The rapid development of information technology requires adaptation across various business sectors, including small and medium enterprises (SMEs). BUMDes Poto Bo’o, located in Wolotopo Village, Ndona Timur District, still manages sales data manually using ledger books. This practice leads to several issues, such as data inaccuracies, lack of automatic inventory updates, and delays in report generation. This study aims to design and implement a basic necessities (sembako) sales information system for the BUMDes. The system development method used is the waterfall model, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system is developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The main features of the system include product management, customer management, transaction processing, tracking of incoming and outgoing goods, and real-time sales reporting. The results show that the developed information system improves transaction recording accuracy, enhances inventory data accuracy, and accelerates the sales reporting process. Therefore, the system is expected to improve the operational efficiency of BUMDes Poto Bo’o, support financial management transparency, and increase public trust in the performance of the village-owned enterprise.

This research discusses the authority of judges in declaring a lawsuit inadmissible (Niet Ontvankelijke Verklaard/NO) in civil cases based on Decision Number 82/Pdt.G/2025/PN Kwg. The issues examined in this study relate to the application of formal requirements of a lawsuit and the authority of judges in rendering an NO decision due to errors in determining legal subjects (error in persona). This study aims to analyze the application of civil procedural law regarding the formal requirements of a lawsuit and to examine the authority of judges in declaring a lawsuit inadmissible. The research method used is normative juridical with statutory and case approaches. The legal materials used consist of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials obtained through library research and analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the formal requirements of a lawsuit hold a very important position in civil procedural law. Errors in determining legal subjects, particularly involving a party who has passed away without involving the heirs, result in a formally defective lawsuit and cause it to be declared inadmissible (Niet Ontvankelijke Verklaard). In Decision Number 82/Pdt.G/2025/PN Kwg, the judges exercised their authority in accordance with civil procedural law to maintain legal certainty and orderly judicial proceedings. However, the application of such authority is considered to be overly formalistic because it did not provide an opportunity to amend the lawsuit, thereby giving less attention to substantive justice for the plaintiff.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of supervision conducted by the Environmental and Sanitation Agency (DLHK) of Karawang Regency regarding the mining activities of PT Mas Putih Belitung based on Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management. The study also examines the obstacles faced in monitoring the impacts of mining activities on public health and the environment. The research used an empirical juridical method with legislative and empirical approaches. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies, then analyzed qualitatively using Soerjono Soekanto’s theory of legal effectiveness. The findings show that DLHK supervision has been implemented but has not yet operated effectively. Several factors contribute to this condition, including limited human resources, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, weak administrative law enforcement, low community participation, and insufficient compliance by the company in environmental management practices. Therefore, stronger supervision, improved law enforcement, and greater collaboration between government, companies, and communities are necessary to ensure environmental protection and public health sustainability.

Youth radicalization is a serious issue that threatens social harmony, national stability, and the sustainability of nationhood in Indonesia. Various reports indicate that nearly one-third of terrorism perpetrators over the past decade have come from young people, signaling ideological vulnerability among the productive age group. This article aims to propose a youth deradicalization approach through contemporary Islamic thought, emphasizing rationality, openness of thinking, and humanism as its main foundations. This study employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach by analyzing the works, ideas, and thoughts of contemporary Islamic scholars and examining their relevance in the context of youth development and empowerment. The findings show that contemporary Islamic approaches that emphasize critical reasoning, dialogue, and respect for humanity are effective in shaping moderate attitudes, fostering social awareness, and strengthening an inclusive and tolerant Islamic identity. Therefore, this article recommends that religious education be integrated into curricula that emphasize the values of religious moderation, respect for diversity, and the rejection of violence. This approach is expected to help young people become more tolerant, adaptive, and resilient against the influence of extremist ideologies that are harmful to society.

This study aims to analyze the influence of tax knowledge and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance, as well as assess the role of taxpayer awareness as a moderation variable in individual taxpayers (WPOP) in West Aceh Regency. The research uses a quantitative approach with ex post facto design and survey methods. A sample of 100 respondents was selected through a random sampling technique based on the Slovin formula. Primary data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analysis using instrument tests (validity and reliability), classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and moderation regression tests to test hypotheses. The results of the study show that tax knowledge has a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. Tax sanctions also have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. In addition, taxpayer awareness has been shown to moderate the relationship between tax sanctions and taxpayer knowledge. This means that the higher the taxpayer's awareness, the stronger the influence of tax knowledge and sanctions on taxpayer compliance. These findings are expected to be considered for tax authorities in formulating policies to increase compliance through education and strengthening tax awareness.

Background: Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is one of the most important imaging modalities in medicine, especially for diagnosing spinal disorders. The Short Tau Inversion Recovery (STIR) sequence has the advantage of suppressing fat signals, but often produces images with a low Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR), so that noise can interfere with diagnostic quality. Therefore, image optimization methods through noise reduction and image quality enhancement techniques are needed. Objective: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of combining the Wiener Filter with Contrast Stretching and Unsharp Mask in reducing noise and improving the quality of Lumbar Sagittal STIR MRI images. Method: This study used an experimental quantitative approach with lumbar sagittal STIR MRI images as the research object. The research process included applying the Wiener Filter as a noise removal method, then improving the quality with Contrast Stretching and Unsharp Mask. Image quality was evaluated quantitatively using the SNR, CNR, PSNR, and MSE parameters. Results: The application of a combination of Wiener Filter with Contrast Stretching and Unsharp Mask showed an increase in SNR and CNR values compared to before processing, as well as higher PSNR values with lower MSE. This indicates that this combination method is effective in reducing noise while sharpening the anatomical structure details in Lumbar Sagittal STIR MRI images. Conclusion: The combination of Wiener Filter with Contrast Stretching and Unsharp Mask has been proven to improve the quality of Lumbar Sagittal STIR MRI images with significant noise reduction, contrast enhancement, and image sharpness. This method has the potential to be implemented in radiology practice to improve diagnostic accuracy.

Menopause is a natural biological transition that often presents with health issues such as anxiety, sleep disturbances, and mood changes, which may negatively affect women’s quality of life. With the growing number of women entering menopause worldwide, including in Indonesia, effective interventions are needed to help them adapt positively. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of psychoeducation on anxiety levels among premenopausal women in the working area of the Jaboi Community Health Center, Sabang City. A quantitative quasi-experimental pre–post design without a control group was employed. The study involved 60 premenopausal women selected through purposive random sampling from a population of 146. The intervention, conducted from May 16 to June 10, 2025, consisted of structured psychoeducational sessions designed to increase knowledge and coping abilities related to menopause. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Results showed that the mean anxiety score decreased significantly from 20.13 (moderate category) before the intervention to 18.17 after the intervention (p < 0.001). These findings indicate that psychoeducation effectively reduces anxiety and enhances preparedness among premenopausal women. It is therefore recommended that routine psychoeducational counseling be integrated into primary healthcare services as a promotive effort to support women in facing menopause in a healthier and more confident manner.

Scabies is one of the infectious skin diseases that is still often found in Indonesia, especially in environments with high population densities such as Islamic boarding schools and orphanages. This disease is caused by an infestation of the Sarcoptes scabiei mite which causes severe itching, especially at night, so that it can interfere with the quality of sleep and daily activities of the sufferer. This condition not only has an impact on physical health, but also affects the psychological and social aspects of students. Scabies prevention efforts require adequate knowledge from each individual in order to maintain good personal hygiene and the environment. This study aims to determine the influence of health education through the peer education method on increasing students' knowledge in preventing scabies. The research method uses a quasi experiment design with a one group pre-test post-test approach. The research sample was taken using the total sampling technique, covering all students who were respondents. Data analysis was carried out by paired samples t-test to see differences in knowledge before and after the intervention. The results showed a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05) which means that there is a significant influence of the peer education method on improving student knowledge. In other words, the delivery of health information through peers is considered effective because communication takes place more intimately, is easy to accept, and is able to increase awareness of the importance of maintaining personal and environmental hygiene.

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand ambassadors, sales promotions, and brand image on the purchase intention of Mie Lemonilo products in Balikpapan. The research utilizes both primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to followers of the Mie Lemonilo Instagram account in Balikpapan, while secondary data were gathered from various supporting sources. The population in this study consisted of all followers of the Mie Lemonilo Instagram account in Balikpapan, with a sample size of 100 individuals. The results of the study indicate that Brand Ambassador (X1) does not significantly influence the purchase intention of Mie Lemonilo. This suggests that the impact of the brand ambassador on consumer purchasing decisions in Balikpapan is not strong enough, possibly due to insufficient engagement or connection between the brand ambassador and consumers. In contrast, Sales Promotion (X2) has a significant positive impact on the purchase intention of Mie Lemonilo. This indicates that sales promotions, such as discounts or special offers, have a substantial effect in attracting consumer interest and increasing purchase intention in Balikpapan. Meanwhile, Brand Image (X3) does not show a significant influence on the purchase intention of Mie Lemonilo. This may be due to other factors being more dominant in influencing consumers’ purchase decisions, such as product price, quality, or social factors and market trends. This study provides insights that, although brand image is important, sales promotions play a more significant role in driving purchase intention for Mie Lemonilo products in Balikpapan. Therefore, the company should focus more on promotional strategies to increase sales while continuing to consider the role of brand ambassadors and brand image in their marketing strategies.

Anemia is a common health problem among adolescent girls, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. This condition is generally caused by insufficient iron intake, an unbalanced diet, and increased iron requirements during growth. Anemia not only impacts physical health but also affects concentration, productivity, and quality of life. Therefore, interventions based on nutrition education and the utilization of local food sources are crucial in sustainable anemia prevention efforts. One potential complementary therapy alternative is the consumption of herbal drinks based on moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera). Moringa leaves are known to be rich in iron, vitamin A, and antioxidants that play a role in red blood cell formation. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of adolescent girls in utilizing moringa leaves as a natural source of iron. The target group is grade 10 and 11 female students at SMA Sejahtera Palembang, which was held in June 2025. The activity methods included a nutrition lecture on anemia and the importance of iron, an interactive discussion on the benefits of moringa leaves, and hands-on practice in making herbal moringa drinks (such as moringa leaf tea and moringa juice). The material was delivered using a communicative and participatory approach to actively engage participants. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the causes of anemia, the benefits of moringa leaves, and their willingness to consume herbal drinks as a preventative measure. Most participants also expressed interest in trying to make their own moringa herbal drink at home. This activity is expected to become part of school-based promotional and preventive efforts to address anemia in adolescent girls.

This research explores the key challenges in child protection efforts carried out by UNICEF in armed conflict areas, focusing on the case of the Central African Republic (CAR). It adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design, drawing on a literature review of UNICEF reports, UN documents, academic publications, and other credible sources. The analysis reveals that child protection failures stem not only from technical obstacles in the field but also from deeper structural problems, including the state’s weak presence, political compromises with armed groups, and limited institutional capacity. Three major categories of barriers are identified: structural and access-related obstacles, socio-cultural and political constraints, and institutional and operational limitations. UNICEF faces significant challenges in reaching high-risk areas, gaining community trust, and ensuring program sustainability amid high dependence on external funding. Using the human security framework, this research highlights the need to understand child protection in conflict zones as a multidimensional issue requiring a long-term, contextualized approach that strengthens state structures and empowers local communities.
