The Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program (BLT-DD) is a social protection instrument designed to help low-income families meet their basic needs. However, its implementation often faces challenges such as targeting inaccuracies, limited data, and varying administrative capacity at the village level. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of BLT-DD using William N. Dunn’s six policy evaluation criteria through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, covering effectiveness, efficiency, equity, responsiveness, conceptual alignment, and implementation. The findings indicate that BLT-DD is fairly effective in helping households maintain consumption, yet its effectiveness and adequacy remain constrained by the amount of assistance and the quality of data collection. Program efficiency and responsiveness are relatively good in villages with sufficient governance capacity, while equity emerges as the weakest aspect due to inaccurate data verification. Conceptually, BLT-DD aligns with the needs of low-income communities, but implementation accuracy still requires reinforcement. Furthermore, the study highlights the need for more systematic monitoring mechanisms, cross-sectoral data integration, and administrative training for village officials to enhance service quality. Overall, BLT-DD provides valuable support but requires improvements in governance and data systems to optimize outcomes, including regular evaluation strategies and refinement of supporting regulations.

The management of medicines and Medical Consumables (MCs) plays a crucial role in improving the quality of pharmaceutical services in hospitals. Common problems include stock imbalances, such as shortages and overstocking, which negatively affect service efficiency, increase operational costs, and raise the risk of product expiration. These issues are often caused by inadequate planning that is not based on consumption data, as well as limited knowledge of pharmacy personnel in applying appropriate inventory control methods. This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of pharmacy staff in managing inventory using fast moving and slow moving methods based on real hospital data. The implementation method consisted of education, training, and hands-on mentoring conducted in several stages. The activity began with the analysis of medicine and medical consumables usage data from January to December 2025 at Labuang Baji Regional General Hospital, followed by training on pharmaceutical logistics management, and continued with practical exercises on classification and inventory control. Evaluation was carried out through discussions, case studies, and observation of participants’ ability to apply the methods. The results showed that 50.7% of medicines and 52.4% of medical consumables were categorized as fast moving, while the remaining items were classified as slow moving. After the intervention, there was a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of inventory classification, stock turnover analysis, and data-based planning. Participants were also able to identify items at risk of stock-outs and overstocking, enabling more appropriate control measures. This activity had a positive impact on the efficiency of pharmaceutical inventory management, reduced the risk of stock-outs and overstocking, and supported the improvement of healthcare service quality. Therefore, the fast moving and slow moving methods can be considered effective and applicable approaches for data-driven pharmaceutical inventory management in hospital settings

The Qur'an al-Karīm employs at least four principal terms in referring to human beings, namely al-basyar, al-insān, al-nās, and banī Ādam. These terms are not merely synonymous; rather, each represents distinct yet complementary dimensions of humanity in constructing a holistic concept of the human being. This study aims to: (1) analyze the semantic meanings of these four terms based on mufrodat studies, Makkiyah-Madaniyah classification, and asbābun nuzūl; (2) compare the interpretations of classical scholars - Al-Ṭabarī, Ibn Kathīr, Al-Qurṭubī, and Fakhr Al-Rāzī - with those of contemporary scholars - Sayyid Quṭb, Ibn ‘Āshūr, M. Quraish Shihab, and Buya Hamka; and (3) formulate their implications for Islamic education. This research employs a library research method using the tafsīr maudhū‘ī approach integrated with Izutsu’s semantic analysis model. The findings reveal that al-basyar represents the physical-biological dimension of human beings; al-insān represents the spiritual dimension in relation to ‘ubūdiyyah toward Allah; al-nās represents the social-collective dimension; and banī Ādam represents the intellectual-rational dimension inherited from Adam through the divine gift of teaching al-asmā’ (Qur'an 2:31). Collectively, these four dimensions provide fundamental implications for the development of objectives, curriculum, methodology, and evaluation within holistic and comprehensive Islamic education.

This study aims to examine the application of a modified direct learning strategy combined with the demonstration method to improve students' cognitive abilities. The direct learning strategy is an approach that emphasizes the systematic and gradual delivery of material, so that students can understand concepts in a more structured manner. However, in practice, this strategy needs to be modified to be more engaging and appropriate to the characteristics of students. The demonstration method is used as a form of reinforcement in the learning process, where students not only receive information verbally but also directly observe the processes, events, or concepts being studied. This allows students to gain a more concrete and meaningful learning experience. Modifications to the learning strategy are carried out through adjustments to models, methods, media, and learning facilities and infrastructure to optimally support the achievement of learning objectives. Students' cognitive abilities are the main focus of this study, which include aspects of knowledge, understanding, application, analysis, evaluation, and creation according to Bloom's taxonomy. With the implementation of appropriate learning strategies, students are expected to be able to develop more active and critical thinking skills. The results of the study indicate that a modified direct learning strategy with the demonstration method has the potential to significantly improve students' cognitive abilities. Therefore, this approach can be used as an alternative, effective learning strategy to create a more interactive, engaging, and meaningful learning process.

This study examines the efficiency of financial ratios in assessing corporate performance across countries. Although financial ratios are widely used as concise indicators of profitability, liquidity, solvency, and market value, their interpretive accuracy may vary across institutional, regulatory, financial, and macroeconomic environments. The objective of this study is to conceptually evaluate whether financial ratios can function as universally comparable performance measures in heterogeneous cross-country settings. Using a qualitative literature-based method, this study synthesizes prior findings on financial ratio analysis, financial statement comparability, market efficiency, regulatory enforcement, and macroeconomic stability. The findings indicate that profitability, liquidity, solvency, and market-based ratios are context-dependent indicators rather than universally stable measures. Their efficiency is influenced by accounting standards, audit quality, leverage norms, tax systems, capital market maturity, and macroeconomic volatility. The study proposes a contextual framework for interpreting financial ratios according to their sensitivity to national conditions. The implication is that researchers, analysts, and investors should combine ratio analysis with institutional and macroeconomic diagnostics to reduce biased performance interpretation in cross-country corporate evaluation.

Cryptocurrency price prediction, particularly for highly volatile assets like Solana (SOL), is a crucial challenge in time series data analysis in digital finance. This study aims to compare the performance of the XGBoost machine learning algorithm with the Temporal Fusion Transformer (TFT) deep learning model in predicting Solana's daily closing price. The dataset used consists of historical Solana price data and network fundamentals data in the form of Total Value Locked (TVL). The research process includes data preprocessing, dividing training and test data, model training, and evaluation using the Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) metric. The results show that using the same-day price feature has the potential to cause target leakage, resulting in invalid prediction accuracy. In testing using pure historical data without data leakage, the XGBoost model performed better than TFT with an RMSE of 4.27, while TFT produced an RMSE of 18.59. Furthermore, the integration of network fundamentals data in the form of TVL did not improve prediction accuracy and even caused a decrease in performance for the XGBoost model with an RMSE of 7.10. The results of this study show that the use of historical price action features is more effective than fundamental network indicators for short-term daily Solana price predictions.

This study examines the integration of Sound Governance principles within the sustainable tourism policy cycle to address institutional fragmentation and evaluation inefficiencies in developing economies. Using a sequential explanatory mixed-methods design, the research develops a multidimensional evaluation framework aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), analyzing policy performance across five strategic domains: Economy, Social-Welfare, Culture-Education, Environment, and Governance. The quantitative phase utilizes 17 adapted SDG indicators to measure policy efficacy, while the qualitative phase employs semi-structured interviews and stakeholder mapping to deconstruct power dynamics in multi-actor co-management structures. The findings reveal that Sound Governance—specifically transparency and accountability—serves as a critical catalyst for policy effectiveness, significantly influencing destination sustainability through an input-process-output-outcome-impact pathway. Empirical evidence from the case of Penglipuran Village, Bali, corroborates these results, demonstrating that indigenous institutional legitimacy enhances social responsiveness but remains vulnerable to overtourism-driven economic dependency. Notably, the study demonstrates that integrating SDGs into the policy evaluation cycle transforms assessments from mere administrative formalities into strategic instruments for long-term demand stability and ecosystem preservation. These findings position Sound Governance as a strategic intangible asset, offering theoretical contributions to development administration and practical guidance for policy-makers navigating the complexities of sustainable destination management in competitive global markets

Breast cancer is a serious health problem among women, with incidence and mortality rates that continue to rise. The disease is often detected at an advanced stage due to low levels of awareness, knowledge, and skills related to early detection. Among adolescent girls, particularly high school students, knowledge and skills regarding Breast Self-Examination (BSE) remain limited. This is largely due to restricted access to health information, a lack of targeted educational initiatives, and learning methods that are insufficiently engaging. BSE is a simple and effective early detection method that can be performed independently beginning in adolescence. Video-based education is considered an effective tool for enhancing adolescents’ understanding. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of video-based education in improving knowledge and BSE skills among Grade XI female students at MAN (State Islamic Senior High School) 2 Yogyakarta. This study employed a pre-experimental design using a one-group pre-test and post-test approach. The study population consisted of all Grade XI female students at MAN 2 Yogyakarta, with a sample of 59 students selected through purposive sampling on predetermined inclusion criteria. The intervention involved a single session of a BSE educational video lasting approximately seven minutes. It was conducted in 15 groups, with each group accompanied by one facilitator. Data were analyzed using the nonparametric Wilcoxon statistical test. The Wilcoxon test results showed a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) for both knowledge and skills variables, indicating a statistically significant improvement between the pre-test and post-test scores. In conclusion, video-based education was proven effective in improving knowledge and BSE skills among Grade XI female students at MAN 2 Yogyakarta. Future researchers are encouraged to assess BSE skills using a structured checklist based on standardized evaluation criteria.

The postpartum period is a critical phase in which mothers experience physiological and psychological recovery. Bengkung, a traditional abdominal binding cloth, is commonly used by Indonesian postpartum mothers, but inappropriate application may cause discomfort and may not support recovery optimally. This community service program aimed to improve postpartum mothers' knowledge and skills regarding safe and appropriate bengkung use. The activity was conducted through counseling, demonstration, guided practice, and evaluation using a one-group pre-test and post-test approach involving 30 postpartum mothers at a community-based maternal health service setting. The educational content covered postpartum physiological changes, indications and contraindications, safe binding principles, hygiene, duration of use, warning signs, and when to seek professional care. The evaluation showed an increase in good knowledge from 26.7% before education to 86.7% after education, and correct practice skills increased from 20.0% to 83.3%. Participants also reported better understanding of avoiding overly tight binding, maintaining breathing comfort, and discontinuing use when pain, shortness of breath, excessive bleeding, or wound problems occur. This activity indicates that structured education and demonstration can strengthen postpartum self-care and support safer integration of traditional practices into maternal health services.

This project is motivated by the increasing rate of deforestation in Indonesia, which has led to ecosystem degradation and the threat of extinction for endemic species, as well as the relatively low environmental awareness among young people due to the abstract and systematic presentation of data. The main objective of this work is to produce a 5-minute 2D animation that effectively raises awareness among adolescents aged 14–24 about the threat of environmental extinction caused by deforestation in Indonesia. This is achieved through a three-act narrative approach using a first-person perspective of the Javan surili, positioned as a narrative “lens” and a representation of a victim of a damaged ecosystem, allowing abstract issues to be understood in a more personal, emotional, and empathetic way. The method includes pre-production (research, concept development, and scriptwriting), production (development of dialogue, monologue, and visual direction based on a three-act structure), and post-production (narrative evaluation and script refinement). The result is an educational animation script titled “Jaga Alam, Cegah Kepunahan,” which integrates scientific data, visual storytelling techniques, and multimedia learning principles to deliver messages in an informative and emotional manner. The three-act structure successfully constructs a systematic storyline from introduction, conflict, to resolution with a call to action. The conclusion shows that 2D animation with a personal narrative approach is effective in transforming environmental issues into accessible messages, increasing empathy, and encouraging audience awareness and participation in environmental conservation.

The use of building materials plays a crucial role in determining the quality of the built environment, particularly in the context of row housing in densely populated urban areas. This study aims to evaluate the types of materials used in the construction of row housing in Cemara Asri, Medan, with a focus on sustainability and environmental friendliness criteria. The methods employed include direct site surveys and literature studies related to the characteristics of both interior and exterior materials applied to housing units. The research findings indicate that most of the materials used—such as red bricks, ceramic tiles, clay roof tiles, and concrete ventilation blocks—possess good energy efficiency and durability potential. However, they do not fully meet sustainability standards in terms of production processes and waste management. The study also found that residents' awareness of environmentally friendly material selection remains limited, and the procurement of materials tends to follow local availability and economic considerations. These findings are expected to serve as a foundation for improving environmentally friendly material planning in row housing developments in other urban areas.

Mental health issues among university students have become a growing concern, driven by academic pressures, career uncertainties, and complex social transitions. However, a large proportion of students remains reluctant to seek professional psychological support due to social stigma and limited access to institutional counseling services. This study proposes the design and implementation of an Android-based chatbot application that integrates mood tracking and sentiment analysis to continuously monitor the emotional states of university students. The system employs a fine-tuned RoBERTa (Robustly Optimized BERT Pretraining Approach) model trained on the EmoContext conversational dataset (SemEval-2019 Task 3), comprising 30,160 labeled three-turn dialogue instances across four emotion classes: angry, happy, sad, and others. The model was fine-tuned for four epochs using the AdamW optimizer with a learning rate of 2e-5 and a maximum sequence length of 128 tokens. Evaluation on a held-out validation set of 6,032 samples yielded an overall accuracy of 88.28%, a macro-average F1-score of 0.87, and a weighted-average F1-score of 0.88. Per-class F1-scores were 0.89 (angry), 0.83 (happy), 0.91 (others), and 0.86 (sad). The classified emotion is transmitted in real time to the chatbot response logic, which generates empathetic replies and personalized relaxation recommendations based on the detected mood. Primary data collection through questionnaires and interviews with 62 and 19 university students respectively confirmed the need for accessible digital mental health support. The results demonstrate that RoBERTa-based fine-tuning on conversational data provides a reliable foundation for real-time emotion-aware mental health chatbot systems.
