Agriculture plays a crucial role in Indonesia's economy and food security, with subsidized fertilizers being a vital component in supporting productivity and the quality of harvests. The subsidized fertilizer policy, as regulated in Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 01 of 2024, aims to ensure the targeted distribution of fertilizers. However, issues related to distribution and the misuse of subsidized fertilizers remain significant challenges. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the subsidized fertilizer distribution policy in Jombang Regency based on Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 01 of 2024. This study discusses the importance of integrating Guidance and Counseling (BK) in the Strengthening of Pancasila Student Profile (P5) Project at SMKN 1 Cilegon, as well as the factors that hinder the involvement of BK in this activity. P5 aims to internalize the values of Pancasila in students through a project-based approach, with a focus on character development and soft skills. However, the implementation of P5 at SMKN 1 Cilegon has not optimally involved BK. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze the factors that cause BK's lack of participation in P5, its impact on students' social-emotional development, and a comparison with practices at other schools that have successfully integrated BK into P5. The results of the study show that administrative barriers, a lack of understanding of the role of BK, and limited communication between teachers and school management are the main obstacles. The impact of BK's non-involvement includes a reduction in the effectiveness of P5 in supporting character education and diminishing students' ability to face social-emotional challenges. This study recommends enhancing administrative support, providing training for teachers and counselors, and improving coordination among school stakeholders so that BK can optimally contribute to achieving the goals of P5. Effective integration of BK is expected to support the holistic development of students in line with the values of Pancasila.

Indonesia, as a rule-of-law state (rechstaat), regulates the life of the nation and state based on law, as reflected in the provisions of civil law that govern relationships between individuals, including matters of inheritance. Inheritance distribution in Indonesia follows various legal systems, such as Islamic inheritance law, civil inheritance law, and customary law, each with different principles and rules. Inherited assets include a wide range of properties, such as movable and immovable assets, property rights, debts, money, businesses, and wills. In practice, the distribution of inheritance in Indonesia often involves an administrative process requiring a Certificate of Inheritance Rights (Surat Keterangan Hak Waris or SKHW) to verify who is entitled to inherit and the share each heir is entitled to receive. This study aims to educate the public, particularly customers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia, about inheritance law and the procedures involved. Additionally, the research highlights the crucial role of notaries as Land Deed Officials (Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah, PPAT) in the legalisation of inheritance ownership, particularly concerning the management of land certificates and other legal documents. Through community service conducted at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) branch in Central Semarang, this study educates the public on inheritance rights and the role of notaries in ensuring the legal validity of inheritance distribution in accordance with applicable laws. Indonesia's plural inheritance law system provides flexibility in choosing the applicable legal system, whether Islamic law, civil law, or customary law. In the case of disputes, notaries play a role in resolving conflicts by creating peace agreements, cancellation deeds, or waivers of claim deeds. This study is expected to help the public better understand inheritance law and the role of notaries in ensuring that inheritance rights are distributed fairly and legally in accordance with the prevailing laws.

Innovation in the education sector has become increasingly important alongside the rapid advancement of digital technology, which has enabled the emergence of various platforms and applications designed to enhance teaching and learning quality. One area significantly impacted by this transformation is educational evaluation, where digital solutions offer more efficient, accurate, and data-driven assessment processes. This study aims to identify and analyze the role of the Evaloexam application in driving educational innovation while fostering the development of technological entrepreneurship among its users. The research employed a quantitative methodology using a survey approach involving educators and students at the senior high school (SMA) level who actively utilize the Evaloexam platform. A total of 100 respondents were selected through random sampling techniques, and data were collected over one month using structured online questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistical methods to measure user perceptions, system effectiveness, and innovation impact. The findings indicate that Evaloexam plays a significant role in facilitating educational evaluation processes by streamlining exam administration, automating grading, and providing analytical insights into student performance. These capabilities contribute to improved efficiency, reduced administrative workload, and more objective assessment practices. Furthermore, the application encourages the development of technological entrepreneurship by stimulating user interest in digital product innovation, educational technology development, and technology-based problem solving. The results are consistent with prior studies emphasizing the positive relationship between technology integration and improvements in educational effectiveness and operational efficiency. Practically, this research suggests that Evaloexam and similar digital evaluation platforms hold strong potential for broader implementation within educational systems to support innovation ecosystems and technology-driven learning environments. However, this study is limited by its relatively small sample size, focus on a single application, and short data collection timeframe. Future research is recommended to involve larger and more diverse populations, extended study durations, and comparative analyses across multiple evaluation platforms to obtain more comprehensive findings.
