The sustainability of the agribusiness sector is very dependent on the certainty of land rights, which is the main asset for business actors in this sector. Land registration is an important instrument in providing legal certainty for land ownership, which can ultimately encourage stable and sustainable agribusiness development. This article discusses the role of land registration in protecting ownership rights for agribusiness actors in Indonesia and analyzes the role of government policies, such as the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL), in speeding up the land certification process. With legal certainty obtained through land certificates, agribusiness actors can avoid agrarian conflicts, gain access to financing, and run businesses more safely and in a planned manner. Apart from that, land registration policies also have the potential to support regional economic development, reduce agrarian conflicts, and encourage sustainable management of land resources. However, implementing this policy still faces challenges, including bureaucratic obstacles and low public understanding. Therefore, the government's role in improving policies and overcoming existing obstacles is very necessary to create an inclusive, competitive and sustainable agribusiness sector in Indonesia.

Multicultural education in Indonesia is an important approach to creating an inclusive and harmonious society, considering the ethnic, cultural, and religious diversity that exists in the country. This research aims to explore the dynamics of multicultural education, the challenges faced in its implementation, and provide recommendations for educational policies and practices. The method used is library research, with thematic analysis of various relevant literature. Concrete examples of multicultural educational practices in some schools show that with the right approach, this education can have a positive impact on student attitudes. The resulting recommendations include improved training for teachers, curriculum revision, and collaboration with the community. The study also identified the need for further studies to explore the long-term impact of multicultural education and its comparison with practices in other countries. Education is the main foundation in the formation of character and quality of human resources throughout the world. However, the development of technology, especially artificial intelligence (AI), has presented new challenges in the world of education, especially in maintaining the academic integrity of students. The convenience offered by AI is often used unethically, such as in plagiarism or manipulation of academic assignments. This phenomenon encourages the importance of an alternative approach that does not only rely on policy and supervision, but also instills strong moral values. This study examines the relevance of the Islamic educational psychology approach in strengthening the academic integrity of students in the AI era. This approach offers solutions based on Islamic values such as muraqabah (awareness of Allah's supervision), muhasabah (self-evaluation), and the habituation of noble morals. The study was conducted using a library research method by analyzing literature related to academic integrity, AI technology, and Islamic educational psychology, including the thoughts of Imam Al-Ghazali. The results of the study show that the Islamic values taught by Al-Ghazali are very relevant in overcoming the challenges of academic integrity caused by the development of AI technology. The principle of muraqabah helps students understand the ethical implications of their academic actions, while muhasabah encourages self-reflection to improve behavior. In addition, the habituation of values such as honesty and responsibility provides a long-term solution in shaping students' characters. This conclusion emphasizes the importance of integrating Islamic values into the higher education curriculum to create an academic environment with integrity and ethics amidst the advancement of modern technology.

This study was motivated by the discovery that some students of SMPN 1 Batang Kapas, especially students of class VIII, were less active in participating in PAI learning when teachers or tutors provided learning materials because the teacher focused on only one strategy, which caused students to get bored about learning easily. In this, a good strategy is needed to overcome this problem, and the strategy that is considered capable of overcoming this problem is the role-playing strategy. Thus, this study aims to determine the effect of role-playing strategies on the active learning of PAI for students of class VIII of SMPN 1 Batang Kapas. The research used in this study is experimental research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study consisted of all students of class VIII of SMPN 1 Batang Kapas, consisting of 4 classes with a total of 116 students. The sample in this study used a cluster random sampling technique and two classes were obtained as samples, with class VIII.I as the control class and class VIII.II as the experimental class. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using the independent sample t-test. Based on the results of the conducted research, the results show that the role-playing strategy has an effect on students' active learning, which is proven by the results of the independent sample t-test, namely at a sig-value of 0.002. < 0.05 and a calculated t-value > t-table, namely 3.213 > 2.00

E The integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into e-procurement systems offers a pathway to achieving sustainable public procurement in Indonesia. This study explores relevant ESG criteria and formulates strategies to enhance the capacity of procurement personnel in implementing these principles. The findings highlight the importance of incorporating environmental criteria such as energy efficiency, eco-friendly materials, and waste management; social criteria like labor standards compliance, local MSME empowerment, and gender equality; and governance criteria including transparency, anti-corruption, and tax compliance. While e-procurement provides a digital platform to improve efficiency and transparency, challenges such as limited awareness, capacity gaps, and the absence of specific ESG guidelines hinder effective implementation. To address these issues, the study proposes strategic measures, including the development of ESG-based evaluation systems, comprehensive training programs for procurement personnel, and robust monitoring frameworks. These initiatives aim to align procurement practices with the principles of Sustainable Public Procurement (SPP), ensuring that procurement contributes to environmental sustainability, social equity, and better governance. By overcoming existing barriers and fostering collaboration among stakeholders, Indonesia can position itself as a leader in sustainable procurement practices. This research provides practical recommendations to integrate ESG into procurement systems, paving the way for a more accountable, equitable, and sustainable procurement framework.
