One of the common vocations of Christians is to proclaim to all people of all ages. The age of the child is a golden age in development, it needs special attention in faith formation. Companions need to get enough training so that faith building in children will be right on target. Child assistance is usually carried out on Sundays so it is called Sunday school, Sunday School assistants are not professionals who get special education such as ECCE educators in schools. Many of these Sunday School faith companions are armed only to serve or guide this child's faith. This Community Service or PKM aims to equip Sunday School faith companions to be better in mentoring. With the right learning method or model, the faith materials given are in accordance with the child's reasoning and grasping power. The assistance was carried out by involving students to be directly involved in three rayon parishes in Semarang city and inviting all Semarang Rayon Sunday School Faith companions at Oak Tree Hotel on December 10, 2023, to share experiences and provide input to children's Faith Companions. As a result of this debriefing, Sunday School Faith Companions felt cared for and greatly helped in fostering faith in children.

To effectively achieve educational goals, teachers employ a myriad of methods to convey instructional materials. This research endeavors to scrutinize the communication strategies implemented by teachers while educating visually impaired children, delving into the intricate communication dynamics between educators and students. The study delves into the exploration of multimodal learning techniques employed by teachers to impart educational messages within the classroom setting. The results elucidate distinct phases within the learning strategies embraced by teachers, ranging from the cultivation of personal and intimate connections to the meticulous selection of teaching materials. The study sheds light on the application of multi-modal learning, encompassing auditory-kinesthetic, kinesthetic-visual, and audio-visual styles. Additionally, the research delineates stages pertaining to learning outcomes and the responses of teachers to their students.    

The development of the times is so fast that the role of education becomes very important in helping students to have a high skilled side.  The use of project-based learning models is one way to help students think creatively. This learning model is often called project-based learning which is included in the independent curriculum. The project-based learning model is designed to facilitate the development of students' creativity skills through the application of real projects that are relevant to the learning material.  This research uses a qualitative method based on literature study. The data contained in this study comes from previous studies that have been documented in the form of journals and books.  The results showed that the application of project-based learning model was significantly able to improve students' creative thinking ability. Students showed improvement in the ability to formulate new ideas, solve complex problems, and collaborate effectively. In addition, they developed positive attitudes towards learning, increased motivation, and experienced improvements in the understanding of learning concepts. This research contributes to understanding the use of project-based learning model, as an effective strategy to enhance students' creativity in educational contexts. The application of the findings in this study can help educators and policy makers    

The purpose of this study this study describes the realization form of vowel phoneme, consonant phoneme in Indonesian language. Through this research, it is hoped that it can be useful for the Indonesian speakers, especially educators and students. In addition,In  addition, this research is expected to inspire linguistic experts to examine more comprehensively related to the realization of Indonesian vowel phonemes. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by using a collective case approach study (collection case study). Data collection using observation, listening and note-taking techniques. The instruments we use in this research data collection itself are equipped with notes and scientific journals. complete with notes and scientific journals. This research aims to determine the types of children's diversity in learning. The method used in the research is literature study or literature review. There are 2 journals that are suitable for this research. The results of this research show that children's diversity in learning is a phenomenon that is increasingly recognized as a key aspect in education. Children bring a variety of backgrounds, cultures, interests, and abilities to their learning environment. By embracing diversity, educators can create an inclusive environment and allow every child to develop to their potential.

This research reveals the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at SD Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP with the aim of understanding the implementation of P5 in the school. The research method used is qualitative with data collection through observation and interviews. The results showed that P5 has been implemented since the beginning of the semester of 2023, with activities taking place every three months. Full participation of students and the role of educator mentors are seen in the implementation of P5. P5 is themed "Sustainable Lifestyle," where each subject has different P5 activities. For example, in Mathematics the emphasis is on numeracy skills, Indonesian focuses on communication skills and poetry, Civics emphasizes attitudes in accordance with Pancasila, while Islamic Religion directs the formation of noble morals. This research shows that the implementation of P5 has a positive impact, improving cooperation, collaboration, and enthusiasm for learning for students.

This study discusses the perceptions of students in the Internship Course with a focus on the Microteaching experience in the context of English Language Education. The study aims to explore how Microteaching affects the preparation and skills of prospective English language educators, as well as its impact on students' understanding of practical theory and confidence. Through a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected from 15 English Language Education students who took the Internship Course with Microteaching activities through the use of a questionnaire. The results showed that the majority of students responded positively to the Microteaching experience, stating an increase in teaching skills (60.00%), understanding of practical theory (46.67%), and confidence (66.67%). Although some felt the need for improvement in theoretical understanding and levels of confidence, the overall results showed that Microteaching provides a clear perspective on the reality of teaching English in the field (80.00%). Thus, the Microteaching experience in the Internship Course provides a strong foundation for the development of teaching skills and understanding of practical theory, as well as increasing confidence for prospective English language educators, providing an important basis for the development of curriculum and educational programs in the future

A clean and healthy lifestyle is a health behavior that is realized through caring for oneself, family members and other people in the environment. Cultivating a healthy lifestyle is not just about washing hands, but throwing away rubbish so that students are exposed to a clean and healthy lifestyle. The researcher aims to conduct a literature review regarding clean and healthy lifestyles in elementary schools. Several PHBS programs researched from various articles show that clean and healthy lifestyles include washing hands, exercise, healthy snacks and proper waste disposal. Researchers used a technique (Systematic Literature Review). The target of this research is elementary school educators, because teacher awareness in educating children to behave in a clean and healthy lifestyle is still low. From the results of this research, it is hoped that teachers can teach and introduce clean and healthy lifestyles to children and provide several supporting services in implementing PHBS.

This article discusses the implementation of learning at MI which links mixed learning, namely online and offline. In this case, there is Bleanded Learning, namely mixed learning. This research was conducted using a literature review method and literature study by examining several articles that discussed issues related to the problem. The aim of this research is that this article is able to provide an overview of the implementation of Arabic language learning in the modern era, which makes it easier for students and educators. The results of this research are that technology can be a tool for implementing learning through applications that focus on Arabic language learning.

This research examines more closely how to understand the values ​​of the Fourth Pancasila in the philosophy of elementary school (SD) education in grade 4 at SDN Gili Barat in order to shape character and nationality. This research aims to analyze the practice of the four values ​​of Pancasila in the context of basic education and their impact on the development of students' personality and national awareness through a case study at SDN Giri Barat grade 4. The research methods used include classroom observations, interviews with grade 4 homeroom teachers, as well as school policy documentation. . The research results found that SDN Gili Barat thoroughly implemented the values ​​of the Fourth Pancasila in the learning process and school activities. A deep understanding of these values ​​will create an environment that supports the development of student character, including honesty, justice, courage and a spirit of mutual cooperation. Apart from that, this implementation also actively contributes to instilling national awareness and teaching students to love and appreciate Indonesia's cultural diversity. This research provides valuable insight for educators, researchers and educational practitioners to better understand the role of the Fourth Pancasila values ​​in shaping the character and nationality of students at the elementary school level. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for developing more effective and sustainable educational strategies at the basic education level.

This research aims to describe the management of early childhood education at RA Annur Babalan. This research uses a qualitative approach and is descriptive in nature. The selection of research subjects was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Research subjects are managers, educators, students and parents. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through diligent observation, participation and adequacy of references. The research results show that the RA Annur Babalan management program has been prepared in accordance with the institution's vision and mission by carrying out management functions including; implementation, supervision and guidance. Managers as leaders in carrying out management functions place great emphasis on cooperation based on sincerity, enthusiasm and high loyalty. Planning is carried out with strategic planning, preparing learning plans ranging from yearly, semester, monthly, weekly to daily. Organizing is carried out by coordinating tasks, opportunities, experiences and insights with open communication, holding regular meetings to discuss efforts to improve performance. Supervision is carried out by direct observation, through supervision, regular meetings with educators. Collaboration ends with parents, through monthly meetings (parenting), and partners related to RA. Assessment and evaluation is carried out by giving assignments, observations, daily notes, anecdotes, performance, work results and educational visits.

The brain-based learning method is very interesting because optimizing brain work can be started in a simple way. This is research that uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The process of data analysis is done through reduction, display, verification, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study state that the Brain-Based Learning Method with cybernetic learning theory is an innovative alternative in Civics subjects, so that learning is more efficient and fun. This learning method can be carried out in simple ways, such as paying attention to brain nutrition in students, paying attention to brain relaxation such as stretching or relaxing and listening to music, paying attention to plants and class aromas that can improve brain performance, paying attention to recess, and playing games in class.

Stunting is a condition where a person's height is shorter than the height of other people in general (of the same age). Stunted (short stature) or low height/length for age is used as an indicator of chronic malnutrition which describes the history of under-nutrition in toddlers over a long period of time. The design used in this research is a research design with a correlational/causal analytical method with a cross sectional design. The population in this study was 82 mothers of toddlers. The sampling technique used in this research was the Slovin formula. The total sample in this study was 82 mothers of toddlers. The results of the research show that there is a significant relationship between healthy latrines and the incidence of stunting among toddlers in Waehaong subdistrict, Nusaniwe subdistrict, Ambon City with a p value of 0.000. For the government, in this case, village officials, especially village heads, are expected to be able to facilitate and plan budget procurement for environmental sanitation improvements such as improving healthy latrine facilities and making efforts to improve residential environmental sanitation programs with healthy behavior. Health workers, especially sanitarian officers, can carry out their role as educators by providing education related to the health of the family environment in order to increase knowledge about maintaining and creating a healthy family environment. This study delves into the intricacies of the Maritime Education and Training (MET) program at the Maritime Institute Jakarta (STIP Jakarta), focusing on Semester 3 cadets. Adopting a qualitative and descriptive research approach, the research aims to elucidate the perspectives of 240 cadets through the lens of academic self-checked intelligence, professional competences, motivations, and their interconnections. The findings reveal diverse self-checked intelligence profiles across Nautical, Technical, and Port and Shipping Management majors, necessitating a nuanced curriculum tailored to their distinct strengths. English communication emerges as a pivotal professional competence, urging a strategic enhancement of language instruction to equip cadets for effective communication in the global maritime community. Motivations driving cadet dedication encompass familial legacies, a love for the sea, and the pursuit of international exposure. Recognising and nurturing these intrinsic motivators emerges as a crucial element for sustaining cadet engagement. The positive correlation between self-checked intelligence and professional competences underscores the importance of tailored support mechanisms, prompting recommendations for mentorship programs and supplementary resources. Implications for STIP Jakarta include the need for continuous quality improvement through periodic curriculum reviews, fostering a holistic approach that combines technical proficiency with soft skills. The research contributes to the discourse on maritime education, offering a roadmap for institutions to navigate industry dynamics and diverse cadet needs. The findings, discussions, and recommendations collectively enrich the understanding of Semester 3 cadet perspectives, offering actionable insights for educators, administrators, and policymakers to refine and elevate maritime education at STIP Jakarta.

Educators, parents, and responsible adults in the community have the responsibility to guide and monitor children's use of digital media. While the digital era brings positive impacts, the existence of negative effects demands special attention. Therefore, efforts are required to ensure that children can use digital media wisely, allowing them to reap positive benefits for themselves and their lives

This research aims to understand the concept of progressivism and explore in depth how a teacher implements progressivism in his teaching practice. Along with changes in social and technological dynamics, learning is no longer simplified to merely transferring information but students also play an active role in learning activities. Research conducted using interviews is a type of qualitative research, which aims to understand a particular phenomenon or context through collecting and analyzing non-numerical data, such as text, images or sound. The subject of this research was a teacher at SMP Negeri 1 Sidamanik, named Hermaulina Siallagan, S.Pd and also the answers to the questions given. Researchers conducted online interviews with sources via Google Meet or the Gmail application. The results of the research show the implementation of progressivism in Mrs. Hermaulina's teaching practice, namely that she defines a teacher as an educator and teacher. In terms of learning carried out by Mrs. Hermaulina, she focuses more on student-centred learning. Then he also prioritizes collaborative learning, both collaboration between teachers and students and collaboration between students and other students. Thus, Mrs. Hermaulina has implemented the flow of progressivism in her teaching practice.

A teacher is an educator whose professionalism is really needed in education in order to improve the quality of education and Human Resources (HR). Therefore, it is better for every school to have professional teachers or teaching staff so that the world of education in Indonesia becomes more advanced and develops even better in the future. The aim of preparing this article is to discover the influence of teacher professionalism on the progress and development of technology and student motivation in the learning process at school. The chosen learning model and teacher communication skills are a way to build a very important learning process for effective learning to be realized. The ability of a teacher to communicate is a teacher's competence listed in the Law in order to achieve effective learning. In this article the method used is a type of qualitative research that studies and or collects data in the form of sentences that are separated by categories to obtain conclusions. The conclusion that can be obtained is that communication skills are very influential with the learning model carried out and the effectiveness of the learning process.

This research was conducted to analyze student behavior in participating in the English learning process at school. This research uses qualitative descriptive techniques. The object of this research was 40 students in class XII of Hospitality and Culinary Management at Praja Pandawa Bangli Vocational High School. Data was collected through a system of observation, questionnaires and direct student and teacher interviews. This data analysis was obtained from observations in the field regarding students' attitudes or behavior when participating in the learning process. This foreign language is one of the languages that they must learn as prospective tourism actors. English has now become a mandatory language for tourism vocational students. Apart from language skills, what we need to pay attention to is that behavior or attitude is what really underlies everything we do. We don't only teach education about student behavior at school, but the role of parents is the most important. We can teach attitude, but change is based on each individual, as educators we can only give direction and direct, in the process the individual has the main role.
