  Fixed assets are tangible assets that are owned for use in the production or supply of goods or services, for rent to other parties, or for administrative purposes and are expected to be used for more than one period. Due to its high value, relatively long use and being the company's main tool to generate revenue, investment in fixed assets (Capital Budgeting) must be carefully calculated. In addition, depreciation or depreciation is the allocation of the cost of a fixed asset which is the effect of the decline in the value of the fixed asset. The reason why many companies apply the straight line method of depreciation (Straight Line Method) is because there are relatively stable maintenance and repair costs in each period, and the costs are not affected by productivity or are not affected by deviations. Therefore, the assets owned must continue to be managed properly so that companies and individuals can benefit from the existence of these assets, especially fixed assets. But this is not the case with KSP Mandiri Sejahtera Semarang where fixed assets have not been well managed. This results in inconsistencies and calculation errors, incomplete data, which results in inappropriate decision making and the value of the company's fixed assets has not been recorded properly and accurately. With a new structured management system where the calculation and reporting of depreciation of fixed assets using the straight-line depreciation method helps the calculation of depreciation of fixed assets owned by the company, besides that it also provides information about the detailed condition of each fixed asset owned by the company so that it helps the company manage its fixed assets , as well as helping to present accurate and accurate reports for the benefit of the company's internal financial reports and taxation.

Competition in the business world is increasingly diverse, encouraging companies to compete in competing markets and consumers. This is what happened to the Takoto UMKM. This study aims to determine the marketing strategies used by UMKM Takoto to increase sales. This type of research is conducted using descriptive qualitative methods in the form of case studies on the Takoto UMKM business. This study aims: (1) to study the marketing strategy (marketing mix) of products at UMKM Takoto. (2) provide alternative marketing suggestions for UMKM Takoto products. The conclusions of this study are: (1) the product is considered good by consumers and already has 5 elements of product strategy such as product attributes, brand, packaging, and labels, but the product does not last long because it uses ingredients that do not contain preservatives; (2) the pricing strategy is oriented towards production costs so that in the future it can be considered for pricing by looking at the prices of competitors' products; (3) the promotion strategy of Takoto's UMKM pastries is still limited because it uses more personal selling rather than intense promotion through advertising; (4) Takoto's UMKM pastry products are marketed directly to consumers and through retailers, however the dominant marketing is direct to consumers so that the bargaining position is stronger because it does not depend on retailers.

Fixed assets are one of the elements in the financial statements, the value of fixed assets in companies tends to be in large amounts. Every transaction that affects changes in fixed assets must be managed in order to produce information in the form of financial statements. The research objective is to build an accounting information system for depreciation of the company's fixed assets which produces output in the form of fixed asset information that can facilitate management in making business decisions. The research method uses research and development methods, using six steps from ten steps of the R&D model. The system development model uses the Prototype model approach to produce products according to user needs. This research produces a fixed asset management information system product that is able to assist in handling fixed asset management transactions and the information system is capable of producing fixed asset accounting information quickly. Security Parking UIN Walisongo Semarang at this time can be said to be in poor condition. The high case of loss of a motor vehicle cause anxiety for the academic community. Parking system that is traditional that is doing the checking of identity cards at the exit of the campus is less effective. Hence the need for a system of security parking modern and computerized, so that activities out of the vehicle can be recorded and stored automatically. Based on these problems, the authors designed a parking Security System as a WEB-based form of increased security parking campus UIN Walisongo Semarang. By using RFID technology (Radio Frequency Identification) are planted on the card identity, which can later be used as an authentication tool typing will enter and exit the campus area. To provide double security, there are Features of the Live Camera with the base website that serves as a tool for monitoring vehicles that are parked in real time. The output of this final project is to produce a prototype security system parking. Not only specialized hardware, but also software design of the System monitoring of vehicles in live Web-based. So the users of the parking facilities can monitor the vehicle anywhere.  

PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya often experiences several problems because of the large number of purchases purchased but there is no system that helps to recommend product purchases, for example on 9 October 2018 PT. To solve the problems that occur at PT Nerangi Sarana Karya, it is necessary to apply a decision making system using the Fuzzy MCDM method, based on the results of data testing that this method has an accuracy rate of data analysis of 87% so that this method is quite feasible to use in decision making.

           Many strategies that can be used to increase sales and attract consumers to buy products offered by manufacturers. One strategy that is widely used by companies is the marketing mix strategy. Marketing activities that focus on product self-focus, pricing, distribution policies, and means of promotion are known as the marketing mix or Marketing Mix. This study aims to evaluate the internal evaluation and indicators of the appropriate marketing mix strategy and is applied to increase the sales volume at Griya Manik-Manik Kaca Plumbon. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method, by collecting data directly from the company by making observations, interviews according to the research subject. The results showed that the strategy adopted by Griya Manik-Manik Kaca Plumbon has worked well, where the four marketing strategy variables support and complement each other, and have different roles in marketing their products. We recommend that the owner of the Plumbon Griya Glass Bead UMKM should be upgraded with the marketing mix that has been applied. The strategy used by the company is good, but it would be better if the company plans to continue to improve strategies considering that many other competitors have issued similar products.  

KSP (Koperasi Simpan Pinjam) Makmur Mandiri bergerak dalam usaha perkreditan yang menyediakan pinjaman atau kredit sebagai mana koperasi pada umumnya. Sistem penerimaan pinjaman dalam KSP Makmur Mandiri yang sedang berjalan dilakukan dengan cara calon peminjam datang ke lokasi koperasi dengan mengajukan peminjaman kemudian karyawan mendata peminjam ke dalam form rekomendasi anggota setelah itu form rekomendasi anggota tersebut diberikan kepada pimpinan koperasi. Masalah yang terjadi pada KSP Makmur Mandiri adalah kehadiran pimpinan koperasi yang sering tidak ada di koperasi, sehingga pengajuan pinjaman yang ada di koperasi menumpuk dan tidak dapat segera di tentukan hasil kelayakan pinjaman. Selain itu masalah yang juga terjadi di koperasi adalah penilaian yang dilakukan pimpinan dalam menentukan kelayakan pinjaman masih bersifat subyektif yaitu hanya memberikan keputusan layak atau tidak seorang peminjam, tanpa memperhitungkan persentase nilai kelayakan pinjaman  tersebut. Solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini maka dibuatlah sebuah keputusan penentuan kelayakan yang mampu membantu pimpinan dalam proses penilaian dan memberikan perhitungan tepat dalam menilai kelayakan pinjaman. Metode yang dapat mendukung keputusan adalah Fuzzy logic, karena penilain yang bersifat subyektif atau non-linear dapat dimodelkan dan dihitung secara tepat.

The conclusion from the results of this study is that this system can facilitate the recording of cash in and cash out transactions so that there are no mistakes in recording, users can easily present cash reports more quickly so that they can minimize recording time and recording errors, and make it easier for users to print. cash reports with accurate results so as to support and speed up decision making.

The development method used by the author is the prototype method, where the system created will be tailored to the needs of the user, if there is a change in the system it will be repaired until the user is satisfied with the system.

Diskless server is a cluster computer network which uses SSH (Secure Shell) protocol to grant the client an access to the host's directory and modify it's content so that the client don't need a hardisk (Thin Client). One way to design a diskless server is by utilizing "Linux Terminal Server Project", an open source-based script for Linux. However, using Linux has it own drawback, such as it can't cross platform for running an aplication based on Windows system which are commonly used. This drawback can be overcomed by using a compatibility layer that converts a windows-based application's source code. The data which will be monitored is the compatibility layer implementation's result, and the throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter. The result of measurement from those four parameters resulting in "Excellent" for throughput, "Perfect" for packet loss and delay, and "Good" for jitter.

Diabetes is a serious chronic disease that occurs because the pancreas does not produce enough insulin (a hormone that regulates blood sugar or glucose), or when the body cannot effectively use the insulin it produces. WHO data shows that the incidence of non-communicable diseases in 2004 reached 48 , 30% is slightly higher than the incidence rate of infectious diseases, namely 47.50% [1]. According to the Ministry of Health in 2012 diabetes caused 1.5 million deaths. Some Indonesian people, this disease is better known as diabetes or blood sugar. This research was developed through secondary data processing from the Pima Indians Diabetes Dataset health database which was taken from the Kaggle dataset and can be accessed through https://www.kaggle.com/uciml/pima-indians-diabetes-database. Where the data itself consists of 768 records with several medical predictor variables (Pregnancies, Glucose, Blood Pressure, Skin Thickness, Insulin, BMI, Diabetes Pedigree Function, Age and Outcome). Then the data will be processed using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) feature selection to increase the accuracy value and the Naive Bayes algorithm to determine the accuracy results of the diagnosis of diabetes. From the results of research that has been done for the accuracy of the classification algorithm Naive Bayes is 74.61%, while the accuracy of the classification algorithm with Particle Swarm Optimization is 77.34% with an accuracy difference of 2.73%. So it can be concluded that the application of the Particle Swarm Optimization technique is able to select attributes in the Naive Bayes Algorithm, and can produce a better level of diabetes diagnosis accuracy than using only the individual method, namely the Naive Bayes algorithm. Untuk mengetahui produk yang sering terjual dalam periode bulan Januari sampai bulan Mei 2019 diperlukan algoritma apriori yang ada di data mining. Dengan melakukan analisa keranjang belanja menggunakan metode asosiasi dengan Algoritma Apriori, dimana kombinasi itemset transaksi penjualan barang pada meubel master borneo menghasilkan 6 rules dimana minimum confidence sebesar 41,6 % dan minimum support sebesar 0,08% berdasarkan 35 transaksi penjualan dari 63 jenis barang pada meubel Master Borneo.

This tool can be used to open the irrigation door if the water supply in the rice fields is below the minimum limit and will close the water gate when the water supply has reached the maximum limit, the servo motor is used to open and close the floodgates. . . The monitoring results obtained will be displayed to users in real time through the android application interface and will be stored in the form of a text file on the storage media.

The system only responds to presence based on the position of the employee's coordinates with office coordinates. Besides checking the presence process is also based on devices that have been approved in the system. 

This research was conducted at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention which aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, and to find out which variables are most influential on tourist satisfaction.This research uses quantitative methods with 55 respondents. The validity and reliability test techniques, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the f test, t test, coefficient of determination and beta coefficient.The results showed that the level of testing was significant and positively influenced by the regression equation, Y = -0.005 X1 + 0.971 X2 and it was proven that the organizational culture variable had the most dominant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.971. The conclusion from this study that of the two independent variables, organizational culture is a variable that has a positive effect on employee performance at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention.

With the increasing development of technology the more variety of books circulating on the internet. As is the recommendation system on online book sites that provide books relevantly and as needed with one's preferences. One alternative is GoodReads, a social networking site that specializes in cataloging books and users can share reading book recommendations with each other by rating, reviewing, and commenting. As a large book recommendation site, it has a lot of data that can be processed by applying machine learning methods, but still not known as the most accurate model. By using the right model, we can provide more accurate recommendations. Therefore, this study will analyze the data obtained from the www.kaggle.com namely the goodreads-books dataset. This study proposed a data mining classification model to get the best model in recommending books on GoodReads. The algorithms used are Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbor, Naïve Bayes, Random Forest, and Support Vector Classifier, then for model evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, f1-score, confusion matrix, AUC, and Mean Error Absolute. The test results of several classification algorithms found that Decision Tree has the highest accuracy among the methods presented by 99.95%, precision by 100%, recall by 96%, f1-score of 98% with MAE of 0.05 and AUC of 99.96%. This is proof that decision tree algorithms can be used as book recommendations based on book categories on GoodReads.

In the era of information and technological developments that are very rapid as it is today, in the context of managing human resources in a company or what is known as a personnel management information system. The problems faced by PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, namely until now, the staffing data management is still using a manual system that is not well computerized, does not have a database as a data storage medium, data sharing is not via the network and still uses hardcopy printouts. Seeing the problems that occur in the personnel administration subdivision of PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, the author intends to develop a web-based personnel information system (SIMPEG) to hide staffing master data, employee data, promotions, and periodic salary increase data. using PHP and MySQL. The system development method that I use is AHP. In the end, this system can provide output to its users in the form of a promotion decree, a regular salary increase decree and employee reports.

This study aims to examine the effect of learning accounting character, interest, and learning motivation on learning achievement of accounting students at the University of Victory Sorong. The research was carried out on all students of the Accounting Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Victory Sorong. The data collection method used in this study is a survey method through distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling method. Students as the unit of analysis participated as many as 83 students. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of the application of Statistical Package for The Social Science version 22. The results showed that the character of accounting learning, interest, and learning motivation had a positive and significant effect on learning achievement of accounting students.
