The author has made observations at SD IT Al Hijrah and conducted an interview with one of the teachers in order to obtain valid information. Planning can also be defined as a way to anticipate and balance change. According to Uno, this definition assumes that change always occurs. Environmental changes must always be anticipated so that changes are balanced with changes in learning in schools or madrasas. Thus, planning has three meanings. First, planning is an effort to find a future form and an effort to achieve it. Second, planning means efforts to eliminate the gap between the present situation and the future. Third, planning is an effort to change conditions so that they are in line with changing environmental conditions.

E-court is a court instrument as a form of service to the public in terms of registering cases carried out by the parties online, estimating court costs electronically, paying downpayments online, summoning online and sending court documents online. The purpose of this research to study the effectiveness of implementing e-court electronic trials in the Pamekasan District Court. This study uses normative legal research methods. The statutory and conceptual approaches are the approaches used in this research. The collection of legal materials in this journal uses library research. The method of analysis of legal materials used in this journal refers to deductive, namely drawing conclusions from a general problem to the concrete problems faced. The results of this research show that there are advantages and disadvantages in implementing electronic trials in the Pamekasan district court and the need for them. Further adaptation by the community in the latest innovations in case handling. In accordance with Perma No. 1 of  2019.

This study aims to determine how effective the implementation of local government information systems (SIPD) in supporting financial reporting at OPDs in Mataram City, namely RSUD X. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observations and interviews. The research analysis refers to the UTAUT effectiveness indicators consisting of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influences and Facilitating Conditions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of SIPD in supporting financial reporting at RSUD X when viewed in terms of indicators of performance expectancy, effort expectancy and facilitating conditions is still less effective because in its implementation SIPD still has many weakness both in terms of system stability and the availability of features needed, while for indicators of social influences SIPD can already be categorized as effective because the implementation of financial report data entry is adapted to user needs.

Education is the most important sector in the rise of a nation and state. The pattern of education in Indonesia has undergone many changes from time to time, many changes have been raised or these changes, one of which is the emergence of an independent curriculum and creating a P5 learning program. This P5 learning runs effectively. With this P5 or Pancasila Student Profile is a good influence and reference in developing student competence and character which is the main goal of this independent curriculum. P5 has 5 dimensions, namely; The values of mutual aid, social justice, democracy, the One and Only God, and just and civilized humanity. This study aims to illustrate the importance of the role of P5 in Catholic Religious Education or other learning. The research methods that children use are observational research methods and use literature review research methods, and several other sources such as articles, journals, related books.

The results of the analysis regarding the ability of Mataram City PAUD teachers in preparing assessments based on the new paradigm curriculum are still very minimal. There are many obstacles faced by teachers in preparing new paradigm assessments, including the lack of experience in implementing the independent learning curriculum and the competencies possessed by teachers. This community service activity uses the PBL (Project Base Learning) learning method. Structurally, service activities are carried out in 2 stages, namely direct learning activities aimed at increasing participants' understanding of the basic concepts of preparing effective assessments based on the new paradigm curriculum and practical activities, namely practice making effective assessments based on the new paradigm curriculum. The result of the service was that there was a significant increase in mastery of concepts and skills in preparing assessments for Early Childhood Education Teachers in Mataram City between before and after the implementation of services for PAUD teachers.

To anticipate market needs for new goods, effective communication is essential. Organizational communication in Islamic education also helps improve school performance. In an Islamic perspective, effective communication is when a message conveyed by a communicator is well received by the communicant. A good leader can make the company a calm and peaceful place. When one party in the organization feels disadvantaged, conflict can arise. This can happen because of differences in opinion, values, and character. In the Qur'an, humans are described as receiving a lesson directly from God, having a real enemy, Satan, and being able to carry a mandate. Leadership that is knowledgeable, strong, trustworthy and devout is very important. The results of this research indicate that effective communication plays an important role in organizations, Islamic education, and leadership. This research also provides an in-depth understanding of how effective communication relates to Islamic religion and organizations. It is hoped that the results of this research can help and improve the quality significantly, to increase the effectiveness of Islamic education and organizations.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan penanaman cinta tanah air di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi Desa Klodran Kecamatan Colomadu Kabupaten Karanganyar; 2) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi Desa Klodran Kecamatan Colomadu Kabupaten Karanganyar; 3) Untuk mengetahui Penanaman cinta tanah air melalui seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi Desa Klodran Kecamatan Colomadu Kabupaten Karanganyar. Bentuk penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Strategi penelitian ini menggunakan strategi studi kasus tunggal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini antara lain pemilik sanggar, pelatih sanggar, peserta tari, orang tua peserta tari. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknis data kegiatan, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Pelaksanaan penanaman karakter cinta tanah air seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi melalui kegiatan menari dengan percaya diri dihadapan banyak orang, berdoa sebelum memulai kegiatan tari, mempelajari nilai-nilai budaya; 2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi berupa latihan rutin yang diadakan setiap Sabtu pada pukul 16.00 dengan guru tari, materi tari yang sesuai, pelatihan dan evaluasi serta guru tari yang profesional. Kegiatan pembelajaran materi tari Anila Prahastha yang dipentaskan; 3) Penanaman cinta tanah air di Sanggar tari Ngandhong Cinawi melalui tari dapat menjadi sarana yang efektif dalam menanamkan rasa cinta tanah air pada peserta tari, penanaman cinta tanah air berhasil ditanamkan pada seni tari memerlukan penentuan parameter melalui kegiatan seni tari yang menumbuhkan sikap mandiri, menjadi percaya diri dan menjalin hubungan sesama peserta tari, serta peserta tari merasakan keterkaitannya dengan budaya dan seni tradisional Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dalam memilih perguruan tinggi terbaik di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Pemilihan perguruan tinggi terbaik merupakan proses yang kompleks karena terdapat berbagai faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan, seperti kualitas pendidikan, biaya kuliah, dan fasilitas yang disediakan. Untuk mengatasi kompleksitas tersebut, metode SAW digunakan untuk memberikan bobot atau nilai penting pada setiap kriteria dan membandingkan perguruan tinggi di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur untuk menemukan yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. SPK dirancang untuk membantu calon mahasiswa dalam memilih perguruan tinggi terbaik dengan cepat dan efektif, memberikan informasi yang akurat dan terpercaya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode SAW dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif untuk masalah pengambilan keputusan dan SPK yang dikembangkan dapat membantu pengguna dalam memilih perguruan tinggi terbaik di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur

Patient anxiety during tooth extraction is a common challenge in dental practice that can affect patient experience and outcome of the procedure. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of approaches and strategies to address patient anxiety during tooth extraction procedures. Through counseling designed to improve patient understanding of the causes of anxiety, relaxation skills, and communication with the dentist, this study measured its impact on patient anxiety levels and preparedness. The study involved patients undergoing tooth extraction procedures, where they attended a counseling session that included information on factors that cause anxiety, breathing relaxation techniques, and communication skills. Data were collected before and after the counseling through a survey that assessed patient knowledge, ability to apply relaxation techniques, self-confidence, and anxiety levels. The results showed a significant increase in patient understanding of the causes of anxiety from 50% to 85%, ability to apply relaxation techniques from 30% to 75%, and self-confidence in facing the procedure from 40% to 80%. In addition, the ability to communicate with the dentist increased from 45% to 78%, and anxiety levels decreased from 70% to 40%. These findings confirm that an educational approach is effective in reducing patient anxiety, increasing preparedness, and improving the experience during tooth extraction. This strategy can be implemented widely to improve the quality of care and patient well-being in dental practice.

Physical activity is a form of physical movement that results from the body's systems, one of which is the musculoskeletal system. Physical activity requires energy expenditure in the process. One of physical activity that is often done is exercise. High levels of activity can cause muscle fatigue, tissue damage, pain and discomfort. Proper and effective exercise preparation can have an effect on improving body health such as blood circulation, metabolism, and increasing muscle strength and work. One of important exercise preparation is stretching. Stretching exercises that are carried out well and regularly have benefits in maintaining and improving quality and increasing the flexibility of the body.

Di era digital saat ini, kemajuan teknologi informasi mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat. Salah satu perkembangan yang signifikan terjadi dalam bidang kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence), yang telah diterapkan luas di berbagai sektor, termasuk analisis data dan pengambilan keputusan. Para peneliti di bidang data mining telah menciptakan beragam algoritma klasifikasi yang meningkatkan proses klasifikasi dengan memanfaatkan atribut numerik dan nominal. Klasifikasi adalah suatu proses analisis data yang menghasilkan model untuk mewakili kelas-kelas dalam data tersebut, seperti yang terjadi pada Decision Tree yang digunakan untuk menganalisis klasifikasi dan pola prediksi data serta menggambarkan hubungan antara variabel atribut  dan variabel target  dalam bentuk struktur pohon. Python, sebagai bahasa pemrograman populer dalam pengembangan kecerdasan buatan, menyediakan pustaka dan framework yang mendukung implementasi algoritma Decision Tree. Dengan menerapkan algoritma Decision Tree untuk klasifikasi data evaluasi mobil menggunakan Python, kita dapat memanfaatkan kekuatan AI untuk memberikan solusi efektif dan efisien dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait evaluasi mobil. Menggunakan dataset Evaluation Car dari UC Irvine Machine Learning Repository, hasil penelitian menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 81%. Confusion Matrix dan laporan klasifikasi menunjukkan performa model yang baik dalam melakukan prediksi.

When communicating, a person always has a message in the communication he conveys just like a teacher who has a message to students. Through this communication one can express ideas, opinions and emotions to other participants. Teaching materials that act as messages in teacher communication and teachers who act as communicants and then student participants who act as participants in the learning process. If there is no communication, there will be no logging process educators. The communication skills of a teacher will affect how well they master the learning model applied in their learning. The learning model consists of various types and through learning communication it will reach well to students and the learning that occurs can run effectively. The chosen learning model and teacher communication skills are a way to build a very important learning process for effective learning to be realized. The ability of a teacher to communicate is a teacher's competence listed in the Law in order to achieve effective learning. In this article the method used is a type of qualitative research that studies and or collects data in the form of sentences that are separated by categories to obtain conclusions. The conclusion that can be obtained is that communication skills are very influential with the learning model carried out and the effectiveness of the learning process.

The discomfort most often complained of by pregnant women is nausea, vomiting and headaches. This will have an impact on the mother and fetus, namely premature birth and the fetus is threatened with low birth weight (LBW), fainting and also low blood pressure. Pregnant women will be better off if they are able to overcome the problem of nausea, vomiting and headaches by using non-pharmacological complementary therapies, one of which is acupressure. Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of acupressure points PC6, GV20, GB20, EX-HN1, EX-HN3, EX-HN5 to treat nausea, vomiting and headaches in first trimester pregnant women at the Murung Pudak Health Center. The research design used was an experiment with a one group pre test-post test design using the Total Sampling technique. The number of samples is 17 respondents. Time for research in January 2023. Statistical tests using the T-test. The results of the study obtained an average decrease in the frequency of nausea and vomiting before and after treatment from 8.18 to 3.65 and a decrease in the headache scale before and after treatment from 3.94 to 0.59 so that a p-value = (0.000) was obtained < ? (0.05) Conclusion: This means that there is effectiveness of acupressure points PC6, GV20, GB20, EX- HN1, EX-HN3, EX-HN5 to treat nausea, vomiting and headaches in first trimester pregnant women at the Murung Pudak Health Center in 2023.

Radiotherapy is a treatment for cancer using high-energy radiation, usually X-rays. The type and amount of radiation received is calculated by oncologists and medical physicists to destroy cancer cells, these cells are abnormal cells. This stops the cancer cells from dividing properly and as a result the cancer cells are destroyed. This treatment is planned to protect healthy tissue as much as possible from radiation which has destructive properties, however some healthy tissue can be affected which will later cause side effects. Radiotherapy uses a Linear Accelerato (LINAC) device in its treatment. The LINAC can produce two beams, namely photons and electrons. Photon beams are usually used to illuminate tumors in deeper tissue in the body, for example breast cancer, cervical cancer and nasopharyngeal cancer, while electron beams are used for cancer therapy in surface tumors. The role of radiotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer has a long and controversial history. One of the first clinical trials ever conducted, it began in 1949, and remains the subject of new trials still being initiated today. Early trials clearly showed that radiotherapy reduced local recurrence, with a relative risk reduction now known to be approximately 70%, but a reduction in recurrence rates did not translate into a reduction in mortality. Theories explaining this difference are numerous, including the detrimental effects of radiotherapy on immune function.

.Degenerative diseases in the elderly, if not handled properly, will add to the state’s financial burden, which is not small. This study’s general purpose was to determine ergonomic gymnastics’s effectiveness in lowering blood pressure in the elderly. This research method uses a pre-experiment with a group pre-test and post-test design. The sample in this study amounted to 20 people, using the purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that respondents before being given the intervention had blood pressure in the Stage 1 hypertension category, as many as 12 respondents (60%), and in the Stage 2 hypertension category, as many as eight respondents (40%). After being given the intervention, blood pressure in the Stage 1 hypertension category, as many as two respondents (10%), and pre-hypertension, as many as 18 respondents (90%). The chi-square statistical test showed a p-value = 0.018 (p < 0.05). These results indicate that H0 is rejected Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that ergonomic exercises effectively reduce blood pressure in the elderly. It is recommended that health center officers socialize with the elderly by providing ergonomic exercises to reduce changes in blood pressure in elderly patients.      

Family Planning (KB) is a government program to limit the number of children by preventing pregnancy, births that can delay pregnancy, the desired spacing of children to regulate the rate of population growth. This study used a pre-experimental design with the type of one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study are mothers. The sampling technique used is total sampling. In the study the independent variable was the provision of counseling about family planning, while the dependent variable was the knowledge of the women of Paya Baroh village, kec. City of two, district. Pidie triumph. The type of instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. The number of samples taken was 25 respondents. It is known that most of the respondents were female as many as 25 respondents with a percentage of 100%, while most of them were aged 25-34 years as many as 10 respondents with a percentage of 40%. The level of knowledge before being given counseling was categorized as high by 6 respondents or 24%. The level of knowledge after being given counseling is categorized as high by 25 respondents or 100%. The level of family planning knowledge before and after most of the respondents increased from an average value of 2.12 to 1.00. From these results it can be concluded that there were positive results from the counseling process carried out.

This article discusses the basic principles of pricing, evaluates a number of strategies that can be implemented in the context of homemade spaghetti, and provides practical suggestions for improving product marketing results. Through the application of the Dana Pasta case study, the aim of this article is to provide relevant and applicable guidance for culinary business people who want to achieve success through a smart pricing approach

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Dana Pihak Ketiga dan Net Interest Margin terhadap Profitabilitas dengan Layanan Perbankan Digital sebagai moderasi pada Perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis regresi yang dimoderasi dimana data sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan masing-masing melalui website IDX (www.idx.co.id) dan website perbankan. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan perbankan digital tidak secara signifikan memperkuat hubungan pihak ketiga dan margin bunga bersih terhadap profitabilitas. Bagi perbankan, digitalisasi dapat menghadirkan model bisnis yang efisien dan efektif serta diharapkan dapat meningkatkan jangkauan bank ke seluruh lapisan masyarakat dan meningkatkan profitabilitas. Namun penelitian ini tidak dapat membuktikan bahwa layanan perbankan digital dapat memperkuat hubungan pihak ketiga dan net interest margin terhadap profitabilitas. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah referensi dan perbandingan bagi pihak-pihak yang akan melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran dan masukan bagi penyempurnaan kebijakan yang telah dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pertama yang membahas tentang layanan perbankan digital sebagai moderasi hubungan pihak ketiga dan net interest margin terhadap profitabilitas.

Bronchial asthma is a chronic respiratory disease that often impairs the quality of life of sufferers. Bronchial asthma is characterized by inflammation of the respiratory tract that causes narrowing of the bronchi, swelling, and increased production of mucus. The purpose of this study was to provide nursing care for the ineffectiveness of nasfas patterns with bronchial asthma in the Emergency Room of Patut Patuh Patju Hospital, Gerung, West Lombok. Researchers used a case study method with stages of the nursing process including assessment, formulation of nursing diagnoses, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. Nursing care for the ineffectiveness of breathing patterns in AI with bronchial asthma in the emergency room of the Patut Patuh Patju Hospital, Gerung, West Lombok, which was carried out for 3x24 hours, obtained the results that the patient was no longer short of breath, the rhythm of breathing was regular and there was no additional breath sound.
