Public service delivery represents a central function of civil servants (ASNs) in realizing governmental objectives and fulfilling public needs. The increasing complexity of bureaucratic challenges not only requires administrative competence but also a devotion-based work culture and strong conflict management abilities. This study adopts an integrative literature review approach to synthesize research on the relationship between devotion-oriented work culture and conflict resolution competence among ASNs in public administration. Through thematic synthesis of empirical and conceptual studies, three primary themes emerge: (1) devotion as a moral dimension shaping civil service identity; (2) conflict resolution competence as an adaptive behavioral skill; and (3) integration of cultural and governance values for ethical performance. Findings reveal that devotion-oriented culture enhances civil servants’ problem-solving and ethical responsiveness, strengthening bureaucratic accountability and public trust. This paper contributes a conceptual framework linking work devotion, conflict competence, and public governance, providing implications for policy and administrative reform toward professional, responsive, and citizen-oriented public service.

This study aims to analyze human resource management (HRM) based on Islamic boarding school values ​​in strengthening educator professionalism and sustaining academic performance at MA Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung. The study focuses on the process of internalizing Islamic boarding school values ​​in HRM policies and practices and their implications for educator professionalism and the sustainability of the institution's academic quality. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with madrasah leaders and educators, observations of institutional practices, and documentation studies of policies and human resource development programs. Data analysis was conducted thematically through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that Islamic boarding school values ​​such as sincerity, service, discipline, exemplary behavior, and moral responsibility have been internalized normatively and practically in HRM policies, particularly in aspects of human resource planning, recruitment, coaching, and evaluation of educator performance. These values ​​shape educator professionalism that is not only based on pedagogical competence, but also an ethos of devotion and moral integrity. The human resource development and coaching system contributes to maintaining work motivation and consistent academic performance among educators. However, the internalization of Islamic boarding school values ​​still tends to be cultural and person-centered, and has not been fully institutionalized in written policies, standard procedures, and long-term strategic planning. Therefore, its sustainability remains dependent on leadership figures. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of strengthening the institutionalization of Islamic boarding school value-based human resource management (HRM) through formal policies, a sustainable human resource development system, and systematic managerial governance to ensure the sustainable maintenance of educator professionalism and the institution's academic performance.

The Halal Management Sistem (HMS) has often been positioned as an administrative compliance tool that focuses on regulatory and certification requirements. This approach has the potential to simplify the meaning of halal by overlooking the inherent values, especially in the context of Muslim businesses. This study aims to interpret the understanding of the Halal Management Sistem not only as an administrative compliance mechanism, but also as an expression of worship and spiritual commitment in business practices. This study uses a qualitative approach through a literature review of scientific articles, books, and relevant publications discussing halal management, Islamic business ethics, and the perspectives of business actors. The results of the study show that the HMS is understood by business actors as a manifestation of religious obedience integrated into economic activities, where the application of halal principles is seen as part of devotion to God and a form of moral responsibility in running a business. In this understanding, administrative compliance is positioned as an implication of spiritual awareness, not as the main objective of the sistem's implementation. The research findings also indicate that the spiritual meaning of SMH encourages consistency in halal practices and strengthens long-term business orientation. Conceptually, this study has implications for the development of halal management studies by placing the spiritual dimension as the main foundation in the implementation of the Halal Management Sistem, particularly in supporting sustainable and ethical business practices.

The utilization of home yard as an alternative food source by using innovation has not been well applied in Melandar Meiland village. Household food security is usually not managed planned. To achieve sustainable use of the yard, this devotion aims to implement the Deep Flow Technique (DFT) hydroponic system. Moreover, the method used in this activity is participation through the observation of initial conditions, socialization and education through extension and discussion, the application of hydroponic installation, and planting maintenance of plants. The results of the activity show that people better understand the benefits of yard and the ability to run the DFT hydroponic system independently. Thus, the application of this system encourages changes in the views and habits of society about the yard as a productive place to support household food security. 

The use of the veil at the Ushuluddin Faculty is analyzed as a religious practice that involves factors such as religious teachings, environment, and personal motivation. The factor of religious teachings is the main driver, with female students viewing the veil as a religious commandment that must be obeyed as a form of devotion to Allah. The Koran instructs Muslim women to wear the hijab by wearing a headscarf that can cover their head and chest, but there are different opinions regarding this. the verse. The proposed research method involves interviews and literature searches with a qualitative approach. The aim of this research is to analyze the opinions of ulama regarding Surah Al-Ahzab verse 59 and analyze the community's views regarding the veil and hijab at the Ushuluddin Faculty. As for students' views regarding the veil and hijab , some of them can accept the existence of women who wear the veil, and there are several groups of people who cannot accept women who wear the veil, because those who wear the veil close themselves off from society and are reluctant to interact with the social environment.

Children in orphanages often face unique challenges in character formation due to limited educational stimulation and diverse social interactions, despite their basic needs being met. The interactive education model applied in the "Devotion in Action, Love in Education: Weaving Character with the Nation's Children" project focuses on a participatory approach through activities such as Story Telling, "Tree of Goodness," Ball Relay, and Water Balloon Volleyball. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing an interactive education model in the character development of children at Sabilul Muhtadien Orphanage in Plosokerep, Sananwetan District, Blitar City. The research method employed is a case study with a qualitative approach, reinforced by participatory observation and informal interviews with caregivers and children from the orphanage. The results indicate high enthusiasm from the children and positive responses from caregivers, signifying the program's success in instilling character values such as critical thinking, mutual cooperation, creativity, independence, and solidarity. The implications of this research highlight the importance of adopting dynamic and activity-based education models in efforts to shape children's character in orphanages, focusing not only on knowledge transfer but also on direct experience and holistic potential development. holistik.

This devotions aims to assist small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) Dimsum Nyoo in determining pricing strategies based on market demand. The methodology used is a qualitative descriptive approach, based on observations and interviews with business leaders. The results of the study indicate that pricing strategies based on cost of goods sold (COGS) and market analysis can build customer loyalty. Despite fluctuating raw material prices, Dimsum Nyoo managed to maintain stable quality and prices, thus contributing to its growth. These results highlight the importance of adaptive pricing to support the sustainability of MSMEs in a competitive market.

Community service on financial literacy with the aim of changing the mindset and behavior of business actors in managing their businesses has been carried out. The community service method used is based on lectures and training on financial management; both in planning programs based on financial capabilities, implementing programs and evaluating programs that have been created. The results of the community service show that business actors, especially BUMDes Zansibar managers, have understood how to utilize the capital they have to plan superior BUMDes programs. In addition, with this community service they can make simple financial reports in reporting organizational performance as a form of transparency in organizational management.

Fiqh of worship is a branch of science that discusses the procedures of the correct implementation of worship in accordance with Islamic teachings. This research aims to analyze the role of fiqh of worship in improving the devotion of students at SMA IT Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka. students at SMA IT Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interview, and document study. The results showed that fiqh worship learning has a significant effect on improving students' students' devotion, which is reflected in the improvement of the quality of worship, discipline, and positive behavior in daily life.

This service uses the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method used at SD IT Al-Ghazali Palangka Raya to provide training so that it occurs increasing students' ability to write hijaiyah letters. The results of the service show that flannel board media can increase student enthusiasm so that students are enthusiastic in learning how to write hijaiyah letters, as well as being a supporting medium for the process learn to write hijaiyah letters. With the help of paper that already contains hijaiyah letters with dotted lines using the follow the line method of writing letters also makes it easier students to learn to write hijaiyah letters. Good and fun use of media proven to be effective in making students more enthusiastic and understand the teacher's explanation so that students are more comfortable learning to write hijaiyah letters.

Triharjo Village, Gemuh District, Kendal Regency, has the Pati Angkrik micro and small and medium enterprise (MSME) as one of the community businesses in Triharjo Village. However, there are challenges and opportunities it faces. The aim of this service is to provide MSME development to the challenges and opportunities faced by Pati Angkrik MSME actors in Triharjo Village, so that they can help Angkrik starch MSME actors by replacing more modern packaging and designing packaging for Angkrik starch MSME products. This devotion uses method Participatory Action Research is a method of raising public awareness regarding potential and existing problems and encouraging community participation in change activities that will be implemented. This service has succeeded in providing development for pati angkrik MSMEs by changing product packaging to modern packaging and creating packaging designs, so that the development of pati angkrik MSMEs can benefit the angkrik starch MSMEs in Triharjo Village.

This devotion discusses the Role of Teachers and KKN Students in Teaching the Quran at TPQ Miftahul Khairot, Desa Bukit Peninjauan I. KKN student devotion  to help and teach the Quran to children. This activity not only focuses on knowledge transfer, but also involves various supporting aspects such as collaboration with TPQ teachers in order to improve the quality of Qur'an learning. This study aims to determine the role of teachers and KKN students in teaching the Qur'an at TPQ Miftahul Khairot, Desa Bukit Peninjauan I. The connection between the philosophy of Islamic education and society is very close, forming an inseparable symbiosis. Consequently, Islamic society plays a crucial role and bears a significant responsibility in shaping complete Muslims and fostering a civil and ideal Islamic community, in alignment with the teachings of the Qur'an and the Sunnah.

Both in administrative processes in financial institutions such as the Bhakti Karya savings and loan cooperative and non-formal training in the form of training outside financial institutions.
