This study aims to examine the contribution of business ethics and the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to the business sustainability of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) Depot Air Barokah in Medan City. Using a case study approach, the research explores how ethical practices in service, honesty in product quality, and social concern for the environment and surrounding community can build consumer trust and enhance business competitiveness. These ethical and social dimensions are seen as essential components in sustaining long-term business operations, especially in competitive markets. Data were collected through interviews, direct observations, and supporting documentation, and were analyzed using a descriptive qualitative method to provide a comprehensive understanding of the enterprise's practices. The results indicate that the application of ethical and socially responsible business practices has a positive impact on customer loyalty, brand image, and the operational sustainability of Depot Air Barokah. Therefore, MSMEs that consistently uphold business ethics and implement CSR not only achieve economic benefits but also foster harmonious relationships with consumers, stakeholders, and the broader community.

The company, which provides outsourcing services in various sectors such as cleaning services, security, administration, and others, primarily employs the canvassing method as its main market penetration strategy. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through unstructured interviews and observation, aiming to analyze the Business Model Canvas (BMC) strategy. The results indicate that PT XYZ has implemented the nine elements of the BMC in an integrated manner, ranging from customer segmentation, value proposition, and communication channels to cost structure. The company targets customers from mid-to-large scale industries and government institutions.

The coffee shop business is one of the most promising businesses because coffee shops currently attract young people who want to enjoy a different experience. However, it cannot be denied that the coffee shop business also has weaknesses and threats. This study employs the application of SWOT analysis on coffee and eatery businesses located in the city of Bukittinggi to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of coffee shop businesses. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, where there is no population or sample. The study utilizes informed consent to obtain the necessary information.

The business product discussed by the author is coconut chips. Coconut chips are products made from white, crispy and sweet coconut flesh and have a distinctive coconut smell. In general, this product is made from coconuts aged 7-8 months, consumed as snacks or dried foods. The purpose of making coconut chips is to be an alternative for the community as a snack product that has high nutritional value. In addition, it can increase the utilization of young coconuts and can be an alternative business opportunity so as to create new jobs. The stages used in the implementation of the coconut chip business program include preparation, market research and product formulation, as well as marketing strategies.

Entrepreneurship try to reach welfare economy of citizen constitute a responsibility of church's institution in creating a better life. Covid 19 Pandemic has given impact in economic bussiness where the strategy used by UMKM actors in agrobussiness to increase and mantain their income. The success of UMKM can bring Economic Improvement. Reseach method is qualitative descriptive with research instruments such as indepth interview, observation, and documentation. the result of shows (a) a couple of obstacles such as nature obstacle, human obstacle, and economic obstacle (capital). the word of the Lord regarding entrepreneurship i.e about trust to the blessing source, about running the daily bussiness, about sugestion to do online selling, etc. marketing be utilized such as wrapping, online opportunity, announcement utilization, online shop shopee, application whatsapp, (d) process open new branch (e) selling in facebook application (f) joining bazar (g) inspiration from the shepherd with online selling such as facebook, Tiktok, Go Food, Shopee, and grab (h) door to door selling (i) about customer. Solution and testimony divided into: spiritual solution and bodily solution. Testimony: The Lord bless with house and blessing for the children of the Lord; blessing buying rice with uncoincidently found in the street. The Lord bless therefore still able to harvest, be multiplied in harvest's result and the Lord send the buyers.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the naming of business places in Umakatahan. The theory used in analyzing naming is Chaer’s theory (2009). This study uses a qualitative research model. The data collection process carried out in this study used the documentation method, followed by the observing and nothing method. The data in this study are presented in a descriptive form or informal method. Based on the result of this study it was found that from 5 data on the naming of bussines places in Umakatahan, there were grammaticalmeanings. In addition, the naming process that occurs in 5 data on the naming of business premises in Umakatahan, produces 5 data based on inventors or makers, data based on new names, data based on place of origin, data based on uniqueness and new naming. So, it can be concluded that the naming of business places in Umakatahan is dominated by the process of the inventor or maker because most of the business places use the name of the owner or maker.

Indonesian Goverment did so many changes in a way to ease and to grow the sentimen of investor which is good and can attract new company to born and growth in Indonesia. To increase investment and to speed up the growth of Economic also to improve a Good Governance system to led a better future. With the dealth of Peraturan Pemerintah No. 5 Tahun 2021 it talks about Execution License Bussiness Base on Risk, then Indonesian Governance has been launched OSS-RBA to ease make the license of bussiness. This study to acknowledge the plus and minus of license for bussiness base risk and the excution to online law single submission to push more investment also it triggred because of excecution license base risk for the better future of investment positivity. Then as long as I know I can conclude from the procedural it is very closely related and influental to the license of bussiness because in this way can give an ease to all enterpreneurs, however this impact could not happen if it’s written only in the books of law Undang-Undang which exist, not only to refers on normatively orders, but it should be consistanly, commited in the implementing the right rules.
