Dijkstra's algorithm is one of the algorithms in graph theory that is used to solve the problem of the shortest path of a graph at each vertex that has a non-negative value. This algorithm was discovered by Edsger Wybe Dijkstra, a scientist from the Netherlands. The search for the shortest route for product delivery can be calculated through the application of the Dijkstra algorithm in the problem being faced. The problem of decision making for selecting the shortest route is still manual, so it experiences several obstacles, including the absence of a systematic and computerized system to assist the decision-making process in determining the route for shipping goods, the determination of shipping routes still depends on manual estimates so that the time taken between deliveries becomes inconsistent, the operational costs of shipping are relatively high because there is no optimal route determination system. Facing these problems, a system is needed that can minimize delays and increase effectiveness in shipping goods, namely determining the shortest route using the Dijkstra algorithm. This system works by finding various alternative routes for shipping goods at PT AMSA to address various structured and unstructured problems using data and models. To process this data and models, a method called the Dijkstra algorithm is required. Based on the description above, researchers will create a method for determining the shortest route for shipping goods at PT AMSA using the Dijkstra algorithm to facilitate the company's process of determining the shortest route.

The optimal therapeutic impact of local vaginal drug delivery systems is strongly influenced by the physical characteristics balance of Solid Vaginal Suppositories. A comprehensive review regarding the comparison of mechanical profiles, specifically melting time and crushing strength parameters, from various base classifications constitutes the primary objective of this literature research. The implementation of a Literature Review study design was executed through the extraction of empirical data from twelve experimental journals published within the last ten years. Excessively rapid phase transformation characteristics at physiological basal temperatures and low compression resistance were consistently demonstrated by lipophilic bases such as Oleum Cacao. The risk of structural deformation during the distribution process is highly susceptible to unmodified lipid preparations. High surface elasticity accompanied by a delay in molecular hydration duration reaching 120 minutes was recorded in the utilization of Glycerinated Gelatin Base. Structural rigidity exceeding 4 kgF and disintegration time efficiency under 60 minutes were optimally demonstrated by Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) Base. An enhancement in mechanical resistance against external shocks during the storage period is offered by the thorough modification of the synthetic polymer ratios. Therefore, the determination of the PEG base as the most optimal material is recommended to maintain the quality stability of pharmaceutical products. Compendial regulation standards regarding the physical strength testing of pharmaceutical preparations must be obeyed by every institution to ensure long-term treatment effectiveness. Thus, the alignment between active substance release duration and physical preparation endurance can be realized for absolute patient comfort.

This study aims to analyze the role of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of East Flores Regency in managing the eruption disaster of Mount Lewotobi Laki-Laki during the pre-disaster, emergency response, and post-disaster phases. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method involving 18 informants from BPBD and affected communities in Wulanggitang and Ile Bura Sub-districts. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that during the pre-disaster phase, BPBD implemented preparedness measures through disaster-prone area mapping, the establishment of Disaster Preparedness Teams and Disaster-Resilient Villages, public outreach, and the use of local wisdom. However, outdated contingency plans, limited early warning systems, weak relocation efforts, and low public awareness contributed to panic and casualties during the eruption. In the emergency response phase, BPBD successfully coordinated evacuation efforts, established emergency posts, and distributed logistics effectively. Nevertheless, displaced communities experienced discomfort due to prolonged emergency conditions and limited fulfillment of basic needs in temporary shelters. In the post-disaster phase, BPBD conducted rehabilitation and reconstruction through transportation recovery, trauma healing programs, and permanent housing development based on the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Plan (R3P). However, limited funding and delays in reconstruction processes remained major challenges. Therefore, improving coordination, institutional capacity, disaster communication, and community participation is essential for effective disaster management.

dishonorable Discharge (PTDH) is the most severe administrative sanction for Civil Servants (PNS) proven to have committed corruption. This study aims to analyze the implementation of PTDH for corrupt civil servants and identify the obstacles in its execution. Using a normative legal research method with statutory, conceptual, and case study approaches, this study examines the effectiveness of PTDH through Lawrence M. Friedman's Legal System Theory, which includes legal substance, legal structure, and legal culture. The results show that, in terms of substance, the PTDH norm is strictly regulated in Government Regulation Number 17 of 2020. However, its implementation faces juridical, administrative, institutional, and socio-political obstacles, as reflected in the case of the delayed execution of PTDH for five civil servants in Mukomuko Regency. This phenomenon proves the existence of a gap between law in the books and law in action. Friedman's perspective explains that the failure of PTDH is caused by weaknesses in the legal structure (apparatus/executing institutions) and legal culture (integrity/ethics of the apparatus). This study concludes that the effectiveness of PTDH can only be achieved through synergy between firm legal substance, professional legal structure, and a legal culture that upholds the integrity of state apparatus.

The implementation of civil justice in Indonesia is fundamentally guided by the principles of simplicity, speed, and low cost. However, in practice, the regulation concerning the time limits for summons and the determination of trial schedules remains inadequate, leading to legal uncertainty. This study aims to analyze the legal certainty of time limits in summons and trial scheduling within civil procedural law, as well as to examine its implications for the effectiveness of case resolution. This research employs a normative legal method with statutory and conceptual approaches, supported by a descriptive-analytical design. The findings indicate that existing regulations, particularly those derived from the Herzien Inlandsch Reglement (HIR) and Rechtsreglement voor de Buitengewesten (RBg), only provide minimum standards for summons but do not comprehensively regulate the timeframe for determining the first hearing or intervals between subsequent hearings. As a result, there is broad discretion in judicial practice, which leads to inconsistencies among courts, repeated trial delays, increased litigation costs, and reduced access to justice. Although recent reforms through electronic court systems have improved the mechanism of summons delivery, they have not sufficiently addressed the issue of time management in trial proceedings. This study concludes that the absence of clear and comprehensive regulations on trial timeframes weakens legal certainty and hinders the realization of efficient judicial processes. Therefore, strengthening normative regulations on trial scheduling is essential to support a more effective, predictable, and equitable civil justice system.

This study examines the absence of clear time limits in civil procedural law and its impact on the effectiveness of the principle of simple, fast, and low-cost justice in Indonesia. Normatively, this principle serves as a fundamental guideline in ensuring efficient and accessible dispute resolution. However, in practice, civil proceedings often take a prolonged and complex course, leading to increased costs and legal uncertainty. This research aims to analyze whether the principle has real normative force and how the lack of time constraints in each stage of civil litigation contributes to procedural delays. The study employs a normative legal research method using statutory and conceptual approaches, supported by secondary legal materials. The findings indicate that the absence of strict and binding time limits allows procedural flexibility to be misused, resulting in repeated delays, inefficiency, and case accumulation. Consequently, the principle of simple, fast, and low-cost justice tends to remain declarative rather than operational. The study concludes that the effectiveness of this principle is significantly weakened by the lack of time regulation and suggests the need for reform through time-bound case management, stricter procedural control, and the integration of digital judicial systems to enhance efficiency and legal certainty.
