The community service program in Kemiri Village aims to empower farmers through the use of local potential, especially moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera), as raw materials for liquid organic fertilizer (POC). This activity was carried out with a participatory and educational approach that directly involved farmer groups in technical training on making POC through simple fermentation methods using natural ingredients such as moringa leaves, rice washing water, organic waste, and local decomposers. Through this activity, farmers are taught stages ranging from the collection of ingredients, the process of shredding moringa leaves, mixing with complementary ingredients, to the correct fermentation techniques to produce high-quality fertilizer. The training is carried out by field demonstration methods, discussions, and hands-on practice, so that farmers not only gain theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills that can be applied independently. The results show a significant increase in farmers' knowledge, skills, and awareness of the importance of liquid organic fertilizer as an environmentally friendly alternative. In addition, the public's enthusiasm is getting higher after seeing real evidence that the use of POC moringa leaves is able to increase plant growth, crop quality, and reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers which are increasingly expensive and have the potential to damage the soil. This program not only provides economic benefits through the cost efficiency of agricultural production, but also has a positive impact on environmental conservation. This activity is expected to be a model of community empowerment based on local potential that can be replicated in other regions with similar conditions. The success of the program shows that simple innovations that utilize local resources, if managed well, can support sustainable agriculture and food security for rural communities.

The aim of this study is to understand and explain the implementation process of ensemble learning of the same type in class VII.1 of SMP Negeri 43 Padang. This research falls into the category of qualitative research using descriptive methods. The researcher themselves serve as the main instrument in this study, supported by writing tools and a camera. Data is obtained through literature review, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis process includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions from the data. At the planning stage, the teacher prepares learning tools according to the independent curriculum included in the teaching module. At the implementation stage of the same ensemble, the teacher uses lecture, question and answer, practice, and demonstration methods. The learning media used by the teacher includes the melodica and the score for the song "Kambanglah Bungo". At the assessment stage, the teacher conducts diagnostic and formative assessments. In the practical assessment of the melodica ensemble, many students experience difficulties, especially in reading the score, fingering techniques, and maintaining the tempo. Furthermore, the lack of enrichment and remedial measures during the assessment process impacts students' development, both for those who have not achieved competencies and those who have already understood them.

Clean and Healthy Living behavior in schools is a set of behaviors that are practiced in the school environment, so that it is independently able to prevent disease, improve health, and play an active role in creating a healthy environment . Health education is clean and healthy living behavior using audio-visual and demonstration methods. This study aims to determine the effect of health education using audio visual and demonstration methods on the skills of clean and healthy behavior in elementary school students 5 besuki. This research method uses quasi experimental approach with two-group pre test and post test design. The population of all students aged 6-12 SDN 5 besuki as many as 95 students SDN 5 besuki, sampling techniques used purposive sampling with a sample of 77 respondents. The instruments used are PHBS, SOP, and module videos. The Data obtained from the study were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Test and mann whitney Test. The results showed that the health education group using audio visual pre-test method amounted to 88.5 post-test 30.8 in the health education group using pre-test demonstration method amounted to 89.6 post-test 31.2. Wilcoxon test results in obtaining a p-value of 0.000 in the audio-visual and demonstration groups. Mann-whitneyy test results in getting the difference score from the difference between the two groups in getting the value of p-value 0.129 with an average value in the Audio-visual group of 35.42 and 42.49 demonstration group. It is expected that respondents who have not behaved in a clean and healthy life can apply health education using effective demonstration methods because the demonstration method is practiced directly by researchers and respondents so that it can be done independently.
