A good organization image is one of the factors for an organization to be able to achieve competitive advantage. To create a good image of an organization, an effective communication process is needed to the public. Online communication media and social media are effective organizational communication tools and can improve the organization's image. This community service activity is packaged in the form of training which aims to improve the skills of SDN 2 Mojosari teachers in mastering online media and social media as a means of organizational communication. Effective organizational communication can create a good image of the organization. Managing work productivity is an important process in achieving organizational success. In the era of globalization and intense competition, managing work productivity is becoming increasingly important. Organizations that are able to optimize their work productivity will have a significant competitive advantage. Therefore, a good understanding of the concepts and practices of work productivity management is very important for managers and organizational leaders. This research aims to discuss the importance of managing work productivity. This research uses a qualitative method, descriptive research type. The results of the research are that private companies and those in government will always try to improve the performance of their employees or workforce to produce productivity that is in line with the company's ideals, which always increases at all times.

Human resource management supports companies to gain competitive advantage through business strategy. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of the role of human resource management (HRM) in establishing competitive advantage in companies and to find out which employee recruitment and training are best used to increase competitive advantage. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with literature review data collection techniques. Based on the results of the review, it is known that competitive advantage is achieved through the company's internal environment, namely human resources. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the company's internal environment through employee recruitment as well as employee training and development.

In the current era of globalization and digitalization, business innovation is crucial for organizations to maintain and enhance competitiveness. The utilization of Information Systems and Technology (IT) serves as a foundational element for business innovation. This article explores how organizations can implement business innovation through the utilization of IT to achieve a competitive advantage. It delves into the central issues of IT in the business context, discussing the role of IT in supporting business operations and strategies. The study aims to understand the pivotal role of business innovation in organizational success and examines real-world cases where organizations successfully implemented innovation through IT. The challenges and obstacles faced, including data security and implementation costs, are addressed, and effective strategies to overcome these challenges are proposed. The conclusion highlights the strategic significance of investing in business innovation supported by IT for organizations aiming to stay relevant and sustainable in the ever-evolving global market.

Kampung Tahu Kediri, an area renowned for its production of authentic and high quality tofu, provides promising business opportunities for tofu traders. In the midst of increasingly fierce competition in the food and beverage industry, traders need to understand the importance of effective marketing strategies to build a strong competitive advantage. Tofu, as a traditional Indonesian dish, has great potential By applying an approach based on research that is recognized nationally and by experts, tofu traders in Kampung Tahu Kediri can get strong guidance in facing marketing challenges and maintaining the sustainability of their business. It is hoped that, by adopting effective marketing strategies, traders will increase consumer awareness of tofu products produced by traders in Kampung Tahu Kediri, expand the market share of tofu traders, increase consumer satisfaction, build a strong brand image for tofu traders in Kampung Tahu Kediri.

Increasing business value for MSMEs is no less important. This community service is carried out with the aim of increasing the business value of M-Prod SMEs which is engaged in convection services. The SMART Goal Setting concept is implemented to make M-Prod have added value and can improve its business performance in the future. This community service program takes the form of a tiered workshop with assistance to the MSMEs concerned so that they focus on profit, not just turnover. This community service is one of the efforts to increase the competitiveness of M-Prod SMEs in order to gain a competitive advantage. The problem faced by business actors is that the specific goals of a business are not measurable. Finally partners do not understand how goals are set and how to analyze a measurable goal. This is very influential in terms of business development, this will have an impact on profits.

Abstract. The method used in this research is Value Chain Mapping, Gender Sensitivity Value Chain Mapping, and Canvas Business Model. Value Chain Mapping is used to map activities ranging from upstream to downstream from a tempe industry value chain in Tenggilis Surabaya. Gender Sensitivity Value Mapping is used to map and analyze the role of gender in the tempe industry value chain. Whereas the Canvas Business Model is used to redesign the tempe industry business model in Tenggilis  Surabaya based on value, gender, and competitive advantage. The results of this study are Value Chain Mapping and Tempe Business Model  for the home-based tempe industry. The role of women housewives in the tempe industry value chain in Tenggilis  Kauman is almost 50%. For the tempe production system and marketing management for the SME scale, such as the tempe industry in Tenggilis  tempe village, the maturity level has reached the optimal level, level 5. For external suppliers, the maturity level is still low at level 2 or still in the development stage. For market orientation, competitors and product development are already at a competitive level. Revenue Streams from the tempe business process in Kampung Tempe is the sale of tempe and its processed products, as well as a tourist visit.   Keywords: gender role, tempe industry, tempe business model, value chain mapping   Abstrac. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Value Chain Mapping, Gender Sensitivity Value Chain Mapping, dan Canvas Business Model. Value Chain Mapping digunakan untuk memetakan kegiatan mulai dari hulu hingga hilir dari suatu rantai nilai industri tempe di Tenggilis Surabaya. Gender Sensitivity Value Chain Mapping digunakan untuk memetakan dan menganalisis peran gender dalam rantai nilai industri tempe. Sedangkan Canvas Business Model digunakan untuk mendesain ulang model bisnis industri tempe di Tenggilis  Surabaya berdasarkan nilai, jenis kelamin, dan keunggulan bersaing. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pemetaan Rantai Nilai dan Model Bisnis Tempe untuk industri tempe rumahan. Peran ibu rumah tangga dalam rantai nilai industri tempe di Tenggilis  Kauman hampir mencapai 50%. Untuk sistem produksi tempe dan manajemen pemasaran skala UKM seperti industri tempe di Kampung Tempe Tenggilis  tingkat kematangan sudah mencapai tingkat optimal yaitu tingkat 5. Untuk pemasok eksternal tingkat kematangan masih rendah pada tingkat 2 atau masih dalam tahap pengembangan. Untuk orientasi pasar, pesaing dan pengembangan produk sudah berada pada tingkat kompetitif. Aliran pendapatan dari proses bisnis tempe di Kampung Tempe adalah penjualan tempe dan hasil olahannya, serta kunjungan wisatawan.   Kata kunci: peran industri tempe, gender, model bisnis tempe, pemetaan rantai nilai

Sustainable business growth has become a primary focus for companies worldwide in facing global economic challenges and rapidly changing markets. The 82nd National Seminar of STIE Kasih Bangsa explored strategies to achieve sustainable business growth through competitive advantage. The webinar highlighted the importance of adapting to market changes, operational efficiency, innovation, networking, and teamwork in achieving competitive advantage. The discussion results indicate that companies need to invest in technology and innovation, understand market trends, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to maintain competitiveness in the global market. Additionally, the role of angel investors and wise investment strategies are also crucial factors in supporting business growth, especially for startups. This webinar provides valuable insights into the importance of flexible and adaptive strategies in achieving sustainable business growth.

McDonald's is one of the largest franchises that has rapidly expanded in Indonesia and internationally, becoming one of the fast-food restaurants that is still favored by people both from Indonesia and abroad. Despite the emergence of numerous competitors, McDonald's continues to thrive and excel with various strategies and innovations. One of them is the BTS Meal project, which resulted in a 57% increase in net sales. The research method used is a quantitative type with a descriptive nature, involving the distribution of questionnaires to 96 respondents who have purchased McDonald's products in Jakarta at least once. The sample for this research was determined using the Lemeshow Formula. This study utilizes multiple linear regression analysis and has fulfilled tests for instruments and classical assumptions, processed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25 software. The results of the regression analysis show that the variables of product innovation and sales promotion have significance values of <0.001. Product innovation and sales promotion together have a significance value of 0.000, contributing 62.9% to competitive advantage, while the remaining 37.1% is influenced by other factors. The conclusion drawn from the research is that product innovation significantly affects competitive advantage. Meanwhile, sales promotion significantly influences purchasing decisions. Product innovation and sales promotion, when considered together, significantly impact competitive advantage.

Human resource management (HR) has a very important role in managing human capital and talent management in organizations. The presence of qualified and professional human resources can become strategic players in achieving organizational goals and improving individual and collective performance. This study aims to examine the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management and talent management. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method by collecting data through interviews, observation, and analysis of related documents. Respondents to this study were HR managers, employees and team leaders working in various companies in the private sector. The collected data were then analyzed using a thematic approach. The results of the study show that the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management includes the process of recruitment, selection and appropriate placement, competence development, performance management, as well as coaching and fair rewards. Good human resources can help organizations manage human capital effectively, increase productivity, and build a positive organizational culture. In addition, the function of HR as a strategic player in talent management involves identifying and developing individual potential, creating clear career paths, managing knowledge and experience, and leadership development programs. Human resources who are able to manage and utilize existing talent will help the organization face the challenges of intense competition and ensure long-term sustainability.

This is because the company culture itself contains formal values that need to be adhered to by the SDM. Therefore, the author will discuss the correlation between HR Planning and Corporate Culture in this article.
