This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of SOP Iga Jeletot Terazz MSME in Karawang which is considered not optimal in increasing competitiveness and expanding the market. The research method used is qualitative with an explanatory survey approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews with MSME owners and employees. The results of the study indicate that the marketing strategy of this MSME is still conventional, does not utilize social media in a structured manner, and has not implemented data-based marketing. The main influencing factors are limited human resources, lack of understanding of digital marketing, and the absence of a customer loyalty program. In the discussion, this problem is associated with decision-making theory, including the stages of problem analysis, alternative selection, and implementation and evaluation of decisions. More effective marketing strategies include planning social media content, using digital advertising, and implementing loyalty programs. In addition, training human resources to improve digital marketing competency is an important step. This study concludes that with the adoption of technology-based marketing strategies and careful planning, SOP Iga Jeletot Terazz MSME has the opportunity to increase competitiveness and expand market reach.

Information technology has changed the way educational institutions interact. Instagram, one of the visual-based social media platforms, has become a strategically used platform to create image, increase interaction, and disseminate information. Instagram is a tool used by Amikom Purwokerto University to disseminate information, both academic and non-academic, to students and the general public. However, problems such as unattractive format, inconsistent accuracy, and suboptimal delivery speed have been faced by the campus. The End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method was used in this study to evaluate the performance of Amikom Purwokerto University's Instagram account. Content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness are the five dimensions used to assess. The results showed an overall good level of satisfaction; the content dimension had the highest mean score (3.86), while the timeliness dimension had the lowest mean score (3.46).In this study, the researchers found that social media account managers at Amikom Purwokerto University can use strategic recommendations to improve the effectiveness of information dissemination. The findings can also be used as a reference for other educational institutions to use social media as a more interactive and responsive communication tool.

This study aims to examine the effect of water usage, energy consumption, carbon emissions produced, waste generated, independent Assurance, and environmental expenditures on Return On Equity. (ROE). This study provides information about entities that are socially responsible and whether their financial performance will improve or not after the implementation of corporate social and environmental activities. The independent variables in this study are water usage, energy consumption, carbon emissions produced, waste generated, independent Assurance, and environmental expenditures. ROE in this study is the dependent variable. The secondary data required for the study comes from the sustainability reports of 35 companies in 2023, and then the relationship between the independent and dependent variables is tested using EViews. The results of data management in the study indicate that there is an effect between water usage, waste generated, and environmental expenditures on ROE, thus supporting H1, H4, and H6. This condition is reversed with energy consumption, carbon emissions produced, and independent Assurance, where these three variables do not have an effect on ROE, proving that H2, H3, and H5 are not supported. The implication of this study is that management can achieve sustainable profits by disclosing activities that support environmental sustainability and using independent parties to guarantee the sustainability reports that have been created, thereby gaining more trust from stakeholders, which affects ROE.

This paper aims to evaluate the impact of changes in the tax base on Indonesia's economy. It begins by providing an overview of Indonesia's taxation system and recent changes in tax policy. The paper then discusses the effects of tax base changes on economic variables such as investment, government revenue, and economic growth. Using empirical data and economic models, this study assesses the short-term and long-term impacts of tax changes on key economic indicators. The findings indicate that while tax reforms can stimulate economic activity in the short term, their long-term effects depend on various factors such as tax structure, administrative efficiency, and economic conditions. The paper concludes with policy implications and recommendations for policymakers in Indonesia.

This study aims to find out the factors that cause breach of promise in carrying out the obligations listed in the consignment agreement between traditional cake producers and distributors in South Denpasar as well as to find out the legal consequences of consignment agreements between traditional cake producers and distributors in South Denpasar. This scientific work in giving discussion uses empirical research methods. The factors causing the default are late payment, an increase in cake raw materials, and negligence on the part of the consignee. As a result of the Consignment Agreement Law implemented by Traditional Cake Producers and Distributors in South Denpasar, there will be an imbalance between the rights and obligations that have been agreed orally by both parties. Even though in the cooperation between the producer and the distributor by making an oral consignment agreement, that the oral agreement is a valid agreement and does not contradict article 1230 of the Civil Code regarding the legal conditions of the agreement, when the oral consignment agreement is made without an agreement between the two parties, the parties are not of legal age, there is no object to be agreed upon and for some reason it is not the case, the agreement is contrary with Article 1230 of the Civil Code which can be revoked and null and void. 

Poverty is a complex and multidimensional social issue, encompassing the inability of individuals to meet basic needs as well as access to education, healthcare, and decent employment. In the city of Medan, the challenge of poverty remains significant despite its role as an economic hub in North Sumatra. Various efforts have been made by the Medan City Government through social assistance programs, economic empowerment, and infrastructure improvements; however, challenges such as social inequality, limited job opportunities, and bureaucratic inefficiencies remain major obstacles. Additionally, ineffective coordination between the government, NGOs, and the private sector slows the achievement of poverty alleviation goals. Therefore, a holistic approach that includes improvements in education, healthcare, and private sector involvement in local economic development is needed to address poverty sustainably in Medan.

The objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of criminal law policies in Indonesia in addressing the dissemination of pornographic videos on social media. The spread of pornographic videos on social media has become a serious issue in Indonesia, affecting societal morality, particularly among the younger generation. This study aims to analyze the criminal law policies implemented in Indonesia to combat the distribution of pornographic videos through social media platforms. Social media refers to tools or platforms used for communication via networks. This research adopts a normative approach by analyzing relevant regulations, such as the Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) Law and criminal laws governing pornography. The findings indicate that while several regulations address the dissemination of pornographic content, the effective implementation of these laws remains limited. Challenges include a lack of legal awareness, difficulties in enforcing laws in the digital realm, and weak coordination among law enforcement agencies. Therefore, this study recommends strengthening policies, enhancing public education on the negative impacts of pornography dissemination, and improving the capacity of law enforcement officers to tackle cybercrimes.

The Industrial Revolution in the late 18th to 19th century in England and Europe marked the beginning of the widespread use of fossil fuels in manufacturing, mining, and agriculture. By 2015, global fossil fuel consumption had reached 93.7 million barrels per day, with an average increase of 1.9 million barrels per year, driven by the rapid growth of the transportation and oil industries. However, 20 of the world's largest fossil fuel-producing countries, including Germany, plan to increase production by up to 110% by 2030, exceeding the limit required to restrict global warming to 1.5°C. This production level is 69% higher than needed to keep global temperatures below 2°C. These conditions have triggered protests, including acts of vandalism by the activist group "Letzte Generation" in Germany, as a form of resistance against the massive use of fossil fuels.

The purpose of this research is to determine how income, lifestyle hedonism, and financial literacy impact the financial management of students at the University of August 17, 1945 Surabaya, with self-control as a moderating variable.This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type. Purposive sample of 30 active university students studied on August 17, 1945. The data analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Regression and Moderation Regression, which were analyzed using the SPSS program. The research results show that financial literacy and a hedonistic lifestyle have a significant impact on students' financial management, while income does not have a significant impact. Overall, self-control does not strengthen the relationship between financial literacy, income, and a hedonistic lifestyle on their personal financial management.

The role of fintech in driving global sustainable transactions and green investments is increasingly significant as the need for environmentally friendly financial solutions grows. Financial technology (fintech) facilitates wider access to green finance through inclusive and efficient digital platforms. Fintech contributes to carbon footprint reduction by adopting digital-based technologies to replace traditional resource-intensive financial processes. In addition, fintech also encourages green investment by providing services such as crowdlending for renewable energy projects, green asset tokenisation, and sustainability-based portfolio monitoring applications. Collaboration between fintech, regulators, and the traditional financial sector is key in creating an ecosystem that supports the transition to a low-carbon economy. This article discusses the strategic role of fintech in driving sustainable transactions and global green investments, the challenges faced, as well as the future potential to achieve sustainable development goals (SDGs).

In recent years, the idea of leadership has changed dramatically to keep up with the quick advancements in technology, society, and the economy. Effective leadership has a direct impact on organizational productivity. A leader who properly manages human resources makes sure that workers are efficient and productive. Leaders create a positive work atmosphere, improve employee motivation, and give clear directions. Effective leadership increases productivity and helps organizations reach their objectives. Therefore, a leadership approach that emphasizes individual development is essential to enhancing overall organizational performance. In this study, the literature review approach is used. The results of this study of the literature suggest that inclusive, flexible, and technology-based leadership are all necessary for effective leadership in the current day. Employee engagement, well-being, and performance have all been demonstrated to improve under leadership that emphasizes personal growth and active team participation. Leadership that prioritizes technology utilization, interpersonal interactions, and change adaptation is essential to an organization's future success.

This research analyzes the growth of electric bicycles and efforts to prevent traffic accidents in Indonesia. The method used is a literature study to collect and analyze data from various sources. The results show that stricter regulations, supportive infrastructure development, and traffic safety education are needed to reduce the risk of accidents. Consistent law enforcement is also key in reducing the number of accidents involving electric bicycles. With these steps, it is hoped that a safer driving environment can be created for electric bicycle users in Indonesia.

Efforts to reduce the prevalence of anemia in adolescent girls are carried out by supplementing with Iron Tablets. This research aims to evaluate the program of providing iron tablets to adolescent girls in the work area of the Kebonsari Health Center, Madiun Regency. The research was conducted qualitatively with indepth interview techniques and Focus Group Discussions (FGD), informants were determined by purposive sampling totaling 16 people. The research was conducted in July-September 2023 at the Health Office, Madiun Regency Pharmacy Installation, Kebonsari Health Center, SMPN 2 Kebonsari and MAN 1 Madiun. The data analysis technique used triangulation, processed using reduction and presented in the narrative text. The results of the study were reviewed based on the book "Guidelines for Prevention and Management of Anemia in Adolescent Girls 2016" showing that several aspects were appropriate, including human resources, fund allocation, preparation, distribution, recording and reporting, scope of activities and accuracy of targets and distribution. While aspects that were not appropriate included facilities and infrastructure, monitoring and timeliness. Similar research should be conducted in other schools in the working area of the Kebonsari Health Center, Madiun Regency so that the effectiveness of the implementation of the program can be evaluated and improved.  

A new snack innovation that is high in albumin and iron content in the form of dumplings uses snakehead fish substitution and the addition of Moringa leaves. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of snakehead fish substitution, the addition of Moringa leaves, the interaction of the two factors on the acceptability of dumplings (color, aroma, taste, texture), as well as the best albumin and iron content of dumplings. This research used an experimental method with a 3x2 factorial design which resulted in 6 treatments. The data collection technique uses a sensory test based on the liking level of 50 untrained panelists. The results of the sensory test data were analyzed using the Two Way Anova Test followed by the Duncan Test to determine significant differences in results, as well as to determine the best dumplings. Based on the results, the acceptability of dumplings only had an effect on texture, and had no effect on color, aroma, taste, either from the substitution of snakehead fish or the addition of Moringa leaves, while the interaction between snakehead fish substitution and the addition of Moringa leaves had no effect on color, aroma, taste and texture. The best dumplings are snakehead fish (100%) and Moringa leaves (20%) with a nutritional value of 4.10 mg albumin and 2.10 mg iron per 100 grams. The conclusion of this research is that substitute snakehead fish dumplings and the addition of Moringa leaves only affect the texture, however, the dumplings can still be consumed by the panelists and are useful for increasing albumin levels and body endurance as well as speeding up wound healing.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work environment and work motivation on employee job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study were employees of PT. Indah Kiat, Serang Regency, Banten with a research sample of 100 people. This study uses primary data sources by distributing questionnaires in the form of a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment and work motivation on job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously.

TPR is a learning method that combines physical movements with verbal instructions to improve students' understanding of the language they hear. The aim of this research is to determine the application of the Total Physical Response (TPR) method to optimize students' receptive language abilities. This research investigates how TPR can improve students' ability to listen and respond to verbal instructions. Research shows that using TPR improves vocabulary comprehension, speeds responses to commands, and optimizes overall receptive language skills. Apart from that, TPR has also proven to be effective in creating a fun and interactive learning atmosphere, thus further motivating students to learn languages. This makes TPR an effective way to develop students' receptive language skills more comprehensively.

This study aims to describe the employee compensation management system implemented in the Tanjungpinang Class II Port Authority and Municipal Office (KSOP). This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by interview and direct observation techniques. The sample used in this study is purposive sampling. The informant in this study is Mr. Harry Priambodo, S.Pi. as the head of the administrative sub-division at the Tanjungpinang Class II Port Authority and Municipal Office (KSOP). The data analysis used in this study was carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, presenting data, and making conclusions. The results of the study show that the implementation of the employee compensation management system at the Tanjungpinang Class II Municipal and Port Authority Office has been running in accordance with applicable regulations and has a positive impact on employee performance. This can be seen from the regularity in the management of basic salaries, allowances, and work facilities such as BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Employment, and supporting equipment. The procedure begins with performance measurement based on discipline and work achievement monitored through digital and manual attendance. The system also supports career development through Periodic Raises and promotions.

In alongside demonstrating how strategic cost management approaches can lower banking risks, the study sought to address the theoretical underpinnings of both banking risks and strategic cost management techniques. as well as identifying the most important measures through which banking risks to which economic units are exposed can be reduced to a minimum by helping to deal with situations in which the future cannot be predicted with certainty and that banking risks arise from the financing side. The study was applied in a sample of banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange, and the focus was on commercial banks because of the exposure of these banks to a range of banking risks, the most important of which are credit risks, liquidity, exchange rate and interest rate. These banks also suffer from problems related to operational decisions such as pricing decisions. Strategic cost management techniques are a set of tools and methods that are appropriate to the needs of the modern business environment, which is concerned with cost analysis in a broad framework through its ideal position in order to improve the cost structure and achieve competitive advantage. This was the most significant finding of the research. The research discovered that strategic cost management techniques can help reduce risks and rationalize operational decisions, through which they can respond quickly to customer requirements and provide sufficient flexibility for any Changes that may occur and the delivery of products to them as quickly as possible while adhering to the standards of the modern corporate environment.

This study investigated the effects of different leadership styles on employee productivity in JUHEL Pharmaceutical Firm, Anambra State, Nigeria. The primary objectives were to analyze the impact of transformational leadership, evaluate transactional leadership, and explore laissez-faire leadership's influence on productivity, as well as compare these styles' overall effectiveness. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 66 employees through structured surveys. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and ANOVA were employed for data analysis. The findings revealed that transformational leadership had a significant positive effect on employee productivity, enhancing motivation and performance. Transactional leadership showed a moderate impact, fostering goal-oriented behaviors and structured work environments. Conversely, laissez-faire leadership was found to have a minimal effect on productivity, often leading to lower employee engagement due to insufficient guidance. Comparative analysis indicated that transformational leadership outperformed the other styles in promoting higher productivity metrics. This study highlights the importance of effective leadership strategies for enhancing productivity in pharmaceutical firms. It suggests that JUHEL Pharmaceutical Firm and similar organizations should prioritize transformational leadership development to achieve optimal performance. The research contributes valuable insights to the field of leadership studies and offers a basis for future investigations into leadership practices and productivity outcomes.
