This study investigates the performance and sustainability of a hybrid solar-biomass drying system for agricultural products, focusing on its efficiency, environmental impact, and economic feasibility. The hybrid system combines solar energy and biomass combustion to create a continuous and reliable drying process. The key findings reveal that the hybrid system achieves over a 20% improvement in drying efficiency compared to solar-only and biomass-only dryers. This efficiency gain is attributed to the synergistic use of solar energy during the day and biomass energy during periods of low sunlight or at night, ensuring consistent drying conditions and reduced drying time. Additionally, the hybrid system significantly reduces CO₂ emissions, contributing to a more sustainable approach to agricultural processing. The environmental benefits of using renewable energy sources, as opposed to fossil fuels, align with the growing need for energy-efficient and eco-friendly agricultural technologies. Economic analysis suggests that the hybrid system is a cost-effective solution for small- to medium-scale farmers, particularly in rural areas where access to grid electricity is limited. The use of locally available biomass fuels further enhances the system’s sustainability and affordability. This study also discusses the practicality of implementing hybrid dryers in rural farming communities, emphasizing their potential to improve drying efficiency, reduce environmental impacts, and boost economic opportunities for farmers. Future research should focus on optimizing system integration, expanding biomass fuel options, and exploring automation to enhance the performance and scalability of hybrid drying systems.

This study investigates the contribution of Islamic banks in supporting green economy initiatives and promoting sustainable financial growth. Employing a quantitative research design, the study utilizes secondary data collected from annual reports, sustainability disclosures, and carbon emission reports of Islamic banks for the period 2018–2024. The research aims to examine the relationship between green financing portfolios and key financial performance indicators Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) while evaluating the environmental impact through carbon emission reduction. Descriptive statistics provide an overview of green financing activities and financial ratios, while multiple regression analysis assesses the effect of green financing on sustainable financial performance, controlling for bank size, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth, and inflation. An independent sample t-test compares Islamic and conventional banks in terms of ethical compliance, environmental contribution, and profitability. The findings reveal that Islamic banks allocate a higher proportion of financing to green projects, achieving significant carbon emission reductions without compromising financial performance. The green financing portfolio exhibits a positive and significant effect on sustainable financial growth, and larger banks demonstrate a greater capacity to implement sustainability initiatives. The comparative analysis confirms that Islamic banks outperform conventional counterparts in environmental and ethical dimensions while maintaining comparable profitability. These results underscore the potential of Sharia-compliant banking to integrate ethical, environmental, and economic objectives, positioning Islamic financial institutions as key actors in advancing a sustainable, low-carbon financial system.

The student worksheet, also known as LKPD, is a crucial element in the educational process inside schools. Nevertheless, several LKPDS fail to satisfy the requirements of being feasible, valid, and successful in enhancing the abilities of science process learners. Furthermore, the absence of stimuli in the LKPD to foster critical thinking among learners is a pressing issue that requires attention. The objective of this project is to create a Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) focused Learning Kit and Performance Dashboard (LKPD) that may enhance the scientific process and creative abilities of fourth-grade children in primary school, specifically in relation to plant matter. The study employed the ADDIE Development paradigm, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The findings demonstrated that the STEAM-oriented LKPD created had a positive impact on enhancing the science process abilities and fostering creativity among fourth-grade pupils in relation to plant matter. Furthermore, the enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge and the level of scientific literacy also exert a beneficial impact on the science process abilities of individuals. Teachers and learners also evaluate the LKPD for its viability and practicality

The purpose of writing this paper is to discuss efforts towards achieving international standard State Civil Service (ASN) status. The quality and capabilities of ASN are very important to achieve national development goals, because ASN is an important component in carrying out government functions and providing public services. In the era of globalization and global competition, increasing ASN competency is a demand that cannot be ignored. This research explores the challenges and opportunities faced in creating international standard ASN. One of the things that will be discussed is the importance of training and education to improve ASN capabilities; use of ICT to improve public administration performance; and the importance of ethics and integrity in ASN work. In addition, this paper will present several case studies from countries that have succeeded in achieving high achievements in developing international standard ASN. By comparing the various strategies and approaches that have been implemented, this paper will present recommendations and guidelines for other countries wishing to improve the quality and credibility of their ASN. This research uses qualitative descriptive analysis with literature analysis and case studies. Relevant data is collected from reliable sources, including scientific journals, government reports, and current academic publications. The research results show that achieving international ASN status requires synergy between various parties, including government, academics and the private sector. Changes are needed in the ASN education and training system, with an emphasis on developing competencies that are relevant to global demands. Apart from that, ASN's competitiveness in facing the digital era will be strengthened by the intelligent and sustainable application of information and communication technology. However, the process towards international standard ASN must also be accompanied by the application of high ethics and integrity at all levels of government organizations. An attitude of integrity and professionalism will shape public trust in ASN and strengthen its position as an important pillar in the implementation of transparent and accountable government, such as in the implementation of e-government. This paper increases understanding of the strategies and actions that can be taken to achieve international standard ASN. One of the government's efforts to protect the environment in the Indonesian industrial sector is by establishing laws and regulations that become a reference for the public and business actors and/or activities related to the environment. The government, through the Ministry of the Environment, issued regulations in the form of PROPER as an evaluation of industrial performance in environmental management. Based on the PROPER program mentioned above, the East Java Provincial Government is implementing the Environmental Trust Business/Activity Development Program or known as PUSAKA, which aims to provide environmental management guidelines based on environmental permits held by businesses and/activities (non-PROPER) in East Java. The PUSAKA mentoring program is used to prepare business actors and/or activities in East Java to achieve PROPER. Apart from that, it can also improve environmental management performance in business entities and/or activities in East Java Province, especially PT X. The PUSAKA development program has been successful in becoming a trigger for evaluating PT X's environmental management. Because it succeeded in increasing compliance with PPA and PLB3 by 85.7% and 3.75%.
