The rapid evolution of smart cities, driven by the integration of technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and blockchain, has brought about significant advancements in urban infrastructure and services. However, these developments also introduce new cybersecurity challenges. Introduction: Smart cities are increasingly vulnerable to cyber threats due to the extensive use of interconnected devices and systems. A key security concern is the management of digital identities, which is essential for maintaining the integrity and reliability of city services. Literature Review: Traditional centralized identity management systems face significant security issues, including a single point of failure, data breaches, and limited user control over personal information. In contrast, decentralized solutions, particularly blockchain-based systems, offer enhanced security through their distributed nature, eliminating vulnerabilities associated with centralized models. Materials and Method: This research focuses on blockchain technology’s application in smart city identity management. A decentralized framework is proposed, leveraging cryptographic techniques, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts to ensure data security, integrity, and privacy. Results and Discussion: The implementation of blockchain for identity management significantly improves attack tolerance, data integrity, and transparency. The decentralized approach mitigates the risks associated with central authorities, ensuring that user data remains secure and verifiable. However, scalability, interoperability, and regulatory compliance challenges remain. Blockchain solutions must be optimized for large-scale smart city applications and aligned with legal standards to achieve widespread adoption. Future research should focus on overcoming these challenges to create a more secure and resilient smart city infrastructure.

So this study aims to determine the mechanism of buying and selling transactions using PayLater in the Shopee application and to find out the review of sharia economic law on PayLater transactions in the Shopee application. This research is included in the type of qualitative research with data collection techniques used, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. From this data is analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, then conclusions. Based on the results of this study, it was found that in the Shopee PayLater payment method, usury was indicated because from the beginning of the agreement, Shopee set installment interest and penalties to compensate for late payments.

In today's modern era, humans have a life with all activities that can never be separated from technological developments. One of the technological developments that is currently popular in Indonesia is Financial Technology. Financial Technology (FINTECH) is the latest innovation in the financial service system which is touched by modern technology which can make it easier for Small and Medium Enterprises).to run their businesses with the help of Fintech. The aim of this research is to determine the application of Fintech to Small and Medium Enterprises assisted by Bank NTT in Sabu Raijua and to determine the advantages and disadvantages of implementing Fintech in Small and Medium Enterprises assisted by Bank NTT in Sabu Raijua. This research uses a qualitative research method, which is a research method carried out by means of in-depth interviews in the field, using a phenomenological approach. The data source in this research is primary data obtained directly from Small and Medium Enterprises actors in Sabu Raijua, while secondary data is in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. The research results show that the application of Financial Technology (Fintech) in Small and Medium Enterprises assisted by Bank NTT in Sabu Raijua is experiencing positive developments in line with technological advances and changes in user behavior, ease of access, and transaction security are getting better. However, in its implementation there are several obstacles, namely weak internet connections, elderly Small and Medium Enterprises players find it difficult to understand how to use Financial Technology.

The Langkat Class II Youth Correctional Institution has carried out both preventive and repressive measures against perpetrators of crimes involving prohibited narcotics, including providing counseling, coaching and arresting both the public and perpetrators of narcotics crimes. The application of legal sanctions against perpetrators continues to refer to the provisions regulated in Law Number 35 of 2009. In general, perpetrators of crimes involving prohibited narcotics in class II youth correctional institutions are users/using prohibited narcotics for their own consumption (addicts) so that sanctions are alleged to be violations of the provisions for users/consumers of prohibited narcotics.      

This paper discusses the relationship of electronic money transactions on Internet users in Indonesia, main of the indications of fintech utilization. This study analyzes the trends of development of the volume and value of electronic money transactions as well as the increase of internet users in Indonesia. Data were collected from 2008 to 2020. The analysis is carried out using an polinomial trend analysis. Correlation test was also conducted on the electronic money transactions and data of Internet users and its growth rate. The analysis showed that electronic money transactions and internet users growing polinomially. The strong correlation was found between internet users and GDP and also electronic money transactions. It was also found that the growth of internet users affects the growth of the value of e-money transactions, while the growth of GDP affects the growth of the volume of e-money transactions. These findings signifies the growing enthusiasm for embracing fintech in Indonesia.

The internet cafe services industry has significant challenges in meeting customer needs and maintaining its competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the problems faced by the internet cafe service industry using the Servqual method approach. This method allows evaluating the quality of services provided by internet cafes along five dimensions: reliability, responsiveness, insurance, empathy and comfort. Data was collected through a survey of internet cafe users and analyzed using statistical techniques. The results of the analysis highlight various problems faced by the internet cafe services industry, and provide valuable insights for industry stakeholders to improve the quality of their services.    

The rapid urbanization and industrialization of cities have significantly contributed to the rising pollution levels, especially in urban rivers, where water quality is often compromised. Monitoring water quality in real-time is essential for mitigating the adverse effects of water contamination. This research aims to design and implement an Internet of Things (IoT)-based system for real-time monitoring of water quality in urban rivers, focusing on the continuous collection and analysis of environmental data. The system utilizes a range of sensors to measure critical water quality parameters, including pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen (DO), turbidity, and various contaminants, all of which transmit data wirelessly to a central server for further processing. The study evaluates the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of the IoT system in detecting water pollution and its ability to deliver real-time insights. Findings demonstrate that the IoT system offers a higher level of precision and faster detection compared to conventional monitoring methods, making it an effective tool for real-time pollution detection and decision-making. Additionally, the integration of the IoT system with a user-friendly visualization platform enhances the accessibility of the data for stakeholders, enabling them to monitor the water quality effectively. The study suggests that IoT-based water quality monitoring systems present a sustainable long-term solution for urban water management, offering cost and time savings. Moreover, the research highlights the importance of cross-sector collaboration to support the development and deployment of IoT technologies and recommends further advancements in sensor technologies to monitor additional water quality parameters.

This will be even better if a word/keyword filtering system is combined which is used to filter words or phrases to promote local products. Word filters can also be used to avoid the use of inappropriate words or phrases in a particular context. In this research, I used the API from Bing to get data. The results of this research are in the form of a web application that can filter keywords entered by the user, the keywords that have been input are filtered and if there are dirty words then these words will be deleted, after filtering the keywords it will then proceed to the Bing API for search for articles that can be read by users.

Burglary involves forced or unauthorized entry, which leads to damage or loss of property having monetary or emotional value and, more severely, puts lives at risk. The dire need for the safety of lives and properties has attracted so much research on burglary alert system using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. Most of the research focused on alerting the users of burglary attempts using any or a combination of two notification methods: SMS, call, and email. This study emphasizes three-mode notification that combines SMS, call, and email using the application of IoT technology in a burglary alert system, which uses a Passive Infrared (PIR) sensor for burglar detection to ensure that Homeowners or authorized personnel get alerts in events of imminent attempt to break-ins. The study also details the sensor integration with its supporting components, such as the central hub or microcontroller, buzzer, LED, and network interface in the development of the system. The software was developed to facilitate seamless integration with the hardware, ensuring timely and accurate event detection and subsequent alert generation using Arduino IDE programming language, a framework based on the C++ language. The system effected the 3-mode notification to ensure that users get notification in case of an imminent break-in since the failure of the three modes simultaneously is extremely rare. The system’s performance based on its responsiveness on the 3-mode notifications was evaluated, and an average of 83.56% responsiveness was obtained, indicating an acceptable response time.

The research method used by researchers is qualitative and descriptive analysis techniques, as well as a data collection system using questionnaires. The data obtained was taken from the results of distributing questionnaires in the Bina Bangsa University Management Study Program which used BCA Mobile and a sample of 110 respondents was obtained. The results of the research show that BCA Mobile is very helpful in carrying out banking activities and the existing services have a significant influence on user satisfaction at Bina Bangsa University Management Study Program

In the current era of modernization, almost everyone uses the internet to help solve their problems. Including security activities. Currently, many companies provide security services. There are also many companies or individuals who are or want to look for companies providing security services but they don't know where to look for these companies because of the lack of information. Therefore, to make it easier for security service seekers and security service providers, a design is needed that can be a solution to the problems of both parties. It is hoped that the required design will meet the needs because it must go through several stages of testing in accordance with standards and the needs of potential users. UI/UX analysis and design involved 10 respondents from two actors, namely companies providing security services and companies or individuals seeking security services. The final design was tested by the same 10 respondents with four types of testing. Testing is carried out repeatedly until respondents feel that the design meets the needs of potential users.

Introduction : Smart hospital is an emerging and fast-developing innovation in the context of a rapid increase of internet users, an increasing demand for high-quality medical resources, and an aging population worldwide. It generally involves the use of the optimized and automated processes built on an information and communications technology (ICT) environment, especially based on the Internet of things (IoT), to offer assessment, consultation, direct treatment, services, and integrated care. This innovation has the potential and has already gained initial evidence to improve healthcare access, efficiency, or even effectiveness. Yet, along with these positive impacts and promises, a number of issues and challenges also appear.Methods: Study This is study quantitative with design survey research. In this study using the WebQual 4.0 method refers to the three core dimensions representing the quality of a Website, namely usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality. This research was conducted using a questionnaire the population of this study were Lintasarta employees, sample from this study 28 questionnaires. After the data is obtained, it is tested for validity and reliability. In this study, the regression analysis used the assumption test classical, and multiple linear analysis. Then for hypothesis testing F test and t test are used. The results obtained in this study are Usability Quality, Information Quality and Interaction quality have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction.

Bank NTT is one of the banks that provides mobile banking services called B'pung mobile. This research aims to determine consumer preferences for mobile banking services at Bank NTT. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, by conducting structured interviews with informants and NTT bank customers. The research results show that consumer preferences for mobile banking services at NTT banks continue to experience positive developments in line with technological advances and changes in user behavior, ease of access, transaction security, feature and functional innovations are getting better. However, in its implementation there are several problems, namely a weak internet connection, no fingerprint feature and also a top up feature that is difficult to access.
