Sugar levels that accumulate in the blood due to not being absorbed well by body cells can cause various organ disorders. If not controlled properly, it can lead to various complications that can be life-threatening. Risk factors that can affect blood sugar levels are food, activity, and weight gain. Therefore, one way to keep blood sugar levels under control is by doing walking therapy activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of walking on the fasting blood sugar levels when in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Tuminting Village, Manado City. This research is a quantitative research with a method used pre-experimental method using a with a pre-test-post test one group design approach. The sample was taken based on the number of respondents obtained as many as 19 people using Purposive sampling. Data collection was done by using blood glucose test tools and observation sheets. The results of data analysis using the Paired sample t-test showed P value of 0.001 or smaller than ≤0.05 which means that the alternative hypothesis Ha is accepted or through walking activities can reduce the fasting blood sugar levels when in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

World civilization with very rapid changes in various countries is characterized by the unlimited use of information systems based on computing and big data. Information technology utilizes computers and computer software to convert, store, process, protect, transmit and obtain information securely. Designing an administrative service information system to assist students and final assignment coordinators in the registration process, filing requirements and submitting titles for final assignments and obtaining supervisor assignment letters. Therefore, this problem can be solved by building an information system design for final assignment administration services that will be implemented in the Industrial Engineering Study Program, namely SIMENTARI (Industrial Engineering Final Assignment Management Information System). In this research, the SIMENTARI design method used was waterfall. The waterfall method suggests systematic and sequential software development starting from the highest system level and continuing to the analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance stages. The existence of a SIMENTARI Information System can make it easier for the Final Assignment Coordinator in the Industrial Engineering Study Program to serve students who will submit their Final Assignments more easily and systematically and the data entered by the user can be stored neatly in the system. In this research, the tools used to create a SIMENTARI information system were Xampp and Php MySQL software.

In the learning process, planning and organizing learning is a teacher’s mandatory task so that the expected learningg is in accordance with the learning that will occur. This research seeks to describe teacher’s abilities in preparing learning plans at SDN 107399 Bandar Khalipah. The approach used in this research is qualitative in the type of descriptive reasearch. The data for this reseacrh comes from sources who have been interviewed, while the data souces are class teachers at SDN 107399 Bandar Khalipah. The data collection process was carried out using checklist techniques, interviews and documentation. The interview technique used was a semi structured interview. In carring ut the documentation, the researcher reviewed 10 syllabi and lesson plans that had been prepared by the class teacher at SDN 107399 Bandar Khalipah. So that the interview data can be trusted, researchers use tools in the form of writing instruments and other electronic media. Based on data analysis, the findings of this research can be stated as follows. First, when we are going to prepare a learning plan,the teacher will use the syllabus as a guide in designing the learning implementation plan. The teacher must have 4 teacher competencies, namely the ability to develop and prepare learning implementation Plans that are in accordance with the curriculum, applies. The conclusion of this research is that the teacher at SDN 107399 Bandar Khalipah in planning learning can be seen from the way the teacher plans and prepares lesson plans that are inaccordance with the Merdeka Belajar curriculum and by showing competence in planning learning at school.

Teaching materials are one of the important things in teaching and learning activities. To design learning, it is necessary to consider what kind of teaching and learning materials are needed to achieve learning objectives and achieve the required abilities, and for this reason it is necessary to develop teaching materials. In developing teaching materials, we can refer to two things: the context in which education takes place and the form of learning activities that take place. Contextual considerations are made to determine the packaging format for learning materials. For example, whether students bond with each other. Regarding the format of learning activities, teachers need to consider whether traditional teaching, distance learning, or a combination of both. Five factors must be considered when developing learning materials: student characteristics, format of learning activities, context in which training takes place, learning strategies, and tools for assessing learning outcomes.

This study presents a comprehensive review to explore technology's multifaceted role in fostering cultural competence within multicultural education. The primary objective of this study is to address three fundamental research questions: 1) How does the integration of technology enhance cultural competence in multicultural education settings? 2) What challenges and opportunities are associated with utilizing technology to promote cultural competence in diverse educational settings? 3) How can innovative technological approaches be tailored to address specific cultural competencies in education? Adopting a library research approach, an extensive exploration of academic databases and scholarly sources was conducted to gather literature pertinent to the research questions. The descriptive analysis method was employed to synthesize and analyze the collected information, identifying key themes, differences, similarities, and weaknesses among the diverse sources. The findings from this comprehensive review revealed several significant insights. Technology integration was observed to offer opportunities such as personalized learning experiences through AI-driven tools, immersive cultural experiences via Virtual Reality (VR), and global connectivity fostering cross-cultural collaboration. However, challenges like the digital divide, biases in technological tools, language barriers, ethical concerns regarding data privacy, and pedagogical integration shortcomings were highlighted. Moreover, the study underscores the potential of adaptive technologies, multimodal resources, culturally tailored digital content, and aligning technological interventions with culturally responsive pedagogy to address specific cultural competencies. The recommendations emphasize the need for teacher training, inclusive design, curation of diverse and authentic digital content, interdisciplinary collaborations, and ongoing assessment for optimizing technology's role in promoting cultural competence within multicultural education.

In this study using the method, observation, documentation, literature and experimental methods Utilization of zalacca skin in making nail art through three stages, namely preparation of material tools and manufacturing steps. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of making Indian embroidery variations of fantasy clothing with the taj mahal building as the source of the idea and to determine the application of Indian embroidery variations to fantasy clothing. The method used is observation method, documentation method, library method and data analysis.The process of making this fantasy dress goes through several stages, namely: determining the fashion design, preparing tools and materials, taking measurements, making patterns, cutting the material on the main material, pressing the coating material on the main material, merging, sewing, finishing. Therefore, as a tourist attraction that has just started and is not yet known to many people, supporting tools are needed to attract public attention to the existence of the Lembah Kecubung, one of which is by using character or mascot designs. This mascot design method begins with data collection through surveys and interviews. Then it continues with the creative process which refers to Brown's design thought theory, including the emphatize, define, ideate, prototype and test stages. The result of this design is an alternative mascot design inspired by the shape of the Javanese Serak owl which is designed using farmer attributes, such as hats, towels and rice scythes.

Research Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of  environmental costs and environmental performance on return on assets in energy companies listed in the Sharia Securities List. Research Design/Methodology/Approach: The research method used quantitative descriptive analysis with secondary data, analysis tools are regression panel data. Research Results:  The results show that simultaneously show that the variables of environmental costs and environmental performance together have a positive and significant effect on return on assets in energy companies listed in the Sharia Securities List. while partially showing that environmental cost variables have a negative and significant effect on return on assets in energy companies listed in the Sharia Securities List,  while environmental performance variables have a negative and insignificant effect on return on assets in energy companies listed in the Sharia Securities List. Implications of Research Results: The implication of research results is that companies should do the need to increase environmental costs and environmental performance in an effort to increase sustainable company profitability.

This journal discusses the implementation of the Executive Information System in the employee payroll process using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development environment and SQL Server database. This research includes the design, development and implementation of an Executive Information System application for the employee payroll department. The system development methodology focuses on requirements analysis, application design, coding, testing, and implementation. Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 is used as the primary development environment, providing powerful tools for building intuitive and efficient user interfaces. SQL Server database is used as an integrated and secure data storage. This application is designed to manage payroll information, including employee personal data, salary history, salary deductions and bonuses. The advantages of this system include the ability to provide real-time information to executives, increase the efficiency of human resource management, and support faster and more accurate decision making in the context of employee payroll.

Through content analysis, research can identify the weaknesses and strengths of the existing curriculum and provide recommendations for improvement. Education is a key element in the development of society and the nation. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Raudlatul Mutaallimin Pandean Paiton Probolinggo faces challenges in evaluating student learning outcomes during distance learning. Technological limitations have prompted the search for innovative solutions. The goal of this service effort is to improve the quality of student learning outcome evaluations by utilizing Google Drive and Google Form applications in distance learning. Teachers are empowered through intensive training, workshops, and mentoring, including the use of Google Drive and Google Form in teaching and evaluation question development techniques. Active interaction and knowledge sharing occur during training, which has successfully enhanced teachers' knowledge and skills in creating evaluation instruments with Google Form. The final survey results show a significant improvement, with 87% of respondents experiencing improvement. They are now able to design evaluation instruments more effectively during distance learning. The use of Google Drive and Google Form as evaluation tools opens up opportunities for improving the quality of education. Recommendations for the future include continuing to support teachers, deepening the integration of technology in the learning process, and expanding training to enhance the effectiveness of learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Raudlatul Mutaallimin Pandean Paiton Probolinggo..

The conclusion of this study is regarding the production defect report at the Jogjatex company. This product defect is affected by internal and external influences. These factors are basically influenced by several factors including temperature, human resources and machines. The solution taken to overcome the problem in this research is to design a room temperature detector, namely the DS18B20 Temperature Sensor.

The background of this research is that vertigo is a symptom caused by disturbances in body balance due to the different locations of the lesions. Vertigo is not a disease but a symptomatic condition of vestibular system disorders. Evaluation of patients with audiovestibular disorders, sensorineural hearing disorders, tinnitus, and vertigo . Brain MRI is used to evaluate patients with audiovestibular dysfunction, including sensorineural hearing loss, tinnitus, and vertigo. This research method is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach using a research design, namely observation, interviews and documentation which aims to find out why the T2 MATRIX 3D SPAIR sequence is needed for MRI brain examinations in vertigo cases at the Radiology Installation at Balimed Hospital, Denpasar. The data collection method was obtained using 3 Brain MRI patients, 3 radiology specialists and 3 radiographers. The results of this research show that the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) brain examination procedure in Vertigo cases at the Radiology installation at Balimed Hospital Denpasar uses the additional T2 MX3D SPAIR sequence for Vertigo cases because this sequence is able to show the nerve fibers in the brain. The conclusion is that the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) brain examination procedure in Vertigo cases at the Radiology installation at Balimed Hospital Denpasar does not require special preparation, only more attention is paid to the patient's condition, whether they are wearing braces or dentures because the two tools used will interfere with the results of the MRI image used. The purpose of this study was to determine a significant correlation between the freedom to give gadgets and the emotional mentality of children aged 3-5 years at Kartika Kindergarten, Lumajang. The cross-sectional research design was used with 40 respondents at Kartika Kindergarten, Lumajang Regency. The measuring tools in this study are the KMME questionnaireand the use of gadgets. Spearman's rho test was used to answer the purpose of this study. The results showed that the majority of mothers gave gadgets to children in the good category, 28 respondents (70%). The majority of emotional and mental children aged 3-5 years are in the normal category as many as 37 respondents (92.5%). There is a significant correlation between the flexibility of giving gadgets and the emotional mentality of children aged 3-5 years in Kartika Kindergarten, Lumajang, namely p- value 0.001. .

To carry out several main tasks in the PPEPD field, there are several work tools in the form of systems with running business processes, one of which is the Monitoring and Evaluation Information System (SI MonEv) which is used quarterly. Based on the analysis carried out at the Palembang City Research and Development Bappeda, especially in the field of PPEPD with a system that is already running to assist in carrying out tasks, there are several problems found in the process and its use, namely the inaccurate layout of the features and assets in the system interface, which causes a feeling of discomfort. in its use, and there are no features to support ease of use. Therefore, several system design efforts are needed that are able to provide solutions to problems, convenience, and refresh the existing system. This development takes the form of evaluating and designing the user interface on the system to provide refreshment to the interface and adding features to support ease of operation such as graphical data visualization to simplify the monitoring process, a search feature to simplify the process of searching for reports, notifications to provide notification of each entry of the latest report in order to avoiding missing information, and providing a deadline feature to minimize delays in the reporting process.
