Rosella flowers are generally processed into tea. Important ingredients in this flower make rosella tea has many benefits for human health. The use of rosella flowers in making lipscrub is expected to be a new innovation in cosmetic products. The aim of this research is to create a lip scrub based on rosella flowers which functions to remove dead skin cells and moisturizes the lips. This research was conducted by means of literature, documentation, experiments and public testing. This experiment resulted in three products with different compositions. The three products have been tested publicly on the 30 panelists who have an age range of 17 to 40 years. From 30 panelists who have tried 3 lip scrub products. It was found that most of the panelists preferred products with a composition of 1.8 grams of roselle flower powder, 1.7 grams of vaseline and 3.2 grams of honey. This can be seen from the public test average calculation score on the favorite indicator, namely 1.8. So it can be concluded that Rosella flower lipscrub has the opportunity to be developed as a new innovation in the world of cosmetics.

The inventory system is one of the most important managerial functions, because the majority of companies involve large investments in this aspect, as well as for PT Sango Ceramics Indonesia which uses a lot of inventory in the field of planning and controlling its inventory costs. PT Sango Ceramics Indonesia is a company engaged in the ceramic industry. Problems that often occur so far include the company not determining the frequency of ordering raw materials and storing raw materials, as a result the costs incurred by the company for ordering raw materials are quite high, and the absence of a safety stock to anticipate uncertain inventory needs. The Periodic Review method is a method that can help the process of controlling raw material inventory costs. This method uses an approach to the concept of the number of orders economically used in each period which is a diverse demand. The application of the Periodic Review Method (R, s, s) policy on the inventory system is able to produce a lower total inventory cost, order volume and inventory levels in a balanced manner. . Judging from these problems, the authors need to redesign the stock information system using a computer-based system, namely Microsoft Visual Basic. System design using Qlient Server which consists of input design, system design and procedure, output design fiber. This new system is expected to be able to overcome the weaknesses of the previously used information system.

Earth, water and space as well as the natural resources contained therein under the control of the State are gifts from God Almighty whose functions and uses are for the prosperity of the people. Land for the Indonesian Nation is a source of livelihood and is regulated in the provisions of the Law. The Basic Agrarian Law No. 5 of 1990 lays the foundation on providing legal certainty for land rights for the Indonesian people. Legal certainty is obtained after the land registration process. Land rights that have legal certainty can be transferred or transferred. however, in the process, disputes over land rights still occur in the community. Blocking of Land Rights Certificates is taken as an administrative step in the dispute resolution process, but there is a period of only 30 days to record the blocking of Peru, it is known how the factors of land blocking, how to know the position of the holder of the Land Rights certificate when the block is being blocked and when the period is 30 blocking day is over but the dispute has not been resolved. The type of research used by the writer is juridical normative and descriptive analytical research specification by collecting data by means of literature study and interviews which are presented in a descriptive manner and analyzed in a descriptive qualitative manner. The results of the research and data analysis carried out show the factors that cause the blocking of Land Rights Certificates, namely: a. Gono-Gini distribution of assets, b. Land Rights Holders do not have good faith, c. Distribution of Inheritance, d. Lost Certificate, e. There is an investigation by the Police, f. Land rights confiscated by the State Receivables Affairs Committee (PUPN) in connection with the settlement of State Receivables. Legal protection & the position of the Land Rights Certificate Holder when the blockage is carried out is that the right holder cannot take legal action against the blocked land for 30 days after the block registration was carried out, article 19 UUUPA / PP 241997 regarding registration will not be lost The legal certainty of the rights holder remains attached to it as long as there has been no transfer of rights to the land they own. If the 30 day period of blocking is over but the dispute has not been completed, the blocking will not be removed by law and will remain in effect as long as there is no request for revocation by the applicant or the provisions -Other provisions which become the reasons for the removal of the block in accordance with article 14 of the Regulation of the Minister of ATR / Head of the National Land Agency No.13 of 2017 concerning the Procedure for Blocking and Confiscation, this is because in the Land Office (Semarang) there is no system that can identify or filter out expired blocks.   Keywords: Land Registration, Legal Certainty, Rightsholders, Blocking of Land Rights Certificates, Position of Rightsholders

Diabetes is a serious chronic disease that occurs because the pancreas does not produce enough insulin (a hormone that regulates blood sugar or glucose), or when the body cannot effectively use the insulin it produces. WHO data shows that the incidence of non-communicable diseases in 2004 reached 48 , 30% is slightly higher than the incidence rate of infectious diseases, namely 47.50% [1]. According to the Ministry of Health in 2012 diabetes caused 1.5 million deaths. Some Indonesian people, this disease is better known as diabetes or blood sugar. This research was developed through secondary data processing from the Pima Indians Diabetes Dataset health database which was taken from the Kaggle dataset and can be accessed through https://www.kaggle.com/uciml/pima-indians-diabetes-database. Where the data itself consists of 768 records with several medical predictor variables (Pregnancies, Glucose, Blood Pressure, Skin Thickness, Insulin, BMI, Diabetes Pedigree Function, Age and Outcome). Then the data will be processed using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) feature selection to increase the accuracy value and the Naive Bayes algorithm to determine the accuracy results of the diagnosis of diabetes. From the results of research that has been done for the accuracy of the classification algorithm Naive Bayes is 74.61%, while the accuracy of the classification algorithm with Particle Swarm Optimization is 77.34% with an accuracy difference of 2.73%. So it can be concluded that the application of the Particle Swarm Optimization technique is able to select attributes in the Naive Bayes Algorithm, and can produce a better level of diabetes diagnosis accuracy than using only the individual method, namely the Naive Bayes algorithm. BLDC motor applications used in various forms in instrumentation, robotics, household, and transportation. One application of transportation equipment used as a propeller of electric bicycle vehicles. The value of the bicycle vehicle adjusted to the speed set, the amount that has determined. The purpose used in this study is to improve the efficiency of the regulation of BLDC motors on electric bicycles. Indicators of increasing performance are increasingly steady-state errors, and transient response required. The method used in this research is to do mathematical modeling in the form of transfer and optimization function equations. The model used is the model with the structure of the transfer function, while the optimization method used in this study is the Ziegler-Nichols method and firefly algorithm. The firefly algorithm is used in this study to obtain optimal Kp, Ki, and Kd values. The results showed that the firefly algorithm achieved better performance compared to the Ziegler-Nichols method.

Dry facial skin causes cracks on the skin surface and will feel dry to the touch. Dry skin is caused by genetic factors, aging, hormonal changes, and cold weather. The purpose of this study was to make a mask made from white radish and honey which functions to moisturize facial skin so that it can be used for dry facial treatment. The method used in this research is interview method, documentation, library method, experimental method. Experiments on making white radish and honey face masks for the treatment of dry skin were carried out at the Laboratory of the Kartini Academy of Social Welfare's Makeup Study Program, Jalan Sultan Agung, No. 77, Gajahmungkur Village, Gajah Mungkur District, Semarang. City. Experiments were carried out 3 times with the composition of 1) white radish 41.25 g, honey 35 g 2) white radish 41.25 g, honey 40 g 3) white radish 41.25 g honey 55 g. The results showed that the third experiment resulted in products: fresher aroma (honey scent), soft texture, dark brown color, stronger adhesion so that it is easy to apply. This study aims to determine the financial performance and nonfinancial performance in Islamic banks in seven countries ranked GFIR 2017. This research method uses descriptive quantitative. Quantitaf is used to calculate each ratio and then analyzed descriptively describing the calculation scheme. Measurement of financial performance in this study using the method of Economic Value Added (EVA). Measurement of non-financial performance in this study using maqashid syariah index consists of six ratios of ten ratios available. The ratios consist of the ratio of education funding, research cost ratio, training cost ratio, promotion cost ratio, fair return ratio, functional distribution ratio, interest-free product ratio, profit / profit ratio, personal income ratio, and real sector investment ratio. From the research result, it is found that all sharia banks have good financial performance by generating positive EVA value. In non-financial performance, the result of bank rankings with good performance are as follows: Bank Islam Malaysia, Bahrain Islamic Bank, Bank Mandiri Syariah, Kuwait Finance House, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Al-Rajhi Bank.   Keyword: Bank Syariah, Economic Value Added (EVA), Maqashid Syariah Index (MSI)

Tempe merupakan salah satu produk fermentasi kedelai tradisional yang cukup terkenal, dengan menggunakan jamur Rhizopus oligosporus. Tempe mempunyai berbagai macam manfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh. Demikian juga dengan bekatul beras merah yang memiliki berbagai nutrisi yaitu kandungan antioksidan dan serat yang tinggi, mengandung banyak mineral. Di kalangan masyarakat, bekatul beras merah belum banyak dimanfaatkan terutama sebagai produk olahan yang memiliki nilai fungsional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan karakteristik kimia dan sensori tempe kedelai yang difortifikasi bekatul beras merah dan lama fermentasi, menentukan formulasi yang tepat dari tempe kedelai yang difortifikasi bekatul beras merah dengan lama fermentasi sehingga diperoleh tempe dengan aktivitas antioksidan dan serat yang tinggi serta disukai konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 2 faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah rasio kedelai dan bekatul beras merah (80:20; 70:30; 60;40), sedangkan faktor kedua adalah lama fermentasi (24, 36, 48 jam). Penelitian dimulai dari pembuatan tempe yang difortifikasi bekatul beras merah kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis kadar air, kadar abu, kadar protein, aktivitas antioksidan, kadar serat, dan analisis uji organoleptik meliputi warna, rasa, aroma, kekompakan, dan kesukaan keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian yang terbaik adalah pada rasio kedelai dan bekatul beras merah 60:40 dengan lama fermentasi 48 jam didasarkan pada hasil pengujian kimia antioksidan dan serat terbaik. Pada perlakuan ini dihasilkan kadar air 51,34%, kadar abu 8,90%, kadar protein 21,62%, aktivitas antioksidan 72,03%, dan kadar serat 23,44%, sedangkan untuk pengujian organoleptik yang meliputi warna 3,66(merah bata); aroma 3,24 (aroma bekatul beras merah kuat); rasa 3,54 (rasa bekatul beras merah sangat kuat); kekompakan 3,73(kekompakan tempe sangat kuat); dan kesukaan keseluruhan 3,35 (suka). Kata kunci: Tempe, bekatul beras merah, antioksidan, serat, lama fermentasi.ABSTRACTTempeh is one of the well-known traditional soybean fermentation products, using the mushroom Rhizopus oligosporus. Tempeh has a variety of health benefits. Moreover, red rice bran which has a variety of nutrients that contain antioxidants and high fiber, and contain lot of minerals. Among the people, red rice bran has not been widely used, especially as a processed product that has functional value. This study aims to determine the chemical characteristics and sensory of soybean tempeh fortified with red rice bran and fermentation duration, to determine the appropriate formulation of soybean fortified soybean rice bran with fermentation duration so that tempe is obtained with antioxidant activity and high fiber as well as consumer preference. This research was conducted using two factorials Completely Randomized Design (CRD) The first factor was the ratio of soybean and rice bran (80:20; 70:30; 60:40), while the second factor was the duration of fermentation (24, 36, 48 hours). The study began with the making of tempeh fortified with red rice bran and then analyzed for water content analysis, ash content, protein content, antioxidant activity, fiber content, organoleptic test analysis including color, taste, aroma, compactness, and overall preference. The best results was at the ratio of 60:40 soybean and rice bran with fermentation duration 48 hour based on the results of testing the best chemical antioxidants and fiber. At this treatment produced 51,34% water content, 8,90% ash content, 21,62% protein content 72,03% antioxidant activity, and 23,44% fiber content, while for organoleptic testing which includes the color of 3,66 (brick red); aroma 3,24 (strong red rice bran aroma); flavor 3,54(flavor red rice bran very strong); compactness 3,73(compactness of tempeh is very strong); and overall preference 3,35 (likes). Keywords: Tempeh, red rice bran, antioxidant, fiber, long fermentation.
