Archives as a memory center and as a source of written information must be available when needed in order to provide effective service. Therefore, in managing archives, the archiving system must be considered with the state of the organization in achieving its goals. The effectiveness of archiving management is also influenced by employees working in the archiving unit, the facilities used and the funds available for maintaining archives. This study is a type of quantitative descriptive research, namely research that describes research variables using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all Satpol PP employees 320. The sample in this study used a Nonprobability sampling sample, a sampling technique that does not provide the same opportunity/chance as the accidental sampling technique, namely anyone he meets becomes a sample. The number of samples in this study was 76 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire method. The questionnaire method was carried out to obtain respondents' responses regarding work facilities and archiving management. Data analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study was using Simple Linear Regression analysis found in the SPSS v. 1.0 program. 19 The results of the study show that work facilities significantly influence archive management with a positive coefficient, which explains that there is a directly proportional relationship between the two variables. With the Regression Coefficient of the Work Facilities Variable (X1) of 0.949 with a sig value of 0.000, it illustrates that Work Facilities have a positive and significant influence on archive management, meaning that the more complete the work facilities owned by the agency, the easier it will be to manage its archives.

This study focuses on the process of managing the Ship Movement Permit for MT.SHIP TRINITY during its transfer from the dock area to the anchorage area at PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. As an intermediary company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is committed to finding cargo ships with high-quality standards to provide the best service to customers, while prioritizing safety and maritime environmental protection. In its capacity as a shipping company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera handles ship movement permit management through several stages, including administrative compliance, permit application, and ship document completion. This process needs to be carried out quickly and accurately to avoid delays, which requires good coordination with various related agencies at the port. The role of PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is crucial in supporting ship service activities in the shipping industry. To optimize port operations, appropriate management policies are needed to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of port performance.

This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations that the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture seems too forced, without any review of the existing situation and conditions. In Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture, it is known that there is a clause on sustainable food land zoning, whereas the existence of the Regional Spatial Plan (RT RW) which is the reference is in the process of technical review related to the formation of the New Autonomous Region of Pangandaran Regency. As a result of all that, it is indicated that the quality of agricultural products is not being considered, whereas the main purpose of the regulation is to improve the quality of food crops. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The population in this study was 10 people. The results of the study obtained are as follows: (1. The implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture in Ciamis Regency is said to be effective if it meets the criteria for effectiveness such as the existence of policy objectives or targets, the existence of activities or activities to achieve objectives, and the existence of activity results. (2. The obstacles faced by the government in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the implementation of sustainable food agriculture are the status of land ownership owned by individuals; inventory and determination of land that may not be converted are difficult to carry out; the application of incentives and compensation is very difficult to implement; protection and empowerment of farmers; financing in the protection of food agricultural land requires a lot of money/funds. (3. The obstacles faced by the government in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the implementation of sustainable food agriculture are the status of land ownership owned by individuals; inventory and determination of land that may not be converted are difficult to carry out; the application of incentives and compensation is very difficult to implement; protection and empowerment of farmers; financing in protecting agricultural land requires a lot of money/funds. (4. Efforts made by the government in implementing Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture, are Sovereignty of agricultural land by the State; Financing the implementation of sovereign food agriculture, the authority is assigned to the central level; and the authority to organize food agriculture must be returned to the central level.

This research is based on the results of preliminary observations that in order to achieve success and effectiveness in the implementation of Regional Autonomy, it is necessary for the Regional Government to be prepared in all fields, including the readiness of human resources to be able to answer the challenges in the implementation of Regional Autonomy. In addition, what is no less important for the implementation of Regional Autonomy to run effectively is how regions can explore and empower existing regional potentials, so that in terms of finance which is the main element in running regional government, independence can be achieved. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The population in this study was 5 people. The sampling technique used a purposive sample technique, thus the sample in this study was 5 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results of the study are as follows: The Regional Original Income Increase Program in Supporting the Implementation of Regional Autonomy in Cilacap Regency has been effectively implemented through intensification and extensification programs that are quite effective in boosting the increase in Regional Original Income (PAD), and the Central Government's control of programs carried out by the Regional Government in an effort to increase regional income. The obstacles faced are the lack of existing human resources, both in quality and quantity; Frequent changes in higher legal regulations that disrupt the process of collecting regional revenue; Facilities and infrastructure that are still inadequate in carrying out the task of collecting regional revenue; Lack of understanding of laws and regulations on taxes and levies from the community; Weak law enforcement efforts against taxpayers and levy payers Efforts made to overcome obstacles in the program to increase Regional Original Income in supporting the implementation of Regional Autonomy in Cilacap Regency, are In increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) the Cilacap Regency Government has carried out the following: Improving the quality of human resources/collectors through functional training. This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations that the Delegation of the Regent's authority to the Sub-district Head has not been running optimally. The improvement of public services is still not optimal. Limited facilities/infrastructure in the sub-district. The number of employees in the sub-district is still limited. Not all SKPDs that delegate authority have technical instructions for the implementation of the delegation of authority by the sub-district. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The sampling technique uses a purposive sample technique, thus the sample in this study was 5 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The results of the study obtained are as follows: The Effectiveness of the Delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in Improving Public Services (Regent Regulation Number 18 of 2010 Concerning the Delegation of Part of the Authority from the Regent to the Sub-district Head) has been implemented well, especially in the implementation of aspects of licensing, recommendations, coordination, coaching, supervision, facilitation, and implementation. The implementation of Public Services according to Regent Regulation Number 18 of 2010 concerning the Delegation of Part of the Authority from the Regent to the Sub-district Head has been implemented well, such as in terms of service procedures, service time, service costs, service products, service facilities and infrastructure, and the competence of service officers. The obstacles faced by the Sub-district Head in the effectiveness of the delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in improving public services in the Sub-district in Ciamis Regency are Limited budget; Lack of facilities and infrastructure to support public services; Lack of human resources; Many human resources do not yet have competence; Lack of public awareness to make permits; not all technical instructions have been made regarding the delegated authority; There are still requirements that must be completed at the Regency level, whether permits must be made immediately at the sub-district, so that it hinders the completion process and the completion time becomes long. Meanwhile, the results of observations show that the number of service providers is still very limited, where each officer has their own main duties and functions. Efforts made by the Sub-district Head to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in improving public services in the sub-districts in Ciamis Regency, are to increase the budget; complete and improve facilities and infrastructure to support services to the community; propose additional human resources; improve human resource competency through coaching and training; increase public awareness to make permits through socialization; request clear technical instructions regarding the delegated authority; in the completion process and completion time are made easier by assigning district employees to carry out services in the sub-district.

The main goal of this study is to assess the impact of sales growth applying the leverage as mediator factor and capital intensity to profitability. The population of study consist of 41 manufacture corporates registered at the IDX which the observation period during year 2019 to 2020. Based on the data analysis and result of study applying Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square or SEM-PLS, the evidence shows that there is no impact significantly from sales growth to profitability. Meanwhile, sales growth has an impact positively to leverage; financial leverage has an impact negatively to profitability; and financial leverage could mediate the effect of sales growth variable to profitability. In addition, capital intensity has an impact negatively to profitability.As the implication, this result recommends that manufacture companies should avoid using debt to finance their operation because it could lead to a decrease in profits.

Persoalan dalam penelitian adalah bagaimana pengelolaan keuangan yang diterapkan oleh Usaha Manik-Manik di Kecamatan Kesu’ Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan keuangan, mencakup perencanaan, pencatatan, pelaporan, dan pengendalian.  Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan ialah data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh atau dikumpulkan langsung di lapangan melalui wawancara dengan informasi yang berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian dan data lainnya yang berhubungan dengan masalah penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil pengelolaan Keuangan Usaha Manik-manik Di Kecamatan Kesu’ Kabupaten Toraja Utara tidak menerapkan pengelolaan keuangan yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pencatatan, pelaporan, dan pengendalian.

  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan, lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian di agen BRILink. Pada penelitian ini sebagai variabel bebas (X1) dan (X2) yaitu kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi, sedangkan variabel terikat  keputusan pembelian (Y). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang mana konsumen merupakan responden dalam penelitian, untuk pengumpuln data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden 40orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Untuk mengolah data, penulis menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2010 dan IBM SPSS 29 For Windows. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan lokasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan keputusan pembelian berada pada kategori baik sebab kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Social security is a welfare guarantee regulated by the government in providing benefits for workers / laborers and their family members. There are several social security programs which include, Work Accident Insurance; Death Guarantee; Pension Security; Old Age Guarantee; Health Insurance and the latest scheme is Job Loss Insurance. As one of the government's efforts in helping the welfare and protection of workers / laborers if affected by Termination of Employment (ToE). This article discusses the polemical background of the development of the job loss insurance program in Indonesia, especially on the provision of job loss insurance benefits for workers who are laid off with expired contract periods. The research method used is the study of literature. As for job loss guarantees, there are still some problems that arise among the community in receiving benefits that are only given to certain criteria, namely being affected by termination of employment (ToE) due to resignation. As a suggestion from this study, this job loss guarantee scheme needs to be reviewed and socialized that can be adjusted to market conditions in receiving benefits from the program.

This study aims to investigate the interplay between good governance, earnings management, tax compliance, and firm longevity in fostering sustainable futures for organizations. Employing a qualitative research design, the study utilizes semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders from a diverse range of firms. Sampling techniques involve purposive sampling to ensure representation across industries and organizational sizes. Data analysis adopts thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of patterns and themes within the qualitative data. The findings reveal intricate relationships between governance practices, earnings management strategies, tax compliance behaviors, and long-term firm sustainability. Insights from this study contribute to the understanding of how organizational practices influence sustainability and inform policymakers and practitioners on fostering responsible corporate behavior for long-term viability.

Abstract. Absorption of labor is an important problem in national development where the number is increasing from year to year as a result of the increase in population, while the available job opportunities are limited in number, so that the unemployment rate in several cities is increasing. A high level of investment will increase production capacity which will eventually lead to the creation of new jobs. That way, the unemployment rate can be reduced and people's incomes will increase. This research is a quantitative research with secondary data in the 2015-2021 observation period. Data collection in this study uses the documentation method for data on Population 15+ Working, Investment and Minimum Wage obtained from BPS, Department of Manpower and Office of Investment. The collected data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Overall, the results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be concluded that partially investment and minimum wages have no significant effect on employment in Indonesia. Simultaneously, it shows that the investment and minimum wage variables have no simultaneous effect on employment in Indonesia. The lack of effect of investment on labor absorption in Indonesia is due to the fact that more investment is channeled into the capital-intensive project sector (services) compared to the labor-intensive project sector, where the capital-intensive project sector absorbs only a small amount of labor. Meanwhile, the minimum wage has no effect on labor absorption because the majority of the working population in Indonesia have received relatively high wages or exceeded the minimum wage. Employment. Absorption of labor in the perspective of Islamic economics is that the government has made various efforts as its responsibility to provide jobs for its people. Setiap anak berhak untuk dipenuhi oleh keluarga dan masyarakatnya, salah satunya adalah mendapatkan pendidikan. Pasal 31 UUD 1945 menjelaskan bahwa semua warga negara, termasuk anak yang kurang mampu secara fisik dan ekonomi, berhak memperoleh pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melakukan identifikasi hasilnya dari pengelolaan anak yang tidak sekolah di Kabupaten Brebes melalui program Gerakan Kembali ke Sekolah (GKB). Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah kualitatif dan deskriptif untuk menggali dan mengkonfirmasi data awal putus sekolah di Kabupaten Brebes. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah jumlah anak yang dikembalikan ke sekolah oleh GKB. Oleh karena itu, Pemkab Brebes melanjutkan program GKB untuk berperan dalam mewujudkan hak-hak anak dan memotong siklus anak tidak sekolah.

Good governance is always related to work, especially good quality work. Government organizations are expected to be able to provide good quality work, so that there is good work performance. The type of research used is census research, where research takes all members of the population as respondents (data sources) and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool. By using a quantitative approach and using descriptive methods to determine the influence of Good Governance on employee work performance at the Majauleng District Office, Wajo Regency. The results of research data analysis on Good Governance and Work Performance show that Good Governance at the Majauleng District Office is in the good category. Likewise, the Job Performance variable is in the good category. The influence that the Good Governance variable has on Work Performance is in the very strong and positive category and the data is significant. The conclusion from the research results with the title The Influence of Good Governance on Work Performance is as follows. Good Governance at the Majauleng District Office, Wajo Regency is in the good category. The work performance of Majauleng District Office Employees in Wajo Regency is in the very good category. The results of data analysis show that the influence provided is a very strong influence with a positive and significant relationship direction

Abstract. Market transactions work based on the price mechanism. However, overall. The effect of the ups and downs of supply on prices depends on the availability of goods. Prices of goods in the Soppeng central market often change or are unstable, sometimes rising and sometimes falling, these changes are not based on demand or supply factors but depend on situation and condition factors. This research was conducted to find out how Ibn Khaldun's thoughts regarding the price mechanism were realized or not in the Soppeng central market. The type of research used in this study was a qualitative descriptive method. The data in this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation, while the technique used to determine informants was purposive sampling. The data is using description and comparison techniques. The results of this study indicate that: 1). The price mechanism in Ibn Khaldun's thought is influenced by supply and demand, labor value, purchasing power, and the government. 2). In setting prices, traders in the Soppeng central market are based on the quantity of goods demanded by consumers, the price of the goods themselves, transportation costs, the quantity of goods available, prices set by other traders, and according to the ability of the buyer. 3). Ibn Khaldun's thoughts regarding the price mechanism are appropriate or realized in the Soppeng central marke     Keywords: Price Mechanism, Ibn Khaldun's Thought.

Value that exists in a cultural customary ritual entity in a community environment, will not become a potential if its essence has not been determined. Essential marketing strategy is a marketing strategy that focuses on the core or basis of marketing. This study aims to find a marketing strategy to develop Sumenep based on culture that has been upheld by the people so far. This research is a qualitative research and uses a purposive method in selecting informants. Informants in this study were Pinggirpapas village community leaders, Pinggirpapas village community, and Pini Sepuh as traditional ritual leaders. The results of this study are a form of marketing essential values in Nyadar traditional rituals including; The Sanctity of Traditional Ritual Processions, Transformation of customary values between generations that bind as resilience to the psychological aspects of the residents, and the residents belief in the uniqueness of the ritual. While the economic strategy built by the residents is the inherent religious, cultural and economic values as well as the empowerment of economic values for processional products and a variety of local traditional and village culinary offerings. Furthermore, this research can become the basis for the government in developing the concept of city branding in Sumenep as an effort to increase the number of tourists visiting.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan pada tanggal 17 September sampai dengan selesai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengeahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Dan Kawasan Premukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan. Dalam mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan peneliti menggunakan metode wawancara, study kepustakaan serta angket (kuesioner) yaitu memberikan pertanyaan kepada 36 pegawai Kantor Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan yang merupakan responden didalam penelitian ini. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dihitung atau dianalisa dengan beberapa metode yaitu metode korelasi product moment, uji persial (uji t) serta uji determinasi. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan hasil bahwa kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai yang diperoleh yaitu 0,722 dibandingkan dengan nilai r tabel product moment. Nilai korelasi pada tabel korelasi untuk jumlah responden (N) 36 dengan taraf signifikan 5% adalah 0,270. Berdasrkan nilai yang telah diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan korelasi product moment serta membandingkannya dengan nilai yang ada pada tabel product moment maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel X berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y. Atau kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan.

Birokrasi, dunia usaha, dan masyarakat  merupakan  tiga pilar utama dalam upaya mewujudkan  pelaksanaan kepemerintahan  yang baik  good  governance.(Budi  Mulyawan  (2009)  Birokrasi sebagai organisasi formal memiliki kedudukan dan cara kerja yang terikat dengan peraturan, memiliki kompetensi sesuai jabatan dan pekerjaan, memiliki semangat pelayanan  publik,  pemisahan  yang  tegas  antara  milik  organisasi  dan  individu, serta sumber daya organisasi yang tidak bebas dari pengawasan eksternal. Oleh karena itu, birokrasi harus konsisten dan dapat bekerja dengan baik dan bersih dalam mengemban perjuangan mewujudkan seluruh cita-cita dan tujuan bernegara sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Pembukaan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945, yang merupakan harapan seluruh bangsa Indonesia. Dalam rangka mendorong pertumbuhan  ekonomi.  Hal  ini  bisa  dilakukan  melalui  peningkatan  investasi, dengan memperhatikan pada peran usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah, perlu dilakukan penyederhanaan penyelenggaraan pelayanan terpadu yang meliputi pelayanan perizinan usaha. Kenyataan yang terjadi sekarang ini semakin meningkatnya  kebutuhan  masyarakat  akan  perizinan  perdagangan  antar  daerah dalam mendukung program tol laut yang dipenuhi dengan berbagai kepentingan.

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan dan implikasi yang dihasilkan terkait penerapan reformasi birokrasi kinerja pelayanan publik pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Semarang.  Reformasi  birokrasi  diharapkan  dapat  menjadi  mementum  untuk menuju birokrasi yang baik dengan cara memberikan pelayanan sebaik-baiknya kepada masyarakat, dengan meningkatkan sarana dan prasaran serta kualitas sumber daya manusia. Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Semarang berkomitmen untuk mengoptimalkan layanan publik yang terkait dengan tugas dan fungsi yang diemban yaitu dalam pelayanan penerbitan Dokumen Perjalanan Republik Indonesia, pelayanan Izin Tinggal bagi WNA dan pengawasan serta penindakan Keimigrasian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa reformasi birokrasi yang diimplementasikan pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Semarang telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat pada reformasi pelayanan publik yang dilakukan yaitu peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas sarana dan prasarana, disamping itu pula juga dilaksanakan pembinaan pola pikir dan pola perilaku pada sektor sumber daya manusia agar berorientasi pada optimalisasi pelayanan publik sehingga hal tersebut memberikan implikasi positif pada pelayanan kepada masyarakat sebagaimana yang diamanatkan dalam core values Kementerian Hukum dan HAM yaitu untuk menjadi birokrasi kelas dunia.

Dunia usaha atau usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah serta kemajuan zaman dan kemudahan teknologi dapat mempengaruhi mereka dalam memperlakukan dana (uang) yang dimilikinya, baik untuk penyimpanan maupun untuk transaksi. Kenyamanan dan inovasi di bidang keuangan mengikuti perkembangan zaman dengan tuntutan kemudahan dan kepraktisan. Beberapa UMKM di Kebonagung Demak telah memanfaatkan financial technology (fintech) ini untuk mempermudah bisnis. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa tingkat inklusi keuangan bagi UMKM belum optimal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh UKM yang ada di Kebonagung Demak. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Alat analisis menggunakan regresi ganda berganda dengan melakukan uji lain seperti uji normalitas, uji deviasi asumsi klasik, uji kecocokan dan uji koefisien determinasi. Untuk tes intervening menggunakan tes sobel dengan program SPSS dan www.danielsoper.com. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial skill berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap inklusi keuangan (H1 terbukti) dan juga berpengaruh terhadap layanan keuangan berbasis fintech (H2 terbukti). Jasa keuangan berbasis fintech berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap inklusi keuangan (dibuktikan H3). Layanan keuangan berbasis fintech mampu memediasi pengaruh financial skills terhadap inklusi keuangan pada UMKM di Kabupaten Demak
