahwa melalui tata tertib sekolah dapat menciptakan suasana lingkungan pembelajaran yang kondusif, nyaman, dan tenteram di dalam maupun luar kelas. Adapun strategi yang digunakan guru untuk meningkatkan nilai karakter disiplin melalui tata tertib sekolah pada siswa kelas 7 SMP N 18 Surakarta adalah keteladanan, kebiasaan, peraturan, hukuman serta penghargaan. The level of discipline on the performance of ground handling employees is very important, discipline is also needed in improving employee performance. The basic attitude of employees towards themselves, competencies and current job as well as an overview of every opportunity that can be achieved needs to be considered by PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta International Airport. Performance analysis of ground handling employees will discuss how ground handling employee performance that viewed from the level of discipline based on the performance indicator. This research uses a qualitative research method design, which data collection is carried out by interviews, observation, documentation, and literature studies in the work area of the passasi unit of PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta International Airport. This research was conducted to determine the performance of ground handling employees in terms of the level of discipline at PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta Internasional Airport. The results of this study are the performance of ground handling employees on time is quite good in providing services to passangers, ground handling employees are quite good in two ways communication between leaders and subordinates, ground handling employees obey the regulations in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP), carry oud good cooperation with coworkers, creating a sense of comfort and safety at work has improved well.

Pelatihan bagi pegawai merupakan hal yang sangat penting bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap, dan kedisiplinan pada pegawai dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya, Manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu cabang ilmu manajemen yang berperan mengatur sumber daya manusia dalam kegiatan suatu perusahaan. pada UD Ujes Sejahtera merupakan perusahaan yang menyediakan kebutuhan pokok masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertjuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang ada pada perusahaan UD Ujes Sejahtera dengan cara melakukan pelatihan pada seluruh pegawai lama maupun baru guna meningkatkan pengetahuan dan skil agar kualitas sumber daya manusia yang ada sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusaan guna menunjang kemajuan usaha. pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode deskripif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif data-data seconder yang digunakan dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara pada pemilik UD Ujes Sejahtera dan pada pegawai. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam pelatihan dapat memperbaiki kualitas sumber daya mansia, UD Ujes Sejahtera sudah melakukan pelatiahn sumber daya manusia disetiap fungsi bisnis yang ada pada perusahaan disimpulkan bahwa penulis akan membahas bagaimana peran pelatihan guna memperbaiki kualitas sumber daya manusia agar dapat bekerja dengan optimal.

Kantor Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DPPKB) Kabupaten Karawang merupakan instansi pemerintahan yang memiliki peran penting dalam pengendalian jumlah penduduk yang ada di kabupaten karawang melalui program keluarga berencana (KB). Kerja Praktik dilaksanakan dengan cara magang kerja disuatu instansi atau perusahaan didaerah Karawang terkait dengan tujuan memberi wawasan kepada mahasiswa tentang dunia kerja yang sebenarnya. Laporan Kerja Praktik ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Disiplin Kerja pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Keluarga Berencana. Salah satu indikasi rendahnya kualitas Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah tersebut adalah adanya pelanggaran disiplin yang banyak dilakukan oleh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah. Metode dasar dalam memperoleh data yaitu dengan cara wawancara langsung, pengamatan, serta observasi langsung ke lapangan. Hasil laporan Kerja Praktik ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi tingkat kedisiplinan pegawai pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DPPKB) Karawang sudah cukup baik, walaupun didapati beberapa pegawai yang masih belum menjalankan tugasnya sesuai dengan job desk, dan terdapat beberapa pegawai datang dan pulang tidak sesuai dengan jam dan waktu yang sudah ditentukan oleh Dinas. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh seorang Pegawai Negeri Sipil dalam Peningkatan Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil adalah Kurang tegasnya Sanksi yang diberikan oleh Pejabat yang berwenang serta lunturnya Kedisiplinan Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Adapun penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut ialah dengan memberikan sanksi dan tindakan yang lebih tegas terhadap setiap pelanggaran agar setiap pegawai bisa lebih Disiplin lagi dalam segala hal dan dapat memberikan efek jera agar Pegawai yang lain tidak meniru atau melakukan pelanggaran serupa atau lebih berat lagi.

This study aims to determine the role of the school principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the role of the principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang. In this study, researchers used a type of qualitative research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Research data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. While the techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of this research data using data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the role of the principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang is going quite well. The results of the researchers looked at the role of the principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang, showing indicators of the role of the principal, namely instilling, habituating, supervising, reward and punishment, guidance and motivation. The supporting factors are good inter-team cooperation and a disciplined environment. The inhibiting factor is the lack of awareness about the importance of discipline.

This study aims to determine how much influence employee discipline and work environment have on employee performance in the PGS Cimanggis Village. The research method is a quantitative approach using non-probability sampling data collection techniques. The number of samples taken using the slovin formula is as many as 52 respondents. Primary data was collected using questionnaires in Likert scale units. Data processing uses SPSS 26 software for instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that work discipline partially has a positive and significant relationship to employee performance. The work environment also has a positive and significant relationship to employee performance. Then through simultaneous testing of the two variables of work discipline and the work environment have a positive and significant relationship to employee performance
