Bendung Ranggah merupakan bendung yang terletak di DAS Sungai Ngeluk, Desa Materaman, Kecamatan Gembong, Kabupaten Pati, Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang mengairi daerah irigasi seluas 1,163,20 Ha. Bendung Ranggah  memiliki kerusakan pada komponen struktural yang dapat menurunkan kinerja. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja Bendung Ranggah berdasarkan kondisi fisik komponen utama bendung. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui observasi lapangan, pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder, serta analisis pembobotan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) guna menentukan tingkat kepentingan per komponen terhadap kinerja bendung secara keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bobot komponen pada mercu sebesar 56,81%, bangunan pengambilan 24,10%, bangunan penguras 13,33%, dan sayap 5,76%. Berdasarkan analisis kondisi, Bendung Ranggah mengalami kerusakan sebesar 26,56% dan masuk dalam tingkat kerusakan sedang. Secara keseluruhan bendung masih berfungsi, namun memerlukan rehabilitasi struktural secara terencana dan berkelanjutan agar kinerja bendung mampu mendukung sistem irigasi secara optimal.

Bendungan Cabean direncanakan untuk mendukung kebutuhan air irigasi, penyediaan air baku, serta pengendalian banjir di wilayah hilir. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghitung debit banjir rencana pada Bendungan Cabean, Kabupaten Blora, sebagai dasar perencanaan infrastruktur pengendali banjir. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan data curah hujan maksimum 14 tahun dari tiga stasiun hujan, yang diolah melalui analisis hujan rata-rata, penentuan distribusi frekuensi, serta uji kesesuaian menggunakan Chi-Kuadrat dan Smirnov–Kolmogorov. Distribusi Log Pearson Tipe III terpilih sebagai metode paling sesuai untuk menentukan hujan rencana pada kala ulang 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, dan 100 tahun. Hujan rencana kemudian dikonversi menjadi curah hujan efektif dengan memperhitungkan koefisien limpasan DAS, dan dihitung debit banjir rencana menggunakan metode Hidrograf Satuan Sintetik (HSS) Nakayasu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan debit puncak meningkat seiring bertambahnya kala ulang, yaitu Q2 = 16.169  m³/s; Q5 =20.325 m³/s; Q10 =23.086 m³/s; Q25 =26.535 m³/s; Q50=29.106 m³/s; Q100 =31.666 m³/s.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah meningkatkan penggunaan layanan perbankan digital dalam masyarakat. Kondisi tersebut diikuti dengan meningkatnya kejahatan siber, khususnya Phishing, yang menyebabkan hilangnya dana nasabah melalui manipulasi data dan penyalahgunaan sistem elektronik. Kejahatan Phishing tidak hanya menimbulkan kerugian bagi nasabah, tetapi juga menimbulkan persoalan hukum mengenai tanggung jawab perbankan terhadap keamanan sistem dan perlindungan dana nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk kelalaian perbankan dalam perlindungan sistem elektronik serta pertanggungjawaban pidana bank terhadap raibnya dana nasabah akibat Phishing. Penelitian menggunakan metode hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Bahan hukum diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan yang terdiri dari peraturan perundang-undangan, literatur hukum, jurnal ilmiah, dan dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelalaian perbankan dapat dilihat dari lemahnya sistem keamanan digital, pengawasan transaksi elektronik, serta perlindungan data nasabah. Pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap pihak perbankan dapat dikaitkan dengan prinsip corporate criminal liability apabila terbukti terdapat unsur kelalaian yang mengakibatkan kerugian nasabah. Pengaturan mengenai perlindungan konsumen, keamanan sistem elektronik, dan perlindungan data pribadi menjadi dasar penting dalam menentukan tanggung jawab hukum perbankan terhadap korban Phishing. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Dayak local wisdom values in the Merdeka Curriculum at public elementary schools in Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan. Dayak local wisdom, which encompasses values such as mutual cooperation, solidarity, tolerance, environmental awareness, and respect for cultural traditions, plays a significant role in shaping students' character amid the challenges of globalization and the disruptive era. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. The research participants include school principals, teachers, students, and educational stakeholders from several public elementary schools in Pulang Pisau Regency. Data are collected through observations, in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature reviews. Data analysis is conducted using an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings are expected to provide a comprehensive description of how Dayak local wisdom values are integrated into the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning activities within the Merdeka Curriculum framework. Furthermore, the study seeks to identify supporting and inhibiting factors affecting the implementation of local wisdom in educational practices and to formulate strategic recommendations for strengthening character education and preserving local culture in elementary schools. The results are expected to serve as a reference for educational policy development that promotes cultural preservation and enhances the quality of learning in accordance with the socio-cultural context of local communities.

This study aims to analyze the management of young preacher (dai cilik) training in developing students’ preaching skills at SD IT Al-Washliyah Kelambir Lima Medan using a management function approach (*planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling*). This study employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The research informants consisted of the principal and teachers responsible for the young preacher training program. The collected data were analyzed systematically to describe the implementation of management functions in the young preacher training activities and their contribution to the development of students’ preaching skills. The results showed that planning was carried out through the development of a practice-based preaching curriculum, organizing was implemented through task allocation and regular scheduling, implementation focused on *public speaking* practice, sermon material preparation, and moral development, while evaluation was conducted periodically through student performance assessments. The implementation of this systematic training management contributed to the improvement of students’ preaching skills in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. These findings indicate that management functions applied in a structured manner play a strategic role in supporting the development of students’ preaching competencies at the elementary school level. Furthermore, continuous training provides opportunities for students to enhance their self-confidence, communication skills, and readiness to effectively deliver Islamic preaching messages

This study examines the effectiveness of integrating the demonstration method with audio-visual interactive multimedia to enhance Grade III elementary students' proficiency in sunnah rawatib prayers. A quasi-experimental design was employed with an experimental group (n=21) receiving demonstration-assisted multimedia instruction and a control group (n=22) undergoing conventional teaching. The primary instrument was a validated worship practice observation checklist (CVR=1; Cronbach's Alpha=0.873). Data analysis included the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, N-Gain calculation, and the Mann-Whitney U test. The experimental group achieved a posttest mean of 85.95 (100% mastery rate) compared to the control group's 74.32 (77.27% mastery). The experimental group's N-Gain score of 0.7146 (high category) substantially exceeded the control group's 0.4423 (moderate category). The Mann-Whitney U test yielded an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of < .001, confirming a statistically significant difference between both groups. These findings affirm that demonstration enriched by interactive multimedia scaffolding effectively constructs students' procedural knowledge of worship rituals and optimally engages multiple sensory modalities at the primary level.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan nilai LC₅₀ ekstrak etanol 70% daun trembesi ( Samanea saman ) serta mengklasifikasikan tingkat toksisitasnya menggunakan metode Reed-Muench dan analisis probit. Uji toksisitas dilakukan terhadap larva Artemia salina sebagai organisme uji dengan variasi konsentrasi ekstrak yaitu 10, 100, 500, 1000, 5000, dan 10.000 ppm. Parameter yang diamati adalah jumlah kematian larva setelah 24 jam perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan konsentrasi ekstrak berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan persentase kematian larva, yang mengindikasikan adanya hubungan dosis-respons yang jelas. Perhitungan menggunakan metode Reed-Muench dan analisis probit menghasilkan nilai LC50 sebesar 100,46 ppm. Berdasarkan klasifikasi toksisitas metode Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT), nilai tersebut termasuk dalam kategori toksik sedang (moderatelytoxic). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol 70% daun trembesi memiliki aktivitas biologi yang signifikan terhadap organisme uji. Dengan demikian, ekstrak ini berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai sumber senyawa bioaktif, namun tetap memerlukan kajian lebih lanjut terkait keamanan dan aplikasinya.

Digital literacy is an essential competency that secondary school students must possess to face the rapid development of technology in the digital era. However, many students still lack adequate understanding of basic information technology concepts, digital security, and the responsible use of technology. This community service activity aimed to improve students' digital literacy through a basic information technology introduction program. The methods employed included preliminary observation, pre-test administration, educational sessions, hands-on practice, discussions, and evaluation through post-tests. The training materials covered computer hardware and software fundamentals, effective internet usage, digital security, and ethical behavior in digital environments. The results indicated a significant improvement in students’ knowledge and digital skills after participating in the program. Students became more capable of accessing, evaluating, and utilizing digital information critically while understanding the importance of cybersecurity and ethical technology use. Furthermore, the high level of participant engagement demonstrated that the program was relevant to students’ needs in today's digital society. Therefore, the basic information technology introduction program proved effective in enhancing digital literacy among secondary school students and can serve as a strategic initiative to prepare young generations to adapt to technological advancements and future digital challenges. Digital transformation in the military procurement sector has brought significant changes to accountability patterns at the Naval Academy (AAL). Using the AP2EP management cycle (Analysis, Planning, Execution, Evaluation, and Control) as an analytical tool, this paper dissects the extent to which the E-Procurement system can mitigate budget deviation risks and enhance financial transparency. As a military educational institution striving to become a World Class Naval Academy, AAL faces unique challenges in balancing state financial regulations with specific educational logistics needs. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this research demonstrates that procurement digitalization provides an automated audit trail that minimizes human intervention. Despite technical and cultural obstacles, strategic steps such as developing real-time dashboards have proven effective in optimizing state financial governance to support cadet education quality and maintain an Unqualified Opinion (WTP).

Limited land availability is a major constraint in developing school infrastructure in active urban educational facilities. This study evaluates the classroom development plan at SDN 39 Lubuklinggau from the perspective of a planner, focusing on land limitation, functional needs, safety, constructability, and long-term building performance. A descriptive-evaluative approach was applied through technical observation, document review, alternative assessment, weighted scoring, and risk analysis. The results indicate that horizontal expansion is constrained by limited open space and may reduce internal circulation, student activity areas, and emergency space. Three alternatives were compared: horizontal expansion, building rearrangement, and a two-storey classroom scheme. The two-storey alternative obtained the highest score of 84, compared with 61 for rearrangement and 56 for horizontal expansion. However, its feasibility depends on further soil investigation, structural design, staircase and evacuation safety, utility coordination, construction phasing, and strict site safety control. The study recommends that the planner prioritize detailed site measurement, geotechnical investigation, detailed engineering design, construction safety planning, and post-construction functional evaluation. A vertical classroom strategy can be considered a rational solution for land-constrained schools when supported by accountable technical planning and integrated project control.

This study aims to formulate an engineering strategy for water quality management and pollution control in the Tiku Sub-watershed, North Musi Rawas Regency. The study used a descriptive approach by integrating selected technical data from a dissertation-based assessment with semi-structured interviews involving 20 key informants representing technical agencies, village and subdistrict governments, community leaders, artisanal and small-scale gold mining actors, farmers, and riverbank communities. The analysis focused on water quality status, water availability and demand, pollution sources, perceived impacts, implementation constraints, and priority interventions. The results showed that the Tiku Sub-watershed is under significant environmental pressure. The average pollution index was 6.65, indicating a moderately polluted status, while mercury, cadmium, phosphate, and ammonia were the dominant parameters of concern. Surface water availability remained relatively adequate at 45,842,699.79 m3/year, and the average Criticality Ratio was 0.266; however, the water pollution carrying capacity was poor. Interview results indicated that mercury use and processing waste from artisanal gold mining were the most urgent issue (35%), followed by land-cover change and riparian degradation. The recommended strategy combines mercury-free processing technology, alternative livelihood development, cross-sectoral supervision, riparian rehabilitation, and transparent water-quality monitoring. The findings imply that watershed engineering should integrate technical, institutional, and socio-economic interventions.

This study aims to analyze the strategies applied by teachers in shaping students' green behavior in grade IV of SDN Sarakan III, Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency. The approach used is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects include grade IV teachers, students, and the school principal. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that teachers implement five main strategies, namely: (1) designing learning according to the objectives and characteristics of students; (2) encouraging active student participation; (3) presenting material contextually; (4) using Project Based Learning (PjBL) methods and the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach; and (5) habituating environmentally caring behavior in everyday school life. The implementation of students' green behavior has been observed in the aspects of knowledge, attitude, and action, although consistency still needs to be improved, especially due to limited school facilities and differences in students' levels of awareness.

Tanah merupakan salah satu kebutuhan mendasar dalam kehidupan masyarakat karena tidak hanya bernilai ekonomis, tetapi juga berkaitan langsung dengan kepastian status hukum seseorang atas ruang hidupnya. Dalam sistem hukum agraria Indonesia, negara memiliki kewenangan untuk mengatur penguasaan, penggunaan, dan pemanfaatan tanah. Sebagian kewenangan tersebut dapat diberikan kepada badan tertentu melalui lembaga Hak Pengelolaan. Perum Perumnas sebagai Badan Usaha Milik Negara memiliki posisi khusus karena memperoleh kewenangan pengelolaan tanah untuk mendukung penyediaan perumahan bagi masyarakat. Di sisi lain, Perum Perumnas juga melakukan hubungan hukum keperdataan melalui pembangunan, pemasaran, dan pengalihan tanah serta bangunan kepada pembeli. Kondisi tersebut menimbulkan persoalan mengenai hubungan antara kewenangan publik dan tindakan privat dalam pengelolaan tanah di atas HPL. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepastian hukum bagi pembeli tanah dan bangunan di atas HPL Perum Perumnas dapat diwujudkan melalui mekanisme persetujuan pemegang HPL, pelepasan hak, dan pendaftaran tanah. Dengan mekanisme tersebut, HPL tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai instrumen pengelolaan tanah oleh negara, tetapi juga menjadi dasar hukum bagi masyarakat untuk memperoleh perlindungan atas kepemilikan tanah melalui penerbitan Sertipikat Hak Milik.

Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Purwosari, Kecamatan Mijen, Kota Semarang pada tanggal 3 Januari hingga 1 Februari 2026. Program ini bertujuan mengatasi permasalahan masyarakat di bidang kesehatan, literasi, keselamatan lingkungan, dan kesejahteraan sosial melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang terintegrasi. Program yang dilaksanakan meliputi pembuatan Taman TOGA, pembagian buku bacaan bergambar ke sekolah dasar, pemasangan kaca cembung di titik blind spot, penyuluhan pencegahan stunting disertai pembagian makanan bergizi, kerja bakti, serta pendampingan Posyandu, PKK, dan PAUD. Hasil program menunjukkan manfaat nyata: taman TOGA fungsional terbangun di halaman kantor kelurahan, 180 buku tersalurkan ke SDN Purwosari 1 dan 2, 3 kaca cembung terpasang di titik rawan kecelakaan, dan 25 paket makanan bergizi terdistribusi kepada anak PAUD. Program-program ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran dan kapasitas masyarakat di bidang kesehatan, pendidikan, dan keselamatan lingkungan.

A safe and inclusive learning environment is an important factor in supporting the educational process. However, various forms of bullying behavior, such as teasing, giving negative nicknames, and social exclusion, are still found in schools and may hinder the creation of a comfortable and child-friendly learning environment. This community service activity aimed to improve students’ understanding of bullying and its impacts, as well as to instill the values of mutual respect as an effort to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. The activity was conducted at SD Negeri 2 Muara Batu, Aceh Utara Regency, through the XXXVIII Community Service and Empowerment Program (KKN-PPM) of Malikussaleh University in 2026. The methods used were educational and participatory approaches implemented through preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The activities were carried out through socialization sessions, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, simulations, and educational games. The results showed an improvement in students’ understanding of the forms, causes, and impacts of bullying, including verbal, physical, and social bullying. In addition, students demonstrated more positive attitudes, such as increased awareness of respecting differences, treating peers with respect, reducing teasing behavior, and developing empathy and concern for others. The activity also received positive responses from the school, as it was considered supportive of character education and the creation of a more conducive learning atmosphere. Therefore, anti-bullying education through educational and participatory approaches can serve as an effective strategy for creating a safe, comfortable, and inclusive learning environment for elementary school students.

Artikel ini membahas pentingnya teologi kasih dan pengampunan dalam pendidikan Kristen, dengan fokus pada penerapannya dalam pembelajaran holistik. Teologi kasih dan pengampunan, yang merupakan inti ajaran Kristus, menawarkan dasar yang kuat untuk membentuk karakter dan nilai-nilai dalam pendidikan. Melalui pendekatan pastoral, artikel ini mengkaji bagaimana nilai-nilai kasih dan pengampunan dapat membimbing proses pembelajaran yang tidak hanya mencakup aspek intelektual, tetapi juga moral, spiritual, dan emosional siswa. Penulis juga menyoroti pentingnya membangun hubungan yang penuh kasih antara pendidik dan peserta didik untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang inklusif, penuh empati, dan mendukung perkembangan holistik individu. Artikel ini berargumen bahwa penerapan teologi kasih dan pengampunan dapat memperkuat pendidikan Kristen sebagai sarana untuk membentuk pribadi yang utuh dan berkarakter Kristus.

Artikel ini mengkaji konsep teologi pembelajaran dari perspektif Alkitabiah dalam upaya mengembangkan metode pengajaran yang relevan dan efektif di sekolah Kristen. Melalui penelaahan teks-teks Alkitab, artikel ini menyelidiki prinsip-prinsip dasar yang dapat diterapkan dalam pendidikan Kristen untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang tidak hanya mendidik secara akademis, tetapi juga membentuk karakter siswa sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Kristiani. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu pendidik dalam merancang strategi pengajaran yang sejalan dengan ajaran iman dan membangun hubungan yang lebih erat antara pengajaran dan spiritualitas. Selain itu, artikel ini juga menyarankan berbagai model dan metode yang dapat digunakan dalam konteks sekolah Kristen untuk memaksimalkan pengalaman pembelajaran secara holistik.

This study aims to analyze in-depth cognitive learning theory and its implications for improving the effectiveness of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teaching at the elementary school level. The adopted methodological approach is qualitative through library research, with the application of content analysis and theoretical synthesis techniques. Primary data sources were obtained from academic literature including textbooks, scientific journals, and the latest empirical research relevant within the last decade. The results of the analysis indicate that cognitive learning theory positions cognitive processes as the core of learning activities, allowing students to function as active agents in constructing knowledge through understanding, analysis, memory representation, and integration with pre-existing cognitive schemas. In the context of PAI, this approach enables meaningful learning through interactive pedagogical strategies such as collaborative discussions, problem-solving, case studies, and metacognitive reflection, which are empirically adapted to the stages of students' cognitive development. The implementation of cognitive theory significantly contributes to strengthening conceptual understanding, increasing learning engagement, developing critical thinking skills, transferring knowledge, and internalizing Islamic values. Thus, cognitive learning theory makes a substantial contribution to optimizing the effectiveness of PAI teaching in elementary schools through an interactive, systematic, and understanding-oriented approach.

Perceraian dalam masyarakat adat Batak Toba merupakan suatu fenomena hukum yang tidak dapat dilepaskan dari sistem kekerabatan dan nilai-nilai budaya yang hidup dalam masyarakat. Meskipun perceraian pada dasarnya dihindari, dalam praktiknya perceraian tetap dimungkinkan melalui mekanisme adat yang menitikberatkan pada musyawarah dan kesepakatan keluarga besar. Permasalahan muncul ketika perceraian yang dilakukan secara adat tersebut dihadapkan pada ketentuan hukum positif di Indonesia, khususnya Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan yang mensyaratkan perceraian harus dilakukan melalui putusan pengadilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mekanisme perceraian menurut adat Batak Toba serta mengkaji keabsahannya ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan kasus, serta menggunakan data sekunder berupa bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier yang dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme perceraian adat Batak Toba dilakukan melalui tahapan musyawarah keluarga dengan melibatkan unsur dalihan na tolu, dan memiliki kekuatan mengikat secara sosial dalam masyarakat adat. Namun, secara yuridis formal, perceraian tersebut tidak memiliki keabsahan hukum apabila tidak dilakukan melalui putusan pengadilan sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974. Oleh karena itu, perceraian adat hanya sah secara sosiologis, tetapi belum sah secara hukum negara. Diperlukan harmonisasi antara hukum adat dan hukum nasional agar tercipta kepastian hukum tanpa mengabaikan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal.

Kepastian hukum dalam pembuatan akta autentik merupakan aspek penting dalam sistem hukum perdata di Indonesia, terutama dalam menjamin perlindungan hukum bagi para pihak. Namun, dalam praktiknya, notaris seringkali dihadapkan pada permasalahan hukum yang berkaitan dengan batas pertanggungjawaban administratif dan pidana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk pelanggaran notaris dalam pembuatan akta autentik serta implikasi yuridisnya berdasarkan putusan pengadilan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan kasus, melalui analisis bahan hukum sekunder dan putusan pengadilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelanggaran notaris pada dasarnya bersifat administratif, kecuali terdapat unsur kesengajaan atau keterlibatan aktif dalam tindak pidana. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan penafsiran dalam putusan pengadilan yang menimbulkan ketidakpastian hukum. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kejelasan batas pertanggungjawaban notaris guna menjamin kepastian hukum dan perlindungan profesi notaris
