The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) has become an essential part of digital transformation in the healthcare sector, aiming to improve the quality, effectiveness, efficiency, and continuity of healthcare services. In Indonesia, the implementation of EMR is supported by the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 24 of 2022, which mandates healthcare facilities to adopt electronic medical records. However, the implementation process is often challenged by various technical and non-technical factors that may affect its success. This study aims to analyze the success factors and barriers to EMR implementation in hospitals through a literature review approach. The research method used was a literature review by examining and analyzing 11 scientific articles obtained from Google Scholar and other relevant scientific sources. The findings indicate that the success of EMR implementation is influenced by three main aspects, namely human, organizational, and technological factors. Supporting factors include management commitment, user readiness, continuous training, availability of information technology infrastructure, system quality, and organizational support. Meanwhile, common barriers include limited digital literacy among healthcare workers, insufficient information technology personnel, unstable internet connectivity, system errors, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, budget limitations, and the absence of specific standard operating procedures. Furthermore, EMR implementation provides significant benefits, such as improving service efficiency, facilitating access to patient information, enhancing documentation quality, supporting communication among healthcare professionals, and increasing patient safety. Therefore, successful EMR implementation requires synergy between human resources, organizational readiness, and technological infrastructure to achieve optimal healthcare service delivery.

Social changes, the rapid development of digital technology, and the weakening internalization of religious values have contributed to a decline in students' moral character, which is reflected in poor communication ethics, lack of respect for lecturers, plagiarism practices, individualistic attitudes, and weak academic responsibility. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic values in addressing the crisis of student etiquette at UIN Walisongo Semarang. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method through literature review, observation, and data collection from various scientific journals. The findings indicate that the implementation of Islamic values, such as akhlaq al-karimah (noble character), trustworthiness (amanah), discipline, Islamic brotherhood (ukhuwah Islamiyah), and responsibility, can serve as effective solutions in developing students' religious and ethical character. These values are implemented through spiritual development programs, an Islamic academic culture, lecturers' role modeling, Islamic student organization activities, and character education based on Islamic principles. This study emphasizes that the integration of Islamic values into the campus education system constitutes a strategic step in shaping a generation of Muslim intellectuals who excel not only academically but also possess strong morality and ethical conduct.

The rapid development of information and communication technology has encouraged military organizations to adopt modern systems capable of supporting operational effectiveness. One of the challenges faced by the Indonesian Marine Corps is the limitation of conventional monitoring methods that still rely on voice reports through tactical radios and manual communication systems. This condition often causes delays in information delivery, inaccuracies in troop positioning data, and difficulties in controlling personnel and logistics in dynamic operational environments. This study aims to formulate a conceptual model for the utilization of a GPS Tracking System integrated with Marine Corps communication equipment to improve troop and material movement monitoring. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through literature review, observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation involving operational personnel and military communication experts. The results indicate that integrating GPS Tracking Systems with communication equipment can provide real-time location information, improve command and control effectiveness, accelerate reporting processes, enhance logistics supervision, and support operational evaluations through recorded movement data. The proposed concept is expected to strengthen situational awareness, increase operational efficiency, and support mission success in future Marine Corps operations.

Post-disaster settlement recovery requires more than the provision of permanent housing; it demands an integrated approach covering social, economic, institutional, environmental, and disaster risk reduction dimensions. This study analyzes the Settlement Planning Document (RPP) of the Sibalaya Selatan Satellite Permanent Resettlement Area (Huntap) in Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi, which accommodates 118 households displaced by the 2018 Palu liquefaction disaster. The research examines the RPP as a participatory planning instrument for sustainable post-disaster recovery. A qualitative participatory approach using the Community Action Plan (CAP) method was conducted from July to November 2024 through focus group discussions, participatory workshops, formation of a Core Planning Team (TIP), field observations, document reviews, and public consultations. Data were analyzed using descriptive, infrastructure, spatial, and strengths-problems-opportunities-challenges frameworks. The findings reveal that community social capital, reflected in active organizations, social networks, and digital communication infrastructure, has been transformed into economic capital. In addition, four dimensions of community resilience economic, social, communication, and competence capacities were identified at varying levels of development. The TIP also played a strategic role in integrating the RPP into village and regional development planning. The resulting RPP contains 39 priority programs valued at approximately IDR 340.6 million for 2024-2028 across infrastructure, economic, social-environmental, and disaster risk reduction sectors. The study demonstrates that the CAP approach effectively supports sustainable settlement development and offers a replicable model for post-disaster resettlement areas in Indonesia.

Organizational psychology plays an important role in understanding individual and group behavior within organizations, particularly in educational contexts. Its application can help improve the effectiveness of educational institution management by strengthening key aspects such as work motivation, leadership, communication, and a conducive work environment. By understanding these aspects, educational organizations can develop more effective work systems, enhance the performance of educators, and create a positive and productive organizational culture. However, research on organizational psychology in educational settings remains fragmented and often focuses on specific variables separately. This limits a comprehensive understanding of how these factors interact to influence overall organizational performance. Therefore, a more integrative and comprehensive review is needed to synthesize previous findings. This study aims to review and synthesize existing literature on organizational psychology in educational organizations, with a particular focus on the roles of motivation, leadership, and work environment in improving organizational effectiveness. The findings are expected to provide a more holistic understanding and serve as a basis for developing strategies to enhance the performance of educational organizations in the future.

The Mental Revolution represents an effort to transform public mindsets, attitudes, and behaviors based on the values of integrity, work ethic, and mutual cooperation in order to build a progressive and competitive nation. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and triangulation to ensure comprehensive findings. The results indicate that the implemented public relations strategies have optimally utilized social media as a means of public communication, particularly in reaching younger audiences. These strategies include the development of positive content, cross-sector collaboration, and the use of media relations to expand information dissemination. The SWOT analysis reveals that the main strengths lie in effective team coordination, structured communication strategies, and a strong organizational culture, while weaknesses include limited human resources and insufficient technological support. Opportunities arise from extensive networks with various institutions and media, whereas threats stem from public perceptions and limited communication competencies. In practice, the Mental Revolution Program is implemented participatively through various initiatives such as Indonesia Serving, Clean, Orderly, Independent, and United, which are disseminated via Instagram. However, its implementation has not been evenly distributed across regions and has only reached approximately 70%, due to budget constraints and varying levels of commitment among local governments. Employee engagement is critical to organizational performance, employee well-being, and long-term sustainability. In hybrid work contexts, generational differences have become increasingly evident, particularly between Generation Y and Generation Z employees. Generation Y tends to emphasize work–life balance, career development, and meaningful collaboration, while Generation Z prioritizes flexibility, job security, digital integration, and the use of technology in the workplace. This study adopts a systematic literature review (SLR) approach by synthesizing findings from various peer-reviewed studies related to employee engagement and hybrid work practices across generations. The review focuses on identifying key factors that influence employee engagement in modern work environments. The results indicate that hybrid work can significantly enhance employee engagement when organizations provide flexibility, autonomy, adequate technological support, professional development opportunities, and fair reward systems. In addition, supportive organizational culture and effective leadership are important in maintaining employee motivation and commitment. However, differences in generational expectations require organizations to implement adaptive managerial strategies, including flexible work policies, personalized communication approaches, and inclusive leadership practices to strengthen employee engagement across different generations in hybrid work settings.

This community service activity aimed to enhance human resource management (HRM) literacy among congregation members through weekly religious study sessions at Kramatwatu Mosque. HRM literacy is important not only in formal work environments, but also in family life, social organizations, and religious activities. The problem identified was the congregation’s limited understanding of basic HRM concepts, such as planning, organizing, role distribution, discipline, communication, and individual potential development. The community service program was carried out through an educational-participatory approach in the form of material presentation, interactive discussions, simple case studies, and reflection on Islamic values relevant to human resource management. The activity was implemented gradually in weekly religious study forums by taking into account the characteristics of the congregation. The results showed an improvement in the congregation’s understanding of the importance of HRM in daily life, particularly in the aspects of responsibility, cooperation, discipline, and self-capacity development. Weekly religious study sessions proved effective as a medium for community empowerment because they were able to integrate religious values with practical HRM concepts. Therefore, strengthening HRM literacy through weekly religious study sessions can serve as a relevant educational strategy to improve mosque-based human resource quality.
