This study aims to explore the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) through the digital system "MyCore" in measuring and improving employee performance at Bank BRI Unit Sokaraja Tengah. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with key informants, observations of work practices, and analysis of internal documents (performance reports, SOPs). Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions with verification through source triangulation. The research findings indicate that the "MyCore" system integrates four BSC perspectives (finance, customer, internal business process, learning & growth) with specific performance indicators that affect incentives and career development. The financial and customer perspectives appear to have a strong emphasis, reflected in the direct impact on incentives and bonuses. The implementation of internal business processes is supported by standardization through MyCore and technology adoption. The importance of the learning and growth perspective is realized through regular training programs and bootcamp interventions for low-performing employees, which have proven effective in improving subsequent evaluation scores. In general, the implementation of the BSC via MyCore creates a structured, transparent, and adaptive assessment mechanism, encouraging productivity and professionalism. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of a transparent performance evaluation system that has a direct impact on career development and incentives, while also demonstrating the effectiveness of structured interventions in improving employee performance at the micro banking unit level.

The contemporary landscape of data management, marked by an unprecedented scale and velocity of data, has spurred the widespread adoption of NoSQL databases, prioritizing scalability and performance over traditional relational constraints. While offering significant flexibility, this paradigm shift introduces complex cybersecurity challenges, notably query injection vulnerabilities, which are consistently ranked among the top web application security risks. Redis, a leading in-memory key-value store powering critical infrastructure globally, presents a unique security profile due to its architectural design and features like Lua scripting. Despite its prevalence, a comprehensive academic evaluation of Redis injection attack vectors remains understudied. This study addresses this gap by systematically evaluating command and Lua script injection vulnerabilities in Redis version 7.4.1 across controlled configurations: default, password-protected, and ACL-secured environments. We quantify vulnerability risk and empirically validate mitigation strategies by employing a Dockerized testing framework, Python-driven exploit simulations, and CVSS v3.1 scoring. Our findings reveal critical weaknesses in default and permissively configured environments and demonstrate that restrictive Access Control Lists (ACLs), adhering to the principle of least privilege, provide complete mitigation against the specific injection vectors evaluated in our controlled experimental setup. We propose a Redis-specific threat taxonomy and provide empirically validated recommendations for securing Redis deployments, emphasizing layered security controls and proper ACL implementation. This research contributes the first systematic evaluation of modern Redis injection vulnerabilities and highlights the critical importance of security-conscious configurations to protect vital data infrastructure.

The study examines Nigeria's resource allocation and usage as the gap in the country's pursuit of sustainable progress. The primary goal of the study is to investigate how Nigeria has struggled to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) due to inefficient use and distribution of financial, human, and material resources. Human and material resources are essential in every aspect of a company. An organization's ability to advance in all directions might be hindered by poorly managed human and material resources. Resources management offers a systematic assessment, requisitioning, and approval process for the evaluation and acquisition of products, equipment, and resources. The goal of resources management is to continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs and improve performance through the cost-effective selection and standardization of products, equipment, and related processes. A successful and efficient local government system will be preceded by well-managed human resources and material resources. while preserving or raising the standard of the services and care that are offered to the public. Subjectivism serves as the ontological orientation in this study, which employs a qualitative approach grounded in interpretivist philosophy. According to the study's findings, corruption, ethnic prejudices, poor governance, a lack of accountability, a lack of transparency, and unnecessary expenditure on pointless activities have all contributed to Nigeria's egregious inefficiency in resource allocation and use. According to the study's conclusion, Nigeria would be headed toward sustainable development if appropriate project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation were done transparently and resources were used and distributed effectively. Therefore, the report suggests that Nigeria adopt economic and technical efficiencies in the distribution and use of its resources in order to achieve the aims of sustainable development.

OSCE is an exam with an assessment based on the skills (performance) observed when performing various clinical skills. The OSCE procedure is more emphasized on clinical skills that must be mastered by students to take action on their patients. However, unfortunately OSCE is a high enough stressor in causing anxiety. The OSCE has more stressors than other types of exams. This happens because of the large amount of material that must be mastered and the limited duration of the exam. In addition, the atmosphere during the exam, such as the examiner observing the students directly, causes anxiety. Anxiety that arose during the OSCE exam in medical students turned out to have a significant effect. However, there are not many studies that delve deeply into what causes it. So that the solution related to the problem of anxiety cannot be carried out optimally. The objective of this study was to explore the causes and ways to overcome anxiety in students of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatra Utara during the OSCE. This research was conducted from January-July 2022. It was quantitative research with cross-sectional data collection. The research sample was students of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatra Utara, Class of 2019 (n = 200). Anxiety assessment was determined using the Hamilton Rating Scale For Anxiety (HARS) questionnaire, and researchers develop a questionnaire to evaluate the factors that influence students’ anxiety and coping mechanism. A total of 197 out of 200 respondents (98.5%) had anxiety while attending the OSCE. Anxiety was dominated by a mild level of anxiety, about 86 people (43.0%). External factors affect 118 people (59%) and are the factors that dominate the causes of anxiety for students that took part in OSCE. The biggest etiology of anxiety for students who took part in OSCE is the processing time as many as 42 people (21%), too many materials 41 people (20.5%), not focusing/forgetting as many as 39 people (19.5%).

Hospital is a health service place that provides services based on safety competency and safety activities that are evaluated using performance assessment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of patient safety competency on patient safety activities and nurse performance assessment. The independent variable in this study is patient safety competency, nurse performance assessment is the dependent variable while patient safety activity is the mediating variable. The study used an observational analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. Respondents in the study were some nurses at Mardi Waluyo Hospital, Blitar City who had a patient safety competency certificate totaling 159 respondents. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The results of the regression analysis obtained a significant effect on patient safety competency on patient safety activities and nurse performance assessment with ap value = 0.01. The variable that has a dominant influence is safety competency with a standardized coefficient of 0.327 compared to safety activities in patients with a standardized coefficient of 0.312. The conclusion in this study is that there is an effect of patient safety competency on patient safety activities and nurse performance assessment. The results of the study are in line with previous research and theories which show that patient safety competency has a greater influence on nurse performance assessments directly compared to the presence of patient safety activities as a mediating variable, but it is possible that other factors play a role in the differences in the effects of influence between variables. Hospital policies, safety culture, and the level of awareness of the work team in implementing daily safety practices may play a role in the difference in influencing effects between variables. However, it is also possible that there are other factors such as the attitude and motivation to work of individuals who are considered not to meet the expectations of the leadership.
