Technology has a very important role in creating quality human resources. In this case, technology also does not escape incoming and outgoing goods transactions, as happened with Dolphin Corp. Dolphin Corp is one of the printing companies in Jambi City which serves various types of printing, both small and large scale. The services provided by Dolphin Corp, such as printing invitations, books, calendars, food packaging, brochures, magazines and so on, are all carried out based on requests from consumers after the consumer makes payment. The system used to store data on incoming goods still uses physical records in books, where there is no system that functions optimally to increase the amount of stock, reduce the amount of stock and record stock reports.

This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and capacity of Dasawisma members in implementing the core Dasawisma programs as an effort to support family health development and community-based empowerment. The activity was conducted at Dasawisma Asoka RT 07, Bukit Timah Sub-district, Dumai Selatan District, Dumai City. The methods used included lectures, simulations, and discussion sessions tailored to the characteristics of adult learners and community practitioners. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding of the roles, functions, and importance of the core Dasawisma programs. Participants demonstrated high enthusiasm and active participation throughout the activity and were able to identify challenges and needs in implementing Dasawisma activities in their neighborhood. This activity contributed positively to strengthening the role of Dasawisma as a frontline community institution in supporting family health programs, environmental cleanliness, and social welfare at the neighborhood level. Continuous assistance is recommended to ensure that the knowledge gained can be consistently implemented and generate sustainable impacts for the community.

Academic supervision is a series of activities to help and guide teachers in developing their abilities to achieve learning goals. Academic supervision within the madrasah is carried out by the head of the madrasah. Madrasah principal supervision is the ability of the madrasah principal who carries out duties apart from being a leader in the school and also as a supervisor for teachers in carrying out evaluations and coaching aimed at developing the learning process for teachers. This research was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. Because it is carried out based on the current situation and circumstances. The results and discussion of the research show several results as follows: The madrasa head's academic supervision planning in optimizing tasks and functions has been arranged in prota and process but is not updated every year.

This research discusses educational facilities for children with special needs. Children with special needs are a group that requires special attention in education. They have different needs in accessing and participating in the learning process. In this article, we explore the importance of adequate educational facilities for children with special needs. Important aspects of such facilities include an adapted physical environment, technological support, the role of teachers and educational staff, as well as the benefits that children with special needs obtain from good educational facilities. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method where data collection is carried out by searching for articles from electronic journals, namely Google Scholar (Scholar), which can strengthen the results of the analysis. The data analysis technique in this research includes three stages, namely organize, synthesize and identify. The research results show that facilities for children with special needs have their own functions. Each facility provides its own benefits for children's growth and development. In this way, children with special needs receive maximum service.

PT Andalan Inti Indonesia is a company operating in the retail sector. In running a business, a company needs to pay attention to the management control system. As one part of carrying out management functions, planning cannot be separated from control. The management control system itself has the aim of planning, evaluating and making decisions in order to develop and maintain the company's survival. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of data analysis show that the strategic planning process at PT Andalan Inti Indonesia is good and budget preparation is carried out per division as well as to make it easier to detail the budget for activity needs. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of the management system control function at PT Andalan Inti Indonesia is quite good and running well. The company has focused on increasing brand awareness as a step in achieving its sales target of 2 billion. Apart from marketing its products offline, the company also utilizes technology that supports the popularity of the online market. Employee placement is carried out appropriately to ensure the effectiveness and productivity of each division. Overall, PT Andalan Inti Indonesia has a structured and holistic approach to company management, with a focus on adapting to market changes, evaluating performance, and implementing short-term strategies that are in line with online market trends.

Regional languages have a role more than just as a means of communication; it also functions as a symbol of pride, a marker of identity, and a means of communication within the family and local community. Nevertheless, regional languages face the challenge of extinction due to the influence of globalization, population migration, and lack of appreciation, especially among the younger generation. The method used is literature study. The focus of this article is on maintaining Sundanese in the context of elementary school education, highlighting the role of students as the main agents in maintaining regional languages. The discussion involves three key steps, namely learning, community activities, and the use of regional languages on special occasions. It is hoped that maintaining regional languages in education can create a generation that has strong character and is able to maintain cultural heritage, making the preservation of regional languages an important task to preserve cultural and linguistic diversity.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control system for the sale of merchandise at Jazzy Souvenir Store. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive method with the application of data analysis techniques using triangulation. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis results indicate that the internal control system for the sale of merchandise at Jazzy Souvenir Store is not yet optimal, as evidenced by the lack of adequate organizational structure and the existence of dual functions in the execution of tasks and responsibilities. Additionally, negligence in inventory recording by store employees leads to discrepancies between the physical inventory of merchandise and the recorded inventory in the system.

This journal discusses cognitive development during early childhood. The aim of writing the journal is to find out how cognitive development occurs during early childhood, the advantages of cognitive development during early childhood, as well as language abilities and other cognitive abilities. The method used is literature study, namely by searching for materials and references from books, journals and articles. The results show that the early childhood period is called preoperational, this period starts from the age of 2 to 7 years. Preoperational uses symbols, categorization, and numbers. According to the ethics of the legal profession, legal professionals are expected to possess certain critical individual abilities. The judge, as the main element of the judiciary, places his profession as the representative of God, because the judge's task is to determine law and justice in society, so the responsibility he carries is very heavy but noble. Therefore, with such great power given to the judicial profession, judges are required to have a balanced attitude, full of responsibility to their conscience and ethical values toward their profession. However, when we look at the current reality, there are many problems that arise. There are many cases of judges violating the code of ethics.

Human resources as one of the resources in an organization play an important role in the successful achievement of organizational goals. Human resources use other resources owned by the organization in order to achieve goals. Even sophisticated technological machines will be meaningless if the human resources running them are not qualified to work on them. Likewise with information resources. No matter how good and complete the information received by the organization, it will not mean anything, if the quality of existing human resources is not able to translate it into information that is useful for the development and progress of the organization. Human resource management is the process of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling towards human resources in the organization to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. The management functions applied in human resource management consist of, (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) directing. ), and (4) controlling. The operational functions carried out by human resource management are, (1) procurement, (2) development, (3) compensation, (4) integration, (5) maintenance, and (6) termination of employment (separation). One of the important activities carried out in human resource management, especially in the planning function, is job analysis. By analyzing a job, it will be known what tasks will be carried out in that job, what competencies must be mastered by the human resources who will occupy that position.

This research aims to determine the implementation of dock management at PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan where the dock must be managed well, so that output results are maximum. If each pier were managed by one operation, this is not the case currently, where two docks are managed by one operation, which results in negligence and lack of focus on one job, which results in many ships not reaching their loading and unloading targets as planned. Which is detrimental to the next ship that is queuing for the next loading and unloading. Further steps to achieve this goal include improving operational results, optimizing infrastructure and upgrading IT systems. Abstract. Language is a central part of human intelligence, it is important for us to understand how and when language is mastered as well as the social cognitive and neurological facts that influence language development at an early age.  Language is a symbol system that is an important means of communication, even though we cannot communicate in other ways such as gestures, postures or facial expressions, language is our most flexible method of communication.  Language allows us to describe the past and make plans for the future.  Language allows us to convey traditional ideas and values to the next generation, thus language is of the most important cultural and social importance.  Research using this method is carried out by comparing research methods, processing methods, and the results obtained from each article.  The research source comes from articles obtained via the internet in the form of research articles discussing infancy development.The research results show.  Speaking is a means of communication to be able to communicate with other people, all individuals must be able to master two different functions, the ability to grasp the meaning that other people want to communicate and the ability to communicate with other people in such a way that they can be understood.  Early social experiences play an important role in determining future social relationships and patterns of behavior toward others.  Learning to behave in a moral manner that is accepted by those around you is a long and slow process.  But the basics are laid in infancy and it is based on these basics that babies develop moral codes that guide their behavior when they grow up.

Traditional markets are an important element in the economic and social life of communities in various regions of Indonesia, and the Temu Traditional Market around Prambon, Sidoarjo, is no exception. This research aims to carry out an in-depth analysis of the potential of the Temu traditional market as a buying and selling interaction process for the community around Prambon. Through descriptive qualitative research methods, including surveys, interviews and field observations, we explored how this traditional market functions as a center of economic activity and social interaction, as well as how it influences the dynamics of local communities. The results of the research reveal that Temu Traditional Market is not just a place for shopping, but are also important in preserving cultural heritage, supporting people's livelihoods, and encouraging unique social interactions. However, this research also identifies several challenges facing traditional markets, such as changes in consumer tastes and competition with modern shopping centers. Therefore, this research provides important insights for stakeholders and the community in understanding the vital role of the Temu traditional market in supporting economic and social life in the market.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of public library service management in Bintan Regency Library and Archives Service. This study is a qualitative study. The results of the study show that although the implementation of library service management in Bintan Regency Library and Archives Services has been implemented, there are still barriers to implementation and it is not optimal. The Bintan Regency Library and Archives Service plan was successfully implemented  through the implementation of technical guidance to staff. From an organizational perspective, the availability of facilities and infrastructure resources of Bintan Regency Library and Archives Services generally still does not meet the needs of all strata of society. Although implementation was carried out, it was not  optimal due to lack of human resources, limited funding from Bintan Regency Library Archive Service for program implementation, and  lack of reading book collection of Bintan Regency Library Archive Service. Supervision (control) indicates that supervision has been carried out through regular meetings, gradual supervision and monitoring of staff discipline, but  the government has paid little attention to the development of public library functions.

This method is a learning method that uses positive suggestions to reach students' subconscious. The innovation of learning methods with hypnoteaching can make Arabic learning more enjoyable. This research is a literature study that seeks to find the literatures that are in accordance with the theme of the discussion then analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results showed that hypnoteaching fulfilled the requirements as a new method in learning Arabic. This is one of the innovations in Arabic learning methods that can be used today. Because this method maximizes students' subconscious, so learning can achieve maximum results with fun learning.

Sari Amerta Utama Denpasar has violated GCG principles which have been carried out by Shareholders, Directors and Board of Commissioners. In this way, researchers provide a solution in the form of understanding the human resources at PT. Sari Amerta Utama Denpasar, evaluates the company's SOPs or policies, and carries out evaluation activities on the duties, principals and functions of each company organ.

This article discusses the role of zakat in alleviating poverty. Where zakat is something that is obligatory for the Muslim community. In the Qur'an it is explained that zakat is a responsibility for the Muslim community to help each other. So it can be interpreted that zakat is a moral element. social, educational and economic. In terms of morals, zakat wards off the greed and stinginess of some Muslims who have a sufficient economy. In education, the obligation to give zakat can be taken from the feeling of wanting to give, donate and also give up some of the assets we own as a sign of our love for others. In social matters, namely zakat, the poor can play a role in their lives, carrying out their obligations to Allah SWT, helping with zakat and sadaqah that have been given from people who are capable. As is the case with zakat, underprivileged people feel like they are part of society, or not even outcasts and are looked down upon. In economic terms, zakat can play a role in preventing the accumulation of wealth in the hands of just one person, and also requires rich people to redistribute the wealth they have to rich and poor family groups. So, zakat functions as a potential source of funds in terms of alleviating poverty. Zakat can also be working capital for poor people to open up employment opportunities, so that this group can earn income and also be able to meet their daily living needs.
