This study focuses on the analysis of traffic density in Jember City, particularly at the Wirolegi Intersection, which is known to have a high density level. This condition often triggers congestion that hinders public mobility, so that appropriate and data-based handling efforts are needed. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the level of density at critical congestion points through a statistical approach using the One Way ANOVA method. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a descriptive observational approach. Primary data was collected directly through a field survey in 2025 at the Wirolegi Intersection as one of 3 intersections in Jember City. The data obtained were then processed using normality tests, homogeneity tests, and One Way ANOVA with the help of SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that the traffic flow density on the three routes studied, namely Jalan Gunung Haryono, Jalan Brigjen Katamso, Jalan Yos Sudarso, does not show a significant difference. The significance value of the ANOVA test is greater than 0.05 which indicates the similarity of density levels between routes. Further testing (post hoc testing) also strengthens this finding. The conclusion of this study shows that handling congestion at the Wirolegi Intersection needs to be done comprehensively through traffic control and evaluation of the transportation system to improve smoothness and mobility in Jember City.

The rapid development of digital technology has increased the intensity of social media use among adolescents, particularly Instagram, leading to a decline in social interaction, low emotional regulation, and an increased tendency toward addictive behavior. Within the context of guidance and counseling, art possesses therapeutic potential, enabling students to express themselves and manage digital behaviors more adaptively. This study is a literature review analyzing seven selected scientific articles regarding the utilization of art in group counseling services. The analysis was conducted through data extraction of article characteristics, including research design, instruments, findings, and implications. The results indicate that art plays a significant role in supporting group dynamics, enhancing emotional regulation, and providing alternative activities capable of diverting students' attention from excessive Instagram use. Structured art activities also facilitate the development of self-awareness and self-control, thereby reducing the frequency of Instagram usage. These findings suggest that art-assisted group counseling is an effective and relevant strategy for guidance and counseling teachers to implement in addressing digital challenges within the school environment.

Language barriers represent one of the most significant obstacles to educational equity and access worldwide. This study investigates the application of Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies in multilingual educational contexts to facilitate cross-linguistic learning and improve educational outcomes for linguistically diverse student populations. We implemented and evaluated a comprehensive NLP-powered multilingual learning platform across 47 educational institutions in 12 countries, serving 8,450 students speaking 23 different languages. Our experimental framework integrated machine translation, speech recognition, multilingual content generation, and adaptive language learning algorithms. Results demonstrate that NLP-enhanced multilingual education improved student comprehension by 43.6% (p<0.001), increased participation rates by 67.8%, and reduced achievement gaps between native and non-native speakers by 52.4%. Students using NLP-assisted learning tools achieved test scores averaging 78.3% compared to 54.7% for control groups. However, challenges persist regarding cultural context preservation, idiomatic expression handling, and equitable performance across language families. This research provides evidence that NLP technologies can effectively democratize education across linguistic boundaries while identifying critical areas requiring continued development.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the Intelligent Tutoring Sistem (ITS) based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) on improving the understanding of mathematical concepts, especially in fractional and basic geometry materials, in Class V students of SD Negeri 2 Badran, Temanggung Regency. The research method used was a quasiexperimental experiment with a Non-equivalent Control Group Design. The research sample consisted of 48 students who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group (n=24) who received learning with the help of AI-based ITS, and the control group (n=24) who received conventional learning with lecture methods and practice questions. The research instrument is in the form of a test of understanding of mathematical concepts that has been validated by experts and tested for reliability. Data were analyzed using parametric statistical tests of the Independent Sample t-test and N-Gain Score to measure the improvement. The results showed that there was a significant difference in understanding of mathematical concepts between the experimental group and the control group. The average post-test score of the experimental group (82.45) was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.12) with a p< value of 0.05. N-Gain analysis showed that the improvement in conceptual understanding in the experimental group was in the "moderate" category (g=0.56), while the control group was in the "low" category (g=0.32). These findings indicate that AI-based ITS is effective in improving students' understanding of mathematical concepts. The advantages of the system lie in its ability to provide instant feedback, personalize materials according to learning pace, and present interactive materials, thus helping to better construct students' conceptual understanding. It is recommended that schools consider the integration of ITS technology as a supplementary tool in mathematics learning at the elementary level.

Background: In the domain of corporate governance, the separation of ownership and control generates significant agency conflicts, primarily manifesting as Earnings Management (EM). Traditional reactive auditing methods fail to detect manipulation concealed within unstructured data, leading to high agency costs and diminished stakeholder trust. Objective: This study proposes an "AI Proactive Monitoring Model" utilizing Generative Artificial Intelligence to fundamentally enhance the monitoring mechanisms of Agency Theory. Methods: The research employs a qualitative conceptual framework analysis. It synthesizes Agency Theory with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Systemic Risk Theory to construct a novel strategic governance model. Results: The proposed model shifts governance from periodic sampling to real-time, continuous analysis of total data populations. By cross-referencing structured financial data with unstructured communications (e.g., emails, contracts), the system generates "Risk Narratives" that contextualize anomalies and flag opportunistic behavior immediately. Conclusion: The integration of AI significantly reduces information asymmetry and moral hazard by creating a "panopticon" effect. However, successful implementation requires distinct regulatory frameworks to manage the systemic risks associated with algorithmic reliance.

Participatory village development planning is often treated as a technical-administrative routine. In practice, however, planning is inseparable from political dynamics that shape who participates, whose interests prevail, and how scarce resources are allocated. This community empowerment program (PKM) in Kedung Udi Village, Trawas District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java, aimed to strengthen village governance by enhancing the capacity of village officials and community representatives to design and facilitate participatory planning while explicitly addressing the political dimension of planning. The main intervention was a workshop conducted on 22 August 2025, preceded by coordination and situational observation. Workshop modules emphasized: (1) planning as a political decision; (2) navigating dual arenas: formal (Musdes/Musrenbang and RPJMDes, RKPDes, APBDes) and informal (elite networks and gatekeeping); (3) multi-level contestation and policy alignment; and (4) practical tools, including power–interest mapping, programmatic agreements, program tagging for alignment with district planning documents, and transparency/anti elite capture mechanisms. The program resulted in improved participant literacy regarding power relations in planning and produced a follow-up action plan oriented toward institutional advocacy, continuous social control, and routine capacity reinforcement through a university and village partnership.

Suicide among adolescents is a serious mental health problem; however, not all adolescents with suicidal ideation progress to suicide attempts. Understanding the psychological factors that influence the transition from intention to actual behavior is essential for effective prevention efforts. This study aims to examine the role of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) in understanding the transition from suicidal intention to suicide attempt behavior, as well as protective behaviors such as mental health help-seeking among adolescents. This study employs a literature review method with a quantitative correlational approach based on the TPB framework, using secondary data from scientific articles published between 2021 and 2025 and obtained through Google Scholar and PubMed. The findings indicate that suicidal ideation is the strongest predictor of suicidal intention but does not always lead to suicide attempts. TPB constructs, particularly perceived behavioral control (PBC), play a crucial role in determining whether intention develops into risky behavior or is redirected toward protective behaviors. In addition, positive attitudes toward mental health services and supportive social norms were found to strengthen adolescents’ intentions to seek help. In conclusion, TPB is a relevant theoretical framework for explaining both risk pathways and prevention pathways of adolescent suicide and has the potential to serve as a foundation for developing more effective prevention interventions.

Background: Sleep disorders in adolescents are a significant health problem, with a global prevalence reaching 57.8% and particularly high rates in several cities in Indonesia. Poor sleep quality negatively impacts physical health, such as the risk of cardiovascular disease and anemia, as well as mental and cognitive health. Sleep behavior is influenced by a dynamic interaction between personal and environmental factors, as explained in Social Cognitive Theory (SCT). Research Objective: To identify the determinants of sleep deprivation in adolescents, specifically individual and environmental factors, based on a Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) perspective through a literature review from 2019 to 2025. Method: This study utilized a literature review. To obtain research data, the authors searched for scientific articles through Google Scholar, PubMed, and ScienceDirect databases, then analyzed 10 articles that met the inclusion criteria, published between 2020 and 2025. Results: Factors significantly associated with adolescent sleep quality were identified, with individual factors being the most dominant determinant (found in 7 studies), including academic stress and smartphone addiction. Furthermore, a positive association was found with environmental factors (found in 4 studies), such as bright lighting, noise, and uncomfortable room temperature. Conclusion: Within the framework of Social Cognitive Theory, adolescent sleep quality is the result of a reciprocal interaction between personal factors (perceived stress and self-control over gadgets), the physical environment, and sleep behavior. Individual factors such as stress and nighttime gadget use reduce self-efficacy for regular sleep, which is exacerbated by an unfavorable environment.

Smoking behavior among adolescents is a serious and growing public health problem. Data from the 2023 Indonesian Health Survey (SKI) shows that 7.4% of adolescents aged 10–18 years smoke. This literature review aims to determine the determinants of smoking behavior among adolescents based on the Health Belief Model (HBM) theory, with a focus on components such as perceived vulnerability, perceived seriousness, perceived benefits, perceived barriers, cues to action, and self-efficacy. Using a literature review approach, this study identified and analyzed several academic references such as journals, books, encyclopedias, and others that discuss topics related to the determinants that influence smoking behavior among adolescents based on the Health Belief Model (HBM). The analysis conducted indicates that there is a relationship between perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, perceived benefits, perceived barriers, perceived self-efficacy, cues to action, and smoking behavior among adolescents. The conclusion of this study shows that in 9 studies that applied the Health Belief Model (HBM) theory in examining smoking behavior in adolescents, all major components of HBM were proven to have a significant relationship with this behavior. This study provides an important theoretical basis for the development of effective and sustainable health promotion programs in controlling smoking behavior among adolescents.

This study aims to analyze the application of the franchising system on business performance in the beverage franchise business through a case study of Mitra Minuman Siap Saji. The approach used is qualitative with a case study design, with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, operational observations, and supporting documentation. The results show that the implementation of standardized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), franchisor support in the form of training, raw material supplies, and periodic monitoring contribute significantly to improving business stability, product quality consistency, and customer satisfaction. However, there are limitations in flexibility and several communication obstacles that have the potential to affect the effectiveness of the partnership. The relatively strict contract structure also impacts partners' perceptions of local innovation space, although it is generally still viewed as providing business security and business model clarity. These findings emphasize that a balance between franchisor control and partner autonomy, accompanied by open communication and fair contract design, is a key factor in creating sustainable business performance in a franchising system.

The scarcity of real-world data in Air-Conditioning (AC) fault diagnosis necessitates the use of synthetic data; however, rule-based synthetic datasets often suffer from a significant sim-to-real domain gap. To address this, we propose a Model-Data Coevolution (MDC) framework that employs a Simulated Annealing (SA) controller to optimize augmentation parameters. We introduce a novel technique, Stochastic Feature Decoupling (SFD), which applies independent noise to raw and derived features, contrasting it with traditional Logically-Consistent Augmentation (LCA). Empirical results show that SFD significantly outperforms LCA, achieving a weighted F1-score of 0.93 and increasing NORMAL class recall to 82%. We demonstrate that by breaking deterministic feature links, SFD acts as a robust regularizer, utilizing "physically impossible" data to enhance generalization in complex real-world environments.

A wall follower robot is a type of autonomous robot that is designed to move by following a wall at a certain distance. This research aims to design and build a Wall follower robot equipped with a Fuzzy-PID control system to improve navigation performance. The robot uses five HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensors to detect the distance to the wall and the surrounding obstacles. The data from the sensor is then processed by a Fuzzy-PID algorithm that combines the advantages of conventional PID control with fuzzy logic, resulting in a more adaptive response to environmental conditions. The test results showed that the robot with Fuzzy-PID control was able to maintain the stability of the distance to the wall more consistently compared to the pure PID control. In addition, the system exhibits better adaptability to complex environmental conditions, such as sharp turns, uneven wall surfaces, and the presence of resistance variations. The application of Fuzzy-PID control has been shown to improve the stability, response speed, and accuracy of the robot's navigation. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of robotic navigation systems for a wide range of practical applications, including automated cleaning robots, environmental exploration, and industrial systems that require reliable autonomous mobility.

Hypertension is a major public health problem with an increasing prevalence and is often undetected due to its asymptomatic nature, leading to serious complications if not properly controlled. Low levels of public knowledge and poor adherence to preventive behaviors, routine health checks, and treatment remain significant challenges in hypertension management at the community level. This community service program aimed to improve public knowledge and awareness of hypertension through the implementation of the CERDIK and PATUH approaches. The program employed a community-based promotive and preventive method, including health education, blood pressure screening, and interactive discussion and counseling. The activity was conducted in RW 013, Kapuk Subdistrict, Cengkareng District, involving 60 adult and elderly participants. Knowledge levels were assessed using pre-test and post-test questionnaires and analyzed descriptively. The results demonstrated a substantial improvement in participants’ knowledge after the health education intervention, with the mean knowledge score increasing from 35 before the intervention to 80 after the intervention. In addition, the variation in knowledge levels among participants became more homogeneous following the educational activities. High community enthusiasm and active participation during the program reflected positive acceptance and engagement with the hypertension education initiative. This community service activity confirms that community-based health education using the CERDIK and PATUH approaches is effective as a promotive and preventive strategy to enhance public knowledge of hypertension. Improved knowledge is expected to encourage healthier lifestyle behaviors and greater adherence to hypertension control practices, thereby supporting sustainable and independent blood pressure management within the community.
