The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Know and analyze work discipline on employee performance. Knowing and analyzing motivation for employee performance. Knowing and analyzing employee incentives on employee performance. The population in this study were all cutting employees of PT. Garmindo District Success Core. Semarang. The research was carried out by sampling, using probability sampling techniques, obtaining a sample of 92 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results can be concluded that: Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style, work discipline, motivation and employee incentives together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Organizations, companies or government agencies basically need individuals who are capable and have high competence in creating success for an organization. Success in achieving goals depends on choosing goals to be achieved by using resources to achieve organizational goals in accordance with what is expected. The objectives of this research include: 1). The influence of work discipline on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 2). The influence of work motivation on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 3). What is the influence of work discipline and work motivation together on the work of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive format aimed at explaining and summarizing various conditions, various situations, or various variables that arise in society which is the object of the research based on what is happening. The research method used in this research is the survey method. This research uses samples from the entire research population at the Pati Regency National and Political Unity Agency office. Meanwhile, data collection is through a questionnaire that uses a design from a quantitative description survey method to describe various conditions or variables that are the object and focus of research in real terms. The results in this research include: 1). Work discipline (X1), has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 2). Work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 3). Work discipline and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees.

First year university students would experience a transition period from high school to college. This transition period was a challenge experienced by new students. Several aspects that were influential in overcoming these challenges include achievement motivation, adaptability, and self-efficacy. The aim of this research was to determine the description of achievement motivation, self-efficacy and adaptability in First Semester Students of D3 Keperawatan Politeknik Negeri Indramayu. This research was a descriptive observational study, with the research subjects was 1st semester of D3 Keperawatan Politeknik Negeri Indramayu, totaling 94 students. Data collection techniques in the research used the Achievement Motivation Scale, Self-Efficacy Scale, and Adaptation Ability Scale. The research results showed that the level of achievement motivation, adaptability, and self-efficacy of 1st semester of D3 Keperawatan Politeknik Negeri Indramayu is quite adequate.

Pregnancy exercises are beneficial for both mother and fetus. In mothers to reduce pain during childbirth and can strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and the mother's abdominal wall, improve blood circulation so as to accelerate the process of childbirth. This study aims to determine the relationship of factors that influence the motivation of mothers in the implementation of pregnant gymnastics in the Kuta Baro Community Health Center Working Area, Aceh Besar Regency. This study uses an analytic design that uses a cross sectional approach. The research population of all pregnant women in the Kuta Baro puskemas working area was 730 people, the research sample of pregnant women was 88 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research was Accidental Sampling. This research instrument uses a questionnaire sheet. The data collection was conducted on March 25 to April 19, 2023 in the Kuta Baro Community Health Center work area. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the knowledge factor and the implementation of pregnant gymnastics value (p=0.000). There is a significant relationship between the attitude factor and the implementation of pregnant gymnastics value (p=0.000). There is significant relationship between the factor of husband's support with implementation of pregnant gymnastics value (p=0.019). Conclusion There is a relationship between the factors that influence mothers in the implementation of pregnant gymnastics in the Kuta Baro Community Health Center Working Area, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar. It is expected that respondents can maximize the factors that exist in following regular pregnancy exercises.

This research aims to determine whether the partial influence of Motivation (X1) has on Client Competence (Y), the partial influence of Discipline (X2) on client Competence (Y), the partial influence of commitment on client Competence (Y), and the influence of Motivation ( X1), Discipline (X2), Commitment (X3) simultaneously towards Client Competency (Y) at the Tangerang Class 1 Correctional Center. The population of this research is the clients of the Tangerang Class 1 Correctional Center. The sample taken was 50 respondents using the Non-Probability Sampling technique with an Incidental approach, namely a sampling technique based on chance, that is, anyone who happens to meet the researcher can be used as a sample if they are seen to be suitable, with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version version 20. The results of this study show that there is no influence between Motivation (X1) partially on client Competence (Y). This can be shown by t count (0.945) < from t table (2.011), there is no influence between Discipline (X2) as a whole. partial to client competency (Y) this can be shown by t count (-3.329) < from t table (2.011), there is no influence between Commitment (X3) partially to client competency (Y) this can be shown by t count ( 1.606) < from t table (2.011), and the variables of motivation (X1), discipline (X2), and commitment (X3) of community counselors simultaneously on the competency of correctional clients (Y). This can be shown by the results Fcount > ftable (4,683>2,810),

In this study, the complexity of motivational factors is closely related to the context of organizational culture, team dynamics, and perceptions of rewards and recognition of individual contributions. Participation in decision-making, opportunities for career development, and interpersonal relationships at work also emerged as important elements in motivating employees. The qualitative analysis highlighted that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to understanding work motivation in this environment. However, the need for recognition of achievement, a sense of involvement in the work process, and support from superiors and coworkers have a significant impact on individuals' motivation levels. This study provides an in-depth understanding of what influences work motivation at the Office of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of a sensitive approach to individual needs and preferences in designing effective motivation strategies to improve productivity.

This research aims to find a significant relationship between parental care in class IV of SD Negeri 064072 Medan Polonia and their motivation to study with the research title "The Relationship between Parenting Patterns and the Learning Motivation of Class 4 Students of SD Negeri 064027 Medan Polonia T.A 2023/ 2024”. The data collection technique or instrument used is a questionnaire whose validity and reliability are tested. The sample in this study was 30 grade IV elementary school students. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, homogeneity test, relationship coefficient test, and hypothesis test. The research results showed that the correlation coefficient data calculation obtained a correlation interpretation value of 0.985. The value of 0.985 is located between the coefficients 0.80-1.00. So it can be concluded that: 1) the magnitude of the correlation coefficient between the independent variable Parenting Patterns (X) and the dependent variable learning motivation (Y) SD Negeri 064027 Medan Polonia T.A 2023/2-24 is classified at a very high level. 2) The normality test obtained an average value of 87.003. Based on the calculations, it is found that Lcount = 0.14133 and Ltabel = 0.161 with a significance level of α = 0.05, so Lcount < Ltabel (0.14133 < 0.161) which means the Ho hypothesis is accepted. So it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed. 3) From a level of 28, the ttable obtained at a 5% significance level is 2.001717468. So it is concluded that there is a positive relationship between parenting patterns and the learning motivation of class IV students at SD Negeri 064027 Medan Polonia for the 2023/2024 academic year.

This research is motivated by: 1) the existence of various facts which show that students' reading comprehension abilities and reading motivation are relatively low; 2) the ability to find the main idea in a paragraph is very important in understanding a reading text. This research was carried out to determine the effect of the motivation-based Scaffolded Reading method on improving students' learning outcomes in finding the main idea in a paragraph. The research was carried out in class IX-C of SMPN 2 Balaraja. The method used in the research is an experimental method with a quantitative approach.  After knowing the results of data analysis that the application of the scaffolded reading method is effective in improving the ability to find the main idea in a paragraph, it is best to use this technique as an alternative learning technique in learning reading comprehension to improve reading skills.

This study aims to analyze the effect of  work engagement, work motivation,  organizational culture and work discipline on employee job satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative methods with descriptive analysis. The data collection technique was carried out online with a questionnaire using a Likert scale of one to five and obtained by a simple random sampling method on 126 respondents with criteria over the age of 18 years and had worked or were working. The data analysis techniques used in this study are: Outer Model with Convergent Reliability, Composite Reliability, Cronbach's Alpha and Inner Model calculations with T statistic, R-Square, f-Square, and VIF calculations using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) tools version 4.0.9.3. The results showed that: 1) Work involvement has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. 2) Work motivation has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. 3) Organizational culture  has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. 4) Work discipline has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction.

This research aims to determine: 1) the effect of teacher-student interpersonal relationship on learning motivation, 2) the effect of school environment on learning motivation and 3) the effect of teacher-student interpersonal relationship and school environment on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. This research is quantitative research with a correlational method. The subject of this research is students of SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. The sampling technique used on this research is stratified random sampling. Data collection technique using a questionnaire. The instrument validation technique used on this research is validity test and reliability test. Data analysis includes classical assumption tests, such as normality tests, linearity tests and multicollinearity tests and there are hypothesis tests such as t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination, multiple regression analysis, effective contribution and relative contribution. The results of this research are: First, that there is a positive and significant influence of the teacher-student interpersonal relationship variable on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudoni. This is evidenced by the value of Tvalue > Ttable 6.67 > 1.98 and a significance value of <0.05. So H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Second, it was found that there was no significant influence of school environmental variables on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono but the results still showed in a positive direction. This is proven by the significance value of the school environment of > 0.05 and the T value of 0.56 < T table of 1.98 so that H0 is accepted and H2 is rejected. Third, there is a positive and significant influence of teacher-student interpersonal relationship variables and the school environment together on student learning motivation at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. This is evidenced by the results of the F test with a F value of 34.75 > 3.09 F table with a significance level <0.05. So H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show a coefficient of determination value of 0.438, where teacher-student interpersonal relationships and the school environment together influence student learning motivation by 43.8%. While the remaining 56.2% is influenced by other factors. Teachers should be active in participating in communication competency training in order to improve teacher-student interpersonal relationships and teachers pay more attention to all students.

This research aims to determine the influence of management accounting systems, management control systems, motivation and organizational commitment on the managerial performance of PT Wonojati Wijoyo. This case study was conducted at PT Wonojati Wijoyo in 2019-2021 which consists of variables (X) including: management accounting system, management control system, motivation, organizational commitment, variable (Y) managerial performance. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique. The results of this research show that H1 the management accounting system has a significant effect on managerial performance, while H2 the management control system has a significant effect on managerial performance, H3 motivation has a significant effect on managerial performance, H4 organizational commitment has no effect on managerial performance. Based on the four equations, it proves that managerial performance has a high influence on the company.

Students are less motivated in the learning process. This study aims to observe the application of ice breaking to increase student learning motivation in class I A UPTD SDN 66 Kanjitongan Maros Regency. The research was conducted using the classroom action research (PTK) method with two cycles, each cycle consisting of three meetings consisting of 27 students (13 boys and 14 girls). Each meeting was carried out with four stages, namely planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The results showed that student learning motivation in cycle I, obtained 66.67%, and increased in cycle II to 81.48%. Therefore, the application of ice breaking can increase student learning motivation in class I A UPTD SDN 66 Kanjitongan Maros Regency.

. Reward and punishment are very important in motivating nurse performance, because through reward and punishment nurses will become more qualified and responsible for the tasks given. This study aims to determine the relationship between reward and punishment and the work motivation of inpatient nurses at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital. This research uses quantitative research using a correlational descriptive design and a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all inpatient nurses at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital, namely 59 nurses. The sampling technique used total sampling where sample selection was carried out by determining all 59 subjects who met the research criteria. The method used in collecting data was by filling out questionnaires by respondents. Data analysis uses univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results of the research show that the reward frequency distribution is mostly in the high category at 54.24%, the frequency of punishment in the high category is 55.93%, the frequency of motivation in the high category of nurses is 50.85%. It is hoped that nurses will increase their knowledge about the applicable reward and punishment system through seminars/socialization in order to increase work motivation and control behavior that can reduce the effectiveness of nurses' performance.

Disiplin Kerja karyawan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan Kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berkaitan erat dengan budaya kerja dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja karyawan dihipotesiskan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Industri Logam di Tegal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di dua tempat yaitu di Kota Tegal dan Kabupaten Tegal dari 100 data industry terdapat total populasi 170 karyawan, sesuai rumus Slovin di setiap perusahaan di ambil 2 sampai dengan 3 karyawan, dan diperoleh sampel 116 orang, sebagai sampel. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Software Amos 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Kerja Karyawan dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan dan berdampak positif pula pada Kinerja Karyawan.  Penelitian ini  untuk memberikan dukungan bagi pemilik maupun stakeholders dalam Pengambilan Keputusan bahwa Disiplin Kerja, di dasarkan Budaya Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja sangat tepat  sehingga memberi pengaruh positif pada Kinerja Karyawan.   Employee work discipline is very important to improve employee performance. Work discipline is closely related to work culture and employee work motivation. Employee work discipline is hypothesized to have a positive effect on employee performance in the Metal Industry in Tegal. This research was conducted in two places, namely in Tegal City and Tegal Regency. From 100 industry data there was a total population of 170 employees. According to the Slovin formula, 2 to 3 employees were taken in each company, and a sample of 116 people was obtained as a sample. The research was conducted using Amos 22 Software. The results of the research show that Employee Work Culture and Work Motivation have a significant positive effect on Employee Work Discipline and also have a positive impact on Employee Performance. This research is to provide support for owners and stakeholders in making decisions that work discipline, based on work culture and work motivation, is very appropriate so that it has a positive influence on employee performance.

sejarah panjang Kota Gorontalo mencatat bahwa banyak bangunan benda cagar budaya bersejarah menyimpan kenangan masa lalu dan menjadi bukti perkembangan Kota Gorontalo itu sendiri. Peninggalan sejarah berupa bangunan benda cagar budaya sangatlah bermanfaat sebagai pembangkit motivasi, kreativitas dan mengilhami generasi muda untuk memahami sejarah dan identitas Kota Gorontalo.(1) Keberagaman bangunan cagar budaya kota Gorontalo menjadi daya tarik utama wisatawan, namun sayangnya masih banyak yang belum mengetahui  bangunan cagar budaya yang ada. Maka dirancanglah sebuah buku dengan tujuan mampu memperkenalkan  keragaman warisan budaya kota Gorontalo dari perspektif sejarah dan budaya. Manfaat  dari Penelitian  yaitu Mendorong masyarakat  Gorontalo untuk mengetahui keberadaan dan jenis benda cagar budaya sebagai peninggalan bersejarah di Gorontalo yang memiliki nilai-nilai historis .Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitaitf   dan design thingking . This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and competence on employees at the Badan Pengelolaan  Keuangan Dan Pendapatan Daerah ( BPKPD ) of Tana Toraja Regency. The research method used in this study was quantitative descriptive research with a sample of 72 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression test with statistical calculation tools using SPSS version 25.0.The results of this study obtained the equation Y = 18.514 + 0.616 X1 + 0.305 X2 +e. Motivation affects the performance  of employees. Competency affects the performance of employees. This research aims to examine the influence of work ethic, communication and work motivation on employee work discipline. Work discipline is an important factor in increasing organizational productivity and performance. Factors such as work ethic, communication and work motivation have a significant role in shaping the level of employee work discipline in the work environment. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 100 employee respondents from various backgrounds and levels of position. The collected data was analyzed using statistical methods such as regression to assess the relationship between the independent variables (work ethic, communication and work motivation) and the dependent variable (work discipline). The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of work ethic, communication and work motivation on employee work discipline. The SmartPLS 4 application was also used in this research to assist in the analysis of the data obtained. The findings of this research provide an important contribution to human resource management and organizational development.
