The training titled "Innovative Studentpreneur: Integrating Design Thinking into the Business World" is designed as a solution to enhance students' entrepreneurial competencies through creative and innovative approaches. This training focuses on providing an in-depth understanding of the principles of design thinking to create business ideas that are both solution-oriented and sustainable, thus fostering the development of competitive ventures. The target participants of this training are final-year students from the Faculty of Economics at Universitas Nasional PASIM Bandung, located at Jalan Dakota No. 8A, Bandung. This training aligns with the vision and mission of both the university and the faculty, which aim to produce graduates capable of creating businesses and becoming studentpreneurs. The training is designed to be engaging and interactive by combining various methods such as discussions, simulations, and lectures to enhance participant involvement. Based on the implementation of this Community Service (Abdimas) activity, it can be concluded that the event met the needs of the partner, Universitas Nasional Pasim, and that the material presented was well understood by the participants. However, for future Abdimas activities, it is recommended to focus on more technical training, such as the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI), data analysis techniques, and the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. This training is expected to continue supporting the development of students' skills and their relevance to the demands of the workforce.

Perpustakaan di Jurusan Manajemen Informatika Politeknik Negeri masih menggunakan sistem manual termasuk pencatatan proses peminjaman, pengembalian dan pendataan, hal ini menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan yaitu pengarsipan menjadi tidak teratur dan berantakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  mengembangkan sistem informasi perpustakaan Jurusan manajemen Informatika (PUSTAKA MI) sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan secara manual dengan menggunakan model Extreme Programming (XP) dalam pengembangannya. XP mengacu pada empat tahapan utama: perencanaan, perancangan, pengkodean, dan pengujian. Perencanaan melibatkan identifikasi masalah, analisis kebutuhan, dan penjadwalan. Perancangan meliputi pemodelan sistem, arsitektur, dan basis data. Tahap pengkodean dilakukan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, pengujian dilakukan dengan metode blackbox testing.  Berdasarkan hasil Pengujian Sistem black box testing menggunakan teknik Equivalence partition menujukkan seluruh Fungsional sistem bernilai valid yang berarti bahwa sistem telah berjalan dengan baik secara fungsional. Pengujian terhadap kepuasan  pengguna menunjukkan respon positif, dengan skor tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 4,52 menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Extreme Programming dapat diterapkan secara efektif dalam pengembangan sistem informasi perpustakaan, memberikan solusi inovatif dalam pengelolaan dan penelusuran koleksi yang lebih reliabel.

The hospitality industry in Makassar continues to develop along with the increasing number of domestic and foreign tourists. RedDoorz Hotel as one of  the providers of budget-friendly accommodation services  faces stiff competition in attracting visitors and maintaining guest loyalty. This study aims to analyze the innovative strategies implemented by Hotel RedDoorz Makassar in increasing the number of visitors and building customer loyalty. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques, observations, and secondary data analysis from company reports and customer reviews on digital platforms. The results of the study show that the use of digital promotion through social media, SEO optimization, and collaboration with online booking platforms contribute significantly to the increase in hotel occupancy rates. In addition, the implementation of loyalty programs, the provision of exclusive discounts, and excellent service play an important role in retaining guests who have stayed. The conclusion of this study confirms that an integrated digital promotion strategy and consistent customer service are the main factors in increasing guest attraction and loyalty at Hotel RedDoorz Makassar.

The rapid advancement of technology in the digital era has emphasized the need for optimizing learning processes through digital media, particularly in elementary education. Despite the proven benefits of digital tools in enhancing student engagement and comprehension, many educators, including those at SDIT AUM, face challenges due to limited understanding and skills in utilizing such technologies. Specific issues include low proficiency in using digital platforms, minimal creativity in designing interactive learning materials, and inadequate adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based tools. Previous studies have highlighted the effectiveness of practical training programs in improving teachers' competencies in using digital media, emphasizing the importance of integrating theoretical knowledge, hands-on practice, and continuous evaluation. This community engagement program addressed these challenges through a structured approach, including training on digital platforms like Canva, Gamma, and Zoom, combined with direct practice and interactive discussions. The results revealed significant improvements, with educators demonstrating increased understanding of digital media (from 45% to 85%), enhanced skills in creating interactive materials (from 40% to 80%), and greater motivation to adopt AI-based tools (from 50% to 90%). These findings affirm the effectiveness of the program in empowering teachers to create innovative and engaging learning experiences, with the potential to serve as a replicable model for other schools striving to bridge the gap between traditional teaching methods and digital transformation.

Tempe is an inherent food source for Indonesians, with a large number of tempe consumers in the local community. This community service program aims to improve students' understanding and skills in processing cempedak seeds into tempe, including drying methods that allow long-term storage. This activity was carried out from July to November 2024.  This activity was carried out in several stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the completion stage.  The program on the utilization of cempedak seeds in tempeh production shows promising potential as a food innovation based on local resources. The success rate of this program is not only measured from the production aspect, but also from the transfer of knowledge to students who act as agents of change in alternative food development. Some of the advantages of this activity program are that it provides an alternative utilization of cempedak seed waste into products with nutritional value. In addition, the production cost is relatively affordable compared to the use of soybean. The disadvantage of this program is that the availability of raw materials depends on the cempedak harvest season.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis canva untuk mengasah kemampuan peneliti dalam mendesain dan juga menciptakan proses belajar mengajar pada elemen Praktikum Akuntansi Perusahaan Jasa, Dagang, dan Manufaktur menjadi lebih menarik. Bahan ajar ini dirancang guna meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dan mempermudah pemahaman konsep akuntansi, khususnya pada materi dokumen sumber dan pencatatan transaksi. Menggunakan model pengembangan 4D, penelitian ini fokus pada tahap pengembangan (development). Pengembangan Bahan menghasilkan keluaran terbuka berupa video handout interaktif yang mudah diakses melalui perangkat seluler. Fitur interaktif pada materi terbuka ini memungkinkan siswa menjelajahi materi secara mandiri dan melakukan penilaian mandiri. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui bahan ajar yang inovatif. dan relevan dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran siswa di era digital. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan inspirasi bagi para pendidik dalam memaksimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran akuntansi. Hasil validasi para tenaga ahli menghasilkan data yang diolah oleh peneliti yaitu dengan mendapatkan kriteria “Sangat Layak” dengan penilaian presentase sebesar 87%. Sehingga handout digital sangat layak dipakai dan disebarluaskan.

These skills not only assist entrepreneurs in designing and refining new ideas but also support problem-solving, adapting to change, and managing complex challenges. By integrating life skills into the idea development process, entrepreneurs can enhance their competitiveness and create unique and relevant solutions. The article also includes case studies from various successful companies and provides practical recommendations for developing life skills that foster innovation. Overall, life skills are a fundamental foundation in realizing innovative business ideas, influencing both the creative process and the final outcomes of entrepreneurial ventures.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas media pembelajaran ProProfs Games berbasis sliding puzzle dalam meningkatkan minat, motivasi, dan pemahaman siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Mojokerto terhadap materi teks anekdot. Metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi diterapkan. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif, dengan fokus pada pemahaman mendalam terhadap pengalaman, persepsi, dan interaksi siswa dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ProProfs Games berbasis sliding puzzle mampu meningkatkan minat dan motivasi belajar siswa. Permainan sliding puzzle yang interaktif dan menantang mendorong siswa untuk memahami alur cerita secara visual, menemukan hubungan antar bagian gambar, dan menemukan pesan moral. Siswa merasa lebih aktif, terlibat, dan percaya diri dalam menulis teks anekdot setelah menggunakan media ini. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa kekurangan, seperti keterbatasan konten sliding puzzle yang spesifik, ketergantungan pada teknologi, dan potensi pengurangan interaksi langsung antara guru dan siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan sumbangan bagi dunia pendidikan dengan menunjukkan potensi ProProfs Games berbasis sliding puzzle sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan minat, motivasi, dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi teks anekdot.

The aim of this research is to explore the effectiveness of using Augmented Reality (AR) technology as an innovative medium in learning Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) to increase elementary school students' awareness and understanding of preserving natural resources. This research uses a quasi-experimental research method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research subjects were fifth grade students at an elementary school in Indonesia, who were divided into an experimental group that used AR media and a control group that used conventional learning media. The research results show that the use of AR media significantly increases students' understanding of the concept of preserving natural resources compared to traditional learning methods. In addition, students in the experimental group showed higher levels of learning motivation as well as active participation in class discussions. The implication of this research is that AR technology can be an effective and interesting learning tool in teaching complex environmental topics. The use of AR not only helps students understand concepts visually and interactively, but also motivates them to be more actively involved in efforts to conserve natural resources. The results of this research provide a basis for the development of technology-based learning media that can be applied in various educational contexts, especially to support sustainable education at the elementary school level.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution has driven significant changes across various sectors, with startup emerging as key players in the global economy. Despite their immense potential, many startup face significant challenges, including a high failure rate within the first five years of operation. Design Thinking, a human-centered approach, has surfaced as a solution to address these challenges by helping startup understand user needs, identify problems, and create innovative solutions. This study aims to analyse the application of Design Thinking in building an innovative and competitive startup ecosystem. Using a literature review methodology, this research identifies various tested approaches and strategies, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced by startup in implementing Design Thinking. The findings indicate that the application of Design Thinking can enhance a startup's competitiveness by accelerating product innovation and improving responsiveness to market changes. The main challenges include a lack of understanding of the method and limited human resources with the necessary skills in technology and design. We suggest establishing Startups Incubator, with the framework adapted and modified to include active participation from stakeholder. The Startups Incubator will place members as strategic component of socio-economical system; will create a culture of adaptive innovation that is able to solve problems in society, in line with stakeholder needs, market realities and system complexity. By integrating some Startups Incubators, then we can create startups ecosystem that is continuously innovate and market-competitive.

Christian Religious Education (PAK) in the digital era faces great challenges as well as opportunities to develop through learning innovation. With a theological foundation such as Ephesians 2:10, this education does not only aim to develop cognitive aspects, but also to shape character oriented towards personal and spiritual transformation. PAK teachers are required to be inspirers who integrate faith values with innovative learning approaches, such as the utilisation of digital technology, the development of student-based learning models, and the application of creative methods, such as gamification and blended learning.However, this digital transformation is not without obstacles. In Palu City, geographical challenges, technological limitations, and diverse student backgrounds are important issues that need to be addressed. By implementing strategies such as teacher training, collaboration with churches, and contextualised curriculum development, PAK can adapt and be relevant to the times. This research uses a literature review to explore the concept and implementation of innovations in PAK, including improving teachers' skills in technology, learning management, and communication. The results show that a constructivism-based approach, which emphasises hands-on experience and active learning, can improve learning effectiveness. The synergy between technology, faith and local context is the key to the success of Christian education that is able to produce a generation with character and competence to face the digital era..

The issue of plastic waste has become a global environmental challenge, with Indonesia being one of the largest contributors. This study aims to analyze the business opportunity of eco-friendly custom tote bags as an innovative solution to reduce plastic waste in society. The research adopts the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework to design strategies for a business that encompasses nine key elements. Findings reveal that custom tote bags made from eco-friendly materials such as muslin and canvas offer added value through personalized designs, effective digital marketing, and market segmentation targeting environmentally conscious youth. This study provides guidance for entrepreneurs to capitalize on the market potential of eco-friendly products and suggests optimizing social media for marketing efforts.

The rapid development of financial technology (fintech) provides innovative solutions to improve efficiency and accessibility in the Islamic finance sector. Islamic finance, based on Islamic principles, faces challenges in financial inclusion, high operational costs, and limited access to financial institutions. This study aims to explore the application of fintech as a solution to these issues. The research method used is literature review and qualitative analysis of various fintech models based on sharia principles, such as peer-to-peer lending, crowdfunding, and digital payments. The results indicate that fintech has significant potential in enhancing operational efficiency and expanding accessibility to sharia-compliant financial services. By utilizing technologies such as mobile applications and blockchain, fintech can reduce transaction costs and offer solutions for underserved communities. However, challenges related to sharia compliance and clear regulations need to be addressed to ensure the successful implementation of fintech in this sector.

ABSTRACT In the digital era, technological advancements have transformed the coaching landscape, requiring coaches to develop more adaptive and innovative skills. This research discusses various innovative approaches that can be used to enhance coaches' competencies, particularly through the utilization of technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and e-learning platforms. The focus of this research is on how technology can enhance training effectiveness, program personalization, and better communication between coaches and athletes. Although technology offers many benefits, this research also highlights the challenges faced, including issues of digital literacy and the balance between personal interaction and the use of digital tools. With the wise adoption of technology, coaches can enhance training quality and optimize athlete performance amidst the increasingly complex changes in the sports environment. ABSTRAK Di era digital, perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah lanskap kepelatihan, menuntut pelatih untuk mengembangkan keterampilan yang lebih adaptif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini membahas berbagai pendekatan inovatif yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pelatih, terutama melalui pemanfaatan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI), big data, dan platform e-learning. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana teknologi dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan, personalisasi program, serta komunikasi yang lebih baik antara pelatih dan atlet. Meskipun teknologi menawarkan banyak manfaat, penelitian ini juga menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi, termasuk masalah literasi digital dan keseimbangan antara interaksi personal dengan penggunaan alat digital. Dengan adopsi teknologi yang bijaksana, pelatih dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan dan mengoptimalkan performa atlet di tengah perubahan lingkungan olahraga yang semakin kompleks.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan aplikasi Lumio By Smart untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan keefektifan siswa dalam mempelajari materi “Adab Seorang Muslim Terhadap Orang Tua dan Guru” pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak untuk siswa kelas VIII. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan 4-D yang meliputi tahap pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), dan penyebaran (disseminate). Tahap pendefinisian (define) mengidentifikasi kebutuhan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi untuk proses pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan menarik. Tahap design menghasilkan storyboard dan template untuk presentasi dan game edukasi. Tahap develop menghasilkan prototipe media pembelajaran berdasarkan rancangan. Validasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi media. Media presentasi terdiri dari  PowerPoint yang berisi materi dan game edukasi yang menarik. Media permainan edukatif dirancang sebagai bahan refleksi siswa. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan kelayakan sebesar 70% untuk aspek media dan 79% untuk aspek materi, keduanya masuk dalam kategori “layak”. Media pembelajaran diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan keefektifan siswa dalam mempelajari materi melalui presentasi interaktif dan permainan yang mudah diakses. Media pembelajaran interaktif yang dikembangkan menggunakan aplikasi Lumio By Smart ini layak untuk disebarluaskan dan dapat menjadi alternatif bagi guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran kreatif dan inovatif pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 068877 Medan Perjuangan. Fokus penelitian meliputi metode pembelajaran, media yang digunakan, dan dampaknya terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan penelitian dokumen. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menerapkan pembelajaran kreatif melalui penggunaan alat bantu visual, strategi berbasis proyek, dan pembelajaran kolaboratif secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Selain itu, inovasi pemanfaatan teknologi digital seperti aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif dan media berbasis video berhasil meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Namun penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan beberapa tantangan, antara lain: B. Terbatasnya akses terhadap sumber daya teknologi dan perlunya pelatihan guru untuk menunjang kreativitas pembelajaran. Studi ini merekomendasikan pengembangan program pelatihan guru yang mengintegrasikan teknologi, peningkatan kesempatan pembelajaran berbasis digital, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan terhadap efektivitas metode pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dasar di Indonesia, khususnya dalam konteks pembelajaran abad ke-21.

This research uses data analysis techniques used in this research, namely descriptive qualitative, namely the researcher collects data obtained from observations of the craftsmen. The results of the research are that this business converts waste into high-value goods through the use of natural materials and biochemicals to ensure safety and sustainability. Commitment to quality is realized through team training, strict quality control and responsiveness to customer feedback.

The implementation of creative and innovative learning models based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in the digital era is a must in an effort to improve the quality of education that is relevant to the challenges of the times. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of creative and innovative learning models based on HOTS in the digital era and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the process. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection was carried out using interview and observation guidelines. Data analysis was carried out in stages, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the creative and innovative learning mode approach based on HOTS is very important to improve students' critical and creative thinking skills, which are the main needs in facing the challenges of the 21st century.

In the era of globalisation and rapid technological advancement, education faces increasingly complex challenges, especially in terms of innovative learning development. This study aims to provide human resource management strategies in creating an innovative learning environment amidst the rapid development of education. The method used in this study is a literature study and qualitative analysis of various relevant sources, including journals and scientific articles. The findings show that there are three strategies: developing continuous professionals, integrating technology in the learning process, encouraging collaboration and creativity. This research is expected to provide insights for educational institutions in designing more effective development programme.

The aim of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of learning simulations in the Pancasila Education subject in implementing creative learning strategies for grade 2 students at SD Negeri Cangkiran 01. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach, where data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were 2nd grade teachers and 28 students. The research results show that educational simulations are effective in increasing students' understanding of Pancasila values. This also helps students create more interactive and interesting learning strategies. Demonstrated by better critical thinking skills, better understanding of concepts, and increased student engagement in learning. Educational games based on Pancasila values, stories and role plays are one of the creative learning strategies used.
