Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a crucial role in organizational development, including in Early Childhood Education (ECE). The focus of this research is Tulip Integrated PAUD in Rungkut Tengah Village, Surabaya. Early childhood (0-6 years) enters the golden age period where their learning patterns are based on imitation. This research aims to improve the effectiveness of early childhood learning and socialization at Tulip Integrated PAUD through the implementation of HRM. The main problems involve children's diverse characters, lack of activities, and differences in parents' mindsets. The implementation method consists of four stages: (1) introduction to the members of Tulip Integrated PAUD, (2) introducing the concept of HR Management, (3) providing active and expressive learning to students, and (4) evaluation and monitoring. The results showed that the socialization of HR Management positively contributed to the management of human resources at Tulip Integrated PAUD. Emphasis on fun and expressive teaching patterns increases early childhood participation in learning and social activities. Continuous evaluation and monitoring are needed to ensure continuity and improvement. In conclusion, the implementation of HRM and engaging learning approaches can improve the effectiveness of PAUD organizations. It creates a conducive environment for optimal early childhood development, by involving teachers, committees, and parents as part of integrated human resource management.

Growth and development are two different processes that cannot be separated and are equally important for children in the critical period of the first 0-5 years of life because they will have implications for the child's quality of life in the future. This phase is often referred to as the "Golden Age" phase. Golden age is a very important period to pay close attention to a child's growth and development so that abnormalities can be detected as early as possible. This monitoring must be carried out regularly and continuously. Early age is a golden period and an important stage in the child's growth and development process considering that at this stage rapid development occurs and has long-term effects. Therefore, early detection needs to be done so that parents or teachers can anticipate it early so that growth and development disorders do not occur continuously. In Sungai Tuan Ulu village there is a growth measurement service at Posyandu which is carried out every month but so far there has never been a measurement of development, especially for toddlers at Cahaya PAUD. The use of the Pre-Developmental Screening Questionnaire (KPSP) as a developmental screening tool up to the age of 6 years really helps with careful development. Parents and teachers need to know the current development of their toddlers. So that if a developmental delay is found, it can be handled immediately. Therefore, the activities carried out in community service include early detection of toddler development with KPSP.

One of the common vocations of Christians is to proclaim to all people of all ages. The age of the child is a golden age in development, it needs special attention in faith formation. Companions need to get enough training so that faith building in children will be right on target. Child assistance is usually carried out on Sundays so it is called Sunday school, Sunday School assistants are not professionals who get special education such as ECCE educators in schools. Many of these Sunday School faith companions are armed only to serve or guide this child's faith. This Community Service or PKM aims to equip Sunday School faith companions to be better in mentoring. With the right learning method or model, the faith materials given are in accordance with the child's reasoning and grasping power. The assistance was carried out by involving students to be directly involved in three rayon parishes in Semarang city and inviting all Semarang Rayon Sunday School Faith companions at Oak Tree Hotel on December 10, 2023, to share experiences and provide input to children's Faith Companions. As a result of this debriefing, Sunday School Faith Companions felt cared for and greatly helped in fostering faith in children.

This research discusses complex problems in child development psychology, especially those experienced in the family environment. Difficulty in educating children who do not meet expectations can hinder growth and development according to their age. The family environment has a crucial role as a good educator, meeting standards as a necessity for parents. Failure in this case has a serious impact on the psychology of child development, because of the close relationship between parents and children to support their future. The importance of the family environment, especially the role of parents, as the first education for child development psychology is the main focus of this research. The child's development process in language, physical-motor and emotional aspects requires critical support from the family environment as capital for the child's future life. Early childhood experiences a vulnerable phase called the Golden Age, where their development experiences a significant spike and does not repeat itself in the following age period. Developmental psychology is defined as qualitative changes in an individual's personality, more than quantitative changes. Child development includes physical, intellectual, social, linguistic, emotional, moral and religious aspects, all of which are integrated into one whole. This research describes the complexity of an individual's life personality development, distinguishing from various main aspects, including physical and motoric, intellectual, social, language, emotional, moral and religious. The findings from this research provide in-depth insight into how the family environment can play a critical role in shaping a child's development, with major implications for that individual's well-being and future.

Growth and development is a continuous process that occurs from conception and continues until adulthood. The pre-school period is a golden age where stimulation of all aspects of development plays an important role in subsequent developmental tasks, where 80% of children's cognitive development has been achieved at pre-school age. However, in reality there are still many parents who do not understand the importance of screening and stimulating growth and development in children. Screening is carried out to detect irregularities early so that it will be easier to overcome them. Currently, the KPSP Pro application is available, which can be accessed via smartphone, which can be used by parents to carry out independent developmental screening of their respective children. The problems currently faced by partners are the minimal knowledge of parents regarding screening and stimulating growth and development in children, the lack of utilization of the facilities that are already available for conducting screening, many parents who are not open to technology, and do not understand how to access and use applications. KPSP Pro is also unable to utilize information from screening results. The solutions offered to partners are: conducting seminars for teachers and parents regarding the importance of screening and stimulating growth and development in children, informing regarding the availability of the KPSP Pro application, teaching how to access/download the KPSP Pro application, conducting roleplays, carrying out development screening using KPSP Pro and provide an understanding regarding the use of screening results. The results of this activity showed an increase in mothers' knowledge about developmental screening of preschool-age children.

Cow's milk allergy is defined as a reproducible adverse reaction to one or more cow's milk proteins (usually casein or serum -lactoglobulin). ASS is a type of food allergy with the highest incidence in children under three years old, where this age is a golden period in the growth and development of a child. The incidence of cow's milk allergy in the world is only 2-3%, but cow's milk allergy is a problematic health problem for children, because in its management children must eliminate cow's milk protein from their daily diet, including replacing formula milk which mostly contains cow's milk protein. . 54% of cow's milk allergy is mediated by IgE, and 46% is not mediated by IgE. IgE-mediated reactions occur within minutes or within an hour of ingestion of cow's milk (rapid reaction). Allergic symptoms associated with IgE reactions include urticaria, diarrhea, eczema, rhinitis, and anaphylaxis. Meanwhile, symptoms associated with non-IgE reactions (slow reactions) such as vomiting, constipation, hemosiderosis, malabsorption, villous atrophy, eosinophilic proctocolitis, enterocolitis, and eosinophilic esophagitis may occur after one hour of consumption of cow's milk.

This article aims to implement a culture of literacy to children starting from an early age. This is due to the rise of the digital era which makes people, especially children, choose to spend more time playing gadgets. Therefore, at this time there is a lot of degradation of insight and knowledge due to lack of motivation to familiarize themselves with reading literacy. If a culture of literacy is not applied from an early age, this will cause the possibility of interest in reading and writing for the next generation to be minimal or reduced. Therefore, an understanding of literacy culture from an early age needs to be instilled because at that age, the age of the child is stepping on the "golden age" or golden period, which ranges from when the child is 1 to 6.5 years old. At that time, children experience the development of growth and grow rapidly, so that to apply the culture of literacy methods, interest in reading or writing is easy to apply and easier to get used to.
