Plans to boycott American products must take into account the national economy. American products help drive economic growth, because Indonesia's population and management of natural resources depend on American products. Boycott actions suppress economic growth by reducing demand and increasing unemployment. Moreover, on the one hand, this step will have no effect because economic relations between Indonesia and the United States are legalized by regional and international trade organizations. The method used to analyze is a qualitative method.

Social stratification is the grouping of a society into certain classes. Where this grouping can show differences in status that exist in society. Every society has something that is valued, maybe in the form of money, maybe land, maybe objects of economic value, maybe also in the form of power, knowledge, piety in religion, or descent from certain families, occupations and others. It is well known that education and the learning process are very important needs in human life. Therefore, this study aims to determine the form of social stratification in the economy of urban communities. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method. The results show that those with low socio-economic status tend to have high social relationships while those with high socio-economic status tend to have relatively low relationships. This research examines the role of bureaucracy and power structure in modern educational organizations using the Max Weber's theoretical approach. The primary objective of this study is to understand how Weber's concepts related to bureaucracy and power can be applied in the context of contemporary educational institutions. The research methodology employed in this study is a literature review, involving a comprehensive examination of literature from various sources, including books, scholarly journals, and conference papers, relevant to Max Weber's theory, bureaucracy, and power structure in modern educational organizations. The collected data were qualitatively analyzed to support the research findings. The research findings indicate that Weber's bureaucratic principles, such as division of labor, hierarchy, and rational rules, still hold relevance in modern educational organizations. However, their impact may differ in an educational context, where aspects such as flexibility, innovation, and participation also hold significance. Furthermore, the power structure in modern educational organizations can be understood through Weber's concepts of authority and control. This study provides in-depth insights into how Weber's theory can help us comprehend the dynamics of bureaucracy and power in educational institutions, which, in turn, can support improvements and developments in modern education systems.

Efforts to increase rice (Oryza sativa) production by farming communities in Pudak Village, Kumpeh Ulu District, Muaro Jambi Regency still partly depend on the use of inorganic fertilizers. An alternative to increasing production that is safe and environmentally friendly is the use of biosaccharide elicitors made from organic materials. This needs to be socialized to farmers regarding the use of biosaka made from weeds, some of which are still unknown to farmers in Pudak Village. This activity began with a discussion meeting with the head of the farmer group, the Plant Pest Organism Control Officer (POPT) to look at problems in the farmers' rice fields and continued with land observations. Then socialization was carried out to the community and continued with the practice of making biosaka and implementation in rice fields in Pudak Village. The results of this activity show that farmers are very enthusiastic about all activities from manufacture to application on the land. There were 45 participants who attended and were active until the end of the activity. The follow-up activities showed farmers practicing how to make it in their respective groups. The results of monitoring and evaluation have proven that the biosaka elicitor has been successfully produced by farmers independently as much as 30 L. The application results show a positive and better plant response compared to plots where biosaka was not applied.

The curriculum is an important part of the education system because it is one of the determining factors in achiefing goals. Likewise, the Islamic religious education (PAI) curriculum also plays a central role in various curricula to achieve the direction and goals of Islamic education itself. Islamic education aims to develop all human potential based on Islamic law. However, in reality, the PAI curriculum still has problems in real life. For example, the education model is still docmatic, old-fashioned, redundant, and the religius concept taught are no longer relevant to modern life. Teachers and all scool staff mus be able to trully understand and design the curriculum. In developing an Islamic religious education (IRE) curriculum, a special approach is anneded that ensures that the designed curriculum can bring students to the desiret changes. Teachers can choose several approaches that suit their teatching model, taking into account the specifics of Islamic education itself. Four approaches can be used in curriculum development: academic, humanistic, technological and social reconstruction approaches. The developed curriculum can then be used by various PAI teachers in the teaching and learning process at school.

Students In an era filled with intense competition and competitiveness, students are crucial pillars in social and economic development. They are faced with complex challenges, not only in achieving academic excellence, but also in forming a strong and productive personal identity. Students today are under pressure to meet various targets and unwritten standards, creating an environment where these achievements are key to recognition both from themselves and from their surroundings. They try to form a productive self-image, but in the process often become workaholics. Students often show their productive side to build their self-image aimed at the front page, outside of that they tend to be often exhausted both physically and mentally. The goal of productivity formed as a self-image poses a risk where it will form a weak workforce due to physical and mental fatigue that occurs in the process of forming and maintaining a self-image.
