Social media has become a strategic platform to support education and promotion, including in the energy sector. This research aims to optimize the role of Instagram as a means of electricity education and promotion of the Electrifying Lifestyle at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Surabaya Utara. The research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, based on observation of company Instagram account activities, interviews, and social media performance data. The results show that the utilization of interactive features such as stories, reels, and informative feeds can increase audience engagement and strengthen public understanding of electricity-based services and lifestyles. This study concludes that optimizing content strategy, consistency of posts, and collaboration with local communities are effective in expanding reach and supporting the company's digital transformation.

Technology has undoubtedly revolutionized the way we learn and acquire knowledge. In recent years, there has been a significant shift towards integrating technology into educational practices, with the aim of enhancing the learning experience for students. This transformation has sparked a debate among educators and researchers about the implications of this shift on the traditional methods of teaching and learning. Artificial intelligence (AI) is now an integral part of the digital transformation of various industries including the maritime sector. In the context of maritime law, AI has the potential to optimize various aspects ranging from maritime traffic management, Accident risk mitigation to monitoring international environmental maintenance. However, the application of AI also presents a variety of very complex challenges. This research highlights the legal, regulatory and ethical challenges that arise along with the application of AI in the maritime sector. Among them are the lack of clarity regarding legal responsibility for incidents involving autonomous ships, the lack of international standards governing the use of AI in operations maritime, as well as threats to data privacy and security from the use of increasingly sophisticated technology. Apart from these challenges, This research also discusses innovations that are already developing, such as the development of new legal frameworks for maritime AI, blockchain integration technology in the supply cycle chain as well as cross-border collaboration to developing regulatory standards that are cohesive and responsive to technological developments, this research concludes that to ensure the safe and responsible implementation of AI in the maritime sector, a multidisciplinary approach involving law, technology and international cooperation is needed, AI can be the main catalyst in creating a safer, more efficient and sustainable maritime ecosystem in the future.

This research explores the implementation of Mater et Magistra values ​​in the local context of Ratu Rosari Fatima Kesatrian Parish, with a focus on the role of the Church as an agent of social and spiritual transformation. This approach is realized through diakonia services, community empowerment programs, and priority management that avoids consumerism. The Church combines liturgy with real action to address the challenges of poverty and injustice in its community, in line with the call to be a "poor Church for the poor." The research results show that this solidarity-based approach not only strengthens the relevance of the Church, but also has a significant impact in empowering congregations and local communities. This research recommends expanding empowerment programs, collaboration with communities, and regular evaluation for the sustainability of the Church's mission in serving the poor.

This study examines the digitalization of the concept of Mawaddah wa Rahmah in the Qur'an and Hadith as a family psychology strategy to build harmonious households in Bucor Wetan Village, Probolinggo Regency. With a population of approximately 4,000 people, the village faces challenges in applying the values of love and mercy in daily family life. The research employs a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, involving in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that digitalization through Islamic value-based educational media, such as interactive videos and family education applications, plays a significant role in raising public awareness of the importance of Mawaddah wa Rahmah. These digital media are effective in improving communication patterns, managing conflicts, and strengthening relationships among family members. Despite challenges such as limited internet access and digital literacy, training programs conducted during the research helped address these obstacles. The study concludes that integrating Islamic values with digital technology can be an innovative and effective solution for creating harmonious and prosperous families. This approach facilitates social transformation that supports peaceful family life, especially in rural communities like Bucor Wetan Village.

Christian Religious Education (PAK) in the digital era faces great challenges as well as opportunities to develop through learning innovation. With a theological foundation such as Ephesians 2:10, this education does not only aim to develop cognitive aspects, but also to shape character oriented towards personal and spiritual transformation. PAK teachers are required to be inspirers who integrate faith values with innovative learning approaches, such as the utilisation of digital technology, the development of student-based learning models, and the application of creative methods, such as gamification and blended learning.However, this digital transformation is not without obstacles. In Palu City, geographical challenges, technological limitations, and diverse student backgrounds are important issues that need to be addressed. By implementing strategies such as teacher training, collaboration with churches, and contextualised curriculum development, PAK can adapt and be relevant to the times. This research uses a literature review to explore the concept and implementation of innovations in PAK, including improving teachers' skills in technology, learning management, and communication. The results show that a constructivism-based approach, which emphasises hands-on experience and active learning, can improve learning effectiveness. The synergy between technology, faith and local context is the key to the success of Christian education that is able to produce a generation with character and competence to face the digital era..    

The digital era has changed the way teenagers interact with information and spiritual practices. On the one hand, quick access to various sources can enrich religious knowledge. On the other hand, inaccurate or deviant information is also easily spread, potentially leading to shirk practices. Teenagers in the identity search phase are often influenced by social media content and popular culture that can cloud their understanding of monotheism. The main challenge faced is the shift in spiritual values where traditional religious practices are often replaced by new rituals and beliefs that are not in accordance with religious teachings. The transformation of spiritual practices among teenagers is also seen in their adaptation to digital platforms, where many seek community and spiritual support online. The purpose of this study is to identify effective strategies to support a correct understanding of monotheism and reduce the influence of shirk, as well as to utilize the potential of digital media for constructive religious education. Empowering teenagers in understanding and practicing religious teachings critically is very important to maintain the authenticity of spiritual practices in the digital era. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method, by making the Qur'an, books of hadith, books, magazines, articles and related journals as the main reading sources. The results of the study show; (1) that the advancement of digital technology has a great influence on the imitation of foreign cultures that smack of polytheism, (2) several figures exemplify the culture of polytheism while social media spreads it, (3) It is difficult to stem the flood of information on social media. Efforts to improve it include frequently listening to studies and attending training on the dangers of polytheism.

Digital transformation in educational services is an important need to improve efficiency and user satisfaction, especially in Islamic boarding schools. One of these innovations is the SISANTRI application used at the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School, Banyuwangi, to facilitate the management of information and transactions for guardians of students. However, the effectiveness of this application still faces challenges, such as stagnation in feature development and negative reviews from users.This study aims to analyze the influence of E-Servqual, E-WOM, and E-Trust on E-Customer Satisfaction. Then, analyze the influence of E-Servqual, E-WOM, E-Trust, and E-Customer Satisfaction on customer loyalty. And analyze the role of E-Customer Satisfaction as a mediator of the influence of E-Servqual, E-WOM, and E-Trust on customer loyalty.The research method used is exploratory research and a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 364 guardians of students selected using the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique. The research instrument uses a Likert scale to measure research variables. Then, the collected data is analyzed through several stages, namely determining the value of the variables, testing the research instrument (validity and reliability tests), path analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method, hypothesis testing, and path calculations.The results of the study showed that E-Servqual, E-WOM, and E-Trust significantly influenced E-Customer Satisfaction. In addition, E-Servqual, E-WOM, E-Trust, and E-Customer Satisfaction significantly influenced customer loyalty. Then, customer satisfaction was not able to be a mediating variable between E-Servqual, E-WOM, E-Trust, and customer loyalty, but still contributed to loyalty directly.It can be concluded that improving E-Servqual, E-WOM, and E-Trust is very important to strengthen E-Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty, although E-Customer Satisfaction does not mediate the relationship. Further development should be focused on improving these three main factors that affect customer loyalty.

The implementation of this community service involves one MSME, namely 'Mask and Furniture Wholesale Shop'. Located in Jayamukti Village, Central Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency or about 4.0 km from Pelita Bangsa University. MSMEs wholesale masks and furniture play a strategic role in meeting community needs, especially during the pandemic and changes in people's lifestyles that lead to online shopping. This service aims to examine the effect of training and e-commerce utilization in improving the competitiveness and operational efficiency of wholesale stores in this sector. Through training that focuses on the use of e-commerce platforms and internet-based marketing strategies, it is hoped that this training can evaluate the impact of digital transformation on the business growth of mask and furniture wholesale stores. The method used is a qualitative method, namely through a case study approach and in-depth interviews with MSME players, with the aim of analyzing the effectiveness of training that focuses on the use of ecommerce platforms and online marketing strategies. The results of the service showed that ecommerce training improved the ability of MSMEs to access a wider market, optimize business management, and increase sales. In addition, MSME players also face challenges such as technology adaptation and logistics management. This study provides recommendations on the importance of continuous training, technological infrastructure support, and collaboration between the government and e-commerce platforms to maximize the potential of wholesale MSMEs in the digital era..  .

This research was conducted to describe how the journey of the transformation of Arabic language learning in Indonesia, especially on the opportunities and challenges in the digital era that will have an impact on education. The changing times that brought Indonesia to be more developed also made Arabic language learning undergo changes. Arabic, which is present in Indonesia as a religious language, must now also begin to be realized and developed its presence. This research also seeks to reveal how attitudes must be faced when there are challenges of digitalization in the use of Arabic language learning. The author chooses to use a type of qualitative research method through a literature study approach which is then continued by descriptive analysis techniques through the Miles Matthew theory. This theory conducts qualitative research through four approaches, namely: Data collection, data redaction, data presentation and conclusion (presentation of verification). Data acquisition is taken from several sources of literature that match the research theme and then processed with several ideas and thoughts of the author. The results showed that among several opportunities for Arabic language learning in Indonesia in the era of digitalization, namely: The emergence of various online platforms, traditional learning towards application-based learning, a more active and interesting learning experience, then can increase students' interest in learninglearning, As for some of the challenges faced.

One of the important innovations in this field is the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). The research method used in this study is a literature study or literature review, which is a research approach that utilizes existing sources of information, such as books, scientific articles, journals, research reports, and other sources relevant to the topic being studied. The results of this study indicate that One of the main strategies for optimization is to ensure comprehensive training for all hospital staff, from administrative personnel to health care providers. Effective use of SIMRS requires an understanding of its various functions. Implementation and optimization of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is one of the very important strategic steps in efforts to improve hospital performance. SIMRS integrates various operational, administrative, and clinical functions in one platform that allows hospitals to improve efficiency, quality of patient care, and the effectiveness of overall hospital management. However, its implementation also has challenges, such as high implementation costs, difficulty in integrating existing systems, and resistance from staff who are accustomed to manual systems.

This study analyzes the influence of transformational leadership style in building a culture of innovation and increasing the involvement of Gen Z employees at PT. Alfamart. The study is based on the fact that Gen Z, born between 1997 and 2012, has unique characteristics that require a different leadership style than previous generations. Transformational leadership is considered to be able to meet the demands of Gen Z who want an innovative and flexible work environment. This study uses a quantitative method with survey data from 50 respondents of PT. Alfamart Se-Cikarang. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics (SmartPLS) to see the relationship and influence between transformational leadership variables, innovation culture, and employee engagement. The results of the study show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on the culture of innovation and employee engagement. The culture of innovation has also been proven to mediate the relationship bet employee.

Innovation in the education sector has become increasingly important alongside the rapid advancement of digital technology, which has enabled the emergence of various platforms and applications designed to enhance teaching and learning quality. One area significantly impacted by this transformation is educational evaluation, where digital solutions offer more efficient, accurate, and data-driven assessment processes. This study aims to identify and analyze the role of the Evaloexam application in driving educational innovation while fostering the development of technological entrepreneurship among its users. The research employed a quantitative methodology using a survey approach involving educators and students at the senior high school (SMA) level who actively utilize the Evaloexam platform. A total of 100 respondents were selected through random sampling techniques, and data were collected over one month using structured online questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistical methods to measure user perceptions, system effectiveness, and innovation impact. The findings indicate that Evaloexam plays a significant role in facilitating educational evaluation processes by streamlining exam administration, automating grading, and providing analytical insights into student performance. These capabilities contribute to improved efficiency, reduced administrative workload, and more objective assessment practices. Furthermore, the application encourages the development of technological entrepreneurship by stimulating user interest in digital product innovation, educational technology development, and technology-based problem solving. The results are consistent with prior studies emphasizing the positive relationship between technology integration and improvements in educational effectiveness and operational efficiency. Practically, this research suggests that Evaloexam and similar digital evaluation platforms hold strong potential for broader implementation within educational systems to support innovation ecosystems and technology-driven learning environments. However, this study is limited by its relatively small sample size, focus on a single application, and short data collection timeframe. Future research is recommended to involve larger and more diverse populations, extended study durations, and comparative analyses across multiple evaluation platforms to obtain more comprehensive findings.

The digitalization of science management has profoundly reshaped how scientific research and development management are organized, directed, and executed. This present paper examines this transformation by conducting an initial systematic literature review. This paper identifies gaps, synthesizes findings, and draws conclusions by analyzing peer-reviewed articles from various sources. By synthesizing the key findings of recent studies, this review underlines five key themes, namely the growing emphasis on data-driven decision-making, the evolving role of leadership, the need for ethical and regulatory considerations, the opportunities for enhanced collaboration and cross-pollination of ideas, and the potential for improved decision-making and organizational agility. These findings underscore the need for science managers to adapt their strategies to harness the opportunities and address the challenges resulting from digitalization.  

Hijrah is a monumental event in Islamic history, not only marking the Prophet Muhammad's move from Mecca to Medina, but also a symbol of profound spiritual and social transformation. This study aims to examine the meaning and relevance of the interpretation of Quranic verses about hijrah in the context of modern life. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to collect information from various sources.  Hijrah refers to the departure of the Prophet Muhammad SAW from the city of  Mecca to the city of Yastrib, which is now known as Medina. Hijrah started from the Prophet Muhammad SAW from Mecca to Medina.  In Mecca, Muslims experienced systematic oppression by the polytheists, who ruled the region. Then Prophet Muhammad migrated to Medina due to increasing oppression in Makkah, which made the Muslims suffer. The Quranic verses on hijrah describe the process of change and struggle in building an independent and sovereign Muslim community. Interpretation of the verses on hijrah not only focuses on the historical aspects, but also emphasizes the meaning and values contained therein. A deep understanding of the interpretation of the verses about hijrah provides inspiration and motivation for Muslims to live a meaningful and meaningful life.
