This study examines the effect of PAD, DAU, DAK, DBH, Area on Capital Expenditures and their impact on Economic Growth. The population in this study is the Province / Region of Sumatra, Java, and Bali in 2012-2017.The sampling method uses purposive sampling with the study period from 2012-2017 producing 96 samples. The relationship and or influence between variables is explained by using the multiple regression analysis method. the results of the study show that PAD, DAK and area have a significant positive effect on Capital Expenditures, DAU and DBH have no effect on Capital Expenditures, Capital Expenditures have a significant negative effect on Economic Growth. Testing the control variable shows that the relationship between the Human Development Index has no effect on Economic Growth, while Direct Foreign Investment has a significant positive effect on Economic Growth.  Keywords: Capital Expenditures, PAD, DAU, DAK, DBH, Area, Human Development Index, Direct Foreign Investment, and Economic Growth

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan media pembelajaran monopoli ditinjau dari validasi ahli materi, media, bahasa, dan praktisi serta respon guru dan respon siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Model pengembangan media yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu model perangkat 4-D modifikasi yang dilakukan hanya sampai 3-D yang terdiri dari Define, Design, dan Develop. Media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti berupa media monopoli. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, kuesioner atau angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan media pembelajaran Monopoli pada tematik tema 5 Ekosistem sub tema 2 hubungan antar makhluk hidup dalam ekosistem ditinjau dari validasi ahli, ahli media, ahli materi, ahli bahasa dan praktisi serta ditinjau dari respon guru dan respon siswa. Media pembelajaran monopoli termasuk dalam kriteria sangat layak. Hal ini berdasarkan dari keseluruhan validasi ahli dengan presentase 82%, respon guru 86%, dan respon siswa 98%.

The methods to be used include methods counseling and training as a means of transfer of knowledge about the processing, packaging and marketing of organic agriculture and the ins and outs of which will be provided to partners, assistance methods to enhance partners' creativity and performance in processing, packaging and marketing agricultural products in the form of organic fruit and vegetables as souvenirs for tourism typical of mountainous areas in the economic development of society and regional tourism, and the provision of packaging equipment to implement packaging that meets hygiene, health and food safety standards, and the creation of a website as a medium for expanding the network to improve a tourist attraction. The targeted results are an increase in skills in processing, packaging, and marketing agricultural products in the form of organic fruit and vegetables as souvenirs typical of mountain tourism, diversification of processed organic plant products as souvenirs typical of an area, the addition of facilities in the form of packaging tools (wrapping mechine) for packaging organic fruits and vegetables so that they are easy to carry as souvenirs for a typical tourist area, the expansion of marketing networks

Problems related to illegal downloading are still a problem for songwriters or musicians in Indonesia. In the UUHC and the ITE Law, it has also been regulated regarding the protection of copyright infringement through the internet media. In fact, the enforcement of this law is less firm. Based on the explanation given to the description above, this research is entitled "Legal Protection for Songwriters on Internet Media (Sociology of Law Studies)." The formulation of the problem of this research is how the legal protection for songwriters on the internet media, how is the responsibility of the free Mp3 song download service provider against copyright infringement through the internet media for songwriters, public perception regarding the protection of songs circulated on the internet media. The approach method used in this research is sociological juridical. The research specification was carried out by descriptive analytical. The method of presenting data in this study was carried out by direct interviews with the community or filling out questionnaires on the internet. The analysis used in this paper is qualitative. The results show that the legal protection of songwriters has been automatically protected by UUHC, the government has also made efforts to block illegal song download sites but in reality people still download illegal songs on the internet, the responsibility of free song download service providers, in the development of copyright infringement through Internet media is usually charged to the Internet Service Provider (ISP) if the provider provides facilities that allow copyright infringement to occur. Number of fish seed can be measured by means of conventional observation using eye senses. Nilai siswa merupakan representasi hasil belajar siswa yang ditepuh dalam satu semester. Nilai akhir siswa diambil dari hasil pengolahan beberapa nilai siswa. SD Negeri Jambangan 1 merupakan sekolah dasar negeri yang pengolahan data nilai siswanya dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel serta dokumentasi pembukuan. Pengolahan data nilai siswa dengan cara manual dapat menimbulkan beberapa resiko seperti rusak dan hilangnya data nilai siswa. Sistem informasi pengolahan data nilai siswa dikembangkan dengan tujuan mengurangi resiko rusak dan hilangnya data serta mempermudah proses pengolahan data. Sistem ini akan dibangun berbasis website menggunakan model pengembangan Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan metode Waterfall. Tahapan penelitian berupa analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian dan perawatan. Pengujian sistem ini dilakukan dengan metode Black Box untuk menguji fungsionalitas sistem serta User Acceptance Testing (UAT) untuk menguji sistem apakah sistem mampu memenuhi kebutuhan user. Hasil pengujian black box menyatakan sistem ini sudah layak di gunakan. Hasil pengujian UAT didapatkan 96,42% responden setuju sistem ini dapat memudahkan dan mempercepat pihak sekolah dalam mengelola dan mengolah data nilai siswa. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengolah data siswa dari data nilai dasar hingga menjadi nilai akhir siswa.

Makmur Santosa Ungaran Poliplas is still in the form of notes in the form of spreadsheets that are concurrently daily, making it vulnerable to errors in planning raw material requirements, and the uncontrolled use of production raw materials such as dyes. Therefore we need an adequate raw material planning information system to process data and make raw material planning reports automatically. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount and time of raw materials that must be available for the smooth production process. The problem formulated is when the raw material must be available at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa with the right amount and time. The method used in this research is Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a computerized system at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran can support the smooth production related to the availability of the right material, with the right amount and time so that data storage can be more safe and efficient, the program used to make this application uses the VB programming language. Youth organizations have the potential to build the nation and as agents of change, therefore their existence needs to be managed professionally so that they truly contribute to regional development. Within the village environment, there are many potentials that can be developed as alternative capital for regional development. It is hoped that the implementation of strategic management in its management will produce work programs that are appropriate to the needs and potential resources owned by the village/kelurahan, as capital in developing the village. The concept of strategic management includes how an organization makes strategic plans, coordinates and implements programs and evaluates them. In several kelurahans within the sub-district, the existence of youth organizations tended to show less of their role in promoting village development. The existence of this organization seems to be just a formality to complement activities in the village. The awareness of residents to use this organization as a forum for activities and to participate in developing their area is very lacking. The organizing process requires funds to run the programs that have been planned. In general, the obstacles to realizing work programs include funding issues. With sufficient funding, young people can develop their potential, to empower villages and their communities (carry out the activities needed) and provide added value and increase welfare. However, in reality in society, these organizations are not managed properly and optimally because they are constrained by financing. Based on the description, the research is carried out with the title: “SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT VIA INTERNET E-COMMERCE IN TERMS OF CIVIL LAW ASPECTS”.                The formulation of the problem in this study is: (1) What is the validity of the SELLING BUY agreement through the internet if it is involved with Article 1320 of the Civil Code? (2) What is the legal consequence if there is a default in the purchase agreement through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? (3) Solution if there is a default in buying transactions through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? The method used is a normative juridical approach. To approach the problem in this study the author uses descriptive analytical research specifications. Data collection uses secondary data. The method of presenting data in this study was carried out in a descriptive manner. The analysis used in this sketch is qualitative descriptive.             The results of the study indicate: (1) The validity of the agreement through the internet must have the same validity as the agreement that can be proven and in accordance with the provisions in Article 1320 BW. Background: Prosocial behavior is one type of social-emotional development among preschoolers which can influence development at a later stage. Untreated social-emotional development can lead to aggressive, shy, timid, destructive behaviors, powerful behavior, violent behavior, negativism and selfishness. Objective to describe the prosocial behavior among preschoolers (5-6 years). Methods: This study used a descriptive design with a survey approach. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling: total sampling, namely 66 preschoolers (5-6 years old) at Maria Fatima Kindergarten, Jembrana, Bali. The data collection tool used here was a questionnaire in the form of a scale that was developed based on prosocial behavior indicators. Data analysis used univariate analysis in the form of categories. Results: The study results showed the characteristics of respondents namely male children of 48.5%, female children of 51.5%, five years old of 69.7%, six years old of 30.3%. The minimum score of prosocial behavior was 25 (low category) and the maximum score was 39 (moderate category). Conclusion: This study found that most of prosocial behavior of preschoolers (5-6 years old) was in the moderate category (74.2%). Further studies should be conducted regarding the factors that influence prosocial behavior.

Business actors not only pay attention to the composition of the medical course, but also need food that is consumed legally. Legal certification of food products as a form of consumer protection against the halal of a product, not only to protect consumers but also as a bulwark to eliminate abuse authorities that harm business actors are only in the interests of consumer protection. The above is the basis for the author to take the title: "LEGAL PROTECTION FOR CONSUMERS OF FOOD PRODUCTS THAT HAS NOT HALAL CERTIFIED". The problem in this study is how the form of legal protection for consumers of food products that have not been halal certified and the legal consequences for businesses for food products that have not been halal certified. This study uses a normative juridical approach. The research specifications used are analytical descriptive. The data of this research are secondary data obtained through literature study which are then analyzed using qualitative methods.  The research results obtained despite regulations made by the Government, in Act Number 8 on Consumer Protection in 1999 and Act Number 33 on Halal Product Guarantee in 2014, that the facts that occur there are still food products that have not been halal certified . Based on the results of the study, legal protection for consumers of food products that have not been halal certified is regulated in Article 45 of the Consumer Protection Act which regulates if consumers are harmed by products, consumers can file lawsuits with business actors as a form of legal protection against consumers. The obligation as a business actor to have a halal certificate is regulated in Article 4 of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Assurance System, as a result of the law received by business actors for the circulation of food products that have not been halal certified, namely by providing administrative sanctions and criminal sanctions that are regulated in Article 62 of the Consumer Protection Act.   Keywords: Consumer Protection, Halal Certificate, Legal Effects
