This This Study aimed to (1) understand the overview of employe, performance, Organizational support, and work discipline, and (2) analyze the influence of organizational support and work discipline on employee performace both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study consisted of 40 employees of the Regional Planning, Research, and Development Agency (BAPELITBANG) of the Sikka Regency. Due to the limited population, the study was conducted using a census or saturated samping method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and infertial statistical methods, specificallymultiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted using f- tesr and t-test. The results of the descriptive analysis indicated that the employee performance variable was categorized as good, the organizational support variable was also categorized as good,and the work discipline variable was categorized as good as well. The results of the t-test showed that partially,the organizational support variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, the work discipline variable had  a positive and significant effect and employee performance.the result of the f-test showed that simultaneously, the organizational support and the work discipline variables had a significant effect on employee performance. The determination analysis results indicated that the two independent variables in this study could explain 23,4%  of the variation in the rise and fall of employee performance at the regional planning, Reseach, and Development Agency ( BAPELITBANG) of Sikka Regency.

Employee performance, particularly in the customer care department, is crucial as all aspects of hospital care related to patient experience. Effective and responsive interactions can enhance patient satisfaction, build trust, and create a supportive environment that aids the healing process. Additionally, customer care employees serve as a bridge between patients and medical staff, ensuring that patients' needs and inquiries are addressed with distinction. Therefore, it is essential for hospital management to maintain employee performance by providing work motivation, discipline, and appropriate compensation. This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of work motivation, work discipline, and compensation on improving employee performance in the Customer Care Department of Bandung Adventist Hospital. This descriptive quantitative research was conducted with 30 customer care employees at Bandung Adventist Hospital in early September 2024. The findings indicate that work motivation and compensation do not significantly affect employee performance according to the data analysis, whereas work discipline has a significant impact on employee performance. However, when considered together, work motivation, work discipline, and compensation collectively have a significant effect, accounting for 44.1% of the variance. From this data, it can be concluded that maintaining work motivation, discipline, and compensation together can help sustain employee performance in the Customer Care Department of Bandung Adventist Hospital.

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Corintek Inti Sejahtera Bekasi City. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique through a questionnaire created via Google Form with the criteria of all 84 employees PT. Corintek Inti Sejahtera Bekasi City. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The data was processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results of this study show that (1) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at the PT. Corintek Inti Sejahtera Bekasi City, (2) The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at the PT. Corintek Inti Sejahtera Bekasi City and (3) Work Discipline and Work Environment simultaneously influence employee performance at the PT. Corintek Inti Sejahtera Bekasi City.

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, workload and work discipline on employee performance at the Corintek Inti Sejahtera Pondok Pekayon Bekasi sub-branch. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique through a questionnaire created via Google Form with the criteria for all employees of the Corintek Inti Sejahtera Pondok Pekayon Bekasi sub-branch, totaling 56 employees. The data analysis method uses statistical methods with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research show that: (1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Corintek Inti Sejahtera Pondok Pekayon Bekasi sub-branch, (2) Work load has no partial effect on employee performance of the Corintek Inti Sejahtera Pondok Pekayon Bekasi sub-branch, (3) ) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Corintek Inti Sejahtera Pondok Pekayon Bekasi sub-branch, and (4) Leadership style and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance, but workload does not partially affect employee performance at the Corintek Inti Sejahtera sub-branch. This study was conducted to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee discipline at the Babelan District office. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample method through a questionnaire made through a questionnaire/questionnaire with the criteria of all employees of the Babelan District office totaling 52 employees. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Leadership style affects employee work discipline at the Babelan sub-district office, motivation affects employee work discipline at the Babelan sub-district office and Leadership style and motivation simultaneously or jointly affect employee work discipline at the Babelan sub-district office

This research aims to find out whether employee performance can influence the relationship between work facilities and work discipline that researchers found at PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi West Cikarang Branch.  By using quantitative research methods, the population and sample were generated from employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi West Cikarang Branch using the saturated sample method.  The sample used in this research consisted of 33 employees as respondents according to the number of employees at PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi West Cikarang Branch.  This research reveals that the work facility variable has a positive effect on employee performance.  However, the work discipline variable has a negative effect on employee performance.

This research aims to (1) determine the influence of work discipline on the performance of education staff at Unisba Blitar. (2) to determine the influence of the work environment on the performance of educational staff at Unisba Blitar. (3) to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of educational staff at Unisba Blitar. (4) to determine the influence of work discipline, work environment, and compensation simultaneously on the performance of educational staff at Unisba Blitar. The type of research used is explanatory research. The population in this study was the Education Personnel at the Balitar Islamic University (UNISBA) Blitar with a total of 88 Education Personnel. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which is tested with validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the t test, it is known that the t count of the work discipline variable is 3,681, the work environment variable is 2,155, the compensation variable is 3,349, and the F-count value is 229,750. Based on the results of research conducted, it shows that (1) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Work discipline, work environment, and compensation simultaneously influence employee performance.

PT XYZ is a company with a wide network and services for the community. To achieve success in a company, good performance is required, which is based on work discipline and work motivation. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT XYZ. This research uses a quantitative approach with nonprobability sampling data collection techniques, namely saturated sampling. The population in this study consisted of all PT XYZ employees, with a total sample of 47 respondents. Primary data was collected using questionnaires in Likert scale units. Data processing uses SPSS 25 software for the tests used are data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research are proven by the results of the partial test (T) on the work discipline variable (X1) showing that there is a positive and significant influence on the employee performance variable (Y) and on the work motivation variable (X2) it also shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the variable employee performance (Y), while the results of the simultaneous test research (F) show that there is a positive and significant influence of the variables work discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y).

Companies can invest time and resources in developing, motivating, and nurturing the well-being of their employees. This not only has an impact on short-term success, but also on the company's long-term growth and sustainability. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable in Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. The method used is quantitative in the form of explanatory research. The data was collected with a questionnaire that was distributed to all staff at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency, totaling 80 people. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is SEM with PLS as the analysis technique. The results of the study showed that work discipline had an effect on employee performance at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. Work discipline affects work motivation at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan Malang Regency. Work motivation affects employee performance at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. Work discipline affects employee performance through work motivation at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. The conclusion in this study is that work discipline includes punctuality, precision, and consistency in carrying out tasks. Meanwhile, work motivation is a key factor that encourages employees to achieve their goals and give their best performance.

Human Resources are a valuable asset and are the focus of every company. Therefore, so that employees can be active at work and have high work morale, companies need something that can motivate their employees, namely by providing support in the form of compensation and work discipline. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at the South Jakarta City Central Statistics Agency. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique in this research was a saturated sample with a sample size of 60 respondents. Then this research shows that compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance and partially the compensation variable does not have a significant effect while the work discipline variable has a significant effect.

Leadership style and work discipline play an important role in improving employee performance. This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at UPTD roads and bridges in the service area of ​​1 SPPJJ unit in Depok City, Bogor City and Bogor Regency 1. The population in this study is all SPPJJ employees in Depok City, Bogor City and Bogor Regency. 1 as many as 31 people. By using quantitative methods and collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis uses data quality tests, namely validity tests and reliability tests, and classical assumption test analysis, namely: normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, linearity test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The research results show that simultaneously leadership style and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination value is 0.341 which explains that the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance variables is 34.1%. It is hoped that the results of this research will lead leaders in the UPTD roads and bridges service area 1 of the SPPJJ unit of Depok City, Bogor City and Bogor Regency 1 to develop a leadership style and continue to improve their work discipline to obtain maximum performance.

This study aims to explore whether motivation can enhance the performance of the police force in the West Java Province. The research methodology employed is a literature review, which summarizes and analyzes various previous studies to examine the role of motivation in improving police performance. It is hoped that this research will provide deeper insights into motivation as a factor in enhancing police performance. Previous research findings indicate a positive and significant correlation between motivation and police work discipline, which accounts for 58.3% of their performance. This reaffirms the significant role of motivation in shaping work discipline, which in turn affects the performance of police officers. However, there remain 41.7% of other factors that have not been examined in this study but also influence police performance. The study also demonstrates that high levels of motivation can enhance the performance of police officers, while low motivation can lead to decreased performance. Organizational support has also been proven to play a crucial role in enhancing the work motivation of police officers, ultimately resulting in a positive impact on their performance. It is hoped that the findings of this research will make a significant contribution to the development of human resource management in the Indonesian National Police to improve the performance of its members.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline, work experience, and salary on the performance of Toko Murah Rejeki Semarang employees. The population in this study were 40 employees of the Rejeki Cheap Shop Semarang. This sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique. The number of samples used in this research was 40 employees. This research data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the tcount value being greater than the t table, namely 2.032 > 1.688, with a significance value of 0.044 < 0.05 (significant). Work experience has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the tcount value being greater than the t table, namely 2.080 > 1.688, with a significance value of 0.042 < 0.05 (significant). Salary has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the tcount value being greater than the t table, namely 2.914 > 1.688, with a sig value. equal to 0.006 < 0.05 (significant).

In achieving good education knowledge is strongly influenced by the performance of teachers in carrying out their duties so that teacher performance becomes an important demand to achieve the success of educators. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts in improving the teaching performance of teachers at SMAN 4 Medan. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with literature study research method. The results of this study explain that the factors that support the performance of teachers of SMAN 4 Medan such as, the effectiveness and efficiency of the performance of teachers of SMAN 4 Medan is less supportive of the learning system applied, Orientation and Responsibility of teachers of SMAN 4 Medan giving assignments/activities to their students is considered less on target, discipline in punctuality and work discipline, the initiative of teachers of SMAN 4 Medan in carrying out their duties is considered less good enough but teachers as much as possible carry out their goals as a teacher by always thinking positively and trying to attract students' interest in learning. Efforts to improve teacher performance can be done by coaching, supervising teacher work, providing motivation, and evaluating teacher performance.

Human Resources is able to produce quality performance in a firm. To generate a high quality HR performance demands effective skill management, the variables that might affect the quality of HR performance are communication and work discipline that run simultaneously. The goal of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of communication and work discipline on employee performance, as well as to determine and analyze which of the two variables is the most dominating on the performance of Elisa Malang inpatient clinic staff. This topic has 47 respondents, employing sample collection technique is saturated sample research. Data collecting approaches using a questionnaire and Interviews.
