This research examines the consumptive style of Gen Z through TikTok Shop in purchasing fashion products, especially clothes. The background of the research focuses on the dominance of social media that influences the consumption patterns of the younger generation. The research uses a phenomenological approach to understand students' experiences in shopping at TikTok Shop. Data collection techniques include observation and in-depth interviews. The results show that TikTok Shop utilizes personalization algorithms, creative video content, and massive promotions to attract the attention of Gen Z. Purchasing decisions are often influenced by trends, influencer recommendations, and discounts that create a FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) effect. While offering convenience and an interactive shopping experience, this impulsive consumption pattern poses the risk of product quality disappointment and unplanned spending. The implications of this research highlight the need for consumer education to raise awareness about wise shopping. In addition, industry players are expected to design ethical and sustainable marketing strategies to support more rational consumption behavior.

This study examines the influence of monetary policy, particularly interest rates, on economic stability in the TIMI countries (Thailand, India, Malaysia, and Indonesia). It underscores the vital role of interest rates in controlling inflation and stimulating economic growth. Utilizing a Vector Autoregression (VAR) model, the research analyzes the reciprocal relationships between crucial economic indicators such as GDP, CPI, exchange rates, consumption, interest rates, and trade balances from 2008 to 2022. For instance, adjustments in interest rates can influence investment levels, consumption patterns, and inflation rates, thereby affecting overall economic activity. The Granger causality tests indicate that short-term relationships between these variables are insignificant, but long-term interactions are evident. This supports the Johansen cointegration results, which confirm two cointegrated equations at the 5% significance level. The study emphasizes maintaining interest rate stability for sustainable economic growth and price stability. It highlights that fluctuations in interest rates, influenced by global economic conditions and domestic economic policies, play a crucial role in the economic performance of TIMI countries. Recommendations for central banCM include implementing responsive and adaptive interest rate policies to manage inflation, foster economic growth, and maintain exchange rate stability. This approach is essential for addressing disparities in income, education, healthcare, and technology access, which are critical for equitable economic development. In conclusion, this research underscores the importance of a nuanced understanding of monetary policy's impact on economic stability and the need for coordinated efforts between fiscal and monetary authorities to achieve long-term

Adequate provision of drinking water in quantity, quality, and continuity is needed to realize a healthy and productive society. A well-managed Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) is essential to meet this need. Based on Government Regulation Number 122 of 2015, the implementation of SPAM involves the development and management of drinking water which is the responsibility of the local government and PUDAM as the implementer. The main challenges faced by PUDAM include the high level of water loss or Non-Revenue Water (NRW), which reaches 40% in Indonesia. One of the efforts to reduce the NRW level at PUDAM Banyuwangi Regency in the Kalipuro District area is to detect abnormal consumption in customer drinking water consumption. This study uses the Deep Q Network and Local Outlier Factor algorithms to detect anomalies in drinking water consumption, with the aim of comparing the performance of the two algorithms in identifying abnormal consumption patterns at PUDAM Banyuwangi Regency. The results of the study indicate that the Local Outlier Factor algorithm is more suitable for anomaly detection as evidenced by the absence of detection errors and an F1-Score value of 36%.

Hypertension is defined as persistent blood pressure with a systolic pressure ≥140/90 mmHg. Hypertension is one of the risk factors that most influences the incidence of heart disease, blood vessels and stroke. Hypertension often shows no symptoms, so it is only realized when it has caused organ disorders such as heart dysfunction or stroke. One of the causes of hypertension is unhealthy lifestyle factors, one of which is a lack of vegetable consumption which has the risk of causing hypertension. Based on Field Learning Practice (PBL) 1 activities, namely community diagnosis in Citangkolo Hamlet, Kujangsari Village, Langensari District, Banjar City, in 2023, a priority health problem was found, namely hypertension, with the number of sufferers reaching a percentage of 54% of the total 231 people. This is due to the lack of vegetable consumption in the community. Based on this problem, PBL 2 activities were carried out, by carrying out innovative intervention activities for the SI ELNINO program (Alternative Intervention for Citangkolo Hypertension Reducing Plants) which was carried out so that people would pay more attention to consumption patterns by planting pak choy and celery vegetables as a form of control, namely reducing the blood pressure of hypertension sufferers. . This activity is carried out in the form of counseling and providing education, Training of Trainers, and planting by empowering the Women Farmers Group (KWT) with a vegetable planting movement. This activity was attended by posbindu cadres, KWT, and the Citangkolo hamlet community. Through outreach activities there is a significant increase in public knowledge regarding hypertension as proven by the results of the pretest and posttest with a p-value <0.001. So this activity has succeeded in increasing the knowledge of the Citangkolo hamlet community regarding hypertension.

Children require special attention as the nation's next generation who will become valuable assets for future development, so that quality human resources can be formed. The first five years of human life greatly influence a child's growth and development for the next stage, especially for physical growth and intelligence. One of the factors that influences the child's growth process is nutritional status which determines success in improving the quality of human resources (Nurrizka and Saputra, 2015). The main causes of death in the group of children under five (12-59 months) were diarrhea at 10.3% and pneumonia at 9.4%. Other causes of death include dengue fever, congenital heart defects, drowning, injuries, accidents, other congenital disorders, COVID-19, parasitic infections and other causes. (Indonesia Health Profile, 2021). Undernutrition or overnutrition (malnutrition) will happen if food consumption patterns are wrong (Oemar, Novita, 2015). In 2017, 22.2% or around 150.8 million children under five in the world experienced malnutrition. However, this figure has decreased compared to data in 2000, namely 32.6%. In 2017, more than half of children under five experiencing malnutrition in the world came from Asia (55%) while more than a third (39%) lived in Africa. (Indonesian Ministry of Health, 2019).   OBJECTIVE To analyze the pattern of nutritional intake on children's growth at the Pegajahan Community Health Center, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai District in 2023. METHOD chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. RESULTS: There is a significant relationship between nutritional intake patterns and child growth, showing that the majority of respondents with good nutritional intake patterns have children with normal growth, namely 14 (77.8%). From the results of the chi-square test, it was found that the p value was 0.001 or less than 0.05, meaning that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted that Nutritional Parenting Patterns on Child Growth at the Pegajahan Community Health Center, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai District in 2023
