The business world is a zone of uncertainty, to survive we must have value or competitiveness. One strategy to increase competitiveness is to adapt to current developments. In this digital era, we can use e-commerce marketing media as a place to sell. Apart from marketing and sales media, there is also an important thing that attracts customers, namely packaging. A common problem that occurs in the business world in this era of digitalization is not being able to adapt to technology, this is also an obstacle for the business world today. So the aim of this community service activity is to provide assistance and guidance in using the online e-commerce sales platform. Apart from that, to increase product value we will provide insight into packaging design with the ultimate goal for business actors to increase productivity and profitability of course. In this case, the method used is direct counseling and guidance at the Cyqul Food business location in Harjamekar Village, North Cikarang. Guiding the use of e-commerce and developing packaging design is very necessary to improve business.

This research aims to analyze the development of marketing digitalization for Bana Chip Lumer culinary SMEs from an Islamic economic perspective. The research was conducted by conducting interviews with the business owner, Andriani Safira, to gain insight into the use of social media and online ordering platforms in marketing Bana Chip Lumer products. The research results show that digitalization of marketing has had a positive impact on these SMEs, such as increasing product visibility, increasing sales, and expanding geographic reach. Apart from that, digital marketing also supports Islamic economic principles, such as justice, transparency and sustainability. This research provides a deeper understanding of the importance of digital marketing for culinary SMEs in achieving success and running a business in accordance with Islamic economic principles.

The utilization of Information Systems and Technology (IT) serves as a foundational element for business innovation. This article explores how organizations can implement business innovation through the utilization of IT to achieve a competitive advantage. It delves into the central issues of IT in the business context, discussing the role of IT in supporting business operations and strategies. The study aims to understand the pivotal role of business innovation in organizational success and examines real-world cases where organizations successfully implemented innovation through IT. The challenges and obstacles faced, including data security and implementation costs, are addressed, and effective strategies to overcome these challenges are proposed. The conclusion highlights the strategic significance of investing in business innovation supported by IT for organizations aiming to stay relevant and sustainable in the ever-evolving global market.

Indonesia has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution. This happens with technology as a basis for human life. Everything has become limitless and limitless due to the development of digital technology. Indonesia needs several regulatory and authority improvements to be able to face the world market. The aim of this research is to find out what Indonesian industry can do to face the world market, the impact that the presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 has, and the strategies that Indonesia can prepare and carry out in facing the World Market revolution. The object of this research is industry in Indonesia to face the world market. The method used for this research is a qualitative descriptive method, data is obtained from facts about the research subject by trying to reveal it thoroughly according to the context. Pabean Village is one of the villages in Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency, which has tourism potential that needs to be developed, namely Tugu Beach. In the development process, there are several problems faced, one of which is the lack of uploads related to information on the condition of Tugu Beach. This lack of information resulted in a decrease in visitors who came. So that the community service team of the Veteran National Development University of East Java provides a solution by making a village website to support the digitization of village potential development. This research was conducted to observe how the community is impacted by the digitalization step in sharing information. The research was conducted using interview and observation methods in the environment around Pabean Village and Tugu Beach. The results of interviews and observations will be used as information material to be uploaded on the website. The result of this activity is that the website is symbolically given to the village. The village received it well and hopes that with this step, the potential of Pabean Village will increase.

The Society 5.0 era reflects the world's transition towards a society that integrates digital technology with everyday life. In this context, traditional culinary delights, such as lemang, have the potential to evolve and maintain their relevance amidst changing times. Lemang, a traditional rice-based food prepared by steaming it in bamboo sticks, has become an inseparable part of the culinary heritage of people in several Southeast Asian countries. However, with technological developments and shifts in people's consumption patterns, there is a tendency to ignore traditional culinary delights such as lemang. Therefore, it is important to implement strategies that can promote lemang so that they remain in demand in the Society 5.0 era. Integration of digital technology in the production, distribution and promotion processes of lemang can be a solution. Using social media platforms to promote the uniqueness and deliciousness of lemang, as well as bridging traditional craftsmen with a wider market through e-commerce are some ways to introduce lemang to a new generation. Additionally, innovation in recipes and presentation, without losing its traditional essence, can also be an interesting approach. By combining traditional values and innovation in the Society 5.0 era, lemang will not only survive, but will also increasingly develop and be accepted in the hearts of global society. Culinary is an important aspect of human culture that continues to develop along with the times. The Society 5.0 era, which is marked by the integration of digital technology in everyday life, provides new opportunities and challenges in preserving and improving traditional culinary culture such as lemang. Lemang is a traditional food from Indonesia, Malaysia and several other Southeast Asian countries made from sticky rice cooked in bamboo. This study aims to explain how technology and innovation can be used to improve Lemang culinary culture in the context of the Society 5.0 Era.

Digitalization carried out by companies has an impact on marketing parties to carry out the ordering   process   online.   Meanwhile,   marketing parties need time to adapt to technology. The purpose of  implementing the  dedication  to  PT  Atmi Duta Engineering is to increase knowledge and insight so that the marketing division sales can use Zoho Form sales for online forms. Given the lack of knowledge about how to create a questionnaire using the Zoho Form application. Implementation of dedication to PT Atmi Duta Engineering using observation and interview methods. Based on the results of the trial and  outreach,  it shows that  the marketing division finds it helpful in filling out order letters and it is easy for the admin to manage order data.

Digitalization of MSME Marketing is a change from conventional to digital systems as an effort to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and MSME operations and make MSME business actors change their business management, especially in the field of marketing from conventional to modern practices. MSME stands for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, which is one of the models in trading activities, usually carried out by individuals or individuals with business entities that are smaller in scope. In the rapidly evolving era of digitalization, the roles of halal certification and digital marketing strategies are increasingly influencing consumer behavior and their demands for products and services. This article aims to unveil the pivotal roles of halal certification and digital marketing strategies in shaping consumer preferences in the digitalization era. Halal certification has become a crucial factor in meeting the needs of consumers who are becoming more conscious of religious and health aspects in their products and services. On the other hand, changes in technology and consumer behavior have opened new doors for digital marketing, especially through online platforms and social media. This article dissects how halal certification impacts consumer purchasing decisions in the digital environment and how digital marketing strategies can be employed to enhance awareness and understanding of halal products. By analyzing the impact of the combination of these two factors, this article provides deep insights into how the roles and interactions between halal certification and digital marketing strategies affect consumer demands in the current digitalization era. The findings of this research have significant implications for companies aiming to meet the diverse and discerning demands of consumers. In the era of digitalization and rapid technological development, payment systems have undergone significant transformation. One innovation in payments is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), which has become increasingly common in various sectors. An in-depth understanding of the implementation of QRIS in the new canteen environment of Jakarta State University will provide valuable insight into how this new technology impacts the transaction process. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Data collection techniques are based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the extent to which the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University has succeeded in achieving the initial goal of improving the payment process, understand the positive impacts that have been generated by the use of QRIS, including increased efficiency, transaction security and convenience for users, and identify obstacles. that may arise in implementing QRIS, such as network problems or additional costs, which may affect its effectiveness. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University has gone well even though several obstacles need to be corrected, such as a lack of consistency in payment rules and a lack of socialization about QRIS. The Policy and Use of QRIS in the new canteen at Jakarta State University has succeeded in achieving order, efficiency, and security in the payment process, simplifying transactions, reducing dependence on cash, reducing the risk of errors, and increasing sales in the canteen. Although there are challenges such as network problems, inadequate smartphones, and administration costs. It is highly recommended that sellers and managers of the New Jakarta State University Canteen continue to implement quality improvements properly. It is necessary to carry out intensive outreach to students and canteen staff regarding QRIS and how to use it, and it is important to ensure that the QRIS system runs smoothly and safely. Thus, the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University provides significant benefits and has the potential to continue to be improved.

Wisata yang terletak di Desa Sumbersari, Kecamatan Kayen, Kabupaten Pati memiliki beberapa wisata antara lain Gua Pancur, Lorotan Semar, Bukit Pandang, dan masih terdapat wisata lainnya. Dengan adanya wisata tersebut sangat menguntungkan bagi masyarakat di desa Sumbersari untuk peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat, namun pengelolaan wisata tersebut belum dikelola secara optimal. Hal tersebut merupakan peluang untuk pengembangan wisata tersebut, dengan cara memberikan penyuluhan terhadap masyarakat dan pengelola wisata tersebut, sehingga menjadikan desa wisata yang inovatif dan kreatif. Peluang tersebut bisa diciptakan dengan memanajemen dan mendigitalisasikan wisata tersebut sehingga dapat meningkatkan potensi wisatawan di Desa Wisata Sumbersari, Wilayah Kayen. Metode pengabdian ini dengan memberikan penyuluhan serta edukasi kepada masyarakat dan pengelola wisata di Desa Wisata Sumbersari Wilayah. Kayen. Kegiatan tersebut terlaksana dengan didukung pihak kepala desa setempat dan masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat menambah wawasan dan ketrampilan, serta mendorong masyarakat maupun pengelola wisata aktif untuk meningkatkan desa wisata tersebut.

The virtual world is getting closer to everyday life we, making the era of digitalization we cannot avoid. This can be caused by various factors that go wrong only environmental factor. So the author makes an activity that can help these problems by holding socialization of the Role of Digital Marketing for MSMEs in this era digitization. The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Good communication has been shown every students during discussions and evaluations after community activities. Archives are very important for an organization or government if the archives are managed properly and correctly. Because the completeness of data and information is very dependent on the filing system. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of implementing digital archives for storing digital documents. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. This qualitative research seeks to explore and understand different truths by different people. In a qualitative approach, one type of approach that is often used is the case study approach. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model data analysis technique. The results of this study explain the effects of implementing digital archives for storing digital documents.

Telemedicine, as a form of evolution in the field of health services, has emerged as a response to the challenges and opportunities arising from advances in information and communication technology (ICT). In the era of globalization and digitalization, the concept of telemedicine has revolutionized the way medical services are provided, providing broader, more efficient, and innovative access to healthcare. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and satisfaction among telemedicine users in Surakarta City. This research method is a quantitative descriptive method by distributing online questionnaires (google form). The population in this study are telemedicine users in the Surakarta City area. While determining the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula with a sample of 96 respondents. The results showed that most of the respondents were aged 36-45 years (30.2%), female (51%). The education level of the majority of respondents graduated from high school or equivalent (31.2%). The level of employment of civil servants and self-employed (18.8%) and the activity that is often used is to consult a doctor (66.7%). A total of 3 - 4 times using telemedicine a total of 42.7%. While the results of the description of the quality of services provided are in the good category (72.9%) and the description of satisfaction is in the satisfied category (66.7%). The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between service quality and satisfaction with the use of telemedicine services indicating a significant and positive relationship (p value = 0.000).

According to Law No. 36 of 2009, health is a state of health, both physically, mentally, spiritually and socially that allows everyone to lead a socially and economically productive life. To ensure this health, the government established a health insurance known as the National Health Insurance (JKN). In its implementation, the JKN program experienced several challenges and obstacles. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the JKN program in terms of increasing public health access. The research method used was a literature review obtained from eight journals from the Google Schoolar online database  between 2018 and 2023. Based on BPJS Kesehatan data as of October 2022, as many as 89.35% of the entire Indonesian population has been guaranteed health financing through the JKN program. There are several factors that affect the implementation of the JKN program, namely internal and external factors. To overcome this, various strategies are needed to optimize the JKN program in Indonesia. In addition, collaboration between stakeholders and the implementation of digitalization of health services in various health care facilities are also needed as readiness to face the global world. In its implementation, the implementation of JKN still experiences various obstacles such as low stakeholder readiness and responsiveness,  facilities and infrastructure that have not been maximized, and regulations regarding the JKN program have not been available and socialized properly.

The discovery of various efficient technologies has become a benchmark in development in all sectors. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) are growing rapidly. This study aims to determine the analysis of the technological adaptability of countries in the world and its comparison to readiness in Indonesia. This is because the ability to adapt technology has a close relationship to the economy in a country, both in terms of economic contribution and the labor market sector. This research uses data with parameters such as Gross Market Value (GMV), Global Connectivity Index (GCI), and GDP. As well as data on industry development in Indonesia. This research was conducted with a descriptive analysis method that uses content analysis steps to interpret the results of existing statistical exposure. The results of the research analysis show that a very significant government policy today is an investment in technology and communication infrastructure. Then to boost the economy, financing is the most needed factor today. Readiness to meet the demographic bonus can be done by developing the digital skills of the workforce in all sectors. Therefore, infrastructure, financing, and scientific integration of technology are the most crucial policies today.
