A road traffic accident is an unexpected and unintentional event on the road involving a vehicle with or without other road users which results in loss and/or loss of property. If the violation gives rise to criminal consequences attached to the violation, then the violation is a criminal offense. Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation, regulates lex specialis, regarding the process of resolving cases of criminal traffic accidents, However, the resolution of this case is also often carried out outside of court or in other words it is resolved through peace (islah) between the parties, this mechanism is often also called Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Handling criminal cases that occur in society can be resolved using two methods, namely penal and non-penal. One of the non-penal solutions is Penal Mediation. Penal mediation itself is born from the culture that exists in society so that the content of its values is in accordance with the characteristics of the Indonesian nation. Mediation is a procedure based on "good faith" where the disputing parties convey suggestions through channels on how the dispute will be resolved by the mediator, because they themselves are unable to do so. Through this freedom, it is possible for mediators to provide innovative solutions through a form of resolution that cannot be carried out by the court, but the parties to the dispute obtain mutual benefits.

Implementing innovative business models has been the key to success for many start-ups in the e-commerce industry. One example is the Bukalapak application which has achieved extraordinary success in a relatively short time. In this abstract, we will discuss the implementation of an innovative business model that is behind Bukalapak's success in facing fierce competition in the e-commerce industry. Bukalapak is an electronic trading platform that is one of the main players in the Indonesian market. In an effort to win competition in this tight industry, Bukalapak has implemented several innovative business models that differentiate itself from its competitors. This provides additional flexibility and security for consumers who wish to invest or transact with gold. Bukalapak's success in implementing this innovative business model has been proven through the growth of active users of its application, increased transaction turnover, and increased market value. This success reflects the importance of implementing innovative business models in facing competition in the current e-commerce industry.

The aim of entrepreneurship education is to develop attitudes, enthusiasm and the ability to create something of value for oneself and others. Creative, innovative, independent, leadership, good money management and never giving up are entrepreneurial attitudes that must be instilled in children from an early age. As followers of the Prophet Muhammad SAW we need to learn from his figure as an entrepreneur. Where in his journey as an entrepreneur, Rasulullah successfully proved that to start a business one does not have to have money first, there are other elements that are more important than that, namely that one must have the right entrepreneurial mentality. The purpose of this article is to analyze the importance of entrepreneurship education instilled from elementary school age in an Islamic perspective. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature-based approach. Qualitative research relies on the collection and analysis of non-numerical data (such as text, video, or audio) to understand concepts, opinions, or results. Entrepreneurship education taught at elementary school level is believed to be able to reduce children's consumption habits, train them to create something of value and give birth to the next generation to create jobs in the future.
