Background: Children with disabilities, especially mentally retarded, have difficulty distinguishing between appropriate and inappropriate touches, which will make it difficult for disabled children to identify actions that lead to sexual harassment directed at them. Intellectual disability or mental disability is a condition where a person's intelligence development experiences obstacles so that they do not reach the optimal stage of development. Digital pop up books are very easy to understand in the learning process and are an effective medium in providing sexual education for mentally retarded children. Purpose: The aim of this community service is to increase awareness of mentally retarded teenagers about preventing sexual violence through digital pop up book media. Method: The stages include planning and preparation, implementation of service activities with workshops, Popi Dita fungame, barcode story corner hut and evaluation. The activity was held on Wednesday 7 June 2023 at SLB Samudra Lavender Bangkalan. Measuring the success of this digital pop up book media uses a pre-test and post-test with a questionnaire containing 16 short questions. Result: The results showed an increase in student knowledge scores from 4.95 to 7.36. The paired t-test obtained a p- value of 0.019 which shows that sexual violence prevention interventions can increase the knowledge or awareness of mentally retarded children regarding the prevention of sexual violence.    Conclusion: This activity was successfully carried out with high participation and enthusiasm from students in taking part in this activity. It is hoped that this pop up book can be a useful educational tool for schools in an effort to minimize the number of victims of sexual violence.

Many researchers, including lecturers, teachers, students, and the general public, have adopted apps to help them write articles. Students are currently expected to produce scientific articles published in accredited journals or respected international journals as part of their final assignment. However, from the observations of the service team, there are several problems faced by the service partners, especially MPI students. They have difficulty preparing scientific article manuscripts and are less familiar with applications that can speed up the preparation process. To overcome this, the service was carried out through lecture, discussion, and mentoring methods using service-learning, which involved pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation stages. The results of this service showed that the training provided participants with understanding and knowledge about using the Perplexity application as a tool to speed up the preparation of articles and paraphrasing to avoid plagiarism. Education is a process needed to obtain balance and perfection in the development of individuals and society. Education itself is faced with various problems that become obstacles to the quality of education itself. This can be seen in various aspects, some of which include the lack of adequate physical facilities such as the feasibility of buildings used in the learning process. These problems can hinder the development of students to reach their best potential and cause inequality in terms of access to quality education. There are differences in the quality of education in rural and urban areas, where rural areas have more specific challenges such as lack of school facilities, difficulty of access, and technological and social changes. In the context of education, technology has changed the way we learn, access information and communicate. Social changes, such as changing demographics, can also affect the way we design education systems. These factors create pressures on education that require creative thinking and innovative solutions. This research uses qualitative research methods through a phenomenological approach. The theoretical foundation used in this research is the functional structural theory proposed by Talcott Parson. Data collection in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation.

This research is motivated by the role of the Sharia Investment Gallery (GIS) as a student laboratory for learning about investment. Based on the data, the number of investors in the Islamic Investment Gallery from the inception of GIS from 2016 to 2021 is unstable every year and is still relatively low. Even though the FEBI Faculty has good potential in attracting investors because there are so many enthusiasts in the FEBI departments. Low interest and motivation in investing in Indonesia is due to low knowledge and understanding of the capital market. GIS is expected to help foster student interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Gis, both the constraints and solutions faced by Gis in fostering students' interest in investing in the capital market. This research approach uses descriptive method with a descriptive qualitative approach, namely research that seeks to describe a symptom, event, event that is happening now. The method used in this research is to collect data through interviews, observation, surveys, and documentation. The results of the study show the role of Islamic investment galleries (GIS) in fostering student interest in investing in the capital market by carrying out 4 roles, namely first, socialization as an introduction to the world of investment to students and inviting students to invest, second education, namely providing investment knowledge to students, third motivation, namely motivating students by giving examples of people who are successful in investing, the four integrity, namely the management of GiS applies a commitment attitude among the board, consistently carrying out their duties, being responsible, honest and courageous in conveying educational and motivational socialization to students. The internal constraints for Gis are the difficulty of coordinating administrators to be active in activities and the external constraints are the difficulty in getting students to participate in Gis activities and the lack of awareness of students to invest. The internal solution is to always hold monthly meetings to strengthen relationships between administrators and trigger back responsibilities as GIS administrators and the GIS Management also utilizes social media as a promotional medium so that it can be even wider to convey socialization and education to students. Meanwhile, for external solutions, GIS requests lecturer assistance to direct students to participate in all activities held by GIS. As for these 4 roles, the role most expected by FEBI students is the role of motivation. With good motivation given it can trigger students’ interest in investing.
