The Entrepreneurial Student Development Program (P2MW) is a program to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem in higher education institutions held by the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs (Belmawa) and the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (Ditjen Diktristek RI). This P2MW activity provides opportunities for students who already have business ideas to become entrepreneurs, by providing support through financing, development and coaching. This program has stages of selection and training (coaching) which are expected to have a positive impact on students starting to develop their knowledge and skills in becoming entrepreneurs. Students at the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya have the opportunity to take part in this program with an innovative effort to use coconut tree waste to make high-value coconut bonsai ornamental plants based on Sociopreneurship to also support the government in the G20 Presidency program and have the same goals as several SGDS points. This P2MW is located on the 17 August 1945 Surabaya University campus as the beginning of the process of creating and developing innovative designs which will then be competed at the KMI EXPO 2023 National level which is located at Undiksha Bali.

Efforts to achieve and maintain an achievement are closely related to the quality of sports coaching provided, one of which is through a training center. The Ponorogo Regency athletics training center is still relatively new, for this reason this study aims to determine (SWOT) the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the Ponorogo Regency athletics training center. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews with the chairman of the board, two trainers, and six athletes from the Ponorogo District athletics training center. The results showed that strength is obtained from training program factors that have been arranged according to the needs of athletes because of the selection of competent trainers and the recruitment of athletes who are carried out thoroughly so that it has the potential to become an opportunity for increased achievement in subsequent activities. Weaknesses are dominated by the lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure. This is in line with the threat that government support for facilities and infrastructure is still lacking, which has the potential to reduce athletes' interest in participating in training.

This research examines how to improve the quality of premarital coaching in the RW 5 hall, Morokrembangan subdistrict, Surabaya city. Coaching is efforts, actions and activities carried out effectively and successfully to achieve better results. In general, coaching is considered a planned lifestyle improvement. Everyone has certain goals in life and wants to achieve these goals. If this life goal is not achieved, then people will try to rearrange their lifestyle. Premarital coaching is a knowledge and skills-based training program that providesand information related to marriage. Like how to maintain and maintain the integrity of the family. The research method used is descriptive qualitative to understand and explain the meaning behind reality. The aim of this research was to measure the effectiveness of improving the quality of premarital coaching in the RW 5 hall, Morokrembangan subdistrict, Surabaya city.

For organizations, the most important asset is human resources, because basically human resources are the driving factor in every activity within the company. For an organization to carry out its activities to achieve its desired goals, it requires good management, especially human resources, because human resources are the main capital for planning, organizing, coaching and mobilizing other resources in the organization. Human resource management is a part of organizational management that focuses on the elements of human resources. The level of job satisfaction is the company's focus in retaining its employees. One of them is PT Bank Mandiri Taspen which is a private company that provides banking services for retirees. PT Bank Mandiri Taspen is a subsidiary of PT Bank Mandiri and PT Taspen which was founded on November 3 1992. Currently the company is trying to improve employee performance by paying attention to employee job satisfaction.The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of employee job satisfaction in terms of the work environment, work commitment and compensation on employees of PT Bank Mandiri Taspen KC Jakarta. The type of research used is descriptive and the method used is quantitative research methods. with the population being all employees of PT Bank Mandiri Taspen KC Jakarta. The sample used in this research was 75 respondents. The research data used is primary data, which was obtained through distributing questionnaires to samples or research respondents. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear analysis, correlation, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the work environment contributes to job satisfaction. Work commitment contributes to job satisfaction. Compensation contributes to job satisfaction. Then the work environment, work commitment and compensation simultaneously contribute to job satisfaction.

The instilling of religious and moral values ​​in early childhood is not limited to intellectual aspects alone, but also includes familiarization with life in society and daily activities. Belief in a religious teaching that is considered effective for children and the younger generation occurs through religious teaching practices taken from the environment, TPA and society. The key parameter is how children as the nation's successors must learn and practice the spiritual worship they need and how this becomes their religious identity and character, such as in worship and being able to read the Koran well and correctly. The aim of the coaching carried out in this service is to increase awareness and transfer knowledge to provide insight to children at the TPA in Durian village, Padangmiri sub-district, Pesawaran district. The method used as an analytical tool in this research is a participatory research method between children and researchers which aims to encourage better living conditions. From this research it can be concluded that the TPA children in Durian Village after participating in community service are able to practice and apply the teachings of worship, especially when carrying out spiritual worship, namely performing ablution, praying and reading the Qoran.

In order to achieve company goals, it is necessary to improve employee performance, the company must be able to utilize human resources optimally. This study examines the effect of coaching and competence on employee performance at PT. Nindya Karya Mataram Branch. The data collection method used is a census method by using primary data collected directly from respondents through filling out questionnaires. The type of research used is quantitative research with an associative approach.  The number of respondents in this study was 40 respondents.  The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis using SPSS program version 25.0. The results of the analysis show that: (1) the coaching variable has a significant and positive effect on the performance of PT. Nindya Karya Mataram Branch; (2) competence variables have a significant and positive effect on the performance of PT. Nindya Karya Mataram Branch.

The hospital is a workplace that is very loaded with potential hazards to the health and safety of its workers, one of the hazards is fire. The risk of fire in hospitals has a fairly high level of danger compared to other places. Therefore, a fire management system is needed that can prevent and deal with fires such as management policies, organization and procedures, identification and analysis of fire risks, evaluation of fire risks, coaching and training, fire protection facilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between perceptions of the completeness of the fire safety system, knowledge and attitudes with fire risk preparedness at Tamansari West Jakarta Hospital in 2023. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. This research was conducted in August 2022─May 2023 at Tamansari Hospital, West Jakarta. The population of this study are employees who work in Tanabsari Hospital services. With the Slovin formula, the research sample was obtained, namely 114 respondents with the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling. This study used the chi square statistical test using SPSS 22. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire was tested on 10 respondents who were estimated to have good insight and in accordance with the theme studied in January 2023. The results showed that fire risk preparedness with statistical test results obtained a value continuity correction 1,000, knowledge obtained a value of 0.000 and attitude obtained a value of 0.023 (p-value <0.05). This value states that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes and fire risk preparedness, but there is no relationship between the completeness of the fire safety system and fire risk preparedness. It is hoped that they will be able to take part in Building Fire Safety Management training in order to increase their knowledge and attitude in fire emergency evacuation.

The purpose of this community service activity is to strengthen partnership-based village financial management in the Tomini Bay area. The problem that occurred in Huangobotu village, Kabila Bone sub-district, Bone Bolango district, Gorontalo province was that Huangobotu village did not yet have a village website to serve as a village profile, not just to introduce Huangobotu village to the public, but the expected goal was for Huangobotu village to become a fostered village that successfully published all activities related to the transparency of village financial management. The methods used in this study were 1) Coaching socializing material about the application to KKS  supporting students, 2) Providing training on making the Village Web to KKS supporting students, 3) Assistance in training village web creation to village apparatus 4) Official Village Web Publication to the people of Huangobutu village. The results of the KKS program have been running smoothly, this is evidenced by the success of the servants in implementing the knowledge obtained at tertiary institutions to village apparatus with the Huangobotu village website and village apparatus being able to make the village website on an ongoing basis as a means of information for the public and as a village profile. Leadership is the art or ability of a person in coordinating and directing each individual or group towards achieving the expected goals. Leadership in an organization is seen as one of the most important aspects. An organization certainly needs a leader in order to run efficiently in accordance with its goals.  A leader must not only lead its members but also  become a representative of the organization, because a leader has a big influence on how an organization runs. Regardless of the roles and responsibilities of the leader, leadership traits and spirit can greatly help the running of an organization. Leadership training in general does not only aim to produce excellent leaders. It also provides education on organizational dynamics and how to run an organization efficiently. Leadership training that is held at the high school and college level are usually organized by the students themselves, the core of this training is activities organized by students and aimed at students. Leadership training can also be seen as a means to build a positive culture in educational organizations. It triggers active collaboration between staff and students, creating positive interactions within the educational organization. The leadership training takes the form of classroom-based training, workshops and seminars, online training, and mentoring and coaching.

Human resource management (HR) has a very important role in managing human capital and talent management in organizations. The presence of qualified and professional human resources can become strategic players in achieving organizational goals and improving individual and collective performance. This study aims to examine the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management and talent management. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method by collecting data through interviews, observation, and analysis of related documents. Respondents to this study were HR managers, employees and team leaders working in various companies in the private sector. The collected data were then analyzed using a thematic approach. The results of the study show that the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management includes the process of recruitment, selection and appropriate placement, competence development, performance management, as well as coaching and fair rewards. Good human resources can help organizations manage human capital effectively, increase productivity, and build a positive organizational culture. In addition, the function of HR as a strategic player in talent management involves identifying and developing individual potential, creating clear career paths, managing knowledge and experience, and leadership development programs. Human resources who are able to manage and utilize existing talent will help the organization face the challenges of intense competition and ensure long-term sustainability.

This study is entitled "Legal Protection of Children as Criminal Actors. Nowadays there are often criminal acts committed by children. The problem in this study is the legal protection for children as perpetrators of crime in accordance with the juvenile criminal justice system in Indonesia and its implementation in the Merauke region. The research method used is a juridical-empirical legal research method with a fact and legislation approach. The existing law is used as a guideline about what people should and should not do and see the phenomena that occur in the field. The forms of protection provided to children in conflict with the law are based on Law no. 11 of 2012 concerning the Child Criminal Justice System, which provides protection to children in the stages of arrest and detention, investigation, prosecution, trial and coaching, and through the application of diversion. The conclusion of this study is that children as perpetrators of torture must be treated humanely, accompanied, provided with special facilities and infrastructure as well as sanctions given to children in accordance with the principle of the child's best interests.

Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease that occurs because the pancreas does not produce sufficient insulin or the body is ineffective using insulin. Based on the community diagnosis in the community RT.17 Wonorejo village in 2022, Diabetes Melitus as a priority of health problems that must be interferenced because the percentage of diabetes case mellitus by 3.1%. Alternative troubleshooting Diabetes Mellitus in Wonorejo RT 17 village is with CERDAS program. The CERDAS program consists of the activities of establishing and coaching, citing, and blood sugar examination. The purpose of the CERDAS program is to improve the knowledge of the public about diabetes mellitus and encourage the community to regularly check blood sugar examination. The method of implementing the CERDAS program is a lecture and discussion. The results of the devotion showed by the development of 100% CERDAS cadre knowledge included in either category and 100% CERDAS cadre can perform its duties. The CERDAS cadre is prepared to assist free counseling and examination of free blood supervisors and provide information on diabetes mellitus through the whatsapp group. Community knowledge of Diabetes Mellitus after extension is included with a good category of 57.7% and category less than 42.5%.

This research focuses on implementation, benefits, and to find out the problems faced in the treatment of inmates with deviant sexual behavior. This study raises the issue of how legal protection is given to victims of inmates with deviant sexual behavior in Class IIA Gorontalo Correctional Institutions and what are the obstacles faced by correctional officers in providing legal protection to victims of inmates with deviant sexual behavior. This study used interview and observation research methods, which described the treatment of inmates with deviant sexual behavior, then analyzed and concluded using a qualitative approach. Based on the analysis, it was found that the treatment of inmates with deviant sexual behavior was considered very necessary. Inmates with deviant sexual behavior have characteristics that are unique and different from other inmates in general. In general, inmates with deviant sexual behavior scattered in prisons throughout Indonesia are men who look like women or who like the same sex. Inmates with deviant sexual behavior are very vulnerable to bad treatment by other inmates, and can also have a negative influence on other inmates. Special treatment for inmates with deviant sexual behavior is deemed necessary, starting from placement in individual blocks to special coaching. There are obstacles encountered in its implementation, including the procurement of individual blocks of inmates with deviant sexual behavior and the understanding of Correctional Officers about the problems and deviations that will be caused by the presence of inmates with deviant sexual behavior in correctional institutions.

Elderly prisoners are classified as a special vulnerable group because at that age they have decreased immunity and physical weakness so special treatment is needed. Correctional Institution must be able to fulfill the rights of elderly prisoners while they are serving their sentences. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of guidance for elderly prisoners and the obstacles faced by the Surabaya Class 1 Correctional Institution. The type of this study is empirical legal research. The results showed that the guidance for elderly prisoners at the Surabaya Class 1 Correctional Institution has not been running optimally.. This is due to budget constraints from the government, lack of human resources, insufficient infrastructure, the covid-19 pandemic, lack of support from the families of prisoners, and the difficulties of marketing the work products of prisoners. But with these obstacles, various kinds of efforts can be made to handle the problem

This study aims to identify and describe strategies for developing the character of students using local values maja labo dahu, at SMAN 1 Palibelo, Bima Regency. The local values of maja labo dahu have become the way of life and the way of life for the people of Bima, from generation to generation. It is appropriate that these values be used as the main basis for supporting character education in schools. % understand the value of maja labo first. The methods used in this research are field studies and surveys or purely descriptive. The number of samples in this study were taken purposively from 10 teachers and 10 students. The data collection technique was carried out through structured interviews and direct field observations. Furthermore, data analysis is done by reduction, interpretation and conclusion. The results of the study found that the implementation of character strengthening went according to the PPK SOP (character education strengthening program) in the school concerned, the difference being the routine Friday morning imtaq activities for 30 minutes before starting learning activities, combining religious material and cultural values locally through oral delivery. Specific strategies used through 3 approaches; parable, training and mentoring.

In essence, the regulation regarding children has been regulated in the Indonesian constitution, which is related to the regulation of human rights which is regulated in the 1945 Law of the Republic of Indonesia Article 28b paragraph 2 of the 2nd Amendment, August 18, 2000 clearly stipulates that children's rights are survival, growth and development as well as the right to protection from violence and discrimination. Childhood is a period of formation of character, personality and character. Berdasarkan PP Nomor 17 Tahun 2022 Tentang Manajemen PNS pasal 203 ayat (4) bahwa pengembangan kompetensi bagi setiap PNS dilakukan paling sedikit 20 (dua puluh) jam pelajaran dalam 1 (satu) tahun. Kondisi saat ini, Jumlah PNS Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah sebanyak 47.251 orang, dimana jumlah pelatihan yang diadakan Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Jawa Tengah sebanyak 22 (dua puluh dua) pada Tahun Anggaran 2022. Untuk pemenuhan Kebutuhan Pengembangan Kompetensi perlu diadakan Pelatihan non klasikal yang dapat dilaksanakan seluruh PNS untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengembangan kompetensinya masing – masing.
