Kajian Administrasi Publik dan ilmu Komunikasi 2025 Asosiasi Peneliti Dan Pengajar Ilmu Sosial Indonesia

The digital media era is marked by a major shift in how information is accessed, produced, and disseminated. The internet and electronic devices such as smartphones enable anyone to become an information producer through social media, blogs, and other digital platforms. Media is no longer dominated by large institutions but also by ordinary individuals, creating a more democratic communication space. Digital communication enables the two-way exchange of messages in the form of text, images, audio, and video, accelerating the dissemination of information and strengthening collaboration across distances. However, challenges such as the spread of hoaxes and the ethical use of digital media still require attention. One form of active community participation is citizen journalism, where individuals cover and share local issues through digital media. This was evident in the OMK Week activities at Liwulagang Parish, which were documented by the OMK team through photos and videos. This documentation aims to preserve archives, serve as material for reflection, and expand publications to the congregation through social media, especially Facebook. The content shared emphasizes the spirituality, solidarity, and creativity of OMK, while also motivating the younger generation to become active in church life. To support citizens' ability to utilize digital media appropriately, journalism training was conducted to increase public understanding of the wise use of social media. The research methods used in this activity included data collection, outreach, and interviews, with results demonstrating the importance of open communication, feedback between presenters and participants, and active community participation.

This study aims to explore and analyze pedagogical innovation practices and learning models at MTs Darul Musthofa, Probolinggo, within the context of contemporary Islamic education. The research focuses on the integration of digital technology, teacher collaboration, and the internalization of pesantren values in the learning process. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the madrasah successfully developed an innovative learning ecosystem that combines digital media with pesantren traditions, such as the use of Google Classroom, digital lesson plans, student blogs, and interactive Islamic content. These practices enhance students’ digital literacy while maintaining the religious character that underpins the institution. The implications suggest that Islamic educational institutions, even in rural areas, can adopt transformative learning models based on technology and local values synergistically. This research is expected to serve as a reference for the development of policies and Islamic education models that are adaptive to contemporary challenges.

This research is motivated by the low enthusiasm, participation, and creativity of students in social studies learning which is considered boring and difficult, resulting in low learning outcomes. One effort to overcome this problem is to apply the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model based on the Mirigambar Temple photography project through Blogger media. This study aims to determine the effect of PjBL on learning outcomes, creativity, and both simultaneously. The study used a quantitative approach with a quasi experimental nonequivalent control group design. The sample consisted of 20 control class students and 20 experimental class students selected using the purposive sampling technique. The instruments used were creativity questionnaires and learning outcome tests. Data analysis used the Independent Sample T-Test and MANOVA. The results showed that PjBL learning had a significant effect on learning outcomes, creativity, and learning outcomes and creativity of students together. These findings indicate that the application of PjBL through a Blogger-based photography project can create active, enjoyable learning, and is able to optimally increase student potential, so it is worthy of being an alternative strategy for learning social studies in schools.
