The threat of sexual violence in Indonesia, which is getting worse day by day, has become an urgency for all levels of society in Indonesia. Inappropriate legal interpretations in society often raise big question marks about the protection of victims of sexual violence. Therefore, how is forced defense (noodwear) implemented as a reason for abolition of criminal penalties in Indonesia? At the same time, how is Article 49 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code applied to crimes of morality? To solve this problem, it is not only the government that must intervene. However, people must also have self-defense, for example through practical self-defense movements that can protect themselves, but do not kill the perpetrator so that the victim does not go too far in defending himself. How to implement practical self-defense movements in an effort to protect victims of sexual violence? This is the problem we will examine to provide a solution. In this way, it is hoped that this effort will be able to produce an in-depth study regarding the protection of victims of sexual violence and how to apply practical self-defense to protect themselves when victims experience an act of sexual violence.

The decline in the quality of education in Indonesia is caused by unplanned curriculum changes, a shortage of competent educators, and a lack of good manners and behavior among students and educators, which hinders the achievement of educational goals to create a smart, qualified, and competitive generation at the global level. The purpose of writing this essay is to explore and develop thoughts on how the "KARTINI" Approach is to improve the quality of education in Indonesia by emphasizing six key values: Culture, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Taqwa, Integrity, Nationalism, and Independence. Culture-based education aims to cultivate students' character rooted in the nation's cultural values and the ability to adapt to changing times. The application of AI in education allows for more personalized and effective learning, while the value of piety teaches morality and spiritual awareness. Integrity forms an honest and responsible character, nationalism builds a sense of love for the homeland, and independence teaches independence. By integrating these values, Indonesian education is expected to produce a generation that excels academically and has a strong character to contribute to the progress of the nation.

The problem of evil remains one of the most persistent and challenging issues in Christian philosophy. This paper explores the philosophical dimensions of suffering through a Christian lens, focusing on the paradox of divine goodness in the presence of moral and natural evil. Drawing from classical theodicy and contemporary Catholic thought, the study examines how the mystery of the Cross offers a unique theological and philosophical response to suffering. Special attention is given to the thought of Augustine, Aquinas, and modern Catholic philosophers such as Henri de Lubac and Josef Pieper. The paper argues that Christian philosophy does not attempt to explain away suffering but rather provides a framework in which suffering can be redemptive, meaningful, and even transformative when united with the suffering of Christ. By grounding human suffering within the narrative of salvation history, Christian philosophy affirms that evil does not have the final word. The research also reflects on the existential implications of hope, patience, and grace in enduring suffering, making a case for a distinctly Christian metaphysical response to theodicy. This study contributes to ongoing discussions in Christian existentialism, ethics, and metaphysics by reaffirming the coherence of faith and reason in addressing one of the deepest human questions.

Price and Income Impact: Islam teaches us to consider the impact of prices and income on the economic balance of individuals and society, In Islamic economics, Islamic norms and moral values are used as principles in economics The Hicksian theory, which focuses on consumer satisfaction, is acceptable if it does not neglect the spiritual aspect.
