The alleged sexual harassment case at Pancasila University highlights the importance of implementing ethical values in the academic environment. This study aims to analyze ethical violations that occur, especially in the context of sexual harassment, using ethical theories such as deontology, utilitarianism, and justice theory. The results of the analysis indicate that these violations not only harm the victims individually, but also threaten the integrity, reputation, and trust of the academic community in the institution. The findings also indicate weaknesses in university policies and procedures in handling this case effectively. Therefore, it is necessary to update ethics policies, increase awareness through training, and a transparent and justice-oriented reporting system. With these steps, the university is expected to create a safe, fair, and moral environment for all members of the academic community.

Corruption has been a well-known problem in Indonesia for a long time. News of corruption cases often becomes a hot topic, especially in this digital age where information spreads rapidly. Unfortunately, statistics show that public reaction to corruption cases in 2024 was more permissive than in the previous year. This is undoubtedly a hindrance in realizing the vision of Indonesia Gold 2045. Therefore, as one of the efforts, a socialization on law enforcement and anti-corruption was conducted at SMA Negeri 34 Jakarta on October 15, 2024, aiming to create a young generation that is law-abiding and anti-corruption. In this activity, students were invited to understand corruption in depth, including the legal basis, the impact of corruption, and how to prevent the seeds of corruption from an early age. Using an interactive and engaging approach, as well as examples of familiar corruption cases, students not only learned about the law, but also developed an awareness of the importance of maintaining integrity in their daily lives.

Ethics and integrity play a crucial role in creating an academic environment free from corrupt practices. As a center of learning, the campus should serve as a model for its students in upholding high moral and ethical standards. This article aims to highlight the importance of ethics and integrity as fundamental pillars in efforts to prevent corruption within the academic setting, such as on campus. Through a qualitative approach, data were collected from interviews with two campus workers—a canteen staff member and a parking attendant—who frequently interact indirectly with students and staff. These interviews explore their perspectives on the importance of being honest, responsible, and disciplined in their daily work. The findings show that even though they are not involved in academic activities, both workers contribute significantly to fostering an anti-corruption culture on campus. The canteen staff emphasized the importance of transparency in setting food prices to maintain students' trust, while the parking attendant stressed the need for discipline and order in managing the parking system to prevent irregularities. This article also examines how simple ethical behaviors, such as honesty in transactions and adherence to rules, can have a substantial impact on creating an integrity-driven campus environment. Therefore, the implementation of ethics and integrity is not solely the responsibility of academics but also of every element of the campus community without exception. In conclusion, strengthening the culture of ethics and integrity across all aspects of campus life is an essential part of a sustainable strategy to prevent corruption.

Family and school are the main factors that have a very important role in building a child's integrity. The family as the first unit has the responsibility to set an example of good character by instilling the values of honesty, responsibility and discipline through open communication. On the other hand, schools act as a formal environment that not only teaches the academic curriculum, but also provides character education and equips children with an understanding of ethics and morality. This research uses a qualitative approach by interviewing parents and teachers and analyzing various literary sources such as books, journals, and so on. The research results show that this collaboration not only increases awareness of the importance of integrity, but also reduces the potential for corrupt behavior.

This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach method by conducting interviews with elders in GKPPD Buluh Tellang. The results of the study showed that there were two factors influencing elders, namely internal factors and external factors in carrying out service duties in the church, they must have the intention and courage to serve or carry out God's calling so that through the courage of the elders in GKPPD Buluh Tellang they do not forget the eldership received through external factors. pastoral care is very important in increasing the activeness of the elders in carrying out service, so that through interviews that have been conducted by the author that the elders already have an understanding of their goals as elders and with encouragement from external factors the elders carry out their duties and obligations as good servants and are increasing. In the digital era, universities play an important role in developing policies and technology to ensure students' academic integrity. This research aims to explore and analyze holistically the contribution and effectiveness of universities in maintaining academic integrity in the digital era. The research method used is a literature review with a semi-systematic review approach, which is then expanded with bibliometric analysis using the VOSViewer tool. Of the 115 papers identified in the bibliometric analysis with the keyword “college plagiarism”, it was found that the term “plagiarism” was often associated with “student”, “college”, “academic”, and “plagiarism”. Key relevant terms include “training”, “locus of control”, “rabin-karp”, “text mining”, “hash”, “levenshtein distance algorithm”, “similarity”, and “publication”. Universities should conduct training and strengthen students' locus of control to instill integrity values. The concept of “similarity” in plagiarism detection helps maintain the originality of academic work, while “rabin-karp” and “text mining” technologies are used to recognize plagiarized text and find suspicious patterns. The “hash” concept and “Levenshtein distance algorithm” are important in maintaining academic integrity, and “publication” ensures research meets academic integrity standards. Universities leaders are responsible for preventing plagiarism by implementing code of ethics and promoting awareness and understanding within the entire academic community.
