Bullying in the school environment, especially at the high school level, has become an issue that is increasingly disturbing and urgent to be addressed. Many students who are victims of bullying experience lasting negative impacts, both psychologically and socially. This phenomenon not only affects students' academic lives, but can also result in serious emotional problems, such as depression and anxiety. Therefore, it is important to find effective solutions to prevent bullying behavior in schools. In this research, researchers used interview methods to explore in-depth data about individual experiences, opinions or feelings that are difficult to measure quantitatively. The role of Indonesian language teachers is very strategic. Apart from teaching language and literature, teachers have the opportunity to instill moral values ​​through selected learning materials. Literary works, for example, often contain themes of humanity and social interaction that are relevant to bullying behavior. By integrating Christian values ​​in language learning, teachers can help students understand the importance of empathy and compassion in relationships between people. From the results of research that has been conducted, it is clear that Indonesian language teachers at Marisi Medan Private High School have a crucial role in preventing bullying through instilling Christian values.

In order for students to actively develop their potential for religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, morality, life sciences, general knowledge, and the skills they need for society based on the law, education is a planned basic effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach is used to weight the value of each criterion, and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used to calculate the weighted total or to order the alternatives from best. The weights of each alternative—a state university or study program—along with all of its features are added up to determine recommendations for selecting one. The chosen option will be indicated by a higher value. This system generates a report on the outcomes of management decisions, which includes the management's selections based on all options arranged from greatest to smallest SAW value. MySQL and Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 were used to develop the decision support system suggestions for choosing state colleges and study programs for the database.    

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of PAK teachers' social competence on the morality of class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year. The method used in this research uses quantitative, descriptive and inferential research methods. The population, namely all Protestant Christian students in class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year, totaled 199 people and a sample of 50 people was determined, namely 25% of the population using a simple random sampling technique. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 40 items. The results of data analysis show that there is an influence of the social competence of PAK teachers on the morality of class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0,433 > rtabel(=0,05,n=50) = 0,297 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of thitung= 3,333 > ttabel(=0,05,dk=n-2=48)= 2,021 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation =46,75+0,26X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 18,8%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fhitung > Ftabel=(=0,05), dk numerator k=20,dk denominator=n-2=50-2=48) namely 11,08 > 1,51. Thus, Ha, that is, there is an influence of the social competence of PAK teachers on the morality of class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Laguboti for the 2024/2025 academic year is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Supporting factors in terms of coordination between superiors and staff and related institutions are very good and run as expected, this can be seen from meeting activities. In addition, the village head of Tuan Kentang as a leader is able to set an example and motivate employees to improve their performance for the better. The inhibiting factor for the Lurah's leadership style in motivating employees in Tuan Kentang Village is the lack of performance supporting facilities and infrastructure, namely the work room and service room that is not so, and less supported, such as computers and printers to support administrative services. In principle, the existence of complete facilities and infrastructure can increase employee work motivation for the better.

Acts of sexual violence have now become a crucial issue regarding the moral decline in society. Sexual violence is a situation where a person experiences harassment in the form of inappropriate words and physical contact without mutual consent, resulting in discomfort for the victim.In fact, Article 28B Paragraph 2 of the 1945 Constitution states, 'Every child has the right to survive, grow, and develop, and has the right to protection from violence and discrimination.' However, in reality, many communities that still uphold patriarchal values often offer socially manipulative solutions, such as asking the victim to marry the perpetrator. Reflecting on this article, every human being has the right to be protected from acts of violence. However, the widespread sexual crimes against teenagers and the failure and injustice in handling such cases have become serious issues. Motivated by the spirit to prevent and address the problem of sexual violence, the service team implements sexual violence prevention education for the younger generation. This program is a child-friendly initiative that not only addresses sexual crimes but also serves as an educational platform. It is not limited to handling victims but also aims to break the vicious cycle involving teenagers as perpetrators of sexual violence. Therefore, this program is expected to answer, assist, and raise public awareness about the critical issue of sexual crimes in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence of Christian Religious Education Teacher Exemplar on the Morals of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency, in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with descriptive statistics. The population was all class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung, totaling 175 people, and a sample of 35 people was determined using random sampling techniques. Data were collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 42 items. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Exemplary Christian Religious Education Teacher on the Morals of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency in the 2023/2024 Academic Year: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.676> rtable ( = 0.05, n = 35) = 0.334 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount value = 5.266> t table ( = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 33) = 2.042 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Ŷ = 35.12 + 0.24. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 45.7%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable, namely 27.73 > 1.62. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Thus, it can be seen that the research hypothesis proposed by the author is accepted, namely that there is a positive and significant influence of the Exemplary Behavior of Christian Religious Education Teachers on the Morals of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency, 2023/2024 Academic Year.

This research explores the challenges leaders face in the rapidly evolving digital age and remote working. With the rapid adoption of digital technologies and the shift towards remote working, organizations face the challenge of ensuring ethical principles are maintained and effectively applied. This research aims to identify and develop ethical leadership practices that are relevant in a virtual context and provide practical guidance for handling ethical dilemmas in a digital environment. The research method used a post-qualitative approach with a diffractive design, which involved case studies, document analysis, and in-depth interviews with leaders from various organizations who successfully implemented ethical leadership in a remote context. The diffractive approach enabled an understanding of ethical leadership as a dynamic process that interacts with technology and social interactions. The results show that effective leaders in the digital age require adaptive communication, firm ethics policies, and a values-based approach to build and maintain team trust. The ethical leadership model found includes four key pillars: transparency of communication, integrity in decision-making, maintenance of data privacy, and continuous ethics training. In conclusion, ethical leadership in the digital world requires adjusting ethical values in virtual interactions. This research develops a moral leadership model that is responsive to digital complexity and provides practical guidance to improve ethical leadership in the digital age.

The phenomenon of nikah sirri (unregistered marriage) in Indonesia presents critical challenges in family law, particularly concerning the legal status of children born from such unions. This study examines judicial determinations of child origin by the Religious Courts as a legal mechanism to grant civil legitimacy to children from nikah sirri. Using a normative qualitative approach and analyzing two court decisions (No. 0648/Pdt.P/2018/PA.Lmj and No. 1731/Pdt.P/2022/PA.Jr), the research explores how judges consider the principles of justice, legal certainty, and legal utility through the lens of Gustav Radbruch’s legal philosophy. Findings reveal that judicial reasoning in these cases transcends procedural formalism, reflecting an ethical commitment to the holistic protection of children’s rights. The study applies the Maqasid al-Shari’ah framework to evaluate how such rulings align with the five fundamental objectives of Islamic law (protection of life, lineage, property, intellect, and religion). The legal recognition of a child’s nasab and entitlements is shown to fulfill both statutory requirements and Islamic ethical standards of justice. Thus, this research underscores the need to strengthen the synergy between state law and Islamic moral values, positioning the court not merely as a formal legal apparatus, but as a transformative institution in achieving substantive justice in society.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment, individual characteristics and employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach using literature study and technical content analysis. In the work environment at Bank Syariah Indonesia there is a huge support for the creation of a company's activity processes. With a good working environment, good and pleasant working conditions will be created, this can provide employee morale. According to (Rahmawanti et al., 2014). a work environment that is always around workers who are able to influence them in carrying out the tasks they have been burdened with. Meanwhile, individual characteristics are that each person must have different views, goals, abilities and needs from each other. This research is library research, which is a type of research that refers to the treasures of literature, including books, essays, theses and other documents. Data collection in this research used philosophical descriptive research methods and to analyze the data in this research used historical descriptive methods, content analysis and interpretation. And in drawing conclusions, researchers used deductive methods. Apart from that, this research has a formal Sufism object and the novel Ayat-Ayat Cinta 1 and 2 by Habiburrahman Eli Shirazyl as its immaterial objects. The results of this research are: 1). The novel `Ayat-ayat Cintai' by Habiburrahman l El Shirazy contains 1 Sufism values, 2). The Sufism values ​​contained in the novel Ayat-Ayat Cintai by; Habiburrahman; El Shiazyi contain characteristics of Sufism; ;akhlaqi.

The results of this study show that curriculum planning based on pesantren is carried out by involving several parties both from sekolah and from pesantren, namely education bureaus and leadership bureaus. At this stage of planning, the two bureaus designed the books that would be made referenced and studied in the Madrasa. In the case of a man who killed a goat thief in Serang, Banten, namely the case of Muhyani (58), the prosecutor issued a Letter of Decision to Terminate Prosecution with the Number Tap-209/M.6.10/Eoh.1/12/2023, in which there was an identification of the problem of society still not understanding the Criminal Code regulations regarding the Reasons for Forgiveness in the elimination of criminal acts, so this research aims to 1. Understand the legal perspective on forced defense according to Article 49 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, 2. Know the resolution in a case of forced defense (Noodweer) then in the research, namely 1) How is the study of the form of reasons for forgiveness in criminal law in Indonesia?, 2) What are the considerations in determining the existence of reasons for forgiveness in the case of letter Tap-209/M.6.10/Eoh.1/12/2023 in the prosecutor's office and police investigation. In this thesis, the normative legal research method is used through the approach of legislation, cases, and conceptual approaches. then connected with related laws, then analyzed using legal theory, and conducting interviews. Article 49 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code stipulates that, "No person shall be punished if he carries out an act of forced self-defense for himself or another person, his moral honor or his or another person's property, because there is an attack or threat of an attack which is very close at that time, which is prohibited by law." From the results of the study, the following conclusions were drawn: 1). Reasons for forgiveness fall within the scope of criminal abolition, and in general, criminal abolition is divided into two, namely reasons for forgiveness and reasons for justification. 2). In the case of Muhyani, a goat farmer who killed a thief, the Serang District Attorney's Office determined that the case was declared as a forced defense of his other assets as referred to in Article 49 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.

The PETANU (Pembekalan Tunas Aswaja) activity aims to equip young Muslim generations with relevant knowledge and skills, enabling them to grow into individuals with strong character and noble morals. This activity was conducted due to the lack of comprehensive understanding among the younger generation regarding Aswaja teachings, as well as the limited opportunities for them to practice these values in their daily lives. The methods employed in this activity include training sessions, group discussions, and practical applications. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach. The study is based on existing books, journals, and articles. The researcher merely collected and analyzed data from these sources without conducting additional experiments. The objective is to delve deeper into the research topic. The training materials covered the history of Aswaja, creed, worship, ethics, and the role of youth in da'wah. The results of this community service activity include an increased understanding of Aswaja values among participants, a growing awareness of the importance of noble character, and the formation of a social network among participants. Additionally, participants demonstrated a high level of enthusiasm for applying the knowledge gained in their daily lives and surrounding environment.

Performance is the result of work that can be achieved by an individual or a group within an organization, both quantitatively and qualitatively, in accordance with their authority and responsibilities, in an effort to achieve the organization's goals legally, without violating the law, and in accordance with morals and ethics. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work conflict, work quality, and job stress on employee performance at CV. Maha Surya Motor Penarukan. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study is a questionnaire with measurement tools tested for validity and reliability, with 42 employees of CV. Maha Surya Motor Penarukan selected as respondents.The data analysis techniques used in this study are Descriptive Statistics, Classical Assumption Tests, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the research results, it is shown that the work conflict variable has a positive but not very significant effect on employee performance, the work quality variable has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, and the job stress variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study concludes that to improve employee performance at CV. Maha Surya Motor Penarukan, the company needs to manage work conflict well, enhance work quality through training and development, and reduce job stress by creating a more conducive work environment.
