The development of e-commerce has significantly transformed consumer behavior, particularly among Generation Z. This study examines the impact of e-commerce on the consumptive behavior of Gen Z students at STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro, Indonesia. E-commerce platforms offer easy access, a wide range of products, and various promotional features that influence consumer purchasing decisions. Using a quantitative approach with a survey design, this study investigates how promotions, social media, and other factors impact Gen Z's purchasing behaviors. The results reveal that social media has a more substantial influence on consumptive behavior than traditional promotional strategies, which were found to be less significant. This highlights the importance of social media in shaping the shopping habits of Gen Z. The findings contribute to a better understanding of e-commerce's role in influencing consumer behavior and offer recommendations for businesses and educational institutions to address the challenges associated with impulsive purchasing and financial management among students.

This study investigates the impact of real and accrual earnings management on idiosyncratic risk, with a focus on the moderating role of good corporate governance, proxied by managerial ownership, in manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2022. Using moderated regression analysis, the findings reveal that both real and accrual earnings management practices negatively affect idiosyncratic risk, suggesting that earnings management may serve as a risk mitigation tool under efficient contracting perspectives. However, managerial ownership exhibits divergent effects: while it strengthens the risk-reducing impact of real earnings management, it unexpectedly amplifies the idiosyncratic risk associated with accrual earnings management, potentially due to managerial motivations to meet financial targets. These results highlight the complex role of corporate governance in earnings management, as it may act as both a stabilizing and risk-amplifying factor depending on the type of earnings management practiced. The study underscores the need for stakeholders to critically evaluate earnings management and corporate governance practices, while encouraging future research to include additional variables to further explain idiosyncratic risk determinants. The study's Adjusted R Square value of 8.1% indicates that other significant factors affecting idiosyncratic risk were not captured in this analysis.

Reading plays an important role in building a literate generation that is able to improve academic skills, broaden horizons and maintain local cultural identity. However, the low interest in reading in Indonesia, especially among students, is a big challenge. Internal factors, such as student motivation, and external factors, such as family and school support, are highly influential. Strategies such as reading for pleasure, edutainment and the School Literacy Movement are effective in fostering a reading culture as well as shaping students' characters, such as honesty, empathy and critical thinking. Challenges in implementation include limited reading materials, teacher training, technology support and collaboration with the community. Strategic steps, such as enrichment of reading materials, intensive teacher training and community involvement, are needed to overcome them. With good literacy, students can think critically, have character and contribute positively. This research uses a qualitative approach through a literature study to examine the importance of literacy culture.

Social media has become an integral part of the lives of teenagers, especially among high school students. Excessive use of social media can have negative impacts on students' mental health, such as anxiety, depression, and decreased self-esteem. In Dobo City, the lack of socialization regarding the negative impacts of social media on students' mental health has created a need for a community service program aimed at raising students' awareness of these effects. This program involves various methods such as workshops, group discussions, and counseling sessions to provide knowledge on how to use social media in a healthy way. The program also offers students the opportunity to share experiences and develop skills in managing stress and improving their mental health. The results of this program show an increased awareness among students regarding the negative effects of social media and the importance of managing online time wisely. This program has also led to positive changes in students' mindset towards healthier social media use. It is hoped that the outcomes of this activity can make a positive contribution to improving students' mental health and cultivating more responsible social media habits.

Reading is a highly beneficial activity for gaining information, knowledge, and insights. When the children are encouraged to develop reading habits from an early age, they are likely to grow into individuals who enjoy reading. During this crucial and education phase, children exhibit creativity, imagination, and honesty in their thoughts and emotions. However, according to UNESCO, the literacy rate in Indonesia remains relatively low. Through the use of interactive storytelling in childrens’s education, thin community service projecta aims to promote a culture of reading. The Garuga floribunda (Garuga floribunda Decne) plant is one of the species known for its various medicinal properties. This research aims to investigate the inhibitory activity of α- glucosidase and α-amylase enzymes and to determine the optimum concentration of the methanol extract of Garuga floribunda leaves as an antidiabetic agent. The leaves extraction is obtained through an extraction process using methanol as the solvent and tested for itsinhibitory activity against the α-glucosidase enzyme using the p-nitrophenyl-α-D- glucopyranoside (p-NPG) substrate and the α-amylase enzyme using the DNS (3,5- dinitrosalicylic acid) substrate. The method is UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The Phytochemical tests of this plant reveal the presence of flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, tannins, steroids, and terpenoids. The inhibition test results show that the methanol extract of Garuga floribundaleaves exhibited significant inhibitory activity against both enzymes. The highest inhibition percentage against the α-glucosidase enzyme is 91.09%, indicating very high antidiabetic activity. Meanwhile, the inhibition against the α-amylase enzyme is 7.56%, showing no significant antidiabetic activity. The optimum concentration for inhibiting both enzymes is 1000 ppm.

Colossians 3:5-10 is a verse that describes the life of a new human person who has adapted and accepted Christ as Lord and loves himself. Based on Paul's opinion to the Colossian congregation, when the Colossian congregation became new people, they had to put away all their old lives, namely living in sin. But there are still those who have not fully lived in the new life. Likewise, the life of mankind, when they have been reborn into new humans, has not completely evolved from the old life. Still committing sins and old habits like humans live in modern times which always prioritize physical, visible, temporary and popular things. On the other hand, Christians also ignore the true self, the spiritual self, the invisible, the eternal and the hidden. By writing this article, the aim is to invite and encourage Christians to adapt seriously and live in holiness that is continually renewed in the image of God's Creator. The method used by the author is a literature research study method using book sources.
