The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on UMKM. Social distancing has changed consumer behavior from conventional to digital. UMKM Shapro Official is an original automotive t-shirt vendor that was established in 2017. Shapro Official has difficulty in introducing and marketing products with a clear target consumer and competitive price competition. Sales promotions have not been managed optimally and sales data management is still manual (notes). Owners also have difficulty monitoring sales reports in real time. Website created using CMS Wordpress to help Shapro Official difficulties. The system development method is Rapid Application Development (RAD). System analysis method using fishbone diagram and system modeling using Unified Modelling Language (UML). The results showed that the existence of a website can help the management to manage promotions, sales and sales reports. Having a website makes sales targets focus and increase.

This research is a type of field research, where the author goes directly to the field in processed tempeh SMEs in Tempe Processed Village, Sampangan Village, Gajah Mungkur District, Semarang City. The study used data analysis techniques, namely qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. In analyzing the data, the researcher conducted observations, interviews, and documentation to obtain the required data. The results showed that to survive the COVID-19 pandemic, the efforts made were marketing through social media, promotion through social media and maintaining the quality of products and services from Tempe Processed SMEs.

This study aims to find out how to apply the marketing mix strategy and to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in implementing the marketing mix strategy at PT. Innovative Brebes Synergy. Another goal is also to find out how the strategy at PT. Brebes Innovative Synergy in dealing with competitors with other companies that have the same product. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis using SWOT analysis. The place and its location at PT. The synergy of Innovative Brebes with the speakers, namely the General Manager and the Quality Control division. The results showed that the application of the marketing mix strategy at PT. The synergy of Innovative Brebes in the SWOT matrix is ​​in quadrant I. The strengths of the 4P marketing mix are: product, price, while the weaknesses are: promotion and price. The threat is promotion and place. The strategy in dealing with competitors with other companies that have the same product creates a strong brand image and maintains product quality to be able to differentiate the product from other products.

Penelitian ini memilki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari Green Marketing dan Kemajuan Teknologi terhadap minat beli Green Product pada mahasiswa FEBI UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif  sampel yang dipilih pada penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa FEBI angkatan 2018, 2019, dan 2020 sebanyak 100 mahasiswa sebagai sampel. untuk memperoleh data peneliti melakukan penyebaran kuisioner skala likert kepada responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya Green Marketing memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap minat beli Green Product untuk kemajuan teknologi juga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli Green Product  dan juga memiliki pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel Green Marketing dan Kemajuan Teknologi terhadap variabel  minat beli Green Product yang berdasarkan dari hasil uji F, untuk besar pengaruh dari variabel Green Marketing dan Kemajuan Teknologi terhadap variabel  minat beli Green Product berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi  adalah sebesar 38,4% dan 61,6% lainya dipengaruhi variabel yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti.

Waqf has become the world's attention because this instrument can be utilized as a solution to world crisis problems. One of the countries with the most significant potential for waqf is Indonesia, which is based on a large number of followers of Islam. The number of adherents of Islam in Indonesia alone reaches 209.1 million adherents of Islam and makes the potential for Indonesian waqf very large. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, using the case research method and collecting data in this study through observation and in-depth interviews with research objects. The technique used in this research is critical and interpretative analysis. Cash waqf can be distributed to beneficiaries for business capital in the agricultural sector as a family food security distribution scheme with several models: first, a profit-sharing method (Mudharabah). Second, a 0% loan (Qard Hasan)"; third, business strengthening (Musyarakah); fourth, alms and grants (khairiyah). The agricultural system is developed into a culture for every family to become food security by implementing an integrated farming system. Agricultural system, "low external input and sustainable agriculture," at home and group/production scale. With this system and a touch of technology, the future is projected as a comprehensive agricultural center. Handicraft is an artistic activity that focuses on hand skills and functions to process raw materials that are often found in the environment into objects that are not only of use value but also of aesthetic value. In the Community Service (PKM) activity of STIE Mahaputra Riau, lecturers and students involved in this activity came directly to the Annisa Pekanbaru Orphanage to provide training on making handicrafts with simple ingredients to produce handicraft products that have a high selling value in the market, conduct discussions , questions and answers and counseling about effective marketing strategies to market the handicraft products produced as well as providing motivation about the concepts and benefits of entrepreneurship for school-age children at the Annisa Orphanage Pekanbaru. This PKM activity aims to generate and foster an interest in entrepreneurship for school-age children at the Annisa Orphanage, Pekanbaru, Riau, so that they are motivated to realize their own business or business independently and succeed with their own business by engaging in the handicraft business.

This study aims to explain the influence simultaneously (together) or partially between the influence of social media marketing Instagram, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey research methods to obtain primary data. The research variables are Social Media Marketing Instagram (X1), Brand Image (X2) and Product Quality (X3) as influencing variables and Purchase Decision variable (Y) as affected variables. The population in this study are consumers of MS Glow Panakukkang users in Makassar City. The number of samples in this study were 100 consumer respondents of MS Glow Panakukkang by taking the entire population and serving as samples. The data collection method used is the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression analysis which was previously carried out with Validity, Reliability, Classical Assumption Tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) then tested the hypothesis through T test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that partially, Instagram social media marketing does not have a positive effect, while brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for MS Glow Panakukkang. Meanwhile, simultaneously the results of this study also show that social media marketing, brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for MS Glow Panakukkang products.

MSMEs are the most important pillars in the Indonesian economy. The most famous copper craft center in Indonesia is Tumang Village, Cepogo, Boyolali, Central Java. It is called a craft center because of the local residents, some of whom are copper craftsmen. The problems that occur are the limited information technology and the ability to access technology and information from outside, as well as management that has not been implemented properly that can support the craftsman development program, both from the point of view of the professionalism of its human resources as well as in terms of product development, craft design equipment and management. In addition, sales systems and data processing are still carried out conventionally, resulting in limited marketing opportunities and transaction processing. The lack of literacy of SMEs towards information technology is the cause. Only about 25% of all business actors in Tumang have utilized technology for marketing and financial management. The implementation of this Community Service is intended to provide socialization and training as well as assistance to improve skills and knowledge for craftsmen to market their products on a global scale and provide electronic sales applications for craftsmen so that customers can get information quickly, and can make online shopping transactions. As well as a digital accounting information system that will increasingly provide convenience in creating accountable, transparent, and secure financial reports. This PKM activity was carried out by the Community Service Team (PKM) from the Management Economics Study Program at the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta through the 2021 Matching Fund grant. The PKM activity was aimed at brass and copper metal craftsmen in Tumang, Cepogo Boyolali. The methods used are socialization, training, and mentoring. The results of PKM activities are technological innovations in the form of a Marketplace Application called "Javacraft", which is a web application developed by the Islamic University of Surakarta Batik as an online sales medium or as a sales medium for MSMEs of local Indonesian handicrafts, especially copper or brass crafts in Tumang Boyolali, handicraft products and sales processing facilities. In addition, PKM activities also include socialization about digital marketing (e-commerce) and Accounting Information Systems (SIA), training and assistance in using the "Javacraft" Marketplace Application to support sales of brass and copper metal crafts in Tumang. The development of a village information system must be done because it is mandated by Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning villages, especially article 86. In article 86 point (2), it states that "the government and regional governments are obliged to develop a village information system and rural area development," and in point (3), "the village information system as referred to in paragraph (2) includes facilities hardware and software, networks, and human data sources”. Brawijaya University's strategic community service team developed an information system in Sumberbrantas village, Batu City, in the form of websites and applications, as well as capacity building. The methods used are survey, observation, brainstorming, youth involvement, data collection, creating website & application, training, and launching as well as socialization. The purpose of making the Sumberbrantas.id website and application is an information system, service, product marketing place, information delivery, government activities and villagers, as well as supporting the development of tourism in Sumberbrantas village. Based on the experimental study about corncob conducted before, this village has managed to create a new breakthrough production of processed foods such as corn chips since 2003. The foods that use raw materials of corn is the only one in Probolinggo. Corn chips production as small industries is run by 7 women farmers starting in 2008. (Wahmuda, 2013). The problem of this industrial activity is unbalancing the marketing area with market demand that obstruct continues to increase. This causes decrease on the productivity of the industry. In addition corncob waste left over from a small industrial activities corn chips squashed every day as much as 60 kg. This would be a major obstacle when marketing targets to reach market demand. As a result of waste corn cobs will be more numerous and uncontrolled, even less the corn cob waste is only used as cooking fuel. This research includes experiments on corn cobs process is divided into several stages, namely the process of forming, heating, curing, mixing and merging material, as well as coloring. From the research-based experiments, it turns out corn cobs to have a variety of characteristics. The uniqueness and characteristics process of corncobs, can give some variant forms such as cubes, cylinders, triangles, and a chopped form. Of these forms can be created several patterns of merger between a very interesting form to be used as a hanging lamp shade products. In the manufacture of a hanging lampshade required supporting materials such as iron chandelier hook pipe diameter of 16 mm and an iron plate with a thickness of 3 mm. Innovation alternative these products will continue at the stage of the development process of product design by using corn cobs as raw material products with the hope to utilize more leverage on how to process forms such a way into a useful product in terms of people's needs, aesthetic value and become friendly products environment.

Carangwulung village located in Wonosalam sub-district, Jombang district has the potential of abundant natural resources from plantation products ranging from bananas, durian, salak, to coffee. The large number of products produced in the Segunung Traditional Village is an interesting addition for implementers to focus on increasing promotions and marketing activities that can be carried out independently by the Segunung Traditional Village. The facilities owned by the Segunung Traditional Village ranging from coffee plantations, coffee shops, and springs should be able to make economic potential and tourism education potential that can be offered and make Segunung Traditional Village into a village that has independence in terms of the creative economy. However, the potential possessed by this Traditional Village is still not a tourism product that is well packaged and attractive for tourists who visit in a sustainable manner. This is partly due to the fact that activities have not been documented, village products are not properly published and are not published in an interesting way. Dusun Segunung has several social media options, but partners feel that creative content ideas are very difficult to grow. Starting from how photos, videos of creative products and designs can be managed properly and produced sustainably. The method of implementing community service is in the form of consultation, socialization and assistance on digital marketing strategies, especially in the form of creative videos and social media management. The socialization and mentoring covered material and practice on videography and video editing techniques using simple technology, smartphones. Through this activity, partners are expected to be able to optimize social media in promoting the potential of their villages, events and business products in order to reach a wider market so that business development and progress can ultimately increase the income of the Segunung Traditional Village.

Performance management in question is with the aim of increasing the strategic focus and effectiveness of the company in ensuring continuous improvement of individual and team performance. The most popular approach is to use the BSC (Balanced Scorecard). Cafe Red&Blue wants to grow and maintain its business. Therefore, in this study we want to design an instrument for measuring performance at Red&Blue cafes using the BSC. The initial stage in designing the instrument is to conduct internal and external analysis to determine the position of the business in the industry and the strategy that must be used. The SWOT approach is used in the analysis of the internal and external environment. From the SWOT analysis, it can be seen that the Red&Blue cafe is in quadrant I position. The strategy that must be applied is an offensive and defensive strategy as a complement. This strategy requires Red&Blue to improve its marketing strategy in order to bring even greater opportunities to the business. The next stage is through the formulation of strategic objectives, the objectives of which are designed; increase profits, increase customer loyalty, improve relationships with new customers, develop quality products with innovation, develop good and quality services, improve employee job satisfaction, increase employee skills, and knowledge employee knowledge. The eight strategic objectives are translated into 2 key financial performance indicator (KPI) perspectives, 3 internal business process KPIs, 4 customer KPI perspectives, and 5 KPI growth and learning perspectives, with targets for each KPI set based on discussions with Red&Blue cafe owners.

Pelanusa Group, a group of patchwork craftswomen based on social entrepreneurship, has been facing a drastic decline in market performance for its creative products since the occurrence of disruptive technology accelerated by the Covid-19 outbreak. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of digital platforms and e-commerce marketing capabilities in building marketing innovation capabilities that have an impact on marketing performance. A total of 160 Pelanusa patchwork craftsmen have been selected as respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data collected through the questionnaire was analyzed with SmartPLS 4.0.7.8 Software. The results of the study show that there is a very important role in the use of digital platforms and mastery of e-commerce marketing because these two things will be able to break the ability of innovation in marketing. Strong marketing innovation will have an impact on marketing performance as indicated by expanding market share and increasing customer satisfaction as well as total sales. It is recommended that further research be able to reveal digital marketing strategies that can be applied by craftswomen and people with disabilities so that they can remain productive at work and have income from selling their products.

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in economic development and growth, especially in Indonesia. It is widely recognized that MSMEs are very important be-cause of their main characteristics that distinguish them from large enterprises, especially because MSMEs are labour-intensive enterprises, exist in all locations, especially in rural areas, are more dependent on local raw materials, and are the main providers of goods and services. Along with the development of the mindset of the community, the majority of MSME actors have also changed their mindset in determining the marketing strategy used, from product orientation, consumer orientation, value orientation, technology orientation and to build the super smart society. Business digitalization also evolve the marketing mix from 4P (product, place, price and promotion) to 4C (co-creation, currency, communal activation, and conversation). However, there are barriers in the face of digitalization economy, including technology adoption and cyber-crime.

The conclusion of this research, consumers of Black Canyon Coffee restaurants are: (1) men who aged of 21-35 years; (2) consumers that obtain information from the friend by 47%, 37% are from the business relationship, 13% are from the family; (3) consumers desires to come again to the Black Canyon Coffee restaurant as much as 44% are said maybe, and 37% are said yes. The marketing strategy that undertaken by Black Canyon Coffee restaurant is to increasing presentation speed and food quality, increasing cleanliness of restaurant, hospitality and neatness of staffs’ appearance. The increasing of promotion both through of printing and electronic media, or by a billboard so that its presences are more to be known by the public.
