This study aims to describe the application of the Game Based Learning (GBL) model in improving the learning outcomes of slow learner students in Mathematics in elementary schools. The background of this study is the low learning outcomes of Mathematics in students with special learning needs, especially slow learners, who often have difficulty understanding abstract concepts and are less motivated to learn. The GBL model was chosen because it can provide a fun, interactive learning atmosphere and motivate students to be more actively involved in the learning process. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles with the stages of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students of SDN 002 Kombeng who were identified as slow learners. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Game Based Learning model can improve the learning outcomes of slow learner students. This is indicated by an increase in the average value of learning outcomes in each cycle and an increase in student activity and motivation to learn. Thus, the Game Based Learning model can be an alternative effective learning strategy to help slow learner students understand Mathematics concepts in a fun and meaningful way.

This study aims to improve elementary school students' storytelling skills through the application of the Whole Language approach combined with ebook-based image media. The Whole Language approach was chosen because it emphasizes the integration of natural language skills in meaningful contexts, while the ebook-based image media was used to provide engaging visual stimuli, facilitate comprehension of the story, and motivate students in the learning process. The study was conducted at Pekuncen Elementary School in Pasuruan City, with 18 fifth-grade students as subjects. The method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR), implemented in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observation, storytelling skills tests, student interviews, and documentation of the learning process. The results showed a significant improvement in students' storytelling skills. Learning completion increased from 44.44% in the pre-cycle to 66.67% in the first cycle, and reached 88.88% in the second cycle. This improvement included aspects of speaking fluency, the use of a more varied vocabulary, coherent story structure, and the ability to convey appropriate expression and intonation. Furthermore, this approach encourages students to participate more actively in learning, increases self-confidence, and fosters courage in expressing opinions in class. These findings indicate that implementing Whole Language with the aid of illustrated ebooks is effective in developing elementary school students' storytelling skills. The combination of communicative learning methods and engaging media can create a fun, interactive, and meaningful learning environment. This study recommends that Indonesian language teachers at the elementary school level consider using a similar approach as an alternative strategy for teaching speaking skills, particularly in the context of storytelling.

Education is expected to produce quality, moral and responsible human beings and be able to welcome progress in the future. The quality of education at every level and one educational unit can be seen through the learning outcomes obtained by students because these learning outcomes can indicate the extent to which students have mastered the subjects they are studying. One of the successes in forming self-efficacy and children's creativity is influenced by the parenting model. Parenting parents are divided into three types, namely authoritarian, permissive, and authoritative. Each of these parenting styles has an impact on child development. Authoritative parenting is the best way to develop children's self-efficacy and creativity. Because this authoritative parenting style is characterized by parents who are democratic, respect and understand the child's situation with its strengths and weaknesses so that the child can become a mature, sociable person, and can adapt well to the surrounding environment. The research method used is classroom action research by collecting through observation and questionnaires as well as analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis.
