This article shows a methodological study of Islamic Studies in the West and East. Even though they both study Islam, there are distinctive characteristics of each study period that result in gaps between the two. This paper is intended to answer the questions (1) How is the concept of Islamic studies in the West and East (2) How is the inclusiveness of Islamic studies in the West and East. (3) How is the inclusiveness of Islamic studies in the West and East. This problem is discussed through library research studies. All data was analyzed descriptively focusing on a systematic explanation of the facts obtained during the research. The results of the analysis and conclusions show that Islamic stIdui in the west and east have their own characteristics. Studies in the West have an anthropocentric pattern, while Islamic studies in the East have a theocentric pattern. Both regional studies in the west and east have their own inclusiveness. Both must remain true to their respective characteristics to strengthen each other. Sometimes harmony is found, while Western Islamic studies research can strengthen Eastern Islamic studies with its scientific basis. Of course, these findings can provide a reference for Islamic studies that are always fresh to be discussed in order to add to the Islamic treasures throughout the world.

This research analyzes one case of defamation committed by a Media Zein celebrity on social media. Medina Zein was charged with article 27 paragraph (3) of Republic of Indonesia Law number 19 of 2016 concerning ITE. Defamation is one of the problems in forensic linguistics that often occurs in the real world and cyberspace. Defamation or defamation can be done verbally and in writing. The aim is to bring down someone’s good name and/or embarrass others. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. This research contains a general, clear picture and is based on facts that occur in the field regarding what is being researched. This research uses data analysis in which there is an explanation of the perpetrator and the crime he committed. The results of this research stated that sister Medina Zein was found guilty and sentenced on charges of defamation with a sentence of 6 months in prison.

The function of a bank is as a financial intermediary institution, namely as a bridge between fund owners and parties who need funds, both as depositors and borrowers. Bank-customer relationships often involve banking practices that have a negative impact on customers, but legal protection is often less than optimal. Because if you look at the relationship between banks and customers, banks have enormous control over banking transactions, and in some cases they control banking transactions. So that sometimes it is detrimental to customers. Based on the above facts, Law Number 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority (UU OJK) has been promulgated. As a bank supervisory institution and as an institution that protects customer interests.  

This research aims to explore innovative approaches in integrating English-language religious content as a means of strengthening religious values ​​and improving listening skills in junior high school students at Alam School. This research uses a descriptive method, an innovative approach that illustrates the condition of the subject or object of research by detailing existing facts. The results of the research show that community service activities that use English religious content are successful in strengthening religious values ​​and improving students' listening skills. Students are able to understand and remember new vocabulary through listening to videos. They can also internalize the moral values ​​contained in the video. Apart from that, the use of gamification through the Kahoot application can motivate students to learn in an interactive and fun way. An innovative learning approach that integrates elements of religion and English can help students develop holistically, both spiritually, morally and in language skills. This approach can be an alternative that can be applied in learning English at school.

Abstract. Language is a central part of human intelligence, it is important for us to understand how and when language is mastered as well as the social cognitive and neurological facts that influence language development at an early age.  Language is a symbol system that is an important means of communication, even though we cannot communicate in other ways such as gestures, postures or facial expressions, language is our most flexible method of communication.  Language allows us to describe the past and make plans for the future.  Language allows us to convey traditional ideas and values to the next generation, thus language is of the most important cultural and social importance.  Research using this method is carried out by comparing research methods, processing methods, and the results obtained from each article.  The research source comes from articles obtained via the internet in the form of research articles discussing infancy development.The research results show.  Speaking is a means of communication to be able to communicate with other people, all individuals must be able to master two different functions, the ability to grasp the meaning that other people want to communicate and the ability to communicate with other people in such a way that they can be understood.  Early social experiences play an important role in determining future social relationships and patterns of behavior toward others.  Learning to behave in a moral manner that is accepted by those around you is a long and slow process.  But the basics are laid in infancy and it is based on these basics that babies develop moral codes that guide their behavior when they grow up.

This research was carried out to determine the effect of the motivation-based Scaffolded Reading method on improving students' learning outcomes in finding the main idea in a paragraph. The research was carried out in class IX-C of SMPN 2 Balaraja. The method used in the research is an experimental method with a quantitative approach.  After knowing the results of data analysis that the application of the scaffolded reading method is effective in improving the ability to find the main idea in a paragraph, it is best to use this technique as an alternative learning technique in learning reading comprehension to improve reading skills.

This article aims to present an in-depth Systematic Literature Review related to several key aspects in the audit domain, including Audit Completion, Subsequent Event Review, Auditor's Report, Management Letter, and Fact Finding. By adopting a systematic approach, this research summarizes and analyzes related scientific literature to provide a comprehensive view of the latest developments in each of these aspects. The results of this literature review provide in-depth insight into strategies and methodologies in completing audits, evaluating the impact of subsequent events, the role and process of preparing auditor reports and management letters, as well as finding relevant facts in the audit process. This research not only provides an overview of current practices in the world of auditing, but also identifies knowledge gaps that may provide a basis for future research. By understanding in depth the key aspects of the auditing process, this article makes an important contribution to the development of audit science and facilitates a better understanding of future challenges and opportunities.  

This research was carried out against the background of player behavior in the Mobile Legends Bang Bang game, in the Mobile Legends Bang Bang game Toxic behavior often occurs in the Mobile Legends Bang Bang Online Game, where this behavior often occurs when in a team there is a player who plays very aggressively. bad, doing feeders, differences in countries, differences in ethnicity, even differences in religion and so on. This research aims to find out (1) How toxic behavior takes the form of sarcasm in the online game Mobile Legends Bang Bang, (2) How toxic behavior takes the form of cynicism in the online game Mobile Legends Bang Bang. This research is field research and uses a qualitative approach. The research location is the barracks/boarding house where you live. Data sources in this research include data on the research location and data regarding mobile legends from players and barrack/boarding house owners. Secondary data consists of data from the online game Mobile Legends and toxic behavior obtained from other sources. The data collection technique used is through observation and documentation. For technical data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Toxic in the form of sarcasm is a rude insult intended to hurt other people in the Mobile Legends game. The team is annoyed at players who are considered bad and burden the team. Toxic cynicism criticizes in a frank language style that fits the facts. Cynicism or excessive skepticism is a condescending attitude that is detrimental and hurts the feelings of others. It involves negative or cynical judgments of other people, ideas, or situations with the aim of ridiculing or feeling better than the other person. This text will be shortened to a few sentences or important points, while maintaining the essence of the information conveyed.

This research aims to evaluate the Tanjungpinang City Environmental Service's policy towards preventing Tanjungpinang City Landfill Waste. Tanjungpinang City is the capital of the Riau Islands province which will be used as a tourist city in the Riau Islands. However, to make this happen, one of the tasks of the Tanjung Pinang city government is to solve the waste problem in the city of Tanjung Pinang, especially the old city of Tanjung Pinang, which is a slum area that has the largest area among other slum settlements in Tanjung Pinang. The research method uses a descriptive approach which is a method that used to describe a phenomenon or event by relying on data and facts found in the field. The purpose of qualitative research with a descriptive approach is to explain and describe phenomena and their characteristics, as well as having a greater tendency towards how it is implemented or the reasons why something happens. The results of the research show that evaluation is very important so that steps are taken so that the policies made are not arbitrary. -To do this, there must be an appropriate regulatory basis in order to get maximum results because sea cleanliness is the main milestone in the Riau Archipelago, where almost 100% of the Riau Archipelago is sea and is a maritime area, therefore the importance of awareness by both the public and the government so that the economy which is based on the needs of communities in coastal areas and small islands as an effort to empower communities to increase community participation and capacity in coastal and small island management, especially in the field of dealing with coastal and marine waste pollution.  

In service industries, trading companies and manufacturing industries, fixed assets are used in business activities. Every decision regarding the use of fixed assets affects the survival and development of a company. This not only considers the profits generated by a company, but also the important role of fixed assets in achieving company goals. Therefore, PSAK No.16 must be applied. Based on the data described above, the aim of this research is to confirm the application of PSAK no. 16 which is used to calculate the profits of the company PT. Garuda Indonesia Airlines. As a research method, we use descriptive analysis methods to understand existing facts and compare them with existing theories. To obtain the necessary data, the author uses data collection techniques such as documentation. The type of data used by the author is secondary data. From the research analysis, the author can conclude that the company has implemented fixed assets in accordance with PSAK No.16 (revised 2007). Companies use two methods to value fixed assets: the historical cost method and the revaluation model. The use of these two methods can affect the growth of fixed assets.

This research aims to analyze students' difficulties in solving HOTS questions in terms of facts, concepts, operations and principles. The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research was carried out by collecting data in the form of information obtained from research subjects. This research is intended to describe or express in words (qualitatively) the results of the analysis of students' difficulties in solving questions which are Higher Order Thinking Skills. The subjects of this research were class IX students of GKPI Padang Bulan Private Middle School, Medan. The instruments in this research were test and interview instruments, where students were given questions to work on, then the researcher recorded the results of the students' answers and took 6 students to be interviewed based on the high, medium and low group categories. The results of the research showed that in the high group students experienced difficulties with principles, in the medium group students experienced difficulties with operations and principles and in the low group students experienced difficulties with facts, concepts, operations and principles. This shows the conclusion that GKPI Padang Bulan Medan Private Middle School students experience difficulties in solving HOTS questions.

Early childhood is the most important and fundamental early period in the growth and development of human life. This period is also called the golden age, many concepts and facts explain that this golden age is the time when all children's potential develops the fastest. Aspects of child development that need to be developed in early childhood include personal awareness, emotional development, building socialization, communication development, cognitive development, and motor skill development. Based on these aspects of early childhood development, a children's game media is needed to stimulate children's development and growth. One of the children's game media that can be developed is Educational Game Tools (APE). In this PKM activity, the PKM Team tries to provide training in making APE including number wheels, summing bottle caps, and sliding number boards.

The novel The Last Shoe tells the story of the life of a father named Pak Marwan. The character Pak Marwan in the novel The Last Shoe is the main character of the story. Mr, Marwan is a shoe craftsman whose name is known as the “father of shoes”. Pak Marwan opened a shoe business and made the name of his village known to many people. This type of research is qualitative research which aims to understand social phenomena, including the phenomenon being studied. The descriptive method of analysis is to describe the facts followed by content analysis. The data in this research is in the form of discourse related to the object of research is the novel The Last Shoe by Toni Tegar Sahidi. The primary data source in this research is the next of the novel The Last Shoe. Data collection techniques use heuristic and hermeneutic reading methods. The results of this research are to find out the characterizations contained in the novel The Last Shoes by Toni Tegar Sahidi, namely responsible, hardworking, business style, and teaching employees to be independent.

This research aims to determine the impact of lack of transparency in regional financial management on local development and community welfare and accountability will remain a topic of concern in society. The public does not want acts of corruption to occur in government, because acts of corruption will not only be detrimental to state finances, they will also have an impact on hampering state development and reducing the level of social welfare. This type of research is a literature study. Library study activities related to methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes and processing research materials. The results of the research inform that the phenomenon of non-transparency in the areas of budgeting, personnel, procurement of goods and services is certainly a fact that must be revealed based on the facts that can be observed and witnessed in various implementation of the main duties and functions of government employees. The cause of non-transparency in the various fields mentioned above is because there are factors that hinder the realization of transparency in the implementation of clean, authoritative and responsible regional government. Everything has become limitless and limitless due to the development of digital technology. Indonesia needs several regulatory and authority improvements to be able to face the world market. The aim of this research is to find out what Indonesian industry can do to face the world market, the impact that the presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 has, and the strategies that Indonesia can prepare and carry out in facing the World Market revolution. The object of this research is industry in Indonesia to face the world market. The method used for this research is a qualitative descriptive method, data is obtained from facts about the research subject by trying to reveal it thoroughly according to the context. Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages gives broad authority to villages to regulate and manage the various needs and interests of the community. Village government officials are required to have the capacity to draft regulations in the village. However, the facts show that the capacity of the village government apparatus is still weak in forming regulations in the village, especially the preparation of evidence-based village regulations. This fact also occurred in Maros Regency, especially in Moncongloe District. This phenomenon underlies the importance of conducting training for village apparatus in drafting regulations in the village. This technical guidance was carried out for 8 hours in the Hall of the Moncongloe District Office and was attended by 30 people and facilitated by a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Hasanuddin University. To find out the effectiveness of this training, a pre-test evaluation was carried out at the beginning and a post-test at the end of the training. The results of the evaluation showed that there was an effect of the training on the participants, namely increasing their knowledge of evidence-based technical regulations in villages.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of locus of control and perceptions of organizational support on employee performance with employee engagement and proactive work behavior as intervention variables in DP3AP2KB Central Java Province. This study uses a quantitative descriptive which describes the condition of the facts with the data collected from a questionnaire based on direct observation of the Central Java Province DP3AP2KB. The population in the study included all DP3AP2KB Central Java Province workers, totaling 101 workers and the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS Version 24, and it was found that locus of control had the strongest influence on improving employee performance. Perceived organizational support will also improve employee performance through proactive behavior of employees, because perceived organizational support is found to be unable to directly influence employee performance.

This research contains an analysis of the components of meaning in typical Tasikmalaya crafts, namely payung geulis, kelom geulis and gamparani. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, which is carried out by describing or describing the reality of the facts contained in the research object. The aim of this research is to clarify the differentiating components of the equivalent or lexicon of payung geulis, kelom geulis and gamparani in Indonesian. The analysis technique in this research uses qualitative descriptive techniques, with data collection techniques using reading, listening, note-taking techniques, apart from that, this research also uses semantic analysis. The objects of this research are payung geulis, kelom geulis and gamparani. Based on the meaning component analysis that we have carried out, we can conclude that there are five lexicons related to the payung geulis. The difference lies in the raw materials for making it, the function of use, and even the shape of the type of umbrella. Apart from that, there are also eight lexicons related to the kelom geulis and gamparani. The difference lies in who the user is, the material it is made from, and the situation of the user.

Research conducted in Kampung Buatan II, Koto Gasib District, Siak Regency. This conflict occurs because there is a source of conflict that makes this conflict appear continuously. There are demands for land, the use of wood and environmental damage. This research aims to explore and collect information about social conflict, namely the sources of social conflict that arise between the people of Kampung Buatan II and the plantation company PT. Wahana Subur Sawit Indah (WSSI) vehicle and to find out about the efforts made in the process of resolving social conflicts between village communities and the plantation company PT. Wahana Subur Sawit Indah (WSSI) vehicle. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. With a total of five subjects, they were also involved in the conflict that occurred, then it was the native people of the village who knew about the conflict and felt capable of defining and explaining a process of solving the problem based on existing facts. For data collection used were observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. The theories used are conflict theory and social movement theory. Research in the field found that land conflicts were caused by companies not carrying out obligations that should be fulfilled by the company, as well as the emergence of Timber Utilization Permits (IPK), which then became a debate that led to conflict until now. The community has made various efforts to resolve the conflict, but the company still does not heed the things that have been agreed upon. Oil palm plantation companies and communities are always a record of cases of conflict that always exist and land conflicts are also classic problems and tend to drag on throughout the year.
