This study explores the Islamic legal perspectives on online trading of defective goods, considering hadiths, laws, and comparisons with positive law, in the context of the increasing electronic commerce in the modern world. Findings highlight the seller's obligation to transparency and responsibility for defective goods, as well as the rights of buyers, providing a basis for practical recommendations including enhancing information transparency, forming policy based on Sharia principles, educating business operators and consumers, developing dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with Islamic law, and implementing technology to improve transparency and compliance. Thus, it is hoped that consumer protection in the context of online trading can be enhanced in line with the moral and ethical principles of Islam, which in turn will support the sustainable development of electronic commerce

This journal aims to understand the role of career women in children's education based on hadith and constitutional perspectives. The method used is literature study, namely data collection by finding sources from various books, reviewing, and processing them. The results showed that the hadith and the constitution have similar views in viewing the role of career women in children's education. The hadith emphasizes the mother's responsibility in caring for and educating children, but does not prohibit women from working. The constitution guarantees women's right to work and education, and ensures that children's rights to education and care are fulfilled. In conclusion, the role of career women in children's education is not contrary to Islamic teachings and positive law in Indonesia. Career women can play an active role in educating children while still paying attention to the needs and rights of children.

Education in higher education requires students to face a variety of challenging academic and social tasks and responsibilities, both on campus and around where they live. Adapting and organizing yourself well is the key to facing this challenge. Students have the freedom to set their own academic goals and objectives. The aim of this research is to analyze time management strategies in increasing learning productivity to avoid academic stress in students. The main study in this research focuses on the strategies used by students to increase productivity in learning and avoid academic stress. Data collection in this research was through in-depth interviews and documentation. This research applies a qualitative approach, where this method is used to obtain an in-depth understanding and explain phenomena by investigating non-numerical data through collection, analysis and interpretation. The results of this research highlight appropriate time management strategies in increasing learning productivity, by managing time wisely. well, individuals can prioritize tasks that have a big impact and are likely to be postponed, thereby ensuring timely completion. By implementing time management, we can use time efficiently and increase productivity in studying.  

This research aims to determine the role of scouting extracurricular activities in forming students' independent personalities in elementary schools. The method used is descriptive qualitative with two types of literature and a literature review. The data collection technique uses the documentation method. The source of data obtained in this research is from previous journals which were created by searching for journals or books in several electronic media such as the internet, digital libraries and other collections which were then selected and analyzed further by researchers. The results of the research analysis show that Scouts activities make a positive contribution to shaping the character of independent students such as increasing self-confidence, courage, responsibility, discipline and problem-solving skills. Through various challenging and fun activities, students are trained to take initiative, think creatively and not give up easily. Support from Scout leaders and schools also plays an important role in creating a favorable environment for the development of the independent personality of students. This research concludes that out-of-school Scouting can be an effective way of instilling the values of self-confidence in primary school students.

This article explains how judges deal with the pressure to ensure justice while overcoming various challenges, including bias, politicization, and external pressure. The role of judges' ethics and social responsibility in maintaining judicial integrity and independence is also discussed. Through this review, it is hoped to gain a deeper understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by judges in ensuring justice in the justice system. The role of judges is not only as enforcers of the law but also as guardians of justice. The challenges judges face include political pressure, difficult decisions, and a changing society. Judges' ethics are key in maintaining the integrity of the justice system, including independence, fairness, and transparency. In addition, to analyze the impact of judges' roles, challenges, and ethical practices on public trust in the justice system. In this context, the main goals are to provide justice to all parties involved, protect human rights, and maintain social order. However, challenges such as corruption, bias and limited resources often stand in the way of achieving these goals. In addition, ethics play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the justice system, including principles such as independence, objectivity and transparency.

Using normative juridical methods to find out the basic basis for the importance of updating the Intelligence Agency's code of ethics in accounting for the evidence carried by each personnel. Apart from that, this research also aims to determine the form of accountability of the State Intelligence Agency in its responsibilities.

Sharia financing instruments are experiencing development, one of the products being national sharia securities (SBSN) or sukuk in order to optimize the state revenue and expenditure budget (APBN). There needs to be a supporting professional responsibility, namely a notary. In issuing SBSN, there is a big risk because it involves a large amount of funds, many parties. , and national wealth. The notary is responsible for making an authentic deed that contains a guarantee of security for the parties. This research aims to determine the legal aspects and responsibilities of the notary profession regarding the issuance of SBSN. The research method uses normative juridical research with a statutory research approach. The results of this research show that SBSN is very useful for obtaining APBN infrastructure financing. State sharia securities (SBSN) or sukuk contain legal aspects that are complete enough to guarantee legal certainty. The legal aspects start from the formation of laws, government regulations, DSN-MUI fatwas, and other regulations. The responsibility of the notary profession in issuing SBSN is not directly involved. Notaries in issuing SBSN are responsible for making authentic deeds, especially contracts to ensure they are in accordance with sharia-based rules, providing legal counseling for the parties as a neutral party, legalizing private documents, and being a witness to the notarized agreement for the issuance of SBSN. has been registered with the OJK as a notary in charge of capital markets.

The government's response to terrorism should not just focus on catching the perpetrators, but also on ensuring the well-being of the victims. This includes providing compensation and ensuring their rights are protected under the law. The government's primary responsibility is to guarantee the safety of its citizens and uphold the rights of victims. This article aims to investigate whether the Indonesian government has adequately fulfilled the rights of the victims of the Bali bombings. The research will use a normative legal research method, combining legal analysis with a case study approach. Secondary data will be used to support the findings. Ultimately, the research will identify any gaps between existing laws and the reality faced by victims of terrorism in Indonesia.

Corruption is still a big challenge in Indonesia, so it requires the introduction of anti-corruption education from an early age. The community service team from STIE Indonesia Banking School initiated a comprehensive outreach program at SMA Negeri 55 Jakarta which aims to instill anti-corruption values ​​and foster ethical awareness among students. The program uses a combination of lectures and interactive discussions, involving not only students but also teachers and school staff. The results show increased knowledge that students, through active participation in extracurricular activities, classroom learning, and daily social interactions, play an important role in developing anti-corruption character and ethical awareness. In addition, teachers and school staff play an important role in modeling and reinforcing the principles of integrity, responsibility, and honesty, thereby guiding students in embracing these core values. This initiative highlights the collective efforts required to foster a culture of integrity in educational settings.

The data collection techniques used are interviews and observations, then descriptive analysis is carried out. Parking lot management to increase local revenue is carried out through planning, organizing, activating/implementing and supervising or controlling activities. Efforts to increase local revenue through parking fees by establishing regulations and policies relating to parking fees, enforcing regulations, increasing supervision, educating the public, and evaluating the management of parking fees. Suggestions for the government to pay more attention to regional levies, especially Kupang City regional parking levies, in making regulations, enforcing regulations and increasing awareness of parking fees and providing education to the community as well as periodic evaluations for parking managers and officers so that they are obedient in carrying out their duties in accordance with applicable regulations. with a full sense of responsibility, and for the community to comply with regulations regarding regional levies, especially Kupang City regional parking levies to increase local revenue.

This research aims to explore the role of social workers in assisting individuals with social welfare issues (PPKS) at the Social Services Office of Medan City. Social workers have an important responsibility in providing comprehensive assistance and support to PPKS, which includes individuals and families facing social, economic, and health problems. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results show that social workers play roles in problem identification, intervention planning, empowerment program implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of intervention outcomes. Additionally, social workers function as liaisons between PPKS and available resources, both from the government and non-governmental organizations. In conclusion, the role of social workers is crucial in ensuring the well-being of PPKS through a holistic and sustainable approach.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a must for companies that want to build a sustainable reputation and support the development of the surrounding community. This research discusses the strategic planning of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program for crab suppliers in Lamongan, with a case study at UD. Aulia. The aim of this research is to identify sustainable priorities and goals to ensure CSR programs provide long-term benefits for local communities and the environment. Through a qualitative approach, this research explores the important role of Human Resources (HR) in supporting and implementing CSR in companies. The research results show that effective HR practices, such as employee training and development and diversity policies, have a significant contribution to the success of CSR programs. The social impact of CSR programs includes increasing community economic welfare, reducing unemployment, and preserving marine ecosystems. The economic impact includes the creation of new jobs and increased fishermen's income. Thus, strategic planning for the CSR program at UD. Aulia is able to create a sustainable positive impact on society and the environment through identifying the right priorities and inclusive collaboration with crab suppliers.

Stunting is a nutritional problem caused by insufficient nutritional intake for a long time. The condition of failure to thrive in children under five is a result of chronic malnutrition so that the child is too short for his age. Indonesia is among the highest in stunting cases with a prevalence of 37.2% compared to other neighboring countries. Indonesia targets the stunting rate to fall to 14% in 2024, while the stunting rate in 2021 will reach 24%. The impact of stunting is an increase in morbidity and mortality rates in children, growth in body posture or height that is not optimal compared to the child's age, disruption of motor development, increasing the incidence of degenerative diseases, less than optimal learning performance so that children's cognitive and productivity are affected and that furthermore is the increase in Health costs. The Kupang City Government, in an effort to reduce the prevalence rate of stunting below 10% in 2024, is carrying out convergence work or cross-sectoral collaboration within the scope of Pentahelix (Government, PT, Private, Community and Mass Media). The foster parent program is a form of care and effort made by involving all sectors in accelerating the prevention and handling of stunting in toddlers. The sub-districts that are used as places for community service activities are Penfui and Oesapa Selatan Subdistricts, Kupang City. The foster parent program aims to help families who really need health care for children suffering from stunting and malnutrition, and this is based on a sense of care and responsibility. The Kupang Ministry of Health Polytechnic, as one of the implementations of health transformation, supports the government's program in strengthening primary health services, especially stunting, and is expected to be involved and become a team in accelerating the prevention and handling of stunting in Kupang City. The method for implementing this community activity is the Peekaboo Psychoeducational method, namely the Kiss, Hug and Give Feed method as well as providing nutritious food to children aged 6-24 months for 90 days. The results of this community service are the achievement of measurement data on children's body weight, improvements in nutritional value/body weight of children suffering from stunting and increased knowledge of the psychoeducational parenting style of the Peekaboo method to increase parents' knowledge about stunting.

The cultivation of character education values to students is very important. The results obtained based on initial observations at SDN 060824 Sutrisno are that when lining up before class there are still some students who are less orderly, when the teacher gives advice students are less focused, and when there are other students who make mistakes there are still students who laugh at them. Based on these problems, it is known that the values of character education are not yet present in students. This study has the aim of knowing how the role of scouts is to instill character education values at SDN 060824 Sutrisno. A qualitative approach was used in this study. To collect information using interview and observation methods. The results can be obtained after this study there is a change in the attitude of students of SDN 060824 Sutrisno with scout activities that have been carried out. The values of character education have begun to exist in students as a result can be brought into their environment. Within students there are character education values that have been developed, namely religious attitudes, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, independence, friendly or communicative, care for the environment, social care and responsibility.

The importance of character education in developing responsible, caring and empathetic individuals is emphasized in the culture and social environment concerned. The importance of integrated social studies includes several in-depth aspects, including a holistic understanding of the relationship between social science disciplines, development of critical and analytical thinking skills, development of social and emotional skills, and a broader understanding of human values, justice and democracy. Through various learning methods such as introduction to material, project-based learning, group discussions, case studies, simulations, and field visits, students can get to know integrated social studies well. After studying integrated social studies, students can show improvements in characteristics such as courtesy and responsibility. Through integrated social studies learning, students learn to respect cultural differences and be tolerant towards other people.

The aim of this research is to dig deeper into the development of environmental awareness in Christian education.

This study aims to obtain data on individualized learning strategies used by FIS UNJ students in improving their GPA. To get a clear picture of the individualized learning strategies of fis unj students, researchers use descriptive methods with a qualitative approach by making in-depth observations so as to produce valid data according to the case studies discussed. Data collection techniques were carried out by structured interviews and observations. The results concluded that fis unj students with achievements in non-academic fields utilize individual learning strategies such as awareness of responsibility and the ability to manage time efficiently in achieving satisfactory academic goals and apply appropriate individual learning styles that contribute to improving learning performance to achieve the cumulative grade point average results they expect.
